[0040] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of this application clearer, the implementation methods of this application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0041] Please refer to Figure 1, which shows a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of a solution provided by an embodiment of the present application. The implementation environment of the solution can be implemented as an interface display system. The implementation environment of the solution can include: a terminal device 10 and a server 20.
[0042] The terminal device 10 can be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, tablet computer, game console, e-book reader, multimedia player, wearable device, PC (Personal Computer), vehicle-mounted terminal, etc. The terminal device 10 can be installed with a client of a target application (such as a game application). Optionally, the target application can be an application that needs to be downloaded and installed, or it can be a click-to-use application, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
[0043] In an embodiment of the present application, the target application is an application that provides multiple user interfaces, such as a simulation program, a battle royale shooting game, a virtual reality (VR) application, an augmented reality (AR) program, a three-dimensional map program, a virtual reality game, an augmented reality game, a first-person shooter (FPS), a multiplayer gunfight survival game, a third-person shooter (TPS), a multiplayer online tactical competitive game, a strategy game (SLG), a social application, or an interactive entertainment application. In addition, for different applications, the systems they provide are different, the user interfaces they provide are also different, and the contents of the first information area and the second information area are also different, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the target application is an example of a game application. Optionally, a client of the above-mentioned target application is running in the terminal device 10.
[0044] The server 20 is used to provide background services for the client of the target application in the terminal device 10. For example, the server 20 can be an independent physical server, or a server cluster or distributed system composed of multiple physical servers, or a cloud server that provides basic cloud computing services such as cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communications, middleware services, domain name services, security services, CDN (Content Delivery Network), and big data and artificial intelligence platforms, but is not limited thereto.
[0045] The terminal device 10 and the server 20 can communicate with each other through the network.
[0046] Before introducing the embodiments of the present application, the background technology involved in the present application is first explained.
[0047] First, the system involved in this application is explained.
[0048] An application may include multiple systems, wherein each system includes one or more user interfaces corresponding to a function in the application, and the control logic of the one or more user interfaces. As shown in FIG2 , a schematic diagram of the system architecture of the legion system in the application is shown. As shown in 200 of FIG2 , for the legion system in the game application, in addition to the legion main interface, it also includes a main group ranking interface, a legion member details interface, and legion duel match details under the legion main interface. The more functions a system carries and the more information it covers, the larger the display level included in the system. In some embodiments, the display level of the legion main interface is 1, and the display levels corresponding to the main group ranking interface, the legion member details interface, and the legion duel match details are 2, respectively. In some embodiments, the larger the display level, the deeper the system depth.
[0049] Generally speaking, all applications have many parallel systems. For example, in a game application, these systems might be "task systems" or "warehouse systems." These systems each have distinct functions and roles, and are accessed through two separate, level-one entrances within the game. Generally, there's no functional or information coupling. These systems can be considered parallel systems. Within an application, there can be many parallel systems, perhaps ten or more. Users often need to navigate between these systems frequently, and the depth of a single system can be quite deep. Within a single system, there are often at least three levels of navigation, and completing a task within a system typically requires at least three or more steps.
[0050] Furthermore, a lot of in-game system information requires comparison, such as comparing "Mall Fashion" with "My Fashion." The game has numerous parallel systems, each with distinct functions. However, users often need to access different functions, requiring them to switch between different systems. Each switch requires users to close the current interface, then navigate back to the main interface to find the corresponding function entry, and then click to enter. Switching between different levels within a single system is even more cumbersome, leading to significant user time lost outside of core gameplay and a very inefficient user-interface experience. Each time a user opens a new interface, they must navigate through each level from the top level. Each time they want to access System B from System A, they must close System A, navigate to System B, and then click the System B button, which is cumbersome and inefficient. When users need to compare between systems, for example, while viewing someone else's profile, they may find a particularly attractive piece of fashion and want to search for it in the Mall. However, by the time they close the "Other People's Profile" interface and enter the Mall, they may have forgotten the specific style, leading to a high probability of misplaced search results and unnecessary mistakes. As shown in 300 of FIG3 , each time the system is opened, it starts from the home page A.
[0051] The technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application records the historical user interface of the system every time the user switches between different systems. When the user closes a user interface, all system options in the application (displayed through the second information area) and the most recently opened historical user interface (displayed through the first information area) can be seen by long pressing, and the interface can be quickly jumped by sliding, such as quickly opening the historical user interface. In the embodiment of the present application, the historical user interface of each system is recorded. As shown in 310 of Figure 3, the retained historical user interface is "A1-2-2". When the user opens the A system again, the user interface corresponding to A1-2-2 can be directly opened. As shown in 400 in Figure 4, the currently opened user interface is A1-2-1, that is, the currently opened user interface is provided by the A system. The current user interface displays a close control. In response to a one-step operation on the close control, the user interface B1-1-3 can be quickly switched to display. User interface B1-1-3 is the user interface last displayed by system B before closing system B, that is, the historical user interface of system B.
[0052] Furthermore, the present application also provides a picture-in-picture function, that is, the historical user interface is displayed in the form of a picture-in-picture, which is convenient for comparing the historical user interface and the current user interface, that is, it is convenient for users to make horizontal comparisons between different systems. As shown in 410 in Figure 4, the currently opened user interface is A1-2-1, that is, the currently opened user interface is provided by system A. The current user interface displays a close control. In response to a one-step operation on the close control, the user interface B1-1-3 can be displayed in the upper layer of the user interface A1-2-1 in the form of a picture-in-picture. The user interface B1-1-3 is the user interface last displayed by system B before system B is closed, that is, the historical user interface of system B. At this time, the user can quickly compare the user interface A1-2-1 and the historical user interface B1-1-3.
