Abstract

Various solutions for cell-wise bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation with respect to an apparatus are described. An apparatus may receive a configuration for at least one user equipment (UE)-specific BWP from a network node. The apparatus may receive a common indication for a UE-specific BWP change from the network node. The apparatus may determine whether to change a current BWP according to the configuration and the common indication. The common indication may be indicated by a downlink control information (DCI) format and may be common to a plurality of UEs.

Description

METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR BANDWIDTH PART ADAPTATION IN MOBILE COMMUNICATIONSCROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION (S)

[0001] The present disclosure is part of a non-provisional application claiming the priority benefit of U.S. Patent Application No. 63 / 636,159, filed 19 April 2024, the content of which herein being incorporated by reference in its entirety.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present disclosure is generally related to mobile communications and, more particularly, to cell-wise bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation with respect to apparatus in mobile communications.BACKGROUND

[0003] Unless otherwise indicated herein, approaches described in this section are not prior art to the claims listed below and are not admitted as prior art by inclusion in this section.

[0004] Wireless communication systems may be widely deployed to provide various telecommunication services such as telephony, video, data, messaging, and broadcasts. Typical wireless communication systems may use multiple-access technologies capable of supporting communication with multiple users by sharing available system resources. Examples of such multiple-access technologies may include code division multiple access (CDMA) systems, time division multiple access (TDMA) systems, frequency division multiple access (FDMA) systems, orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) systems, single-carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) systems, and time division synchronous code division multiple access (TD-SCDMA) systems.

[0005] These multiple access technologies have been adopted in various telecommunication standards to provide a common protocol that enables different wireless devices to communicate on a municipal, national, regional, and even global level. An example telecommunication standard is 5G New Radio (NR) . 5G NR is part of a continuous mobile broadband evolution promulgated by Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) to meet new requirements associated with latency, reliability, security, scalability (e.g., with Internet of Things (IoT) ) , and other requirements. Some aspects of 5G NR may be based on the 4G long term evolution (LTE) standard. There exists a need for further improvements in 5G NR technology. These improvements may also be applicable to other multi-access technologies and the telecommunication standards that employ these technologies.

[0006] In the conventional communication technologies, when the network node performs the bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation for different domains (e.g., spatial domain adaptation, power domain adaptation, and frequency domain adaptation) , the network node may need to indicate different BWP adaptations for different domains. The signaling overhead could be large. In addition, when the network node performs the BWP adaptation for different user equipment, the network node may need individually transmit the indication of the BWP adaptation to each UE and each UE may involve different BWP adaptation. Therefore, power consumption of the network node could be significant and the power management of the network node is inefficient.

[0007] Accordingly, how to perform the BWP adaptation for network energy saving in the wireless communication environments becomes an important issue for the newly developed wireless communication network. Therefore, there is a need to provide proper schemes for cell-wise BWP adaptation to achieve network energy saving.SUMMARY

[0008] The following summary is illustrative only and is not intended to be limiting in any way. That is, the following summary is provided to introduce concepts, highlights, benefits and advantages of the novel and non-obvious techniques described herein. Select implementations are further described below in the detailed description. Thus, the following summary is not intended to identify essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended for use in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.

[0009] One objective of the present disclosure is to propose schemes, concepts, designs, systems, methods and apparatus pertaining to cell-wise bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation with respect to apparatus and network node in mobile communications. It is believed that the above-described issue would be avoided or otherwise alleviated by implementing one or more of the proposed schemes described herein.

[0010] In one aspect, a method may involve an apparatus receiving a configuration for at least one user equipment (UE) -specific BWP from a network node. The method may also involve the apparatus receiving a common indication for a UE-specific BWP change from the network node. The method may further involve the apparatus determining whether to change a current BWP according to the configuration and the common indication.

[0011] In another aspect, a method may involve an apparatus receiving a configuration for a BWP adaptation from a network node. The method may also involve the apparatus receiving a common indication for a cell BWP group change from the network node. The method may further involve the apparatus determining whether to change a current BWP according to the configuration and the common indication.

[0012] In another aspect, a method may involve an apparatus receiving a common indication associated with a BWP adaptation from a network node. The common indication may indicate repetition information. The method may also involve the apparatus receiving at least one of data channel and reference signal (RS) from the network node according to the repetition information.

