The entire contents of the application are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communication technology, and in particular to a service cell access method based on network sharing, a base station, and a storage medium. Background Art

[0004] With the evolution of fifth-generation mobile communication technology (5G) and sixth-generation mobile networks (6G), spectrum resources are becoming increasingly scarce, and frequency sharing among operators has become a trend. From a wireless perspective, spectrum sharing can be divided into two methods: shared carrier and independent carrier. Independent carrier means each operator has its own frequency, sharing base station equipment but not frequencies. Shared carrier means operators share base stations and frequencies to improve spectrum utilization.

[0005] However, the carrier sharing method among operators will also lead to coupling between operators. Specifically, when one of the operators encounters abnormalities due to core network upgrades, operation and maintenance, NG interface coupling flash disconnection, software and hardware, etc., the coupling will cause the user equipment connected to the shared operator to select the wrong core network, resulting in failure of the user equipment to access or switch the service cell.

[0026] The embodiment of the present application provides a service cell access method based on network sharing, a base station and a storage medium. The service cell access method based on network sharing can be applied to a base station, and the base station can be a macro base station, a micro base station, a pico base station and a femto base station. For example, the base station is a macro base station, and the macro base station obtains at least one cell information of an adjacent base station, and the cell information includes a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) list and networking type information; updates the New Radio (NR) service cell information of the adjacent base station according to the PLMN list and networking type information of each cell, and obtains the target NR service cell information; obtains the measurement report of the user equipment, and determines the target service cell for the user equipment to switch based on the measurement report and the target NR service cell information, so that the user equipment switches to the target service cell.

[0027] The following describes some embodiments of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the absence of conflict, the following embodiments and features therein may be combined with each other.

[0028] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a flowchart of a service cell access method based on network sharing provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0029] As shown in FIG1 , the serving cell access method based on network sharing includes steps S101 to S103 .

[0030] Step S101: Acquire at least one cell information of an adjacent base station, wherein the cell information includes a public land mobile network (PLMN) list and networking type information.

[0031] Among them, the cell information includes a public land mobile network (PLMN) list and networking type information; the PLMN list includes logical cell information, the arrangement order of each logical cell, PLMN name, PLMN activation status, operator information and other information; the networking type information is the type of networking supported by the logical cell, and the networking type includes standalone networking (SA) and non-standalone networking (NSA).

[0032] In one embodiment, the cell information broadcast by the adjacent base station is obtained, and the New Radio (NR) service cell information of the adjacent base station stored in the station is updated according to the cell information to obtain the target NR service cell information of the adjacent base station. By updating the NR service cell information of the adjacent base station in the station, the efficiency and accuracy of the user equipment switching service cell can be improved.

[0033] Step S102: Update the new air interface NR service cell information of the adjacent base station according to the PLMN list and networking type information of each cell to obtain the target NR service cell information.

[0034] Among them, the condition for triggering the update of the NR service cell information is that the NR service cell information of the adjacent base station is updated when the shared carrier sharing initial cell is established or when the cell information of the adjacent base station is updated. It should be noted that the shared carrier sharing is that the NR shared carrier serves multiple operators at the same time. When the operator accesses the shared carrier, the matching core network is selected for the user terminal according to the operator information.

[0035] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , step S102 includes sub-steps S1021 to S1023 .

[0036] Sub-step S1021: Generate a logical cell list according to the cell information, wherein the logical cell list contains the logical cells arranged in sequence.

[0037] The logical cell information included in the cell information is determined, and each logical cell is arranged to obtain a logical cell list. The logical cell list includes the logical cells arranged in order. By arranging the logical cells to obtain the logical cell order, the problem of incorrect logical cell selection can be avoided.

[0038] Exemplarily, cell information is obtained, which is cell information of a single physical cell. The physical cell includes logical cell A and logical cell B. The physical cell, logical cell A, and logical cell B are arranged to obtain a logical cell list as shown in Figure 3. The logical cell list includes physical cell 11, logical cell A21, and logical cell B22.

[0039] Sub-step S1022: When there are multiple logical cells of PLMN, generate multiple groups of ordered PLMN information according to the cell information.