[0053] Regarding the picture-in-picture function, a picture-in-picture interface diagram is provided. As shown in Figure 5, when a trigger condition is met within a game match, the corresponding image 510 is displayed in picture-in-picture format at a fixed position on the screen, that is, the images within the field of view of both cameras are displayed on the terminal device.
[0054] The picture-in-picture function shown in FIG5 is only used within a game session, and the picture-in-picture is closely related to the game session. However, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application is different from the picture-in-picture function shown in FIG5. By comparing the images inside and outside the picture-in-picture, different systems can be compared, enriching the application scenarios of the comparison and improving the comparison efficiency.
[0055] Please refer to Figure 6, which shows a flow chart of an interface display method provided by an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of each step of the method can be the terminal device 10 in the implementation environment of the solution shown in Figure 1, such as the execution subject of each step can be the client of the above-mentioned target application. In the following method embodiment, for the sake of convenience of description, only the execution subject of each step is introduced as the "client". The method can include at least one of the following steps (610-630):
[0056] Step 610: Display a first user interface provided by a first system in an application. The application includes multiple systems, and each system provides at least one user interface.
[0057] The embodiments of the present application do not limit the type of application, and the application may be the target application described above. The application includes but is not limited to game applications, social applications, search applications, and shopping applications. In some embodiments, each application includes multiple systems, which may be parallel systems as shown in the above embodiments. In some embodiments, the application is a game application, and the systems in the game application include but are not limited to at least one of a warehouse, a ranking list, and fashion. In some embodiments, the application is a social application, and the systems in the social application include but are not limited to contacts, settings, and personal homepages. In some embodiments, the application is a search application, and the systems in the search application include but are not limited to a search homepage, a shopping cart, and my shopping.
[0058] In some embodiments, each system is provided with at least one user interface. When the system provides only one user interface, the user interface is the homepage of the system. When the system provides multiple user interfaces, the multiple user interfaces provided by the system are divided into different display levels according to the system depth. The multiple user interfaces provided by the system can be of the same display level or of different display levels. User interfaces of different display levels correspond to the number of user operations required to display the user interface. In some embodiments, the larger (or higher) the display level of the user interface, the deeper the system depth, and the more operations the corresponding user needs to perform. The smaller (or lower) the display level of the user interface, the deeper the system depth, and the more operations the corresponding user needs to perform.
[0059] In some embodiments, when an application is opened, the application's homepage or historical opening interface is displayed by default. In some embodiments, the application's homepage displays system controls corresponding to each system. In response to a touch operation on a target system control among the multiple system controls, the system homepage provided by the target system is displayed. In some embodiments, the target system provides multiple subsystems, and the system homepage provided by the target system displays subsystem controls corresponding to each subsystem. In response to a touch operation on a target subsystem control among the multiple subsystem controls, the subsystem homepage provided by the target subsystem is displayed. Similarly, this application does not limit the system depth or the display hierarchy within each system. In some embodiments, the settings system within the social application provides personal settings, payment settings, skin settings, privacy settings, and so on. Taking personal settings as an example, personal settings also include signature settings and background settings. Personal settings, payment settings, skin settings, and privacy settings are considered to have the same display hierarchy, and signature settings and background settings are considered to have the same display hierarchy. Furthermore, the system depth of signature settings or background settings is greater than the system depth of personal settings, payment settings, skin settings, and privacy settings.
[0060] In some embodiments, the first user interface is the interface currently opened by the user. The first user interface may be the homepage of an application or a user interface provided by the first system. There is no limit on the system depth of the first user interface in the system, such as the first user interface being the homepage of the first system or a user interface provided by a subsystem under the first system.
[0061] Step 620, in response to the operation of closing the first user interface, the first information area and the second information area are displayed, each sub-area in the first information area is used to represent a historical user interface of a system, and the historical user interface of the system is the user interface displayed before the system is closed, and each sub-area in the second information area is used to represent a system.
[0062] The historical user interface of the above system may refer to the user interface before the system was last exited one or more times.
[0063] In some embodiments, a user interface (UI) control refers to any visual control or element visible on an application's user interface, such as an image, input box, text box, button, label, or other control. Some UI controls respond to user actions, such as closing a control to close the user interface. A user triggers a close control to close the user interface. The UI controls involved in the embodiments of this application include, but are not limited to, a close control, a size adjustment control, and a cancel control.
[0064] Based on the solutions described in any one or more of the various embodiments of this application, in some embodiments, the operation of closing the first user interface may be an operation on a close control displayed on the first user interface, where the close control is a control used to close the first user interface. This application does not limit the operation type of this operation, such as a click operation, a long press operation, a double-click operation, etc. In some embodiments, the operation of closing the first user interface may be an operation on a first area in the first user interface, where the first area is the area used to close the first user interface. This application does not limit the operation type of this operation, such as a click operation, a long press operation, a double-click operation, etc. Exemplarily, a location on the user interface that does not obstruct the primary display elements is determined as the first area. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, a close control 720 is displayed on the first user interface. In response to the operation of closing the first user interface, a first information area 700 and a second information area 710 are displayed. For example, the first information area 700 may include multiple sub-areas, each representing an atlas (fashion atlas) or a game encyclopedia (main interface), where the atlas (fashion atlas) or the game encyclopedia (main interface) are history user interfaces, respectively. For example, the second information area 710 includes multiple sub-areas, and different sub-areas represent battle zones, seasons, workshops, tasks, etc., and battle zones, seasons, workshops, and tasks correspond to various systems respectively.