[0013] It is noteworthy that, although description provided herein may be in the context of certain radio access technologies, networks and network topologies such as 5th Generation System (5GS) and 4G EPS mobile networking, the proposed concepts, schemes and any variation (s)  / derivative (s) thereof may be implemented in, for and by other types of wireless and wired communication technologies, networks and network topologies such as, for example and without limitation, Ethernet, Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN) , E-UTRAN, Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) , General Packet Radio Service (GPRS)  / Enhanced Data rates for Global Evolution (EDGE) Radio Access Network (GERAN) , Long-Term Evolution (LTE) , LTE-Advanced, LTE-Advanced Pro, IoT, Industrial IoT (IIoT) , Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) , 6th Generation (6G) , and any future-developed networking technologies. Thus, the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described herein.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Overview

[0025] Implementations in accordance with the present disclosure relate to various techniques, methods, schemes and / or solutions pertaining to cell-wise bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation with respect to user equipment (UE) and network apparatus in mobile communications. According to the present disclosure, a number of possible solutions may be implemented separately or jointly. That is, although these possible solutions may be described below separately, two or more of these possible solutions may be implemented in one combination or another.

[0026] FIG. 1 illustrates an example scenario 100 of a communication environment in which various solutions and schemes in accordance with the present disclosure may be implemented. Scenario 100 involves a UE 110 in wireless communication with a network 120 (e.g., a wireless network including an NTN and a TN) via a terrestrial network node 125 (e.g., an evolved Node-B (eNB) , a Next Generation Node-B (gNB) , or a transmission / reception point (TRP) ) and / or a non-terrestrial network node 128 (e.g., a satellite) . For example, the terrestrial network node 125 and / or the non-terrestrial network node 128 may form a non-terrestrial network (NTN) serving cell for wireless communication with the UE 110. In some implementations, the UE 110 may be an IoT device such as an NB-IoT UE or an enhanced machine-type communication (eMTC) UE (e.g., a bandwidth reduced low complexity (BL) UE or a coverage enhancement (CE) UE) . In such communication environment, the UE 110, the network 120, the terrestrial network node 125, and the non-terrestrial network node 128 may implement various schemes pertaining to improved BWP adaptation procedure in accordance with the present disclosure, as described below. It is noteworthy that, while the various proposed schemes may be individually or separately described below, in actual implementations some or all of the proposed schemes may be utilized or otherwise implemented jointly. Of course, each of the proposed schemes may be utilized or otherwise implemented individually or separately.

[0027] According to the implementations for UE-specific BWP change of the present disclosure, an apparatus (e.g., the UE 110) may receive a configuration for at least one UE-specific BWP (e.g., the configuration configures at least one UE-specific BWP) from a network node (e.g., the terrestrial network node 125 or the non-terrestrial network node 128) . In addition, the apparatus may receive a common indication for a UE-specific BWP change from the network node. The apparatus may determine whether to change a current BWP according to the configuration and the common indication.

[0028] In an example, the configuration may be received through the radio resource control (RRC) signaling (e.g., a UE-specific RRC) . In another example, the common information of the configuration may be received through the system information block 1 (SIB1) and the different parameters (e.g., delta part) for different apparatus of the configuration may be received through the UE-specific RRC signaling. In another example, the common information of the configuration may be received through the synchronization signal block (SSB) and the different parameters (e.g., delta part) for different apparatus of the configuration may be received through the UE-specific RRC signaling.

[0029] In some implementations, the configuration may indicate at least one UE-specific BWP and a downlink control information (DCI) (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication (i.e., cell-wise indication) . In some implementations of the present disclosure, the configuration may also comprise at least one of channel state information (CSI) report configuration, antenna configuration, power configuration (e.g., transmit power) , and bandwidth configuration (e.g., spatial domain adaptation, power domain adaptation, and frequency domain adaptation) . By using simple indication mechanism to indicate the cell-wise BWP adaptation for network energy saving, at least for adaptations that require interruption, common data interruption may be achieved and signaling overhead may be reduced.

[0030] The common indication may be indicated by the DCI and be common to a plurality of UEs. That is, the network node may use the common indication to indicate BWP adaptation to multiple UEs. The apparatus may receive the DCI and decode the common indication to obtain a BWP identification (ID) . Then, the apparatus may determine whether the BWP ID is configured in the configuration and whether the BWP ID is different from a current BWP ID of the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the BWP ID in an event that the BWP ID is configured in the configuration and the BWP ID is different from the current BWP ID of the current BWP. In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the BWP ID (i.e., no BWP switch required) in an event that the BWP ID is not configured in the configuration and / or the BWP ID is not different from the current BWP ID of the current BWP.

