Abstract
Description
PROCESS FOR OPTIMIZING DATA FOR LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS ACCELERATION. DESCRIPTIVE REPORT FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention deals with a data optimization process for business and business learning based on two blocks (figure 1): a block residing in an application installed on the user's device and another block in the cloud.
[0002] The RESIDENT BLOCK (figure 2) is composed of 9 (nine) modules: User Interface, Processing, Database, Security, Communication / APIs, Control, People, Mechanism and CRM - Client Relationship Management.
[0003] The CLOUD BLOCK (figure 4) is composed of 12 (twelve) modules: Management Interface, Processing, Database, Security, Communication, AI (artificial intelligence), Game, Search, Control, People, Mechanism and CRM - Client Relationship Management.
[0004] These blocks, taken together, allow users to understand and optimize management processes, learn business management, and develop strategic procedures to generate predictability and accelerate results, gamification, and specific mindset changes to increase people and business performance.
[0005] Due to the jargon used in the technical area of this invention, some words are more appropriately used in English. These technical terms are already widely used in this technical area in Brazil. PREVIOUS EVENTS
[0006] Competition and the need for optimization of companies / institutions and institutions demands a constant review of data obtained from different sources, of the company's internal processes, of the relationship between these processes and external variables surrounding the business, and also an analysis of how to deal with the human component responsible for carrying out both the internal processes and the external relations of the Company / institution.
[0007] There is, in fact, a systemic information problem in analyzing all the data generated by different sources, failing to bring information and knowledge to light due to a lack of cross-referencing and analysis of this data.
[0008] The speed at which data is generated in specific environments (different software and platforms that meet specific demands such as financial, commercial, online marketing, human, among others), being made available on different platforms without any or no interaction, makes it humanly impossible to evaluate, validate and transform this data set into useful and indispensable information for the strategic management of the business, meeting the user's need to make fast, quality and assertive decisions based on data.
[0009] This technical problem of a lack of systemic analysis of all data considered objective is compounded by the absence and failure to consider data considered subjective because they relate to human performance. The technical problem lies in analyzing objective data separately, disregarding subjective data (people), which are the main driver of performance. However, with the advancement of knowledge and the use of innovative techniques in the mental sciences that generate relevant data and enable monitoring, In human performance, it's absolutely possible to combine objective and subjective data to promote mindset change, transfer knowledge faster, and generate learning through gamification based on game theory. These innovative mind science techniques, applied according to collected and optimized data, directly contribute to increased performance and productivity by promoting people's emotional well-being. Moreover, the ability to perform actions more effectively increases, as does emotional control, among other benefits.
[0010] Several methods have been suggested to optimize these types of processes, and there is not necessarily an optimal method or process for all companies and institutions.
[0011] The combination of these methods and processes with computing techniques has produced new techniques whose importance has been growing in terms of application and results, especially with the use of AI (artificial intelligence) techniques, game theory, neural networks and real-time processing. It is possible not only to have control over objective and subjective data from different sources in a single control panel, but also to make the information generated by the platform suitable for different types and models of business, companies and institutions.
[0012] A technique presented for optimizing business processes is described through the invention US2014278818A1 (B2) • 2014-09-18 • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONFIGURATION which discloses a process for simulating one or more business-related scenarios, to manage situational events encountered in the modeled business environment using the input data of the scenario to thus generate data related to the simulation results.
[0013] However, such invention is limited to simulation based on existing data from past events and current scenarios, and does not include predictability based on economic and behavioral trends, nor prospective analysis.
[0014] A technique presented for optimizing business processes is described by the invention WO2022109153A1 • 2022-05-27 • SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR OPTIMIZING BUSINESS WORKFLOWS, and discloses a process for providing a method for optimizing business workflows. The method may comprise generating a workflow map that is optimized for the business and generating one or more training programs based on the optimized workflow map.
[0015] However, this invention limits itself to analyzing the workflow itself, suggesting training programs without considering the effectiveness of those executing them (the human element). This invention assumes that suitable and qualified people are occupying the positions within this workflow. Data analysis will be completely compromised if unsuitable people occupy these positions in the workflow being analyzed.
[0016] A presented technique for optimizing business processes is described through the invention US2015242793A1 and WO2015127333A1 • 2015-08-27 • SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTO-OPTIMIZATION OF GAMIFICATION MECHANICS FOR WORKFORCE MOTIVATION which discloses a process for automatically optimizing gamification mechanics to increase workforce performance by collecting action data through a gamification platform, applying gamification mechanics to the action data to calculate the effectiveness of each action, receiving performance metrics and updating the gamification mechanics by optimizing the weights for each action.
[0017] However, such an invention is limited to collecting data that measures the action and its effectiveness alone, without Consider other essential variables to measure the effectiveness of an action that can only be acquired through the collection of specific data from different sources, which can be objective and subjective, of economic or human origin. When optimized, these data allow for a more accurate assessment of the action's effectiveness. This invention assumes that actions alone can be evaluated without considering the human element that drives their execution. Therefore, the data analysis and gamification criteria of this invention will be compromised, potentially leading to erroneous assessments. This model is still limited to actions that have been previously classified and assigned weights. This model does not work with dynamic class systems.
