Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the field of communication technologies, and in particular to a random access method and apparatus. Background Art
[0004] With the advancement of technology, industrial wireless networks are widely recognized as a key enabling technology for intelligent manufacturing, playing a significant role in smart factories and industrial automation. Compared to traditional wired communications, industrial wireless networks eliminate the need for cabling, reducing workload and costs, as well as reducing maintenance expenses associated with cable wear and aging. Wireless communication is also possible in mobile and industrial environments where cabling is impractical. When new equipment is added, there is no need for rewiring, significantly simplifying the installation process. Random access is an essential step in wireless device communication.
[0005] The random access procedure in existing LTE (Long Term Evolution) systems is a way for a UE (User Equipment) to attempt to access an LTE network, especially when the UE has not yet established an RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection with the network. The random access procedure mainly includes the following steps:
[0006] Step 1: Sending a Random Access Preamble: The UE selects a random access preamble and sends it to the eNodeB (Evolved Node B, i.e., the LTE base station) via the Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH). The preamble sequence is chosen randomly to reduce the probability of collisions when multiple UEs attempt to access the network simultaneously.
[0007] Step 2: After receiving the random access preamble, the eNodeB sends a random access response to the UE. This response includes a timing advance (TA) to adjust the UE's transmission time and a random access response identifier (RA-RNTI).
[0008] Step 3: Send an RRC Connection Request (optional). If the UE has not yet established an RRC connection with the network, it sends an RRC Connection Request to the eNodeB using the TA received from the Random Access Response. This request includes the UE's identity and the type of call it wishes to perform (e.g., emergency call, normal call, etc.).
[0009] Step 4: RRC Connection Setup: The receiving eNodeB processes the RRC connection request and, if it accepts the request, sends an RRC Connection Setup message to the UE. The message contains the configuration information required by the UE, such as cell reselection parameters and security configuration.
[0010] Step 5: RRC Connection Setup Complete: The UE performs the corresponding settings according to the configuration in the RRC Connection Setup message and then sends an RRC Connection Complete message to the eNodeB to confirm the establishment of the RRC connection. The random access procedure is one of the key processes for UE to communicate with the network in the LTE system. It ensures that the UE can effectively access the network and establish communication.
[0011] During contention-based random access, a UE randomly selects a preamble and transmits it to the network. Since multiple UEs may select the same preamble, the network may receive conflicting signals. To resolve this conflict, the network determines which UE is allowed access based on received signal quality and other parameters, and assigns other UEs alternative preambles or time slots so they can retry later.
[0012] The contention random access process may cause access delay and waste of network resources. One of the existing solutions is to increase the number of available preamble codes or the number of time slots of the physical random access channel (PRACH) to reduce the chance of multiple user equipments (UEs) using the same resources at the same time, thereby reducing the probability of conflict. However, the effect is not ideal.
[0013] Summary of the Invention
[0014] The main purpose of this application is to provide a random access method and device to improve the success rate of random access of a terminal to a central node.
[0015] To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present application provides a random access method, applied to a terminal, comprising the following steps: first, the terminal receives system information broadcast by a central node, the system information including primary system information and secondary system information, wherein the secondary system information includes an access permission list; the access permission list includes a random access request sequence index corresponding one-to-one to a first identity identifier of at least one terminal; second, the terminal traverses the access permission list to obtain a random access request sequence index matching the first identity identifier of the terminal, and then generates a random access request sequence based on the random access request sequence index; third, the terminal confirms that the time slot in which the access permission list in which the terminal's own random access request sequence index is obtained is the first time slot; then, based on the primary system information and the first time slot, determines a second time slot for random access to the central node; finally, the terminal sends the random access request sequence to the central node on the uplink synchronization channel of the second time slot. This random access method improves the success rate of terminal access to the central node by setting a random access request sequence index corresponding one-to-one to the first identity identifier of at least one terminal, generating a random access request sequence based on the random access request sequence index, and then sending the random access request sequence to the central node on the uplink synchronization channel of the second time slot.