[0040] When multiple PLMNs exist in a logical cell, a PLMN queue is generated for each logical cell based on the cell information. Each PLMN queue includes at least one PLMN. By arranging the PLMNs in each logical cell so that each PLMN has a specific sequence number, user equipment can accurately switch to the target serving cell when switching serving cells, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of serving cell handoffs.

[0041] Exemplarily, the logical cells include PLMN460-00, PLMN460-01, PLMN460-02 and PLMN460-03. PLMN460-00, PLMN460-01, PLMN460-02 and PLMN460-03 are arranged to obtain a PLMN list as shown in FIG4 , in which the PLMNs are arranged in sequence.

[0042] Sub-step S1023: Update the logical cell list in the NR service cell information of the adjacent base station and the information element information in each group of the PLMN information according to the PLMN list and the networking type information to obtain the target NR service cell information.

[0043] If the networking type information determines that the logical cell only supports standalone (SA) services, the field corresponding to the logical cell is updated to a preset first field. Based on the activation status of each PLMN in the PLMN list, the information element information in the NR serving cell information element is updated to obtain the target NR serving cell information element information. The preset first field can be set based on actual conditions and is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. For example, the preset first field can be field 0. Based on the networking type information, the services supported by the logical cell can be accurately determined, allowing the fields of the logical cell to be accurately updated, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of NR serving cell information element updates.

[0044] In one embodiment, based on the activation status of each PLMN in the PLMN list, the information element information in each group of PLMN information in the NR service cell information is updated to obtain the target NR service cell information element information. The method may be: when the activation status of the PLMN is the first state, the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in the PLMN information is updated to a preset third field to obtain the target NR service cell information element information; when the activation status of the PLMN is the second state, the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in the PLMN information is updated to a preset fourth field to obtain the target NR service cell information element information. The preset third field and the preset fourth field can be set according to actual conditions, and the embodiments of the present application do not specifically limit this. Based on the activation status of each PLMN in the PLMN list, the information element information in each group of PLMN information in the NR service cell information can be accurately updated, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the NR service cell information update.

[0045] It should be noted that the preset third field can be set to field 0. When the present application is used to solve Xn switching, the preset fourth field can be set to Broadcast PLMN Identity Info List NR.Configured TAC Indication. When the present application is used to solve X2 switching, the preset fourth field can be set to Broadcast PLMN Identity Info List NR.5GS-TAC. The first state is an activated state, and the second state is an inactivated state. That is, when the activation state of the PLMN is an activated state, the field corresponding to the PLMN identity in the PLMN information is updated to the preset third field; when the activation state of the PLMN is an inactivated state, the field corresponding to the PLMN identity in the PLMN information is updated to the preset fourth field.

[0046] Exemplarily, the physical cell includes logical cell A, logical cell B and logical cell C, wherein logical cell A and logical cell C support SA services, and logical cell B only supports NSA services. The fields corresponding to logical cell A and logical cell C are updated to the preset first field; the field corresponding to logical cell B is updated to the preset second field.

[0047] Exemplarily, the logical cell A supporting SA services includes PLMN1, PLMN2, PLMN3 and PLMN4, wherein PLMN1, PLMN2 and PLMN4 are in an activated state, and PLMN3 is in an inactivated state. The field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in PLMN1, PLMN2 and PLMN4 is updated to the preset third field, and the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in PLMN3 is updated to the preset fourth field.

[0048] In one embodiment, when it is determined based on the networking type information that the logical cell only supports NSA services, the field corresponding to the logical cell in the NR serving cell information is updated to a preset second field to obtain the target NR serving cell information. The preset second field can be set according to the time situation, and the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit it. When the logical cell only supports NSA services, the field corresponding to the logical cell is updated to the preset second field, which can quickly complete the update of the NR serving cell information.

[0049] It should be noted that, when the present application is used to solve Xn handover, the preset second field can be set to Served Cell Information NR.Configured TAC Indication. When the present application is used to solve X2 handover, the preset fourth field can be set to Served Cell Information NR.5GS-TAC.

[0050] In one embodiment, when it is determined that the logical cell only supports NSA services, the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in the PLMN information of each group in the logical cell is updated to a preset fourth field. By updating the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier to the preset fourth field, the update of the NR serving cell information element can be completed quickly.

