Abstract
Description
Waste collection equipment, waste liquid collection and treatment system and docking method thereof
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202311345997.X, filed on October 16, 2023, entitled “Waste collection equipment, waste liquid collection and treatment system and its docking method” and Chinese patent application No. 202322776172.5, entitled “Waste collection equipment and waste liquid collection and treatment system”, the entire contents of which are incorporated into this application by reference. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, and in particular to a waste collection device, a waste liquid collection and treatment system, and a method for docking the waste liquid collection and treatment system. Background Art
[0003] During certain surgical procedures, liquid, semi-solid, and solid wastes are inevitably generated. These include bodily fluids such as blood, perfusion solutions introduced into the surgical site during surgery, human tissue fragments, small pieces of surgical materials, and other solid and semi-solid waste generated during the procedure. These wastes need to be collected promptly to avoid contaminating the surgical site and becoming biohazardous materials in the operating room or other locations where the surgical procedure is performed. In the prior art, a vacuum source is typically used to generate suction to draw waste generated at the surgical site into a specific collection container. Specifically, after the system is activated, the suction generated by the vacuum source reaches the surgical site, thereby drawing the waste through the pipes in contact with the surgical site and flowing it into the specific collection container.
[0004] In a medical waste collection and treatment system, waste materials are collected in a waste collection container connected to a vacuum source. The waste collection container is typically mounted on a portable cart with wheels for easy transport. Generally, during the suction process, when the waste collection container reaches a predetermined volume, it needs to be emptied. Early prior art practices involved pushing the waste collection unit to a docking station, emptying it, and cleaning it. Once the waste collection unit is docked to the docking station, emptying begins. Once empty, the waste collection container is cleaned by a cleaning system through disinfection and rinsing. Technical issues
[0005] During a series of medical procedures, each procedure requires emptying. The frequent operation of pushing the waste collection device to the docking station each time brings a lot of inconvenience to the user and affects the progress of medical treatment. Therefore, in response to this technical defect, a transfer device specifically used to transport the waste from the waste collection device to the docking station has been developed, that is, a docking device specifically used to transport the waste in the waste collection device. The device usually includes two connectors that dock with the two connectors of the waste collection device to form a liquid circuit connection. One liquid circuit is used to transfer the waste from the waste collection device to the docking device, and the other liquid circuit is used to clean the waste collection container of the waste collection device. However, hot water above 40°C is usually required for cleaning, but many hospitals cannot provide such a large amount of hot water. Technical Solutions

[0045] To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the specific implementation, structure, features, and effects of the display panel and waste collection device proposed in accordance with the present invention is given in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
[0046] The present invention provides a waste collection and treatment system, as shown in FIG1 . FIG1 illustrates a waste collection and treatment system according to one embodiment. The waste collection and treatment system of this embodiment includes a waste collection device 10 and a docking device 30. The docking device 30 is used to dock with the waste collection device 10. The waste collection device 10 can be connected to an external suction line (not shown) via a consumables box 50. The external suction line can be connected to a suction connector (not shown). The suction connector can be a separate connector or attached to a surgical device. The suction force of the suction line can be derived from a vacuum source provided within the waste collection device 10 or from an external vacuum source. The suction force at the suction connector transports waste through the external suction line to the waste collection device 10 for storage. After docking with the waste collection device 10, the docking device 30 can be used to drain waste from the waste collection device 10 and form a flushing path for cleaning the waste collection container 15 (see Figure 2) of the waste collection device 10. The docking device 30 can also be connected to a steam generator to steam clean the waste collection device 10. The drainage circuit control, flushing circuit, and steam cleaning circuit board control of the waste collection and treatment system 10 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
[0047] In this embodiment, the waste collection device 10 includes a trolley housing 12, a waste collection container (not shown) disposed within the trolley housing 12, a trolley main frame 13, a travel mechanism 14 disposed at the bottom of the trolley main frame 13, a waste collection container 15 disposed within the trolley housing 12, and a trolley docking unit 16 mounted on the trolley main frame 13. The trolley housing 12 is also provided with a support rod 122 and a collection end display device 124.
[0048] Please also refer to FIG. 2 . In this embodiment, the trolley housing 12 of the waste collection device 10 is further provided with a magnetic stopper 126 . The magnetic stopper 126 is provided on at least one side of the trolley docking portion 16 .
[0049] Specifically, the trolley housing 12 is further provided with a first anti-collision portion 127, which is located on both sides of the trolley docking portion 16. Specifically, the first anti-collision portion 127 can be an anti-collision roller.
[0050] Specifically, the waste collection container is used to accommodate waste sucked by the suction connection.
[0051] Specifically, the traveling mechanism 14 may include a plurality of rollers to facilitate the movement of the waste collection device 10 , thereby making the waste collection device 10 a portable device for easy use.