[0053] To make the above-mentioned purposes, features, and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making any creative work are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0054] As shown in Figure 1, Figure 1 is a random access method provided by the present application according to the scenario of the wireless communication system. The random access method provided by the present application can be based on various communication systems, for example, it can be an industrial wireless network, Internet of Things (IoT) system, narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) system, long term evolution (LTE) system, or a fifth generation (5G) communication system. It can also be a hybrid architecture of LTE and 5G, or a 5G new wireless (NR) system, as well as new communication systems that will emerge in future communication developments. As long as random access is required in the communication system, the random access method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be adopted.
[0055] Specifically, the system includes a central node (also called a base station, central station, etc.) and a terminal, wherein the central node is connected to the terminal. The terminal can communicate with the central node via a wired connection or wirelessly. In one embodiment, the terminal communicates with the central node wirelessly. The wireless terminal can be industrial equipment such as wireless monitoring equipment, wireless detection equipment, and wireless control equipment, or communication equipment such as a mobile phone, computer, tablet, or radio. The central node includes but is not limited to a base station, an access point (AP), and a management station.
[0056] The terminal involved in the embodiments of the present application is an entity on the user side for receiving or transmitting signals. The terminal can be a device that provides voice and / or data connectivity to the user, for example, a handheld device with wireless connection function, a vehicle-mounted device, etc. The terminal can also be other processing devices connected to a wireless modem. The terminal can communicate with a radio access network (RAN). The terminal can also be called a wireless terminal, a subscriber unit, a subscriber station, a mobile station, a mobile station, a remote station, an access point, a remote terminal, an access terminal, a user terminal, a user agent, a user device, or a user equipment (UE), etc. The terminal can be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone (or "cellular" phone) and a computer with a mobile terminal, for example, a portable, pocket-sized, handheld, computer-built-in or vehicle-mounted mobile device, which exchanges voice and / or data with a radio access network. For example, the terminal may also be a personal communication service (PCS) phone, a cordless phone, a session initiation protocol (SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (PDA), or other device. Common terminals include, for example, mobile phones, tablet computers, laptop computers, PDAs, mobile internet devices (MIDs), and wearable devices such as smart watches, smart bracelets, and pedometers, but the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
[0057] As shown in FIG2 , FIG2 is a random access method provided in an embodiment of the present application. In a first embodiment of the random access method of the present application, referring to FIG2 , the method is applied to a terminal and includes the following steps:
[0058] Step 201: The terminal receives system information broadcast by the central node.
[0059] In this embodiment, to prevent different terminals from sending the same preamble on the same resource block and affecting the success rate of random access to the central node, a unique access opportunity (second time slot) and a unique preamble to be sent at this opportunity are allocated to the terminal via broadcast. The terminal monitors and receives system information broadcast by the central node, which includes primary system information and secondary system information. The secondary system information includes an access permission list, which includes a random access request sequence index that corresponds one-to-one with a first identity identifier of at least one terminal.
[0060] The first identity identifier may be a MAC address of the terminal, a scrambled MAC address of the terminal, or a scrambled partial MAC address of the terminal, etc., which can uniquely identify the terminal. The access permission list includes a random access request sequence index corresponding to the first identity identifier of at least one terminal.
[0061] Step 202: The terminal traverses the access permission list and obtains a random access request sequence index that matches the first identity of the terminal.
[0062] In this embodiment, the following situations are described:
[0063] 1) If the central node expects terminal 1 (TS1), terminal 2 (TS2), terminal 3 (TS3) and terminal 4 (TS4) to access the network, it will assign a random access request sequence index to each terminal to be accessed.
[0064] To prevent different terminals from sending the same random access request sequence at the same location, each terminal to be accessed in the same access permission list is assigned a different random access request sequence index, as shown in Table 1:
[0065] Table 1
[0066] 2) If the central node expects Terminal 1 (TS1), Terminal 2 (TS2), Terminal 3 (TS3), and Terminal 4 (TS4) to access the network, it will assign a random access request sequence index to each terminal to be accessed. To avoid the limited demodulation capability of the management station or the number of random access request sequences, the terminals to be accessed can be assigned to different tables. If the terminals to be accessed are assigned to different access permission lists, the terminals in different tables can be assigned the same random access request sequence index. Some terminals share the same index, as shown in Tables 2 and 3:
[0067] Table 2
[0068] Table 3
[0069] If the same random access request sequence index exists in multiple access permission lists, the access permission lists cannot be carried by the same secondary system information, but must be carried by different secondary system information and sent to the terminal separately.