[0051] In one embodiment, if it is determined based on networking type information that the logical cell supports both SA and NSA services, and the activation status of the PLMNs supporting SA services is the second state, the field corresponding to the logical cell in the NR serving cell information is updated to a preset second field to obtain target NR serving cell information. If it is determined based on networking type information that the logical cell supports both SA and NSA services, and the activation status of the PLMNs supporting SA services is the first state, the field corresponding to the logical cell in the NR serving cell information is updated to a preset first field. If the field is updated to the preset first field for the logical cell, and the activation status of the PLMN of the logical cell is the first state, the field corresponding to the PLMN identifier in the PLMN information is updated to a preset third field to obtain target NR serving cell information. Based on the services supported by the logical cell and the activation status of the PLMN, the NR serving cell information can be quickly updated.

[0052] In one embodiment, when it is determined that the logical cell only supports SA services and the activation state of the PLMN is the second state, the operator field in the PLMN information is updated to the preset operator field. The operator field is an identification field corresponding to each operator, and the identification field corresponding to the operator can be cellReservedForOperatorUse. The preset operator field can be set according to actual conditions, and this embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit this. For example, the preset operator field can be set to reserved.

[0053] Step S103: Obtain a measurement report of the user equipment, and determine the target serving cell to which the user equipment is switched based on the measurement report and the target NR serving cell information, so that the user equipment is switched to the target serving cell.

[0054] A radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration instruction (RRC Reconfiguration) is sent to the user equipment. The user equipment is reconfigured according to the RRC reconfiguration instruction and sends a measurement report to the base station after the RRC reconfiguration is completed. The base station determines the target serving cell for the user equipment to switch based on the measurement report and the target NR serving cell information, so that the user equipment switches to the target serving cell. The user equipment can be selected according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit this. For example, the user equipment can be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a computer, and a smart wearable device.

[0055] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , step S103 includes sub-steps S1031 and S1032 .

[0056] Sub-step S1031: Determine, based on the measurement report and the target NR serving cell information, a candidate logical cell of a PLMN that supports SA services and has an intersection.

[0057] Based on the target NR serving cell information, a logical cell supporting the SA service is determined, and among the logical cells supporting the SA service, there is a logical cell whose PLMN intersects with the switchable PLMN in the user equipment's measurement report, thereby obtaining at least one logical cell. Based on the logical cell information and PLMN information in the PLMN in the measurement report and the target NR serving cell information, the candidate logical cell can be accurately obtained.

[0058] Exemplarily, the target NR serving cell information element includes logical cell A, logical cell B, and logical cell C. Logical cell A includes PLMN1 and PLMN2, logical cell B includes PLMN3 and PLMN4, and logical cell C includes PLMN5 and PLMN6. Wherein, the fields corresponding to logical cell A and logical cell C are preset first fields, and logical cell A and logical cell C are determined to be logical cells for the SA service. If the measurement report includes PLMN2 and PLMN5, logical cell A and logical cell C are determined to be candidate logical cells.

[0059] Sub-step S1032: Send the candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs to the neighboring base station, so that the neighboring base station determines a target serving cell according to the candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs.

[0060] A handover request containing candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs is sent to a neighboring base station. The neighboring base station receives the handover request and determines a target serving cell based on the candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs. The target serving cell is the core network corresponding to the user equipment accessing the target serving cell, thereby accurately completing the serving cell handover.

[0061] In one embodiment, a target serving cell is determined based on candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs, and a method for a user equipment to access the core network corresponding to the target serving cell may be as follows: a neighboring base station selects a target logical cell from multiple cells based on the candidate logical cells, uses the core network corresponding to the intersecting PLMNs as the target core network, and connects the user equipment to the target core network. Based on the candidate logical cells and the intersecting PLMNs, the user equipment can be accurately handed over to the target core network, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of handover of a shared serving cell in a network.

[0062] Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 6, base station A32 obtains the cell information sent by base station B33, and base station A32 updates the NR service cell information of base station B33 according to the PLMN list and networking type information in the cell information, and obtains the target NR service cell information; base station A32 sends an RRC reconfiguration instruction to user equipment 31, and user equipment 31 performs RRC reconfiguration according to the RRC reconfiguration instruction, and sends a measurement report to base station A32 when the RRC reconfiguration is completed; base station A32 determines the candidate logical cells of the PLMNs that support SA services and have intersections based on the measurement report and the target NR service cell information, and sends a handover request for the candidate logical cells of the PLMNs containing the intersection to base station B33; base station B33 requests the target service cell and the target core network corresponding to the target service cell according to the handover request; base station B33 sends a handover confirmation including the target core network to base station A32, so that base station A32 hands over the user equipment 31 to the target core network of base station B33.