[0052] In this embodiment, the trolley docking portion 16 can be provided at the bottom of the trolley main frame 16 for mating with the docking device 30. Specifically, the trolley docking portion 16 forms a mating space 161 to accommodate the mating head 34 of the docking device 30. The first anti-collision portion 127 is located on both sides of the mating space 161 to prevent the mating head 34 of the docking device 30 from colliding with the inner sidewalls of the mating space 161.
[0053] Specifically, a charging receiving portion 162 is further provided in the docking space 161. The charging receiving portion 162 can be a wireless charging receiving portion 162 to achieve wireless charging. Of course, the charging receiving portion 162 can also be a limited plug portion, as long as charging can be achieved simultaneously when docking with the docking device 30.
[0054] Referring to Figure 3 , in this embodiment, the trolley docking unit 16 includes a trolley connector fixing plate 163 and multiple collection connectors disposed on the trolley connector fixing plate 163. The multiple collection connectors include a drain female connector 1601, a flushing female connector 1602, and a steam female connector 1603. The drain female connector 1601 and the flushing female connector 1602 can be arranged to float relative to the trolley connector fixing plate 163. The drain female connector 1601 is used to drain waste from the waste collection container 15, the flushing female connector 1602 is used to introduce cleaning fluid for cleaning the waste collection container 15, and the steam female connector 1603 is used to introduce steam to perform high-temperature cleaning of the waste collection container 15. The drain female connector 1601, the flushing female connector 1602, and the steam female connector 1603 are respectively connected to the multiple collection male connectors on the docking device 30 in a one-to-one correspondence. In this embodiment, the steam female connector 1603 can also be arranged to float relative to the trolley connector fixing plate 163, but it can also be non-floating.
[0055] Specifically, there is one drain female connector 1601 and one flush female connector 1602, both arranged side by side perpendicular to the direction of relative movement between the docking device 30 and the waste collection device 10. There are two steam female connectors 1603, both arranged side by side perpendicular to the direction of relative movement between the docking device 30 and the waste collection device 10. Each steam female connector 1603 is connected to a waste collection container 15. The steam female connector 1603 is located closer to the outside of the waste collection device 10 than the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602. That is, when the waste collection device 10 is docked with the docking device 30, the docking device 30 approaches the steam female connector 1603 first. It is understood that when there is only one waste collection container 15, there will also be one steam female connector 1603. Specifically, the steam female connector 1603 can be connected to the lid or bottom of the waste collection device 10 via a steam line. The tank cover or tank bottom can be made of high temperature resistant materials, and the steam pipeline can also be made of high temperature resistant materials.
[0056] Specifically, the ends of the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602 that connect to the docking device 30 are flush, while the end of the steam female connector 1603 that connects to the docking device 30 is higher than the ends of the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602 that connect to the docking device 30. In other words, before docking, the steam female connector 1603 is farther away from the docking device 30 than the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602.
[0057] Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , in this embodiment, both the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602 include a collection end connector 165 and a first floating connector 167. The collection end connector 165 is connected to the waste collection container 15. The first floating connector 167 is sleeved onto the collection end connector 165 and mounted on the trolley connector fixing plate 163. The first floating connector 167 is used to guide the docking end connector of the docking device 30 to connect with the collection end connector 165. When the first floating connector 167 is not connected to the docking end connector, the first floating connector 167 is in an initial position. During the docking end connector connection process, the first floating connector 167 can float relative to the trolley connector fixing plate 163 and guide the docking end connector and the collection end connector 165 to align and connect accordingly. The interior of the collection end connector 165 is hollow, so that the two ends of the collection end connector 165 are connected to the waste collection container 15 and the docking device 30, respectively.
[0058] Specifically, the trolley joint fixing plate 163 can be fixedly connected to the trolley main frame 13 through fasteners 168 .
[0059] Specifically, the trolley docking portion 16 also includes a first floating joint fixing member 169, and the first floating joint 167 includes a first floating port 171 and a first floating guide 172. The first floating joint fixing member 169 is fixed to the trolley joint fixing plate 163 and includes a positioning portion 1691 that extends into the mating space 161. The first floating guide 172 is sleeved onto the collection end joint 165 and extends through the first floating joint fixing member 169 to guide the docking end joint of the docking device 30. The first floating port 171 is fixedly connected to the first floating guide 172 and can floatably cooperate with the mounting hole of the first floating joint fixing member 169 to engage with the first floating joint fixing member 169 in the initial state. First floating joint 167 is floatably mounted within a mounting hole formed by first floating joint fixture 169, allowing it to swing in any direction within a predetermined range relative to trolley joint fixture plate 163, thereby guiding and correcting the position of the docking end joint. When the docking end joint of docking device 30 is not connected, first floating port 171 engages with first floating joint fixture 169, locating first floating joint 167 in its initial position. During docking, first floating port 171 moves relative to first floating joint fixture 169, guiding the docking end joint to align with the corresponding collection end joint 165 and engage, forming a cleaning passage or waste discharge passage.