[0070] 3) If the central node expects terminal 1 (TS1), terminal 2 (TS2), terminal 3 (TS3), and terminal 4 (TS4) to access the network, it will assign a random access request sequence index to each terminal to be accessed. If the terminals to be accessed are assigned to different access permission lists, in order to use the least random access request sequence to achieve non-contention access, the terminals in different lists can be assigned the same random access request sequence, as shown in Table 4 and Table 5:
[0071] Table 4
[0072] Table 5
[0073] If the same random access request sequence index exists in multiple access permission lists, the access permission lists cannot be carried by the same secondary system information, but must be carried by different secondary system information and sent to the terminal separately.
[0074] In this embodiment, the prerequisites for determining whether the central node allows the terminal to access can also be set according to actual needs to improve the security of the system. That is, the terminal can traverse the access permission list based on the terminal's first identity identifier to see whether the first identity identifier belonging to the terminal can be found. If so, it means that the terminal has the authority to randomly access the central node.
[0075] Step 203: Generate a random access request sequence according to the random access request sequence index.
[0076] The terminal may obtain parameters for generating a random access request sequence by looking up the table according to the random access request sequence index, and generate the random access request sequence according to the parameters; or the terminal may locally generate multiple random access request sequences in advance and determine the corresponding sequence according to the index.
[0077] Step 204: confirm that the time slot where the access permission list where the random access request sequence index of the terminal itself is located is the first time slot.
[0078] In this embodiment, one implementation method for the terminal to confirm the first time slot in which the access permission list where the terminal's own random access request sequence index is located is that the terminal determines the time domain position of the secondary system based on the wireless frame offset and time slot number of the secondary system in the primary system information, where the time domain position of the secondary system is the first time slot.
[0079] As shown in Figure 4, for radio frames N, N+1, and N+2, primary system information is typically located on fixed OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbols within each radio frame. For example, the Lth OFDM symbol is typically the location of the primary system information. The location of the secondary system information is typically scheduled by the primary system information. The primary system information carries the time domain resources (such as frame offset and timeslot number) of the secondary system information.
[0080] As shown in Figure 5, for radio frame N, if the time domain resource indication frame offset of the secondary system information carried in the primary system signal is 0 and the time slot number is 1, the secondary system information is in the first time slot 1 of radio frame N. As shown in Figure 6, for radio frame N, if the time domain resource indication frame offset of the secondary system information carried in the primary system signal is 1 and the time slot number is 1, the secondary system information is in the first time slot 1 of the radio frame N+1 following radio frame N.
[0081] The above is just an example. Depending on the different settings of the frame offset and the time slot number, the time slot position where the secondary system information appears will also be different.
[0082] Step 205: Determine the second time slot for random access to the central node according to the main system information and the first time slot.
[0083] In this embodiment, in order to save air interface resources, one implementation method for the terminal to determine the second time slot for random access to the central node based on the main system information and the first time slot is that the terminal determines at least one third time slot where the uplink synchronization channel in the wireless data frame is located based on the main system information, and then determines the second time slot for initiating access to the central node based on the first time slot and at least one third time slot, where the second time slot is one of the third time slots after the first time slot is added to a preset value.
[0084] The radio frame length carried in the main system information is the number of time slots, and the time slot ratio carried is the ratio of downlink time slots to uplink time slots. This parameter is commonly called the "UL / DL Configuration Ratio." Based on the number of time slots and the UL / DL Configuration Ratio, the first uplink time slot of the radio frame is determined, and the uplink synchronization channel is located in this time slot. The terminal performs uplink transmission according to this configuration.
[0085] As shown in Figure 7, radio frame N has eight time slots (slot 0 to slot 7). If the time slot ratio, that is, the ratio of downlink time slots to uplink time slots, is 1:1, that means there are four downlink time slots and four uplink time slots, then the fifth time slot is the first uplink time slot in radio frame N.
[0086] As shown in Figure 8, if the wireless frame N has eight time slots (slot 0 to slot 7), and if the time slot ratio, that is, the ratio of downlink time slots to uplink time slots, is 3:1, it means that there are six downlink time slots and two uplink time slots. Then the seventh time slot is the first uplink time slot in wireless frame N.