[0065] In some embodiments, when the client recognizes the user's intention to close the first user interface, the first information area and the second information area are displayed. The first information area can also be called "recently opened" or "history". In some embodiments, the first information area is used to record the historical user interface, and each sub-area in the first information area corresponds to the historical user interface of a system. In some embodiments, the second information area is used to record each system, and each sub-area in the second information area corresponds to a system. That is, at least two options are provided to the user, one is the first information area, which is convenient for the user to open the historical user interface, and the other is to directly provide all systems to the user for the user to choose; in addition, the embodiment of the present application triggers the display of the first information area and the second information area by closing the control, and associates the user's operation of closing the first user interface with the interface performance of triggering the first information area and the second information area. The closing operation can realize the closing of the first user interface and the display of the first information area and the second information area, thereby improving the user's operating efficiency.
[0066] Based on the solutions presented in any one or more of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, when the first information area includes multiple sub-areas, the order of the sub-areas in the first information area is determined based on the closing time of the historical user interfaces represented by the sub-areas in the first information area; in other words, the order of the sub-areas in the first information area is related to the closing order of the historical user interfaces represented by the sub-areas in the first information area. In some embodiments, the more recently a historical user interface was closed, the higher its priority. The sub-areas corresponding to historical user interfaces with higher priorities are displayed closer to the front of the display in the first information area. This sorting method in the first information area better aligns with user intent. For example, if a user opens user interface A1-2-3 and then opens user interface B2-1, the sub-area corresponding to user interface A1-2-3 will be displayed at the front of the display in the first information area. By sorting the sub-areas in the first information area based on the closing time, the sub-areas corresponding to the most recently closed user interfaces can be prioritized for display to the user, thereby prioritizing the sub-areas corresponding to the user interfaces most likely to be selected by the user in a convenient location, thereby improving the user experience and facilitating quick switching.
[0067] Based on the schemes shown in any one or more of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, each sub-area in the first information area displays at least one of the following: the name of the system represented by the sub-area; the name of the historical user interface of the system represented by the sub-area; or a thumbnail of the historical user interface of the system represented by the sub-area. In some embodiments, taking Figure 2 as an example, when the historical user interface in the legion system is the legion member details interface, the sub-area displays at least one of the name of the legion system, the name of the legion member details interface, and a thumbnail of the legion member details interface. For example, if "Legion (Legion Member Details)" is displayed in this sub-area, the thumbnail of the legion member details interface can be considered to be the last legion member details interface displayed by the legion system. Taking a screenshot of this interface can obtain a thumbnail of the legion member details interface. In some embodiments, as shown in 1400 of Figure 14, the first information area includes multiple sub-areas arranged in chronological order, and each sub-area displays the system name (the name of the system) and the system depth name (the name of the historical user interface of the system). The embodiment of the present application provides at least three display modes for the sub-areas in the first information area, enriching the display form of the interface, making it easier for users to distinguish the user interface corresponding to each sub-area, thereby improving the interaction efficiency when the user switches interfaces, and at the same time making the historical user interface represented by the sub-area clearer, and the user can directly look at the thumbnails or text in the sub-area.
[0068] In some embodiments, the closing time of the historical user interface represented by the sub-area included in the first information area is set. For example, the historical user interfaces opened in the first time period before the current moment are recorded and displayed in the first information area. For example, based on each day, the historical user interface in the first information area displayed each time is only the user interface that was last opened on the same day in different systems. For example, based on each login, when logging out, the content in the first information area is cleared, and when logging in again, the historical user interfaces of different user interfaces are counted and the first information area is updated. The technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application can reduce the storage cost of the server and the display cost of the terminal device by continuously cleaning up the historical user interfaces. At the same time, it is also more in line with the starting point of user switching and comparison to a certain extent. Users generally do not have the need to switch the interface opened today to the interface opened yesterday or compare it with the interface opened yesterday, because the user may not remember the interface opened yesterday and will not compare or switch.
[0069] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, when the second information area includes multiple sub-areas, the arrangement order of the multiple sub-areas in the second information area is determined based on the attribute information of the systems respectively represented by the multiple sub-areas in the second information area, or in other words, the arrangement order of the multiple sub-areas in the second information area is related to the attribute information of the systems respectively represented by the multiple sub-areas in the second information area; wherein the above-mentioned attribute information includes at least one of the following: historical opening frequency, popularity information, and weight information.
[0070] In some embodiments, the historical opening frequency can be considered the frequency of opening each system by the first user account logged in by the client of the current application. For example, the number of times the first user account opened each system during the second time period is counted, and the opening frequency of each system is calculated to obtain the historical opening frequency of each system. For example, the sub-areas in the second information area are displayed in descending order of historical opening frequency.
[0071] In some embodiments, the popularity information can be considered the popularity of the system. The popularity of the system can be counted by the server. The server calculates the popularity information of different systems by counting the number of times each system is opened by different user accounts, the number of times each system is mentioned in other applications, etc. For example, the sub-areas in the second information area are displayed in descending order of the popularity values in the popularity information.
[0072] In some embodiments, the weight information can be considered as a weight value assigned to the system. The weight value can be customized by the user or preset by the developer. For example, within the application, the user is provided with a setting control or interface for the weight value of each system, and the user can set the weight value of each system, thereby changing the arrangement position of each sub-area in the second information area. For example, the sub-areas in the second information area are displayed in order from high to low according to the weight values in the weight information.
[0073] In other embodiments, in addition to setting the weight values of each system, the user can also set the number of sub-areas in the second information area. This approach can achieve personalized customization of the second information area to meet the needs of different users.
[0074] In other embodiments, the scores of each system are obtained by weighted summing the historical opening frequency, popularity information, and weight information. For example, the sub-areas in the second information area are displayed in descending order of scores.
[0075] In the embodiments of the present application, there are various forms of arrangement order of each sub-area in the second information area. For example, user customization can meet the user's customization needs. For example, based on historical opening frequency or popularity information, the second information area is determined according to the user's habits or statistics. That is, the position of each sub-area in the second information area is also updated in real time, which makes it easier to hit the user's behavioral habits, thereby reducing the number of operation steps and reducing resource overhead.