[0060] Specifically, a first elastic member 175 is provided between the first floating joint fixing member 169 and the first floating joint 167 to reset the first floating joint 167 and restore the first floating port 171 from a movable state to a state engaged with the first floating joint fixing member 169. Specifically, the two ends of the first elastic member 175 abut the first floating joint fixing member 169 and the first floating guide member 172, respectively. The first elastic member 175 can be a compression spring. When the docking end connector of the docking device 30 is not connected and the first floating joint 167 is in its initial position, the first elastic member 175 is in its initial state, i.e., the first elastic member 175 is not compressed or is only slightly compressed. When the docking end connector is connected, the first floating joint 167 floats and the first elastic member 175 is compressed. When the docking end connector is removed, the elastic force accumulated by the compression of the first elastic member 175 causes the first floating joint 167 to return to its initial state.
[0061] Specifically, two mounting holes may be provided on the trolley joint fixing plate 163 to respectively install two first suspension joint fixing members 169 , thereby correspondingly providing two first suspension joints 167 , and connecting the two collecting end joints 165 respectively through the two first suspension joints 167 .
[0062] Specifically, the collecting end joint 165 and the first suspension joint 167 are fixedly connected to form a whole. The outer walls of the collecting end joint 165 and the first suspension joint 167 can be integrally formed or connected by threads.
[0063] Specifically, the first floating joint fixing member 169 includes a fixing top 1693, which is fixedly connected to the trolley joint fixing plate 163. Specifically, a first stopper 1695 is formed at the junction of the fixing top 1693 and the positioning portion 1691. The first stopper 1695 abuts one side surface of the trolley joint fixing plate 163. The other side surface of the trolley joint fixing plate 163 is provided with a first clamping member 176 that abuts the trolley fixing plate 163 and engages the fixing top 1693 of the first floating joint fixing member 169. Thus, the fixing top 1693 is fixedly connected to the trolley joint fixing plate 163 via the first stopper 1695 and the first clamping member 176. The first clamping member 176 can be specifically a retaining spring. Specifically, a first mating hole 1696 is defined in the fixed top 1693. This first mating hole 1696 is a tapered hole that is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, or the inner sidewall of the first mating hole 1696 is an inclined plane. In other words, at least a portion of the inner sidewall of the first mating hole 1696 faces away from the mating space 161, and the size of the first mating hole 1696 gradually decreases. A cavity 1697 is formed within the positioning portion 1691 and communicates with the first mating hole 1696. The first elastic member 175 is housed within the cavity 1697, with one end abutting the fixed top 1693. A first slot is defined in the first floating joint fixing member 169 to accommodate the first engaging member 176.
[0064] Specifically, the first floating port 171 includes a mating surface for mating with the first mating hole 1696 of the first floating connector fixture 169. This mating surface is a conical or oblique surface. That is, the mating surface faces the mating space 161 and is at least partially inclined. The mating surface of the first floating port 171 can mate with the inner surface of the first mating hole 1696 and can also separate from the first mating hole 1696 as the first floating port 171 floats.
[0065] Specifically, the first suspension guide 172 includes a first sleeve portion 1720 and a first guide end 1721 for guiding the docking end connector. One end of the first sleeve portion 1720 is connected to the collection end connector 165, and the first guide end 1721 is connected to the other end of the first sleeve portion 1720. The first guide end 1721 defines a first guide opening 1722. The first guide opening 1722 can be a conical hole, or the inner sidewall of the first guide opening 1722 can be formed into multiple inclined planes, that is, the first guide opening 1722 has a bell-shaped structure, which can be an arc or a conical surface. In this way, the first guide opening 1722 can guide the docking end connector of the docking device 30 during docking, facilitating alignment during docking. One end of the first floating guide 172 extends from one end of the first floating joint fixing member 169 into the mating space 161. The first floating guide 172 also includes a first limiting edge 1725 that engages with the positioning portion 1691 to limit the upward floating range of the first floating joint 167. The first limiting edge 1725 is located on the outer sidewall of the first guide end 1721. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the first limiting edge 1725 is larger than the inner diameter of the positioning portion 1691. When the first floating guide 172 moves upward and abuts the positioning portion 1691, the positioning portion 1691 prevents the first floating guide 172 from further upward movement. Specifically, the end of the first guide end 1721 away from the first limiting edge 1725 forms a rounded corner 1726. Specifically, the diameter of the first guide opening 1722 at its smallest aperture can range from 40 mm to 60 mm. This allows for a larger size of the first guide opening 1722, providing greater tolerance for errors. In addition, the diameter of the first floating joint 167 ranges from 30 mm to 38 mm, and the inner diameter of the positioning portion 1691 ranges from 50 mm to 70 mm. In this way, the first floating joint 167 can have a larger tilt angle range before completing the docking, which can more conveniently guide the first floating joint 167 to docking.
