Abstract

A nucleic acid extraction and conversion integrated machine and a method therefor. The machine comprises: a machine frame, a sample tube rack, a TIP rack, a centrifuge tube rack, a dual-centrifuge module, a multi-lid opening module, a dual-mechanical-arm module, a stepwise nucleic acid extraction module, an inverted mixing device, and a display and control module. Corresponding nucleic acid extraction processes can be edited on the basis of different samples, and the machine is applicable to the detection of most samples, thereby saving on an occupied space. Centrifuge tubes can be accurately picked up according to numbers, and a basket of a centrifuge stops at a specified position after a zero trigger triggers a photoelectric switch, so that mechanical arms can accurately grab or put the centrifuge tubes in the basket. During a centrifugal operation, the basket is in an inclined state similar to that of a fixed-angle rotor, so that the working area on a plane is reduced while a centrifugal effect is guaranteed. The basket in the design can have a vertical state under any working condition when the centrifuge stops, so that the mechanical arms can vertically and accurately grab the centrifuge tubes.