[0063] The service cell access method based on network sharing in the above embodiment obtains at least one cell information of an adjacent base station, and the cell information includes a public land mobile network PLMN list and networking type information; updates the new air interface NR service cell information of the adjacent base station according to the PLMN list and networking type information of each cell to obtain the target NR service cell information; obtains the measurement report of the user equipment, and determines the target service cell to which the user equipment switches based on the measurement report and the target NR service cell information, so that the user equipment switches to the target service cell. This solution updates the NR service cell information through the cell information of the adjacent base station, and based on the measurement report of the user equipment and the target NR service cell information, can accurately obtain the target service cell and connect the user equipment to the target service cell, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the user equipment accessing the target service cell, and improving the user experience.

[0064] Please refer to FIG. 7 , which is a flow chart of another serving cell access method based on network sharing provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0065] As shown in FIG7 , the serving cell access method based on network sharing includes steps S201 to S202 .

[0066] Step S201: Acquire PLMN information of the current base station, and generate system information SIB1 according to the PLMN information of the current base station, wherein the SIB1 includes information of each group of PLMNs arranged in sequence.

[0067] Obtain the PLMN information of the fifth-generation mobile communication technology core network (5th-Generation Mobile Communication Technology Core, 5GC) in this base station, generate system information (System Information Block Type 1, SIB1) according to the PLMN information of each 5GC, and arrange the PLMN information of each group in the SIB1 in sequence.

[0068] It should be noted that the PLMNs in the SIB1 remain unchanged. When the activation state of the PLMN in the PLMN information changes from the first activation state to the second activation state, the operator field in the PLMN information is updated to the preset operator field. By updating the operator field in the PLMN information to the preset operator field, the order of the PLMN groups in the SIB1 remains unchanged, and the position of the operator identifier remains unchanged, so that the user equipment can accurately access the matching core network.

[0069] Exemplarily, this base station includes 5GC1 and 5GC2, and obtains PLMN information of 5GC1 and PLMN information of 5GC2, wherein the PLMN identifier of 5GC1 is 460-01, and the PLMN identifier of 5GC2 is 460-02, and generates SIB1 as shown in Figure 8 according to the PLMN information of 5GC1 and the PLMN information of 5GC2.

[0070] Step S202: Broadcast the SIB1 so that the user equipment can access the core network corresponding to the PLMN in the base station according to the SIB1.

[0071] After SIB1 is generated, the SIB1 is broadcasted so that each user equipment receives the SIB1 and updates the SIB1 according to the SIB1. By broadcasting SIB1, the PLMN information stored in each user equipment can be accurately updated.

[0072] Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 9, the base station 42 obtains the PLMN information of 5GC1 43 and the PLMN information of 5GC2 44, generates SIB1 according to the PLMN information of 5GC1 43 and the PLMN information of 5GC2 44, and broadcasts SIB1; after receiving SIB1, the user equipment 41 sends an RRC setting request to the base station 42; the base station 42 sends an RRC setting instruction to the user equipment 41 according to the RRC setting request, and after receiving the RRC setting instruction, the user equipment 41 updates the PLMN information according to SIB1, and sends an RRC setting completion to the base station 42 after the SIB1 is updated.

[0073] In one embodiment, if a cell in this base station cannot provide services due to an operator upgrade or coupling abnormality, the operator field in the PLMN information is updated to a preset operator field, so that the position of the PLMN in this base station does not change. When the user equipment requests access to the core network based on the PLMN in SIB1, it can be accurately matched to the correct core network, greatly improving the accuracy of the user equipment accessing the core network.

[0074] The network-sharing-based serving cell access method in the above embodiment obtains the PLMN information of the base station and generates system information SIB1 based on the PLMN information of the base station. The SIB1 includes information of each group of PLMNs in a sequential order. The SIB1 is then broadcasted so that user equipment can access the core network corresponding to the PLMN of the base station according to the SIB1. This allows the user equipment to accurately match the correct core network, greatly improving the accuracy of the user equipment's access to the core network.