[0066] Specifically, first suspension guide 172 further includes an outer tube 1727, which is connected to the outer sidewall of first guide end 1721. Outer tube 1727 is sleeved outside first guide end 1721, forming a gap between outer tube 1727 and first guide end 1721. One end of first elastic member 175 abuts the gap between outer tube 1727 and first guide end 1721.
[0067] Specifically, a second clip 178 is provided on one side of the first suspension port 171, which abuts against the first suspension port 171 and engages the first suspension guide 172. This second clip 178 secures the first suspension port 171 to the first suspension guide 172. The second clip 178 can be a retaining spring. A second slot is defined in the first suspension guide 172 to accommodate the second clip 178.
[0068] In this embodiment, the steam female connector 1603 includes a collection end mounting base 185 and a second floating connector 187. The collection end mounting base 185 is connected to the docking device 30, and the second floating connector 187 is connected to the waste collection container 15. The collection end mounting base 185 is sleeved within the second floating connector 187, and the second floating connector 187 is mounted on the trolley connector fixing plate 163. The second floating connector 187 is also used to guide the docking end connector of the docking device 30 to connect with the collection end mounting base 185. When the second floating connector 187 is not connected to the corresponding docking end connector, the second floating connector 187 is in an initial position. During the process of connecting to the docking end connector, the second floating connector 187 can float relative to the trolley connector fixing plate 163 and guide the docking end connector to align and connect with the collection end mounting base 185.
[0069] Specifically, the trolley docking portion 16 also includes a second floating joint fixture 189, and the second floating joint 187 includes a second floating port 191 and a second floating guide 192. The second floating joint fixture 189 is fixed to the trolley joint fixing plate 163. The second floating guide 192 is sleeved onto the collection end mounting seat 185 and extends through the second floating joint fixture 189 to guide the docking end joint of the docking device 30. The second floating port 191 is fixedly connected to the second floating guide 192 and can floatably engage with the mounting hole of the second floating joint fixture 189 to engage with the second floating joint fixture 189 in the initial state. The second floating joint 187 is floatably disposed within the mounting hole formed by the second floating joint fixture 189, allowing the second floating joint 187 to swing in any direction within a certain range relative to the trolley joint fixing plate 163, thereby guiding and correcting the position of the docking end joint. When the docking end connector of the docking device 30 is not connected, the second floating port 191 is engaged with the second floating connector fixing piece 189, and the second floating connector 187 is in the initial position; during the process of connecting the docking end connector, the second floating port 191 moves relative to the second floating connector fixing piece 189, and guides the docking end connector to align with the corresponding collecting end mounting seat 185 and complete the engagement to form a steam passage.
[0070] Specifically, a second elastic member 195 is provided between the second floating joint fixing member 189 and the second floating joint 187 to reset the second floating joint 187 and restore the second floating port 191 from a movable state to a state engaged with the second floating joint fixing member 189. Specifically, the two ends of the second elastic member 195 abut the second floating joint fixing member 189 and the second floating guide member 192, respectively. The second elastic member 195 can be a compression spring. When the docking end connector of the docking device 30 is not connected and the second floating joint 187 is in its initial position, the second elastic member 195 is in its initial state, i.e., it is not compressed or is only slightly compressed. When the docking end connector is connected, the second floating joint 187 floats and the second elastic member 195 is compressed. When the docking end connector is removed, the accumulated elastic force of the compressed second elastic member 195 causes the second floating joint 187 to return to its initial state.
[0071] Specifically, two mounting holes may be provided on the trolley joint fixing plate 163 to respectively install two second floating joint fixing members 189 , thereby correspondingly providing two second floating joints 187 , and connecting the two collecting end mounting bases 185 respectively through the two second floating joints 187 .
[0072] Specifically, the collecting end mounting seat 185 and the second suspension joint 187 are fixedly connected to form a whole. The outer walls of the collecting end mounting seat 185 and the second suspension joint 187 can be integrally formed or connected by threads.