[0031] FIG. 2 illustrates an example scenario 200 for a BWP adaptation in accordance with implementations of the present disclosure. Scenario 200 involves a UE and a network node (e.g., a (macro / micro) base station) of a serving cell which may be a part of a wireless network (e.g., an LTE network, a 5G / NR network, an IoT network or a 6G network. Referring to FIG. 2, the configuration may indicate four UE-specific BWP (e.g., UE BWP #0, UE BWP #1, UE BWP #2, and UE BWP #3) and a DCI (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication. In an event the apparatus receives the common indication for the UE-specific BWP change from the network node, the apparatus may determine whether the BWP ID in the common indication is configured in the configuration and whether the BWP ID is different from a current BWP ID of the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the BWP ID in an event that the BWP ID is configured in the configuration (i.e., the BWP ID is one of the UE BWP #0, UE BWP #1, UE BWP #2, and UE BWP #3) and the BWP ID is different from the current BWP ID of the current BWP. In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the BWP ID in an event that the BWP ID is not configured in the configuration (i.e., the BWP ID is not one of the UE BWP #0, UE BWP #1, UE BWP #2, and UE BWP #3) and / or the BWP ID is not different from the current BWP ID of the current BWP.

[0032] According to the implementations for cell BWP group change of the present disclosure, an apparatus (e.g., the UE 110) may receive a configuration for a BWP adaptation (e.g., for BWP change) from a network node (e.g., the terrestrial network node 125 or the non-terrestrial network node 128) . In addition, the apparatus may receive a common indication for a cell BWP group change from the network node. The apparatus may determine whether to change a current BWP according to the configuration and the common indication.

[0033] In some implementations of the present disclosure, the configuration may indicate at least one cell BWP group information and a DCI (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication. In some implementations of the present disclosure, the configuration may also comprise at least one of channel state information (CSI) report configuration, antenna configuration, power configuration (e.g., transmit power) , and bandwidth configuration for different adaptations (e.g., spatial domain adaptation, power domain adaptation, and frequency domain adaptation) . The common indication may be indicated by the DCI and be common to a plurality of UEs.

[0034] Under a first proposed scheme for the cell BWP group information in accordance with the present disclosure, the at least one cell BWP group information may comprise at least one cell BWP group and at least one UE-specific BWP in each of the at least one cell BWP group.

[0035] In the first proposed scheme, the apparatus may decode the common indication to obtain a cell BWP ID of a cell BWP group. The apparatus may determine a BWP (e.g., a default UE-specific BWP) in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID. In an example, the BWP (e.g., a default UE-specific BWP) may be pre-configured for each cell BWP group. In another example, the BWP (e.g., a default UE-specific BWP) may be the BWP with the smallest BWP ID (e.g., UE BWP #0 shown in FIG. 3) or with the largest ID (e.g., UE BWP #1 shown in FIG. 3) . In addition, the apparatus may determine whether the cell BWP ID is configured in the configuration and whether the cell BWP ID is different from a current cell BWP ID. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to the BWP in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID in an event that the cell BWP ID is configured in the configuration and the cell BWP ID is different from the current cell BWP ID. In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to the BWP in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID in an event that the cell BWP ID is not configured in the configuration and / or the cell BWP ID is not different from the current cell BWP ID.

[0036] FIG. 3 illustrates an example scenario 300 for a BWP adaptation under the first proposed scheme in accordance with implementations of the present disclosure. Scenario 300 involves a UE and a network node (e.g., a (macro / micro) base station) of a serving cell which may be a part of a wireless network (e.g., an LTE network, a 5G / NR network, an IoT network or a 6G network. Referring to FIG. 3, the configuration may indicate the cell BWP group information and a DCI (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication. The cell BWP group information may comprise two cell BWP groups (e.g., the cell BWP group #0 and the cell BWP group #1) . In addition, the cell BWP group information may also comprise the UE-specific BWP in each cell BWP group (e.g., the UE BWP #0 and the UE BWP #1 in the cell BWP group #0 and the UE BWP #0 and the UE BWP #1 in the cell BWP group #1) . In an event the apparatus receives the common indication for the cell BWP group change from the network node, the apparatus may decode the common indication to obtain a cell BWP ID of a cell BWP group. Then, the apparatus may determine a BWP (e.g., a default UE-specific BWP) in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID. In addition, the apparatus may determine whether the cell BWP ID is configured in the configuration and whether the cell BWP ID is different from a current cell BWP ID. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to the BWP in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID in an event that the cell BWP ID is configured in the configuration (i.e., the cell BWP ID is associated with the cell BWP group #0 or the cell BWP group #1) and the cell BWP ID is different from the current cell BWP ID (e.g., the cell BWP ID is associated with the cell BWP group #0, and the current cell BWP ID is associated with the cell BWP group #1) . In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to the BWP in the cell BWP group with the cell BWP ID in an event that the cell BWP ID is not configured in the configuration (i.e., the cell BWP ID is not associated with the cell BWP group #0 and the cell BWP group #1) and / or the cell BWP ID is not different from the current cell BWP ID (e.g., the cell BWP ID is associated with the cell BWP group #0, and the current cell BWP ID is also associated with the cell BWP group #0) .