[0087] As shown in Figure 9, if the wireless frame N has four time slots (slot 0 to slot 7), if the time slot ratio, that is, the ratio of downlink time slots to uplink time slots, is 1:1, that means that there are two time slots for downlink time slots and two time slots for uplink time slots, then the third time slot is the first uplink time slot in wireless frame N.
[0088] It's important to note that the preset value mentioned above is generally determined by the terminal's hardware and software processing capabilities. The faster the hardware and software processing capabilities, the smaller the preset value; the slower the processing capabilities, the larger the preset value. For a system, once the hardware and software are determined, the preset value is generally fixed. In LTE systems, the preset value is generally 3.
[0089] As shown in Figures 10, 11, and 12, when the preset value time slot after the first time slot and the third time slot are in the same time slot, the preset value time slot after the first time slot is the second time slot. Alternatively, when the preset value time slot after the first time slot and the third time slot are not in the same time slot, the third time slot that appears first after the preset value time slot after the first time slot is the second time slot.
[0090] Step 206: Send a random access request sequence to the central node on the uplink synchronization channel of the second time slot.
[0091] In other embodiments, as shown in FIG13 , the random access method further includes the following steps:
[0092] Step 207: The terminal receives a random access response sent by the central node, where the random access response includes the second identity of the terminal, a time advance, and an uplink authorization.
[0093] The terminal applies time in advance and sends uplink data in advance. The radio resources indicated by the uplink authorization are used to transmit the initial connection request; the second identity identifier can be the terminal ID or the terminal's C-RNTI (Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier).
[0094] It should be noted that a one-to-one correspondence may be suggested between the first identity identifier, the second identity identifier, and the random access request sequence index, as shown in Table 6:
[0095] Table 6
[0096] The second terminal identifier is configured by the central node and provided to the terminal in the access permission list. This identifier is used by the central node to unicast information to the terminal. The random access response can be transmitted on the downlink control channel or on the downlink data channel (in the form of control information or data, in which case the random access response may not include the terminal's second identifier). The random access response is used to transmit the uplink authorization (radio resources) for the initial connection request. It can be carried in the random access response or allocated by uplink dynamic scheduling.
[0097] Step 208: The terminal initiates an initial connection request to the central node.
[0098] If the second identity of the terminal belongs to the terminal, the terminal applies time advance and uplink authorization to initiate an initial connection request to the central node. The initial connection configuration request carries the first identity of the terminal.
[0099] Step 209: The terminal receives the initial connection configuration information and applies the initial connection configuration information to configure the terminal.
[0100] The initial connection configuration information may be in data form and used for control information scheduling indication. The initial connection configuration of unicast may include one or more of the following: entity configuration information, bearer configuration information, configuration information of related timers, measurement-related configuration information, power-related configuration information, etc.
[0101] Step 210: The terminal sends an initial connection configuration response to the central node.
[0102] Step 211: The terminal receives a notification message from the central node indicating successful access. If successful, the process is terminated. If no notification message is received indicating successful access, the process fails and the process returns to step 201 to receive the access permission list again.
[0103] In other embodiments, in order to quickly access the terminal and quickly establish a cell, the management station identifies the terminal through a random access request sequence and sends initial connection configuration information. That is, after the central node receives the random access request sequence sent by the terminal, when the central node sends a random access response to the terminal, in addition to the terminal's second identity, time advance, uplink authorization and other information, the initial connection configuration information can also be sent to the terminal. If the terminal's second identity belongs to the terminal, the terminal applies the time advance, uplink authorization and initial connection configuration information. The terminal does not need to initiate an initial connection request to the central node, and directly sends a connection configuration response to the central node. The central node sends a notification message to the terminal indicating whether the access is successful.
[0104] As shown in FIG14 , FIG14 is a random access method provided by an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a central node and includes the following steps:
[0105] Step S301: broadcast system information to the terminal.
[0106] In this embodiment, the system information includes primary system information and secondary system information, wherein the secondary system information includes an access permission list. The access permission list includes a random access request sequence index corresponding one-to-one to a first identity of at least one terminal.