[0073] Specifically, the second floating joint fixing member 189 includes a fixing base 1893, which is fixedly connected to the trolley joint fixing plate 163. Specifically, a second stopper 1895 is formed on the fixing base 1893, which abuts one side of the trolley joint fixing plate 163. A third clamping member 196 is provided on the other side of the trolley joint fixing plate 163, which abuts the trolley fixing plate 163 and engages the fixing base 1893 of the second floating joint fixing member 189. Thus, the fixing base 1893 is fixedly connected to the trolley joint fixing plate 163 via the second stopper 1895 and the third clamping member 196. The third clamping member 196 can be a retaining spring. Specifically, second floating joint fixing member 189 defines a second mating hole 1896. Second mating hole 1896 is a tapered hole that is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom. Alternatively, the inner sidewall of second mating hole 1896 is an inclined plane. In other words, at least a portion of the inner sidewall of second mating hole 1896 faces away from mating space 161, and the size of second mating hole 1896 gradually decreases. A third latching slot is defined in second floating joint fixing member 189 to accommodate third latching member 196.
[0074] Specifically, the second floating port 191 includes a mating surface for mating with the second mating hole 1896 of the second floating connector fixture 189. This mating surface is a conical or oblique surface. That is, the mating surface faces the mating space 161 and is at least partially inclined. The mating surface of the second floating port 191 can mate with the inner surface of the second mating hole 1896 and can also separate from the second mating hole 1896 as the second floating port 191 floats.
[0075] Specifically, the second suspension guide 192 includes a second sleeve portion 1920, a second guide end 1921 for guiding the docking end connector, and a connecting portion 1923. The second guide end 1921 and the connecting portion 1923 are respectively connected to the two ends of the second sleeve portion 1920, and the collection end mounting seat 185 is connected within the second sleeve portion 1920. The second guide end 1921 defines a second guide opening 1922. The second guide opening 1922 can be a conical hole, or the inner sidewall of the second guide opening 1922 can be formed into multiple inclined planes, that is, the second guide opening 1922 has a bell-shaped structure, which can be an arc or a conical surface. In this way, the second guide opening 1922 can guide the docking end connector of the docking device 30 during docking, facilitating position alignment during docking. One end of the second floating guide 192 extends from one end of the second floating joint fixing member 189 into the mating space 161. The second floating guide 192 also includes a second limiting edge 1925 that cooperates with the fixed bottom 1893 to limit the upward floating range of the second floating joint 187. The second limiting edge 1925 is located on the outer sidewall of the second guide end 1921. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the second limiting edge 1925 is larger than the inner diameter of the fixed bottom 1893. When the second floating guide 192 moves upward and abuts the fixed bottom 1893, the fixed bottom 1893 prevents the second floating guide 192 from further upward movement.
[0076] Specifically, a fourth clip 198 is provided on one side of the second suspension port 191, which abuts against the second suspension port 191 and engages the second suspension guide 192. This secures the second suspension port 191 to the second suspension guide 192 via the fourth clip 198. The fourth clip 198 can be a retaining spring. The second suspension guide 192 has a fourth slot for receiving the fourth clip 198.
[0077] Referring to Figures 6 to 8 , in this embodiment, the docking device 30 includes a drainage station body 32 and a mating head 34, which is disposed on one side of the drainage station body 32. The mating head 34 is configured to mate with the trolley docking portion 16 of the waste collection device 10. Specifically, the mating head 34 is inserted into the mating space 161 of the trolley docking portion 16 to achieve initial alignment between the docking device 30 and the waste collection device 10.
[0078] In this embodiment, the drainage station body 32 is further provided with a drainage station guide portion 321. Two drainage station guide portions 321 are respectively provided on either side of the drainage station guide portion 321 to cooperate with the two sides of the trolley housing 12 to guide the docking device 30 as the mating head 34 of the docking device 30 enters the mating space 161. Specifically, the two drainage station guide portions 321 are further provided with a second anti-collision portion 323 on the side facing each other. The second anti-collision portion 323 can be a collision-proof roller to prevent damage to the trolley housing 12 caused by impact during docking. Specifically, the drainage station guide portion 321 has a rounded corner portion 324 formed on the end away from the drainage station body 32 to better achieve guidance.
[0079] Specifically, the drainage station body 32 is further provided with a magnetic member 325. Specifically, the magnetic member 325 is located on one side of the mating head 34. When the docking device 30 contacts the waste collection device 10, the magnetic member 325 attracts the magnetic stopper 126 of the waste collection device 10, and the mating head 34 is completely inserted into the mating space 161.
[0080] Specifically, the drainage station body 32 includes a drainage station shell 327 and a drainage device disposed in the drainage station shell 327 .
[0081] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 includes multiple butt joints, including a drain male joint 3401, a flush male joint 3402, and a steam male joint 3403, which are respectively arranged to connect with the drain female joint 1601, the flush female joint 1602, and the steam female joint 1603. Specifically, the steam male joint 3403 can be connected to the steam generator via a steam pipeline. The steam pipeline can be made of high-temperature resistant material.