[0076] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, each sub-area in the second information area displays at least one of the following: the name of the system represented by the sub-area; recommended information of the system represented by the sub-area, wherein the recommended information is information about the recommended system given by at least one second user account having a first relationship with the first user account, and the first user account is the user account currently logged in to the application.
[0077] In some embodiments, each sub-area in the second information area displays the name of the system represented by the sub-area, such as a sub-area in the second information area displays a warehouse, a fashion store, a shopping mall, and the like.
[0078] In some embodiments, each sub-area in the second information area displays recommendation information for the system represented by the sub-area. This application does not limit the presentation format of this recommendation information; for example, the recommendation information may be stars, sparks, or circles. In some embodiments, the terminal device 10 includes a first terminal device and a second terminal device, wherein the first terminal device has a first client for a target application installed, and the second terminal device has a second client for the target application installed. A first user logs in to the first client for the target application using a first user account, and a second user logs in to the second client for the target application using a second user account. For example, when a second user account recommends system a, this affects the recommendation information corresponding to system a in the second information area. For example, when the recommendation information is stars, the more second user accounts recommend system a, the more stars appear in the recommendation information corresponding to system a. When the first user views the second information display area, the number of stars can be used to determine the degree to which the second user account recommends the system. For example, the second user account and the first user account may have a friend relationship, a following relationship, or a following relationship. When the first user views the second information display area and finds that the recommendation information corresponding to system a includes five stars, they can determine that five second user accounts have recommended the system. The user can then quickly switch to that system. For example, if a game app newly launches system x, and the second user account is very satisfied with the system after opening it, they will mark the system, that is, recommend it. The first user account may not have previously followed system x, but based on the recommendation information of system x, they can quickly switch to the homepage or history user interface of system x.
[0079] In the embodiment of the present application, by displaying the system name in the sub-area of the second information area, the user is helped to quickly perceive the system. In other words, based on the system name displayed in the sub-area of the second information area, the user can quickly determine which system each sub-area corresponds to, which is conducive to improving the human-computer interaction efficiency of interface switching. In addition, by displaying system recommendation information in the sub-area of the second information area, the user can have a deeper understanding of the system recommendations of other user accounts, thereby providing more references for the user to select the system to open the historical user interface or the homepage, which is conducive to strengthening human-computer interaction and thus realizing quick switching.
[0080] Of course, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific form of the sub-area in the first information area and the second information area. The sub-area can be expressed as a control or the area where the control is located.
[0081] Step 630, in response to the operation of selecting a specified sub-area, a second user interface is displayed. When the specified sub-area is a sub-area in the first information area, the second user interface is a historical user interface represented by the specified sub-area. When the specified sub-area is a sub-area in the second information area, the second user interface is a historical user interface or home page of the system represented by the specified sub-area.
[0082] In some embodiments, the operation of selecting a specified sub-region can be an operation on a region control corresponding to the specified sub-region, and the region control is used to trigger the sub-region. The application does not limit the operation type of the operation, such as whether the operation is a click operation, a long press operation, a double-click operation, etc.
[0083] In some embodiments, in response to selecting the first sub-area in the first information area, the history user interface represented by the first sub-area is displayed; in response to selecting the second sub-area in the second information area, the history user interface or home page of the system represented by the second sub-area is displayed.
[0084] In some embodiments, when the designated sub-region is a sub-region within the first information region (i.e., the first sub-region described above), in response to the operation of selecting the designated sub-region, a history user interface representing the designated sub-region is displayed. In some embodiments, when the designated sub-region is a sub-region within the second information region (i.e., the second sub-region described above), in response to the operation of selecting the designated sub-region, a history user interface or homepage of the system representing the designated sub-region is displayed.
[0085] In some embodiments, when the designated sub-region is a sub-region within the second information region, if a historical user interface exists for the system represented by the designated sub-region, the historical user interface for that system is displayed; if no historical user interface exists for that system, the system's homepage is displayed. In some embodiments, in response to selecting the designated sub-region, the homepage for the system represented by the designated sub-region is displayed regardless of whether a historical user interface exists. In some embodiments, whether a system has a historical user interface is determined by a server. Based on the historical user interfaces reported by the terminal device, the server determines whether each system has a historical user interface, and if so, feeds the result back to the terminal device.
[0086] In some embodiments, the second user interface can be directly displayed in full screen or in a non-full screen manner. When displayed in full screen form, it can be considered as a direct switch from the first user interface to the second user interface. When displayed in a non-full screen form, it can be considered as a comparison between the first user interface and the second user interface.
[0087] In some embodiments, when the second user interface is not displayed in full-screen form, the display size of the second user interface is smaller than the display size of the first user interface. In some embodiments, the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture form. In some embodiments, when the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture form, in response to the operation of selecting the fourth sub-area, the third user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture form. When the fourth sub-area is a sub-area in the first information area, the third user interface is the historical user interface represented by the fourth sub-area; when the fourth sub-area is a sub-area in the second information area, the third user interface is the historical user interface or homepage of the system represented by the fourth sub-area. That is, there can be multiple user interfaces that are all displayed in picture-in-picture form, and the multiple user interfaces do not overlap with each other, that is, the user interfaces provided by multiple systems are displayed on the same screen, enriching the comparison form and improving the comparison efficiency.
[0088] The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application displays the first information area and the second information area in response to an operation on the first user interface, and displays the second user interface in response to an operation to select a specified sub-area in the first information area or the second information area, where the second user interface is a history user interface or the homepage of the system. By recording the history user interfaces, the user can trigger the display of the first information area and the second information area when closing a user interface, and then quickly open the history user interface through the first information area and the second information area, thereby improving the efficiency of human-computer interaction during the interface display process.