[0018] A technique presented for optimizing business processes is described through the invention AU2021106452A4 • 2021 -12-02 • METHOD FOR STRATEGIC SELECTION OF WORKFORCE AUTO-OPTIMIZATION USING GAMIFICATION MECHANISM THEREOF, which discloses a process for automatic workforce optimization that makes use of a gamification mechanism, being a gamification platform, accommodated in any suitable interface that accumulates action data from one or more workers. It can obtain metrics from internal systems or through third-party systems, optimizing weights for each action in a fitness function. Effectiveness predictions for future actions are generated using 15 optimized weights.
[0019] However, this invention, by failing to specify and consider other essential variables, which may be objective and subjective, of economic or human origin, to measure the effectiveness of an action, gamifying it to generate effectiveness predictions for future actions. Because it is based solely on the 15 (fifteen) pre-established optimized weights, it limits its data analysis and compromises the determination of the action's effectiveness. This invention assumes that actions alone can be evaluated without considering the human element that is the factor in executing such actions. Therefore, the data analysis and gamification criteria of the present invention are limited and may generate erroneous assessments, which would be a limitation of the prior art.
[0020] A technique presented for business process optimization is described through invention IN2849MU2013A • 2015-07-10 «A SYSTEM AND METHOD TO MEASURE, AGGREGATE, AND ANALYZE EXACT EFFORT AND TIME PRODUCTIVITY» which discloses a process for automatically measuring, analyzing, and improving the exact work effort of senior executives, without requiring manual intervention or configuration. The system captures all users' work effort, tracking the daily time spent by employees. The captured individual work effort is mapped to the organization's hierarchy and business attributes. As a result, work patterns and trends are identified within each subunit / operational dimension of the business.
[0021] However, this invention is limited in its application to senior executives and employees. Therefore, the specificity of its objective of identifying work patterns and trends within each subunit / operational dimension of the business is compromised in different scenarios, such as social behavioral changes and / or the different work relationships adopted today, such as home office systems, outsourcing, among others.
[0022] The invention in question does not consider assessing the behavioral, cognitive, and functional profiles of the mind, factors considered to be the cause of patterns and trends. This invention evaluates and validates existing patterns and trends, presenting the effect rather than the cause, or focusing on the objective, suggesting growth actions.
[0023] A technique presented for optimizing business processes is described through the invention US2017189814A1 (B2) • 2017-07-06 • ADAPTIVE WIZARD FOR GAMIFICATION SITE CREATION reveals a process for generating, through an adaptive wizard, a personalized gamification system, providing A way for a client to recognize and reward desired behavior patterns to increase user engagement. Gamification is used to help achieve the client's corporate objectives.
[0024] However, this invention fails to consider the user's cognitive behavioral profile analysis, which is the rational framework that justifies emotional decision-making. Being limited to behavioral analysis alone, it weakens the software's effectiveness in the reward system generated by gamification, which aims to increase engagement with other users. [0166] Using primarily the Database, Security, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) modules, users have access to optimized data with secure results and parameters to play their business game more effectively and assertively. They share knowledge and experience with other users (players) anonymously using AI (artificial intelligence) applications.
[0167] GAME-TO-PLAY version. The GAME-TO-PLAY version (figure 12) is the game-only version, designed to develop strategic business management skills and abilities.
[0168] This game version educates, transfers knowledge and helps the player (user) identify their skills, competencies and abilities necessary to be an entrepreneur.
[0169] The player (user) can choose to create their own startup and / or inherit an existing company. In both situations, the player (user) is immersed in a gamified environment that provides them with all the challenges of a real-world business, as it uses the user database from the Real Game version and databases entered into the system for this version.
[0170] The Game to Play version offers extensive resources for mindset shifts and communication skills development, such as influencing, listening, choosing, mediating, negotiating, and leading. All of these resources enhance your cognitive, functional, and behavioral capacity for strategic business management. One of the training tools, also available in the REAL GAME version, provides training to enhance areas of the brain with low or no functionality, training the mind to perform better with less effort, as it increases control over powerful emotions.
[0171] The GAME TO PLAY version provides, within the platform, the possibility of playing against yourself, against the machine or online with other players who use the platform. Table 1: Description of Figures Table 1: Continued PREFERRED MODALITIES
[0172] The first preferred embodiment of the present invention is to implement it with all the modules described (as shown in Figure 1) in the order of control module, people module, and mechanism module. In this embodiment, the resident block performs simpler operations directly with the user, and the cloud block, which can be constantly updated with new models and information, provides the resident block, and consequently the user, with results, training processes, and strategies for more complex actions that depend on the use of all the modules of the cloud block.
[0173] A second preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented solely with the resident module. In this case, real-time updating of information and models is compromised; however, the process gains in simplicity and market competitiveness.
[0174] A third preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented with only the control module without the people and mechanism modules.
[0175] A fourth preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented only with the people module without the control and mechanism modules.
[0176] A fifth preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented without the control and people modules.
[0177] In a sixth preferred embodiment, essential parameters and variables are visualized, and the relationship between them can be determined from external information. These sets of external information can be added to either the Resident Module or the Cloud Module.
[0178] A seventh preferred modality is the present invention implemented without gamification, being just a data analysis of everything it proposes to deliver.
[0179] An eighth preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented only with the virtual game part - Game to Play, which allows simulating the entire business management process of a business, developing and improving users' skills in strategic management.
[0180] A tenth preferred embodiment is the present invention implemented in its entirety in the Real Game version with specific focus on the prospective submodule.