[0082] In this embodiment, the matching head 34 also includes a brake assembly 343, and the drain male connector 3401, the flushing male connector 3402 and the steam male connector 3403 are connected to the actuating assembly 343. The actuating assembly 343 is arranged in the matching head 34 and can move freely in a specific direction, thereby driving the drain male connector 3401, the flushing male connector 3402, and the steam male connector 3403 to move to dock with the collection end connector 165 or the collection end mounting seat 185. When the matching joint part 34 is aligned with the trolley docking part 16, the actuating assembly 343 is actuated to make the drain male joint 3401 and the flushing male joint 3402 contact the first floating joint 167, and the steam male joint 3403 contact the second floating joint 187, and the docking end joint 34 causes the first floating joint 167 to float and move to guide the drain male joint 3401 and the flushing male joint 3402 to engage with the collection end joint 165, and the second floating joint 187 to float and move to guide the steam male joint 3403 to engage with the collection end mounting seat 185. In this embodiment, the drain male connector 3401 interfaces with one of the collection end connectors 165 to form a waste discharge passage for transporting waste from the waste collection container 15. The flushing male connector 3402 interfaces with the other collection end connector 165 to form a passage for flushing the waste collection container 15, for transporting cleaning fluid for cleaning the waste collection container 15. The steam male connector 3403 interfaces with the collection end mounting base 185 to form a passage for steam cleaning the waste collection container 15, for introducing steam for cleaning the waste collection container 15. Specifically, the drain male connector 3401 is connected to a cleaning port on the drainage station body 32 for injecting cleaning fluid. The docking device 30 also includes a suction pump (not shown) that is connected to the drain male connector 3401 and allows waste sucked by the drain male connector 3401 to be discharged through a discharge port on the drainage station body 32. Specifically, the actuator assembly 343 can be a pneumatic pump, a stepper motor, or other retractable components or mechanical structures. In this embodiment, a pneumatic pump is preferred, as it reduces the number of circuit components in the docking device 30, thereby reducing circuit failures and potential risks to the device caused by complex circuits. Furthermore, the speed and force of the pneumatic pump during the propulsion process facilitate the guidance of the first floating joint 167 to the drain male joint 3401 and the flush male joint 3402, and the second floating joint 187 to the steam male joint 3403.
[0083] Specifically, one end of the drainage male connector 3401 and the flushing male connector 3402 that connects to the collection end connector 165 is provided with a chamfered corner to guide the drainage male connector 3401 and the flushing male connector 3402 during the docking process with the first floating connector 167, thereby facilitating the docking.
[0084] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 further includes a mating head housing 345, in which the butt joint and the actuating assembly 343 are disposed. The mating head housing 345 includes a front panel 3452 and side panels 3454 connected to both sides of the front panel 3452. The rear end of the mating head housing 345, opposite the front panel 3452, is connected to the liquid discharge station body 32.
[0085] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 further includes a mating plate 347 having two guide slots 3471 defined thereon, through which the drain female connector 1601 and the flush female connector 1602 can pass, respectively. Preferably, the guide slots 3471 are approximately U-shaped, with an arcuate inner end and wedge-shaped side ends 3473 thereof. This allows the opening width of the guide slots 3471 to gradually decrease from the front end to the inner end. This structure allows the first floating connector 167 to gradually align with the guide slots 3471 without causing collision as the mating head 34 is pushed into the mating space 161 of the trolley docking portion 16.
[0086] Specifically, an elastic hanging hole 3477 is defined on the adapter plate 347 .
[0087] Specifically, the adapter plate 347 is further provided with a first magnetic switch 3479 and a second magnetic switch 3480 , and the first magnetic switch 3479 and the second magnetic switch 3480 are both provided at the rear end of the adapter plate 347 (ie, the end away from the guide bayonet 3471 ).
[0088] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 further includes a cover plate 349 that is movably disposed above the mating plate 347. When the mating head 34 is pushed into the mating space 161, the waste collection device 10 pushes the cover plate 349, causing the cover plate 349 to be offset from the mating plate 347. After the mating head 34 is separated from the mating space 161, the cover plate 349 can be reset to a position that covers the mating plate 349 and all the butt joints.
[0089] Specifically, a sliding groove is provided on the cover plate 349 , and guide rails 3481 sliding in the sliding groove are provided on both sides of the adapter plate 347 to guide the movement of the cover plate 349 .
[0090] Specifically, a third elastic member (not shown) is disposed between the mating plate 347 and the cover plate 349. This member is used to provide an elastic force that automatically resets the cover plate 349 after the mating head 34 is separated from the mating space 161. More specifically, as the mating head 34 is pushed into the mating space 161, the third elastic member is gradually stretched. After the mating head 34 is separated from the mating space 161, the third elastic member retracts, releasing the elastic force. Specifically, the cover plate 349 is provided with an elastic member attachment portion 3491. The ends of the third elastic member are connected to the elastic member attachment portion 3491 and the elastic member attachment hole 3477 in the mating plate 347, respectively.