[0107] The maximum number of terminals in the access permission list is recommended to be the maximum number of random access sequences that the central node can demodulate. As long as the access permission information is carried in any other form of information broadcast by the central node, it is not required that the central node must broadcast the access permission information separately. For example, the central node can broadcast system information, and the system information can carry the access permission information. In addition to the access permission information, the system information also contains configuration information such as air interface configuration and wireless resource configuration. This is simply described as the terminal receiving the access permission information broadcast by the central node. The broadcast form in other situations can be understood as not conflicting with this step.
[0108] When the terminal monitors the access permission list, it determines whether the central node allows access by checking whether its identity is in the access permission list. The terminal finds the corresponding random access request sequence index based on the identity and generates a random access request sequence based on the random access request sequence index.
[0109] In one embodiment, the system information may include one or more primary system information and secondary system information. The primary system information indicates whether the secondary system information exists, and the secondary system information includes time domain resources, frequency domain resources, etc. The secondary system information includes one or more secondary system information types and an access permission list.
[0110] The access permission list includes one or more terminal identities and random access request sequence indexes. A terminal can find the corresponding random access request sequence index based on the identity. A random access request sequence is generated based on the random access request sequence index. The central node manages and controls terminal-related information in the access permission list.
[0111] In this step, the terminal receives and analyzes the system broadcast information. If the central node allows access, it generates a random access request sequence and initiates access at the corresponding access opportunity. The central node detects the random access request sequence at the corresponding position to identify the terminal.
[0112] After the central node is configured to send the access permission list, it checks for random access sequences at the corresponding locations. If the check fails, it continues to broadcast the access permission information for the device. The central node controls whether the random access request sequence reassigned in the access permission information broadcast for the device is consistent with the previous one, as well as the timing and frequency of access permission broadcasts. If the check succeeds, the central node identifies the terminal. It no longer broadcasts the access permission information for the device. In subsequent communications with the terminal, the central node uses an identity identifier to distinguish different terminals. The identity identifier can be the terminal's MAC address, a scrambled MAC address, or a scrambled portion of the MAC address.
[0113] Step S302: Receive a random access request in the second time slot, and determine the terminal that sends the random access request according to the random access request.
[0114] In this step, the central node receives the random access request at the agreed position (ie, the second time slot).
[0115] Regarding the determination of the second time slot, the terminal confirms that the time slot in the access permission list containing the terminal's own random access request sequence index is the first time slot. The terminal determines the second time slot for random access to the central node based on the primary system information and the first time slot, specifically including: the terminal determining at least one third time slot in which an uplink synchronization channel in a wireless data frame is located based on the primary system information. The terminal determines the second time slot for initiating access to the central node based on the first time slot and the at least one third time slot, where the second time slot is equal to one of the third time slots obtained by adding a preset value to the first time slot.
[0116] The random access request sequence is generated by the terminal according to the random access request sequence index found by the terminal according to the identity identifier.
[0117] As shown in FIG15 , in other embodiments, the access method further includes the steps of:
[0118] Step 303: Send a random access response to the terminal.
[0119] The random access response includes the second identity of the terminal, a time advance, and an uplink authorization.
[0120] If the second identity identifier of the terminal belongs to the terminal, the terminal will apply the time advance and uplink authorization to complete the configuration.
[0121] Step 304: Receive an initial connection request sent by the terminal, where the initial connection request carries the first identity identifier of the terminal.
[0122] Step 305: Send initial connection configuration information to the terminal.
[0123] If the first identity identifier matches the first identity identifier of the terminal stored in the central node, initial connection configuration information is sent to the terminal, and the initial connection configuration information is used by the terminal to complete the configuration by applying the initial connection configuration information.
[0124] Receive the initial connection configuration response sent by the terminal and send a notification message of successful access to the terminal.
[0125] Step S306: Receive the initial connection configuration response sent by the terminal.
[0126] Step S307: Send a notification message of successful access to the terminal.
[0127] As shown in FIG16 , in other embodiments, the access method may further include the following steps:
[0128] Step 303': Send a random access response to the terminal.
[0129] The difference from the previous embodiment is that, in this embodiment, the random access response includes not only the second identity of the terminal, time advance, and uplink authorization, but also initial connection configuration information, that is, the central node sends the initial connection configuration information to the terminal in advance along with the random access response.
