Description

Holographic film post-processing device

[0001] The present invention relates to a holographic film post-processing device, and more particularly, to a device used to develop and harden a holographic film on which a holographic pattern is recorded by a holographic printer.

[0002] For holographic films with holographic patterns recorded by a holographic printer, post-processing such as development and curing is required.

[0003] The development process consists of developing → rinsing → bleaching → rinsing. This requires a container to hold the developer, bleach, and rinsing solution. Typically, a large container capable of immersing the rectangular holographic film is used, as shown in Figure 1. Since the development process consists of four steps, four containers are required, requiring a large workspace.

[0004] Additionally, there are safety issues for workers, such as cutting their hands when dipping the holographic film directly into a container, and getting their hands exposed to chemicals such as developer and bleach.

[0005] The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a holographic film post-processing device that does not require a large work space and enhances work safety.

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, a hologram film post-processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes containers in which hologram films are respectively stored for each step; a storage frame for storing the containers; to perform steps for developing a hologram film on which a hologram pattern is recorded.

[0007] The containers may include a first container containing a developing solution for developing a holographic film; and a second container containing a washing solution for washing the holographic film developed in the first container.

[0008] The hologram film post-processing device according to the present invention may further include a third container containing a bleaching agent for bleaching the hologram film washed in the second container; and a fourth container containing a washing solution for washing the hologram film bleached in the third container.

[0009] The storage frame can store containers in an upright position.

[0010] The storage frame allows containers to be stored in the order of their stages.

[0011] The containers may be shaped to house the holographic film in an erected state.

[0012] The containers may include a cover covering the open top.

[0013] The hologram film post-processing device according to the present invention may further include a film fixing frame having a handle formed on the upper portion and fixing a hologram film to be stored in containers on the lower portion.

[0014] The film fixing frame may include a holographic film fixing stand that can move up and down to fit the size of the holographic film.

[0015] According to another aspect of the present invention, a hologram film post-processing device is provided, characterized in that it includes: containers in which hologram films are respectively stored step by step; a storage frame for storing the containers; and a box-shaped curing device in which a light source for curing the developed hologram film is installed, for performing steps for developing a hologram film on which a hologram pattern is recorded.

[0016] According to another aspect of the present invention, a hologram film post-processing device is provided, characterized in that it includes containers in which hologram films are stored step by step in an erected state, for performing steps for developing a hologram film having a hologram pattern recorded thereon.

[0017] According to another aspect of the present invention, a hologram film post-processing device is provided, characterized in that it includes: containers in which hologram films are individually stored in an erected state for each step to perform steps for developing a hologram film having a hologram pattern recorded thereon; and a box-shaped curing device in which a light source for curing the developed hologram film is installed.

[0018] As described above, according to embodiments of the present invention, since the holographic film is stored in an upright state in containers for development work, and the containers are also stored in an upright state in a storage frame, a large space is not required for development work.

[0019] In addition, according to embodiments of the present invention, the hologram film can be stored in containers through a fixed frame having a hologram film fixed at the bottom and a handle formed at the top, thereby preventing the problem of a worker's hand being cut by the hologram film or coming into contact with chemicals.

[0020] Figure 1 is a drawing for explaining the conventional holographic film developing process.

[0021] Figures 2 and 3 show a holographic film developing device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0022] Figures 2 to 7 are a film fixing frame constituting a hologram film developing device according to one embodiment of the present invention;

[0023] Figure 8 shows the development process of a holographic film.

[0024] Figures 9 to 11 are holographic film curing devices according to other embodiments of the present invention.

[0025] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0026] An embodiment of the present invention proposes a holographic film post-processing device that can improve work safety without requiring a large work space. The holographic film post-processing device comprises a developing device and a curing device.

[0027] Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the exterior of a holographic film developing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated, the holographic film developing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a storage frame (100) and containment containers (210 to 240).

[0028] The storage frame (100) is configured to store (accommodate) the containment containers (210 to 240). The storage frame (100) stores the containment containers (210 to 240) in an upright state, and if the containment containers (210 to 240) are stored according to the developing work order as shown in Fig. 8, the developing work can be made easier.

[0029] The storage containers (210 to 240) are containers in which hologram films are stored for each step in order to perform four steps for developing a hologram film on which a hologram pattern is recorded, and are composed of a developing container (210), a washing container (220), a bleaching container (230), and a washing container (240).

[0030] The developing container (210) contains a developing solution for developing a hologram film on which a hologram pattern is recorded, and the hologram film is stored in the developing stage. Since the developing time varies depending on the type of hologram film, the time for which the hologram film is stored in the developing container (210) also varies.

