[0055] The technical solution of the present invention is explained in further detail below by means of embodiments, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. In this description, identical or similar reference signs denote identical or similar components. The following explanation of embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the overall inventive concept of the present invention, and should not be interpreted as a limitation of the present invention.

[0056] In addition, in the following detailed description, to facilitate explanation, many specific details are expounded to provide a comprehensive understanding of the embodiments of the present disclosure. However, it is obvious that one or more embodiments may also be implemented without these specific details.

[0057] shows a schematic view of the overall structure of a light strip assembly 100-1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic view of a partial structure of the light strip assembly 100-1 in, in which a substrate 10 and a light source 20 are shown.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the light strip assembly 100-1 inalong direction A1-A1.shows an enlarged schematic view of a part P1 of a first light-transmitting layer 31 in.

[0058] As shown in-1d, the first embodiment of the present invention provides a light strip assembly 100-1. The light strip assembly 100-1 includes a substrate 10, a plurality of light sources 20, and a light-transmitting layer assembly 30. The plurality of light sources 20 are disposed on the substrate 10 at intervals along an extension direction D1 of the substrate 10. An optical microstructure 30m is provided on the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the optical microstructure 30m is used to diffuse light emitted by the plurality of light sources 20. Especially, the optical microstructure 30m is used to diffuse the light along the extension direction D1.

[0059] In this embodiment, the light strip assembly 100-1 includes a light-transmitting layer assembly 30. Compared with a semi-transparent diffusion material, the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 has higher light output efficiency, so that the overall light output efficiency of the light strip assembly 100-1 is higher. Also, by providing the optical microstructure 30m for diffusing the light emitted by the light source 20 on the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, the uniformity of the light output of the entire light strip assembly 100-1 is significantly improved. Therefore, the light strip assembly 100-1 can have relatively good uniformity while having relatively high light output efficiency. In the case of the fixed length of the light strip assembly 100-1, the desired light output effect can be achieved by providing a smaller number of light sources 20, which obviously saves costs.

[0060] As an example, the light strip assembly 100-1 may be flexible. The substrate 10 may be a flexible printed circuit board, and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may also be flexible, so that the entire light strip assembly 100-1 is flexible, and the light strip assembly 100-1 can be bent into various shapes to create different lighting shapes. Each light source 20 may include at least one light emitting diode (LED) for emitting light. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and according to actual needs, the light source 20 may be any light source capable of emitting light.

[0061] As an example, the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may be made of a completely light-transmitting material, such as a transparent silicone material, however, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto. The light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may be disposed on a transmission path of the light emitted by the plurality of light sources 20, and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may be disposed to extend along the extension direction D1, so that the light strip assembly 100-1 can emit a strip-shaped light pattern along the extension direction D1. The light emitted by all the light sources 20 can pass through the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and after being diffused by the optical microstructure 30m, the light is emitted to the outside of the light strip assembly 100-1, so that the light output uniformity of the entire light strip assembly 100-1 is relatively good.

[0062] In this embodiment, the optical microstructure 30m may be in a tooth-shaped array or a pillow-shaped array. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and optical microstructures arranged in other suitable shapes may be included according to actual needs. The optical microstructure 30m may be used to scatter the light passing through it, thereby expanding the illumination range of the light. The size of the optical microstructure 30m is generally less than 50 um, or even less than 10 um. The smaller the size of the optical microstructure, the better the light can be scattered, thereby improving the diffusion effect. The optical microstructure 30m may be spread over a certain surface of the entire light strip assembly 30. Since the size of the optical microstructure 30m is very small, a human eye generally cannot observe the structural details of the optical microstructure 30m, and can only see that the optical microstructure 30m is in a frosted state.

[0063] As an example, the optical microstructure 30m may be formed on the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 by an imprinting process. Specifically, the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may be imprinted with a thin film having the optical microstructure 30m, so that the optical microstructure 30m is formed on the light-transmitting layer assembly. In this embodiment, the optical microstructure 30m may be preferably formed on the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 by the imprinting process. In addition, the optical microstructure 30m can also be formed on the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 by transfer printing process or injection molding process.

