Abstract

Provided is a defecation assisting device insertable into the anus of the human body, comprising a feces drainage tube. One end of the feces drainage tube is provided with a feces inlet, and the other end of the feces drainage tube is provided with a feces outlet. An outer side wall of the feces drainage tube is sleeved with an anal dilation tube. One end of the anal dilation tube is connected to the feces inlet end of the feces drainage tube, and the other end of the anal dilation tube is connected to the side wall of the feces drainage tube or the feces outlet end of the feces drainage tube. The feces drainage tube and the anal dilation tube define a dilation and contraction cavity that can be filled with a fluid. A wall of the dilation and contraction cavity is provided with a fluid conveying port. After the dilation and contraction cavity is filled with a pressure fluid and dilated, the feces drainage tube is dilated into a feces discharge channel capable of leading the feces out of the human body. The present invention aims to provide a defecation assisting device insertable into the anus of the human body, which can effectively avoid the embarrassment and discomfort caused by feces flowing onto the bed, body, and clothes due to improper handling in the defecation process of disabled people who have no defecation sensation, and can effectively reduce the labor intensity of nursing personnel caring for the disabled people.

The gastrointestinal function of such bedridden old people will be significantly decreased, and some old people will show diarrhea and frequent defecation, such as 5-6 times of defecation a day, or even more, and all of them are loose stools. For the disabled personnel who are bedridden and have no defecation perception, during the defecation process, the feces often flow to the bed, body and clothes, which not only causes discomfort to the disabled personnel, but also greatly increases the labor intensity of the workers taking care of the disabled personnel, reduces the life quality of the disabled personnel, and further affects the health of the disabled personnel with defecation perception. Claims

1. A toilet aid inserted into the anus of a human body, characterized by: The invention comprises a feces outlet tube (1) made of a flexible material, wherein one end of the feces outlet tube (1) is provided with a feces inlet (4), and the other end of the feces outlet tube (1) is provided with a feces outlet (11). An anal expansion tube (2) made of a flexible material is mounted on the outer wall of the feces outlet tube (1), one end of the anal expansion tube (2) is connected to the feces inlet (4) end of the feces outlet tube (1), and the other end of the anal expansion tube (2) is connected to the side wall of the feces outlet tube (1) or the feces outlet (11) end of the feces outlet tube (1). The feces outlet tube (1) and the anal expansion tube (2) form an expansion and contraction cavity (3) that can be filled with fluid, and a fluid delivery port (14) is provided on the wall of the expansion and contraction cavity (3). When the expansion and contraction cavity (3) is filled with pressurized fluid and expands, the feces outlet tube (1) expands into a feces discharge channel that can discharge feces from the human body.

2. The toilet aid for insertion into the human anus according to claim 1, characterized in that: The expansion and contraction cavity (3) is provided with an anti-fallout enlarged portion (5) at one end of the feces inlet (4).