[0089] The following is an exemplary description of the display positions and display methods of the first information area and the second information area.
[0090] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the various embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 8, which shows a flowchart of the interface display method provided by another embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of each step of the method can be the terminal device 10 in the implementation environment of the scheme shown in Figure 1, such as the execution subject of each step can be the client of the above-mentioned target application. In the following method embodiments, for the sake of convenience of description, only the execution subject of each step is introduced as the "client". The method may include at least one of the following steps (810~840):
[0091] Step 810: Display a first user interface provided by a first system in an application. The application includes multiple systems, each system provides at least one user interface, and a close control is displayed in the first user interface. The close control is used to close the first user interface.
[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7 , the close control 720 is used to close the first user interface.
[0093] Step 820: In response to the operation of closing the control, display the first information area and the second information area.
[0094] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7 , in response to an operation on a close control 720 , a first information area 700 and a second information area 710 are displayed.
[0095] Based on the solutions shown in any one or more embodiments of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, a first information area is displayed on a first side of a closed control, and a second information area is displayed on a second side of a closed control.
[0096] In some embodiments, the first side and the second side are the same side or different sides. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG7 , the first information area 700 is displayed on the left side of the close control 720 , and the second information area 710 is displayed on the lower side of the close control 720 .
[0097] The embodiment of the present application displays the first information area on the first side and the second information area on the second side, and divides the first information area and the second information area with the closing control as the boundary, thereby clarifying the division of labor between different areas. Accordingly, when the user performs a selection operation, the terminal device can accurately distinguish whether the sub-area selected by the user belongs to the first information area or the second information area, which is conducive to reducing user accidental touches.
[0098] Step 830 : In response to the first designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area, display the second user interface in full screen format.
[0099] In some embodiments, in response to a first operation of selecting the first sub-area, the historical user interface represented by the first sub-area is displayed in full screen form; in response to a third operation of selecting the second sub-area, the historical user interface or home page of the system represented by the second sub-area is displayed in full screen form.
[0100] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, the first operation is a first sliding operation starting from the closing control and ending at the first sub-area; the third operation is a third sliding operation starting from the closing control and ending at the second sub-area.
[0101] In some embodiments, the operation of closing the first user interface and the first designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area are continuous operations, or are considered to be a one-step operation without leaving the screen. For example, the user long presses the close control to call out (display) the first information area and the second information area. After the first information area and the second information area are displayed, the user's finger does not leave the screen and continues to move to the position of the designated sub-area. At this time, the user releases his hand, and the terminal device displays the second user interface in full screen. Specifically, after the first information area and the second information area are displayed, the user's finger does not leave the screen and continues to move to the position of the first sub-area. At this time, the user releases his hand, and the terminal device displays the historical user interface represented by the first sub-area in full screen; after the first information area and the second information area are displayed, the user's finger does not leave the screen and continues to move to the position of the second sub-area. At this time, the user releases his hand, and the terminal device displays the historical user interface represented by the first sub-area in full screen.
[0102] In some embodiments, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and the duration of the time in the designated sub-area does not exceed a threshold, the second user interface is displayed in full screen form. For example, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and the duration of the time in the designated sub-area does not exceed 1 second, the second user interface is displayed in full screen form.
[0103] In other embodiments, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and the duration of the movement exceeds a threshold, the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format. For example, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and the duration of the movement exceeds 1 second, the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format.
[0104] In some embodiments, the first designated operation (i.e., the first sliding operation or the third sliding operation described above) and the operation of closing the first user interface are combined into a one-step operation. That is, the operation of closing the first user interface is an operation for canceling the control. If the user does not let go and continues to perform the sliding operation starting from the closing control and ending at the designated sub-area, the terminal device displays the second user interface in full screen form. As shown in Figure 9, in response to the third sliding operation starting from the closing control 910 and ending at the designated sub-area 920 in the selected designated sub-area, the second user interface is displayed. The second user interface is the historical user interface or homepage of the ranking system.
[0105] Step 840 : In response to a second designated operation of selecting a designated sub-area, display a second user interface in a picture-in-picture format.
[0106] In some embodiments, in response to the second operation of selecting the first sub-area, the historical user interface represented by the first sub-area is displayed in picture-in-picture format; in response to the fourth operation of selecting the second sub-area, the historical user interface or home page of the system represented by the second sub-area is displayed in picture-in-picture format.
[0107] Here's a brief explanation of picture-in-picture (PIP). A PIP is a user interface that appears on top of the current user interface and is smaller than the current user interface. When a second user interface is displayed in PIP format, the second user interface appears on top of the first user interface, and the first user interface is larger than the second user interface.
[0108] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, the second operation is a second sliding operation that starts from the close control, passes through the first sub-area, and ends at the first position, and the first position is any position on the first user interface except the first information area or the second information area; the fourth operation is a fourth sliding operation that starts from the close control, passes through the second sub-area, and ends at the second position, and the second position is any position on the first user interface except the first information area or the second information area.
[0109] In some embodiments, the first position may be any position on the first user interface except the first designated information area; the first designated information area may be the information area where the first sub-area is located in the first information area and the second information area.
[0110] In some embodiments, the second position may be any position on the first user interface except the second designated information area; the second designated information area may be the information area where the second sub-area is located in the first information area and the second information area.
[0111] In some embodiments, the operation of closing the first user interface and the second designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area are continuous operations, or are considered to be a one-step operation without lifting the finger from the screen. For example, the user long presses the close control to call out (display) the first information area and the second information area. After displaying the first information area and the second information area, the user does not lift the finger off the screen and continues to move to the position of the designated sub-area. Similarly, the user does not lift the finger off the screen and moves from the position of the designated sub-area to the first position or the second position. At this time, the user releases the hand, and the terminal device displays the second user interface in picture-in-picture format.