[0064] In this embodiment, the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 only includes a first light-transmitting layer 31, and the first light-transmitting layer 31 includes a light incident surface 31a and a light exit surface 31b that are disposed opposite to each other. The light incident surface 31a of the first light-transmitting layer 31 is used to receive the light emitted by the plurality of light sources 20, and the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31 is used to emit light received from the light incident surface 31a of the first light-transmitting layer 31.

[0065] As an example, the optical microstructure 30m may be disposed on the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31, and is used to scatter the light emitted by the plurality of light sources 20 when the light is emitted, so as to improve the light output uniformity. The first light-transmitting layer 31 is disposed on the plurality of light sources 20 and the substrate 10, and the first light-transmitting layer 31 tightly covers the plurality of light sources 20, that is, the first light-transmitting layer 31 completely contacts the plurality of light sources 20, so that the plurality of light sources 20 are located between the substrate 10 and the first light-transmitting layer 31.

[0066] At this time, the optical microstructure 30m of the light strip assembly 100-1 is exposed. An external component may be disposed on the outside of the light strip assembly 100-1, and the external component is used to protect the optical microstructure 30m. For example, the light strip assembly 100-1 may be mounted inside an exterior lamp, and the optical microstructure 30m is protected by an outer lens of the exterior lamp to prevent the optical microstructure from dust accumulation, contamination or scratches. The exterior lamp may be, for example, a headlamp, a taillight or the like. In other embodiments, the light strip assembly 100-1 may also be used as an interior lamp, and the working environment of the interior lamp is relatively clean, so it may not be necessary to provide an additional external component to protect the optical microstructure 30m.

[0067] In this embodiment, the light strip assembly 100-1 further includes a reflective layer 40. The reflective layer 40 covers the substrate 10 and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. The reflective layer 40 is used to direct the light emitted by the light sources 20 toward the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, so as to further improve the overall light output efficiency of the light strip assembly 100-1.

[0068] Specifically, the reflective layer 40 is formed outside the substrate 10 and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the reflective layer 40 may be formed to surround at least a part of the substrate 10 and the light-transmitting layer 31 from the outside. That is, the reflective layer 40 may be formed on the side of the substrate 10 opposite to the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and cover at least a part of the substrate 10. The reflective layer 40 may extend upwards at both sides of the substrate 10 in a light output direction transverse to the first direction D1, so as to cover at least a part of both sides of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 in the light output direction, so as to surround the light-transmitting layer assembly from a side surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. The substrate 10, the light source 20 and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 may fill the entire space surrounded by the reflective layer 40. In this way, the reflective layer 40 can support the substrate 10 and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. Moreover, in a cross section perpendicular to the extension direction D1, the reflective layer 40 is substantially U-shaped. The reflective layer 40 may be in full contact with a printed circuit board 10 and the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. The reflective layer 40 may be formed of a completely opaque and highly reflective material, such as a completely opaque silicone material, and the reflective layer 40 may also be flexible. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

[0069] In this embodiment, light exit surfaces 21 of the light sources 20 are parallel to the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the light exit surfaces 21 of the light source 20 face the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. At this time, after light emitted by a light source 20 is emitted from its light exit surface 21, a main part may directly pass through the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 and be emitted from the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the other part may be reflected by the reflective layer 40 and then emitted through the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. In this embodiment, the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31.

[0070] shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-3 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the structures of the light strip assemblies 100-2 and 100-3 are substantially the same as that of the light strip assembly 100-1, and the main difference is that the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is different. For example, in, the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is an acute angle, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. For another example, in, the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 is perpendicular to the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40. At this time, most of the light emitted by the light sources 20 is reflected by the reflective layer 40 and then emitted through the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. By setting the angle relationship between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, the corresponding characteristics of the emitted light may be adjusted to meet the application of different scenes.