[0130] If the second identity identifier of the terminal belongs to the terminal, the terminal will apply the time advance, uplink authorization and initial connection configuration information to complete the configuration.
[0131] Step 304': Receive a connection configuration response sent by the terminal.
[0132] The initial connection configuration response carries the first identity identifier of the terminal, and the initial connection request carries the first identity identifier of the terminal.
[0133] Step 305 ′: Send a notification message of successful access to the terminal.
[0134] If the first identity identifier matches the first identity identifier of the terminal stored in the central node, a notification message of successful access is sent to the terminal.
[0135] As shown in Figure 17, an embodiment of the present application further provides a terminal 400, which specifically includes a first receiving unit 401, a processing unit 402, and a first sending unit 403, wherein the first receiving unit 401 receives system information broadcast by a central node, wherein the system information includes primary system information and secondary system information, wherein the secondary system information includes an access permission list, and the access permission list includes a random access request sequence index corresponding to a first identity of at least one terminal. After receiving the access permission list, the terminal traverses the access permission list, obtains a random access request sequence index that matches the first identity of the terminal, and then generates a random access request sequence based on the random access request sequence index.
[0136] The processing unit 402 confirms that the time slot where the access permission list where the terminal's own random access request sequence index is obtained is the first time slot, and then determines the second time slot of the random access central node according to the main system information and the first time slot.
[0137] The first sending unit 403 sends a random access request sequence to the central node on the uplink synchronization channel of the second time slot.
[0138] In one embodiment, the processing unit 402 determines the second time slot for randomly accessing the central node based on the main system information and the first time slot by: determining at least one third time slot where the uplink synchronization channel in the wireless data frame is located based on the main system information; determining the second time slot for initiating access to the central node based on the first time slot and at least one third time slot, wherein the second time slot is equal to the first time slot plus one of the third time slots after a preset value is added.
[0139] In one embodiment, the processing unit 402 determines the second time slot for initiating access to the central node based on the first time slot and at least one third time slot in the following manner: when the preset value time slot after the first time slot and the third time slot are in the same time slot, then the preset value time slot after the first time slot is the second time slot. Alternatively, when the preset value time slot after the first time slot and the third time slot are not in the same time slot, then the first third time slot that occurs after the preset value time slot after the first time slot is the second time slot.
[0140] As shown in Figure 18, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a central node 500, which specifically includes a second sending unit 501 and a second receiving unit 502. The second sending unit 501 broadcasts system information to terminals, where the system information includes primary system information and secondary system information, where the secondary system information includes an access permission list, where the access permission list includes a random access request sequence index corresponding to a first identity of at least one terminal. The second receiving unit 502 is configured to receive a random access request in a second time slot and determine the terminal that sent the random access request based on the random access request.
[0141] In one embodiment, the second sending unit 501 further sends a random access response to the terminal, and the random access response includes the second identity identifier of the terminal, the time advance and the uplink authorization. If the second identity identifier of the terminal belongs to the terminal, the terminal will apply the time advance and uplink authorization to complete the configuration. The second receiving unit 502 further receives the initial connection request sent by the terminal, and the initial connection request carries the first identity identifier of the terminal. If the first identity identifier matches the first identity identifier of the terminal saved by the central node, the second receiving unit 502 further sends the initial connection configuration information to the terminal. After receiving the initial connection configuration information, the terminal applies the initial connection configuration information to complete the configuration. The second receiving unit 502 further receives the initial connection configuration response sent by the terminal, and then the second receiving unit 502 sends a notification message of successful access to the terminal to inform the terminal that the access is successful.
[0142] In one embodiment, the second sending unit 501 further sends a random access response to the terminal, where the random access response includes the terminal's second identity, time advance, uplink authorization, and initial connection configuration information. If the terminal's second identity belongs to the terminal, the terminal applies the time advance, uplink authorization, and initial connection configuration information to complete the configuration. The second receiving unit 502 further receives a connection configuration response sent by the terminal, where the initial connection configuration response carries the terminal's first identity. If the first identity matches the first identity of the terminal stored in the central node, the second receiving unit 502 further sends a successful access notification message to the terminal to inform the terminal of the successful access.