[0112] In some embodiments, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and the terminal device recognizes that the user's operation direction is from the designated sub-area toward the first position or the second position, the second user interface is displayed in full screen form. For example, when the user's finger moves to the designated sub-area and moves to the left or downward in the designated sub-area, the second user interface is displayed in full screen form.
[0113] In some embodiments, the second designated operation (i.e., the second sliding operation or the fourth sliding operation described above) and the operation of closing the first user interface are combined into a one-step operation. That is, the operation of closing the first user interface is an operation for canceling the control. The user does not let go and continues to perform the sliding operation with the closing control as the starting point, passing through the designated sub-area as the end point, and with the first position (or second position) as the end point or target. The terminal device then displays the second user interface in picture-in-picture form. As shown in Figure 10, in response to the second designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area to close the control 1000 as the starting point, passing through the designated sub-area 1010, and sliding toward the left, as shown in Figure 11, the second user interface 1100 is displayed in picture-in-picture form. The second user interface is the historical user interface or homepage of the ranking system. In some embodiments, when the user selects a sub-area, the sub-area will be dragged. For example, the terminal device will copy the "text displayed in the sub-area" for hand-following logic. How the user's finger moves, the "text displayed in the sub-area" moves accordingly.
[0114] The embodiments of the present application do not limit the display position of the second user interface when the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format. For example, the display position of the second user interface is determined based on the first position. For example, the display position of the second user interface is determined based on the end position of the second specified operation. For example, the end position of the second specified operation is determined as the display position of the second user interface. In other embodiments, when the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format, the display position is determined based on the distribution of interface elements in the first user interface. For example, the display position is a position that does not block the main display elements of the first user interface.
[0115] In the embodiment of the present application, the operation of selecting the first area is divided into a first designated operation and a second designated operation. In response to the first designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area, the second user interface is displayed in full screen, and in response to the second designated operation of selecting the designated sub-area, the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format. That is, the present application implements screen switching (full screen display) and screen comparison (picture-in-picture display) through different operation types. The user can realize different display modes of the user interface by different operation modes of closing the control, providing controllable triggering of different display modes of the user interface, which is conducive to improving operation efficiency and enriching the form of human-computer interaction.
[0116] Furthermore, the first designated operation is a sliding operation starting from the close control and ending at the designated sub-area; the second designated operation is a sliding operation starting from the close control, passing through the designated sub-area, and ending at the first position / second position. That is, through a one-step operation (the first designated operation or the second designated operation) without the finger leaving the screen, screen switching and screen comparison are realized to ensure the continuity of the operation of triggering the display of the user interface. On the one hand, the terminal device only needs to detect continuous sliding operations, which is conducive to reducing the processing overhead of the device. On the other hand, the user only needs to perform continuous operations to trigger the display of the user interface, reducing the user's operating pressure.
[0117] In some embodiments, when multiple sub-areas exist in the first or second information area, meaning the interface cannot be displayed or is incomplete, further explanation is provided in conjunction with FIG15 . As shown in FIG15 , when the user's operation passes through area A in the first information area, it is assumed that the user wants to search for the previously opened historical user interface. In other words, the sub-area in the first information area 1510 moves to the right as a whole. If no previously opened historical user interface exists, it does not move. When the user's operation passes through area B in the first information area 1510, the selected sub-area (or user-selected hot zone) is determined based on the direction of the operation. When the user's operation passes through area C in the first information area, it is assumed that the user wants to search for the previously opened historical user interface. In other words, the sub-area in the first information area 1510 moves to the left as a whole. If no previously opened historical user interface exists, it does not move. As shown in FIG15 , when the user's operation passes through area D in the second information area 1520, it is assumed that the user wants to search for the previous system. In other words, the sub-area in the second information area 1520 moves downward as a whole. If no previously opened system exists, it does not move. When the user's operation passes through area E in second information area 1520, the selected sub-area is determined based on the direction of the operation. When the user's operation passes through area F in second information area 1520, it is assumed that the user wants to find the subsequent system, and the sub-area in second information area 1520 moves upward as a whole. If there is no subsequent system, it does not move. The above-mentioned areas A and C may or may not be included in first information area 1510, and the above-mentioned areas D and F may or may not be included in second information area 1520.
[0118] Based on the solutions shown in any one or more of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, in response to an operation to adjust the second user interface, at least one of a size adjustment control and a cancel control is displayed, wherein the size adjustment control is used to adjust the display size of the second user interface, and the cancel control is used to cancel the display of the second user interface. In other words, in response to a specified triggering operation on a picture-in-picture interface, at least one of the size adjustment control and the cancel control is displayed, wherein the picture-in-picture interface is a historical user interface represented by a first sub-area displayed in picture-in-picture form, or the picture-in-picture interface is a historical user interface or a homepage of the system represented by a second sub-area displayed in picture-in-picture form.
[0119] In some embodiments, when the second user interface is a user interface displayed in picture-in-picture format, the operation of adjusting the second user interface (i.e., the picture-in-picture interface) (i.e., the specified trigger operation described above) can be an operation on the second user interface. This application does not limit the operation type of the operation, such as the operation being a click operation, a long press operation, a double-click operation, etc. If an adjustment control is displayed on the second user interface, in response to a touch operation on the adjustment control, at least one of a size adjustment control and a cancel control is displayed. Exemplarily, in response to an operation of clicking on the second user interface, at least one of a size adjustment control and a cancel control is displayed. As shown in Figure 12, in response to an operation of clicking on the second user interface 1200, at least one of a size adjustment control 1220 and a cancel control 1210 is displayed. After the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format, the embodiment of the present application can further display a size adjustment control and a cancel control by adjusting the operation of the second user interface to adjust the size and close the second user interface. Therefore, the solution shown in the embodiment of the present application uses different adjustment controls to adjust the user interface displayed in picture-in-picture format in different ways, thereby improving the display flexibility of the second user interface and enriching the human-computer interaction form.