[0071] It is worth noting that the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 in FIGS. 2 and 3 also only includes the first light-transmitting layer 31, and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31. Except for the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 being different, the other features of the light strip assembly 100-2 and the light strip assembly 100-3 are the same or similar to those of the light strip assembly 100-1, and will not be repeated here.

[0072] shows a schematic view of the overall structure of a light strip assembly 100-4 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the light strip assembly 100-4 inalong direction A4-A4.shows an enlarged schematic view of a part P4 of a first light-transmitting layer 31 in. As shown in FIGS. 4a-4c, the structure of the light strip assembly 100-4 is substantially the same as that of the light strip assembly 100-1, and the main difference is that in the light strip assembly 100-4, the optical microstructure 30m is disposed on the light incident surface 31a of the first light-transmitting layer 31, instead of the optical microstructure 30m being disposed on the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31 as in the light strip assembly 100-1.

[0073] In addition, unlike the first light-transmitting layer 31 in the light strip assembly 100-1, which completely and tightly covers the plurality of light sources 20, in this embodiment, the first light-transmitting layer 31 is disposed on the side of the plurality of light sources 20 away from the substrate 10, and the first light-transmitting layer 31 is disposed at intervals from the plurality of light sources 20. Specifically, the first light-transmitting layer 31 has a thinner thickness, and the first light-transmitting layer 31 may be disposed at the opening of a U-shaped reflective layer 40. At this time, the material of the first light-transmitting layer 31 can be effectively saved. Other features in the light strip assembly 100-4 are the same or similar to those of the light strip assembly 100-1 and will not be repeated here.

[0074] In this embodiment, the optical microstructure 30m is disposed on the entire light incident surface 31a of the first light-transmitting layer 31, rather than being disposed to be exposed, and the optical microstructure 30m may be protected by the entire first light-transmitting layer 31. This can prevent the optical microstructure 30m from failing due to dust accumulation, contamination or scratches. At this time, the light strip assembly 100-4 may be directly used as an exterior light or an interior light, and there is no need to provide additional external components to protect the optical microstructure 30m. In some other embodiments, the optical microstructure 30m may also be disposed on the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31. In this case, the optical microstructure 30m of the light strip assembly is exposed, and an external component may be disposed on the outside of the light strip assembly to protect the optical microstructure 30m.

[0075] In some other embodiments, the light-transmitting component 30 also includes a diffusion film, and the optical microstructure 30m is arranged on the diffusion film. The diffusion film is bonded to the light incident surface 31a or the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31, or the diffusion film is embedded in a hollow position between the light sources 20 and the first light-transmitting layer 31.

[0076] shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-5 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-6 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the structures of the light strip assemblies 100-5 and 100-6 are substantially the same as that of the light strip assembly 100-4, and the main difference is that the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is different. In the light strip assembly 100-5, the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 is an acute angle, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40 and the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30. In the light strip assembly 100-6, the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 is perpendicular to the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40. At this time, most of the light emitted by the light sources 20 is reflected by the reflective layer 40 and then emitted through the light exit surface of the light-transmitting layer assembly 30.

[0077] shows a schematic view of the overall structure of a light strip assembly 100-7 according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the light strip assembly 100-7 inalong direction A7-A7.shows an enlarged schematic view of a part P7 of a first light-transmitting layer 31 and a second light-transmitting layer 32 in.shows an enlarged schematic view of a part P7 of another variant of the first light-transmitting layer 31 and the second light-transmitting layer 32 in.