[0031] The washing container (220) contains a washing solution for washing away the developing solution from the hologram film developed in the developing container (210), and the hologram film is stored in the washing step. Since the washing time varies depending on the type of hologram film, the time for which the hologram film is stored in the washing container (220) also varies.

[0032] The bleaching container (230) contains a bleaching agent for bleaching the hologram film washed in the washing container (220), and the hologram film is stored in the bleaching step. Since the bleaching time varies depending on the type of hologram film, the time for which the hologram film is stored in the bleaching container (230) also varies.

[0033] The washing container (240) contains a washing solution for washing away the bleaching agent from the hologram film bleached in the bleaching container (230), and the hologram film is stored in the washing step. Since the washing time varies depending on the type of hologram film, the time for which the hologram film is stored in the washing container (240) also varies.

[0034] Meanwhile, since the containment containers (210-240) are shaped to store the holographic film in an upright state rather than a lying state, the area required for developing work is small, so the work space does not need to be large.

[0035] Additionally, the containment vessels (210-240) are equipped with covers (215-245) that cover the open tops. This allows the tops of the containment vessels (210-240) to be sealed when development work is not being performed, thereby preventing chemical leaks.

[0036] Figure 3 presents photographs of the actual storage frame (100) and containment containers (210 to 240).

[0037] Fig. 4 is a photograph of a film fixing frame (300) that constitutes a holographic film developing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The film fixing frame (300) is a device for fixing a holographic film and storing it in storage containers (210 to 240).

[0038] The film fixing frame (300) is configured to include a film fixing portion (310), a handle (320), and a film fixing stand (315), as shown in Fig. 4. The film fixing portion (310) is an area where the hologram film to be stored in the storage containers (210 to 240) is fixed.

[0039] The film holder (315) can move up and down and is fixed in position by fixing screws on both sides. The film holder (315) is moved up and down to fit the size of the hologram film and then fixed.

[0040] In Fig. 5, a state in which a hologram film (10) of size 60 x 60 mm is fixed is shown by taking pictures, and in Fig. 6, a state in which a hologram film (20) of size 4 x 5" is fixed is shown by taking pictures, respectively. In this way, various hologram films can be fixed to the film fixing member (310) by moving / fixing the film fixing member (315).

[0041] A handle (320) is formed on the upper part of the film fixing frame (300). As shown in Fig. 7, a worker can hold the handle (320) by hand and store the holographic film fixed to the film fixing part (310) at the bottom in the storage containers (210 to 240).

[0042] During this process, the worker does not have to hold the holographic film with his / her hand, so he / she does not get cut by the holographic film, and his / her hand does not come into contact with the chemicals contained in the containment containers (210-240).

[0043] Figure 8 shows a process of performing four steps for developing a hologram film by sequentially storing a film fixing frame (300) on which a hologram film is fixed in storage containers (210 to 240).

[0044] Fig. 9 is a perspective view of an exterior of a holographic film curing device according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the holographic film curing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a box-shaped body (410) and a cover (420). Fig. 10 presents a photograph taken while actually operating the holographic film curing device.

[0045] Fig. 11 is a photograph of the inside of an actual hologram film curing device. As shown in Fig. 11, an LED matrix (430), which is a light source for curing a hologram film, is installed inside the body (410) of the hologram film curing device, and a metal coating paper (440) is attached to the inner surface of the cover (420) to ensure that light irradiated from the LED matrix (430) is evenly incident on the hologram film.

[0046] While the holographic film is being cured, the cover (420) is covered to prevent the light irradiated from the LED matrix (430) from entering the worker's eyes.

[0047] So far, a preferred embodiment of a holographic film post-processing device has been described in detail.

[0048] In the above embodiment, the hologram film is stored in an upright state in containers for development work, and the containers are also stored in an upright state in a storage frame, so that a large space is not required for development work, and the hologram film can be stored in the containers through a fixed frame that fixes the hologram film to the bottom and has a handle formed at the top, so that the problem of the worker's hand being cut by the hologram film or coming into contact with chemicals can be prevented in advance.

[0049] In addition, a structural means was proposed to prevent the light for curing the holographic film from being emitted externally and entering the eyes of the operator.

[0050] Meanwhile, some holographic films require both development and curing, while others require only curing. In the latter case, it is possible to implement a post-processing device for holographic films using only a curing device, excluding the developing device.

[0051] In addition, although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical idea or prospect of the present invention.