[0120] Based on the schemes shown in any one or more of the various embodiments of the present application, in some embodiments, when the display size of the second user interface is adjusted using the size adjustment control, if the display size of the second user interface is greater than a first threshold, the second user interface is displayed in full screen and the first user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture form. In some embodiments, when the display size of the second user interface is adjusted using the size adjustment control, if the display size of the second user interface is less than a second threshold, the second user interface is not displayed, and the first threshold is greater than the second threshold. That is, when the display size of the picture-in-picture interface is adjusted using the size adjustment control, if the display size of the picture-in-picture interface is greater than the first threshold, the picture-in-picture interface is displayed in full screen and the first user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture form; if the display size of the picture-in-picture interface is less than the second threshold, the picture-in-picture interface is not displayed. In embodiments of the present application, when the terminal device detects that the user wants to zoom in to view the second user interface, the second user interface can be zoomed in and the first user interface can be zoomed out to meet the user's viewing needs. This eliminates the need for the user to repeatedly open the first and second user interfaces in full screen, thereby reducing the number of steps required for the user to view different user interfaces in full screen. In addition, when the terminal device detects that the user wants to shrink the second user interface, the second user interface can be directly canceled from display, thereby canceling the user interface that the user is not currently paying attention to, avoiding the user interface from blocking the full-screen user interface, and the user does not need to perform additional operations to close the user interface, thereby achieving accurate hit on user needs, reducing the user's operation steps when closing the user interface, and further improving the efficiency of human-computer interaction.
[0121] In some embodiments, when adjusting the display size of the second user interface using the size adjustment control, at least one of the display length, display width, or display area of the first user interface may be adjusted. Exemplarily, the first threshold value refers to at least one of a first length threshold value, a first width threshold value, or a first area threshold value. Exemplarily, the second threshold value refers to at least one of a second length threshold value, a second width threshold value, or a second area threshold value. Exemplarily, the first length threshold value is greater than the second length threshold value, the first width threshold value is greater than the second width threshold value, and the first area threshold value is greater than the second area threshold value.
[0122] In some embodiments, when the terminal device displays the second user interface in picture-in-picture format, in response to a drag operation on the second user interface (i.e., the picture-in-picture interface described above), the second user interface is displayed at the end point of the drag operation. In some embodiments, in response to an operation to exit the second user interface, the second user interface is canceled. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13 , in response to an operation to click on the second user interface 1300, at least one of a size adjustment control 1320 and a cancel control 1310 is displayed. The user can click on the size adjustment control 1320 to adjust the size of the second user interface, and the user can click on the cancel control 1310 to cancel the display of the second user interface. Simultaneously, after the size adjustment control 1320 and the cancel control 1310 are displayed, the second user interface is redisplayed at the end point of the drag operation directly in response to the drag operation on the second user interface 1300. In some embodiments, clicking elsewhere in the first user interface exits the editing mode of the second user interface (the size adjustment control and the cancel control are displayed in the editing mode), and clicking elsewhere in the first user interface again cancels the display of the second user interface.
[0123] The following is an exemplary description of each sub-area in the first information area and the second information area.
[0124] Based on the scheme shown in any one or more embodiments of the various embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 16, which shows a flowchart of the interface display method provided by another embodiment of the present application. The method may include at least one of the following steps (1610~1650):
[0125] Step 1610: Display a first user interface provided by a first system in an application. The application includes multiple systems, and each system provides at least one user interface.
[0126] Step 1620, in response to the operation of closing the first user interface, the first information area and the second information area are displayed, each sub-area in the first information area is used to represent a historical user interface of a system, and the historical user interface of the system is the user interface displayed before the system is closed, and each sub-area in the second information area is used to represent a system.
[0127] In some embodiments, when each sub-region in the second information region displays recommended information of the system represented by the sub-region, the following step 1630 is executed.
[0128] Step 1630, in response to the operation of selecting a specified sub-area, a second user interface is displayed. When the specified sub-area is a sub-area in the first information area, the second user interface is a historical user interface represented by the specified sub-area. When the specified sub-area is a sub-area in the second information area, the second user interface is a historical user interface or home page of the system represented by the specified sub-area.
[0129] Step 1640: When the first user interface is closed, update at least one of the first information area or the second information area according to the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system.
[0130] In some embodiments, when the first user interface is closed, the terminal device sends the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system to the server of the application, so that the server updates at least one of the first information area or the second information area according to the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system.
[0131] In some embodiments, when the first user interface is closed and the first system is exited, the terminal device sends the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system to the server of the application.
[0132] In some embodiments, when the second user interface is displayed in full screen form, the first user interface is considered to be closed, and the terminal device sends the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system to the server of the application.
[0133] In some embodiments, when the second user interface is displayed in picture-in-picture format, the closing time (current time) of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system are temporarily sent to the server of the application. When the second user interface is cancelled and the first user interface is redisplayed, it is considered that the process of the first system has not yet ended. When all processes in the first system are completed, the closing time of the user interface last displayed in the first system and the display level of the user interface last displayed in the first system are sent to the server of the application. In some embodiments, the closing time of the first user interface may not be sent to the server of the application, and the closing time of the first user interface may be directly determined based on the event of the terminal device sending information. In some embodiments, the name of the first system of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system are sent to the server of the application, such as reporting A1-2-3 to the server, where A represents the system name and 1-2-3 represents the display level.
[0134] In some embodiments, the server stores user interfaces corresponding to different display levels for different systems. For example, the server can update at least one of the first information area or the second information area based on the received closing time (current time) of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system. For example, the server sends each updated result to the terminal device for display.