[0078] As shown in FIGS. 7a-7c, the structure of the light strip assembly 100-7 is substantially the same as that of the light strip assembly 100-1, and the main difference is that in the light strip assembly 100-7, the light-transmitting layer assembly 30 includes not only the first light-transmitting layer 31, but also the second light-transmitting layer 32. The second light-transmitting layer 32 includes a light incident surface 32a and a light exit surface 32b. The second light-transmitting layer 32 is disposed on a side of the first light-transmitting layer 31 away from the plurality of light sources 20, and the second light-transmitting layer 32 is spaced apart from the first light-transmitting layer 31. The light incident surface 32a of the second light-transmitting layer 32 faces the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31. The light incident surface 32a of the second light-transmitting layer 32 is used to receive light emitted from the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31, and the light exit surface 32b of the second light-transmitting layer 32 is used to emit light received from the light incident surface 32a of the second light-transmitting layer 32.

[0079] In this embodiment, the optical microstructure 30m may be disposed on the light exit surface 31b of the first light-transmitting layer 31. In a variant embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in, the optical microstructure 30m may also be disposed on the light incident surface 32a of the second light-transmitting layer 32. The second light-transmitting layer 32 may be made of the same material as the first light-transmitting layer 31, for example, both being made of a transparent silicone material, and the second light-transmitting layer 32 may also be flexible. The optical microstructure 30m is disposed between the first light-transmitting layer 31 and the second light-transmitting layer 32, and the optical microstructure 30m may be protected by the second light-transmitting layer 32, so that the optical microstructure 30m can be prevented from failing due to dust accumulation, contamination or scratches. At this time, the light strip assembly 100-7 may be directly used as an exterior light or an interior light, and there is no need to provide additional external components to protect the optical microstructure 30m. In some other embodiments, the optical microstructure 30m may also be disposed on the light exit surface 32b of the second light-transmitting layer 32. In this case, the optical microstructure 30m of the light strip assembly is exposed, and an external component may be disposed on the outside of the light strip assembly to protect the optical microstructure 30m.

[0080] shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-8 according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light strip assembly 100-9 according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the structures of the light strip assemblies 100-8 and 100-9 are substantially the same as that of the light strip assembly 100-7, and the main difference is that the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31 is different. In the light strip assembly 100-7, the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 is parallel to the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31. In the light strip assembly 100-8 shown in, the angle between the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 and the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31 is an acute angle, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40 and the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31. In the light strip assembly 100-9 shown in, the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 is perpendicular to the light exit surface 31 of the first light-transmitting layer 31, and the light exit surface 21 of the light source 20 faces the reflective layer 40.

[0081] shows a schematic view of the overall structure of a light strip assembly 100-10 according to a tenth embodiment of the present invention.shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the light strip assembly 100-10 inalong direction A10-A10.shows a partially enlarged schematic view of the first light-transmitting layer 31 in. As shown in FIGS. 10a-10c, the light strip assembly 100-10 is substantially the same as the light strip assembly 100-1, and the main difference is that the light strip assembly 100-1 includes a reflective layer 40, whereas the light strip assembly 100-10 does not include a reflective layer, so that costs can be saved. Because the light strip assembly 100-10 does not include a reflective layer, it is particularly suitable for scenes where a mating member blocks a side surface of the light strip assembly 100-10 to prevent light leakage from the side surface of the light strip assembly 100-10. In addition, the first light-transmitting layer 31 in the light strip assembly 100-10 is square in a cross section along a direction perpendicular to the extension direction D1, whereas the first light-transmitting layer 31 in the light strip assembly 100-1 is lambda-shaped in a cross section along the direction perpendicular to the extension direction D1. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the light-transmitting layer may also be in other forms, as long as it can effectively emit the light emitted by the light sources.

[0082] The present application further provides a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle may include the light strip assembly described in any of the above embodiments. For example, the motor vehicle may include the light strip assembly 100-1, 100-2, 100-3, 100-4, 100-5, 100-6, 100-7, 100-8, 100-9 or 100-10, and the light strip assembly may be used as a signal light, an atmosphere light or the like of the motor vehicle.

[0083] Although the present invention has been explained in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the accompanying drawings are intended to provide an exemplary illustration of preferred embodiments of the present invention, and must not be interpreted as a limitation of the present invention.