[0091] Specifically, the cover plate 349 is further provided with a first magnetic element 3493 and a second magnetic element 3494. The first magnetic element 3493 is located at the rear end of the cover plate 349 (i.e., the end of the cover plate 349 facing away from the trolley docking portion 16), and the second magnetic element 3494 is located at the front end of the cover plate 349 (i.e., the end of the cover plate 349 facing the trolley docking portion 16). When the first magnetic switch 3479 senses the first magnetic element 3493, it indicates that the docking device 30 and the waste disposal device 10 are ready to dock. When the second magnetic switch 3480 senses the second magnetic element 3493, it indicates that the docking head 34 has fully entered the docking space 161, and the first actuating assembly can begin docking.
[0092] In this embodiment, the matching joint part 34 also includes a movable plate 351, and the drain male joint 3401, the flushing male joint 3402 and the steam male joint 3403 are all arranged on the movable plate 351. The actuating assembly 343 is connected to the movable plate 351 and drives the movable plate 351 to move up and down, thereby driving the drain male joint 3401, the flushing male joint 3402 and the steam male joint 3403 to move and dock with the collection end joint 165 or the collection end mounting seat 185.
[0093] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 further includes a mating base plate 353, support columns 354, and guide columns 355. The movable plate 351 is located between the mating base plate 353 and the mating plate 347. The support columns 354 and guide columns 355 are both fixed relative to the mating base plate 353. The mating plate 347 is fixedly connected to the support columns 354. The movable plate 351 is movably mounted on the guide columns 355. Specifically, one end of the guide columns 355 is also connected to the mating plate 347. A buffer pad 356 is provided at the end where the support columns 354 and guide columns 355 connect to the mating plate 347 to reduce vibration and silence noise when the movable plate 351 is raised to a position close to the mating plate 347. The support column 354 located between the two guide notches 3471 has one end connected to the mating head housing 345, while the remaining support columns 354 have one end connected to the mating base plate 353.
[0094] Specifically, a bushing 3552 is sleeved on the guide post 355 to reduce friction between the movable plate 351 and the guide post 355 when the movable plate 351 moves up and down.
[0095] In this embodiment, the mating head 34 further includes a sensor bracket 357, on which are spaced apart first and second sensors 3571, 3573. A sensor block 3511 is provided on the movable plate 351. The first and second sensors 3571, 3573 are configured to sense the sensor block 3511. When the first sensor 3571 senses the sensor block 3511, the collection end connector 165 is successfully docked with the drainage male connector 3401 and the flushing male connector 3402. When the drainage station body 32 completes operation, the actuator assembly 343 drives the movable plate 351, the drainage male connector 3401, and the flushing male connector 3402 downward, and the first sensor 3571 moves away from the sensor block 3511 until the second sensor 3573 senses the sensor block 3511, indicating that the movable plate 351, the drainage male connector 3401, and the flushing male connector 3402 have returned to their initial positions. The first sensor 3571 and the second sensor 3573 can be photoelectric sensors. When the first sensor 3571 senses the sensor block 3511, the first sensor 3571 lights up, and when the second sensor 3573 senses the sensor block 3511, the second sensor 3573 lights up. It is understood that the sensor bracket 357 can be omitted, and the first and second sensors 3571, 3573 can be installed on other structures (such as the mating head housing 345), as long as the first and second sensors 3571, 3573 and the mating plate 347 are relatively fixed.
[0096] In this embodiment, the docking head 34 further includes a charging port 359 for charging the waste collection device 10 via the charging receiving portion 162 of the trolley docking head 16. Specifically, the charging port 359 can be a wireless charging port that only needs to be in contact with or close to the charging receiving portion 162 for charging.
[0097] In this embodiment, referring to Figures 9 to 11 , a first step 3411 is provided on the outer sidewalls of the drain male connector 3401 and the flush male connector 3402. One end of the drain male connector 3401 and the flush male connector 3402 passes through the movable plate 351, and the first step 3411 abuts against one side of the movable plate 351. A first fastening member 3413 is fastened to the drain male connector 3401 or the flush male connector 3402 and retained on the other side of the movable plate 351, thereby securing the drain male connector 3401 and the flush male connector 3402 to the movable plate 351. Specifically, a first gasket 3415 is provided between the first step 3411 and the movable plate 351, and between the first fastening member 3413 and the movable plate 351.