[0135] The technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application updates the first information area and the second information area according to the closing time of the first user interface and the display level of the first user interface in the first system. It can update the first information area and the second information area in time when the first user interface is closed, which is conducive to improving the display accuracy of the first information area and the second information area, thereby ensuring the interface display efficiency.
[0136] Step 1650, in response to the operation of selecting the third sub-area, a first message is sent to the client where the second user account of the system represented by the third sub-area is recommended. The third sub-area is a sub-area in the second information area, and the first message is used to inform the second user account that the system represented by the third sub-area is switched for display by the first user account.
[0137] This application does not limit the specific content of the first information, which can be information entered by the first user himself or text fixed in advance by the developer. As shown in the above embodiment, when the recommended information is the number of stars, the user can choose the system with the largest number of stars to switch to when switching systems, so as to increase the frequency of interaction with the second user account. After the first user account changes to the third system x corresponding to the third sub-area in the second information area, the terminal device (such as the first terminal device) sends a prompt message to the second user account that recommends the third system x (or the second terminal device where the second user account is located), such as the prompt message "Your friend xx quickly jumped to the system x you marked". Therefore, the scheme shown in the embodiment of the present application can provide feedback to the user when the system recommended by the user is triggered for viewing by a friend, so that the user can clearly know which systems he recommended were triggered by which friends, thereby enriching the form of human-computer interaction and improving the interactive experience between users.
[0138] Please refer to Figure 17, which shows a block diagram of a method for recording a historical user interface provided by one embodiment of the present application. The execution entity of each step of this method can be a terminal device 10 in the implementation environment of the solution shown in Figure 1. For example, the execution entity of each step can be the client of the target application described above. In the following method embodiments, for ease of description, only the execution entity of each step is described as the "client."
[0139] As shown in 1700 of Figure 17, after a player (user) enters the game, it is necessary to continuously record the player's operations in real time to determine whether the player has opened the user interface provided by the system (also known as the system interface). If the player has opened the user interface, it is necessary to record the specific user interface opened. For example, if the player opened A, then A should be recorded. It is necessary to determine whether the player has jumped to the system depth within the A system. If so, it is also necessary to record in real time. For example, after entering the A system, the player jumps to A-1 and then jumps to A-1-2. Both times need to be recorded. It is necessary to determine in real time whether the player has closed the user interface or long-pressed the close button (close the control) to try a quick jump. If the player has closed the user interface, the player's process in the A system has ended. It is only necessary to report the interface and interface depth (display level) before the player closed it. For example, the above report A-1-2. If the player presses and holds the close button to quickly redirect, but their session in system A hasn't yet concluded, they'll need to temporarily report their current interface and depth. For example, reporting A-1-2 is sufficient. It's also necessary to determine whether the player has quickly redirected. If so, their session in system A has concluded, and report A-1-2. From this point on, their session in system A has concluded. Repeat this process the next time they open the user interface, continuing the record.
[0140] Please refer to Figure 18, which shows a block diagram of an interface display method provided by one embodiment of the present application. The execution entity of each step of the method can be the terminal device 10 in the implementation environment of the solution shown in Figure 1. For example, the execution entity of each step can be the client of the target application described above. In the following method embodiments, for ease of description, only the execution entity of each step is described as the "client".
[0141] As shown in 1800 of Figure 18 , when the user interface is displayed, it is necessary to determine whether the player has pressed the "Close Button" for more than 1 second. If so, a "Quick Jump" TIPS is displayed. To the left of the TIPS is the "Recently Opened" section (the first information area). This section reads the reported records to determine the player's most recently opened user interface. These are displayed in order from left to right, from newest to oldest. The top text is the system name, and the bottom text is the name of the system's deep system. At the bottom of the TIPS is the "In-Game Systems" section (the second information area), which is displayed from top to bottom according to the planner's charting order. The system determines whether the player's finger has moved to the corresponding hot zone. If the finger moves to area A in "Recently Opened," the entire list moves right (or left). If it moves to area B, the player's selected system needs to be determined. If it moves to area C, the entire list moves left (or right). If it moves to area D in "In-Game Systems," the entire list moves up (or down). If it moves to area E, the player's selected system needs to be determined. If it moves to area F, the entire list moves down (or up). If the player selects the system, it is necessary to determine whether the player has released his finger. If so, jump to the corresponding user interface and the process ends.
[0142] Please refer to Figure 19, which shows a block diagram of an interface display method provided by one embodiment of the present application. The execution entity of each step of the method can be the terminal device 10 in the implementation environment of the solution shown in Figure 1. For example, the execution entity of each step can be the client of the target application described above. In the following method embodiments, for ease of description, only the execution entity of each step is described as the "client".
[0143] As shown in 1900 of Figure 19, when the player selects a system in "Quick Jump", it is necessary to determine whether the player has selected the one in "Recently Opened" or "In-Game System". If it is in "Recently Opened", it is necessary to determine whether the player has swiped down. If it is in "In-Game System", it is necessary to determine whether the player has swiped to the left. If the player swipes down / left, the corresponding user interface button will be processed with the hand-following logic. At this time, it is necessary to determine whether the player has released his finger. If so, a picture-in-picture of the corresponding user interface will be generated at a fixed position in the current interface (as shown in Figures 10 and 11). Determine whether the player has long pressed for 1s in the picture-in-picture hot zone. If so, the picture-in-picture enters the editing state. In the editing state, the player clicks the "Close" button (cancel control) in the upper right corner to close the picture-in-picture. Drag the "Zoom" button (size adjustment control) in the lower right corner to stretch the picture-in-picture proportionally. Drag the entire picture-in-picture to move the picture-in-picture to the corresponding position. It is necessary to determine whether the player has clicked on other areas of the screen. If so, the picture-in-picture editing state is exited (as shown in Figure 13).