[0098] Specifically, a second step 3611 is provided on the outer wall of the steam male connector 3403. One end of the steam male connector 3403 passes through the movable plate 351, and the second step 3611 abuts one side of the movable plate 351. A second clamping member 3613 is clamped to the steam male connector 3403 and retained on the other side of the movable plate 351, thereby securing the steam male connector 3403 to the movable plate 351. Specifically, a second gasket 3615 is provided between the second step 3611 and the movable plate 351, and between the second clamping member 3613 and the movable plate 351. Specifically, the first and second clamping members 3413, 3613 may be retaining springs, and the first and second gaskets 3415, 3615 may be polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets.
[0099] 12 to 14 , when the mating joint 34 has not yet entered the mating space 161 of the trolley joint 16 , the first floating joint fixing member 169 is located on one side of the mating joint 34 , and the cover plate 349 is covered on the mating plate 347 . Then the matching joint part 34 gradually extends into the matching space 161 of the trolley matching joint 16. When the trolley joint fixing plate 163 contacts the cover plate 349, as the matching joint part 34 moves into the matching space 161, the trolley joint fixing plate 163 gradually pushes the cover plate 349 to move relative to the matching plate 347. During this process, please refer to Figures 15 and 16. The first floating joint 167 gradually enters the guide bayonet 3471 until the collection end joint 165 is roughly aligned with the drainage male joint 3401 and the flushing male joint 3402. The guide bayonet 3471 guides the entry of the first floating joint 167, and at this time, the positioning portion 1691 of the first floating joint fixing piece 169 cooperates with the guide bayonet 3471 of the matching plate 347 to achieve preliminary positioning. Next, the actuator assembly 343 is activated, causing the drain male connector 3401 and the flush male connector 3402 to contact the two first floating connectors 167, respectively. This causes the first floating connectors 167 to float, guiding the drain male connector 3401 and the flush male connector 3402 to engage with the two collection end connectors 165. Finally, referring to Figures 17 and 18, the actuator assembly 343 continues to operate, driving the movable plate 351 to continue moving upward, thereby driving the steam male connector 3403 to contact the second floating connector 187, and causing the floating airflow from the second floating connector 187 to guide the steam male connector 3403 to engage with the collection end mounting base 185.
[0100] In this embodiment, the waste liquid collection and treatment system further includes a steam generating device, which is connected to the steam male connector 3403 .
[0101] This embodiment enables steam cleaning of the waste liquid collection and treatment system, avoiding the use of large amounts of hot water and being widely applicable to various medical institutions with varying conditions. Furthermore, the female steam connector 1603 and the male steam connector 3403 are not docked until the female drain connector 1601 and the male drain connector 3401, as well as the female flush connector 1602 and the male flush connector 3402, are docked. Therefore, the female steam connector 1603 and the male steam connector 3403 are positioned for docking. This avoids the problem of low fault tolerance when docking three sets of connectors simultaneously and improves the docking success rate. Of course, if the precision of each component meets the requirements, the three sets of connectors can also be docked simultaneously.
[0102] In this embodiment, since positioning portion 1691 is provided on first floating joint fixture 169, once positioned with guide tab 3471, the floating space of first floating joint 167 is not subject to any positional relationship with adapter plate 347 and guide tab 3471. This does not restrict the floating space of first floating joint 167, resulting in a greater margin for error during docking and preventing first floating joint 167 from becoming stuck. Before docking is complete, the horizontal floating space of first floating joint 167 is related to the distance between the inner surface of first floating joint fixture 169 and the outer surface of first floating guide 172. The vertical floating space of first floating joint 167 is related to the distance between the bottom surface of first floating joint fixture 169 and first limiting edge 1725 of first floating guide 172. The greater these two distances, the greater the floating space. The specific distances can be set based on the actual size of the equipment and typical site conditions. This floating space is completely unrestricted by the docking head 34 of the drainage station. If necessary, increasing these two distances can achieve a very wide floating range.
[0103] The present invention further provides a docking method for a waste liquid collection and treatment system, which is used to dock the waste collection device 10 and the docking device 30 of the waste liquid collection and treatment system. The docking method of the waste liquid collection and treatment system of this embodiment includes:
[0104] S11, bringing the waste collection device 10 and the docking device 30 relatively close to each other;
[0105] S13, align the fitting head 34 with the trolley docking head 16, so that the drain female connector 1601, the flushing female connector 1602, and the steam female connector 1603 are aligned with the drain male connector 3401, the flushing male connector 3402, and the steam male connector 3403, respectively;
[0106] S15, move the drain male connector 3401 and the flushing male connector 3402 toward the drain female connector 1601 and the flushing female connector 1602, so that the drain female connector 1601 and the flushing female connector 1602 are docked with the drain male connector 3401 and the flushing male connector 3402, respectively;
[0107] S17, move the steam male connector 3403 toward the steam female connector 1603, so that the steam female connector 1603 and the steam male connector 3403 are connected.