[0037] Under a second proposed scheme for the cell BWP group information in accordance with the present disclosure, the at least one cell BWP group information may comprise at least one UE-specific BWP and at least one BWP group ID associated with the at least one UE-specific BWP. In an implementation of the present disclosure, in an event that more than one UE-specific BWP is configured the same BWP group ID, the UE may determine a UE-specific BWP from the UE-specific BWPs with the same BWP group ID (e.g., BWP GROUP ID=0 shown in FIG. 4) according to the smallest BWP ID (e.g., UE BWP #0 shown in FIG. 4) or with the largest ID (e.g., UE BWP #1 shown in FIG. 4) for the cell BWP group change.

[0038] In the second proposed scheme, the apparatus may decode the common indication to obtain a BWP group ID associated with a BWP. The apparatus may determine whether the BWP group ID is configured in the configuration and whether the BWP group ID is different from a current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to the BWP associated with the BWP group ID in an event that the BWP group ID is configured in the configuration and the BWP group ID is different from the current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP. In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to the BWP associated with the BWP group ID in an event that the BWP group ID is not configured in the configuration and / or the BWP group ID is not different from the current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP.

[0039] FIG. 4 illustrates an example scenario 400 for a BWP adaptation under the second proposed scheme in accordance with implementations of the present disclosure. Scenario 400 involves a UE and a network node (e.g., a (macro / micro) base station) of a serving cell which may be a part of a wireless network (e.g., an LTE network, a 5G / NR network, an IoT network or a 6G network. Referring to FIG. 4, the configuration may indicate the cell BWP group information and a DCI (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication. The cell BWP group information may comprise four UE-specific BWPs (e.g., UE BWP #0, UE BWP #1, UE BWP #2, and UE BWP #3) and the BWP group IDs (e.g., BWP GROUP ID=0 and BWP GROUP ID=1) associated with the UE-specific BWPs. In an event the apparatus receives the common indication for the cell BWP group change from the network node, the apparatus may decode the common indication to obtain a BWP group ID associated with a BWP. The apparatus may determine whether the BWP group ID is configured in the configuration and whether the BWP group ID is different from a current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to the BWP associated with the BWP group ID in an event that the BWP group ID is configured in the configuration (i.e., the BWP group ID is BWP GROUP ID=0 or BWP GROUP ID=1) and the BWP group ID is different from the current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP (e.g., the BWP group ID is BWP GROUP ID=0 and the current BWP group ID is BWP GROUP ID=1) . In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to the BWP associated with the BWP group ID in an event that the BWP group ID is not configured in the configuration (i.e., the BWP group ID is not BWP GROUP ID=0 and BWP GROUP ID=1) and / or the BWP group ID is not different from the current BWP group ID associated with the current BWP (e.g., the BWP group ID is BWP GROUP ID=0 and the current BWP group ID is BWP GROUP ID=0) .

[0040] Under a third proposed scheme for the cell BWP group information in accordance with the present disclosure, the at least one cell BWP group information may comprise at least one UE-specific BWP and at least one network energy saving (NES) BWP. Each NES BWP may correspond to one of the at least one UE-specific BWP.

[0041] In the third proposed scheme, the apparatus may decode the common indication to obtain an NES BWP ID of an NES BWP. The apparatus may determine whether the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration and whether the NES BWP ID is different from a current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration and the NES BWP ID is different from the current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP. In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is not configured in the configuration and / or the NES BWP ID is not different from the current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP. In another example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration and no NES BWP ID is associated with the current BWP.

[0042] FIG. 5 illustrates an example scenario 500 for a BWP adaptation under the third proposed scheme in accordance with implementations of the present disclosure. Scenario 500 involves a UE and a network node (e.g., a (macro / micro) base station) of a serving cell which may be a part of a wireless network (e.g., an LTE network, a 5G / NR network, an IoT network or a 6G network. Referring to FIG. 5, the configuration may indicate the cell BWP group information and a DCI (e.g., a cell-UE-specific DCI or a group-UE-specific DCI) for the common indication. The cell BWP group information may comprise four UE-specific BWPs (e.g., UE BWP #0, UE BWP #1, UE BWP #2, and UE BWP #3) and two NES BWPs (e.g., NES BWP #0 and NES BWP #1) . NES BWP #0 corresponds to the UE BWP #0 and the NES BWP #1 corresponds to the UE BWP #2. In an event the apparatus receives the common indication for the cell BWP group change from the network node, the apparatus may decode the common indication to an NES BWP ID of an NES BWP. The apparatus may determine whether the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration and whether the NES BWP ID is different from a current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP. In an example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration (i.e., the NES BWP ID is the NES BWP #0 or the NES BWP #1) and the NES BWP ID is different from the current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP (e.g., the NES BWP ID is NES BWP #0 and the current NES BWP ID is the NES BWP #1) . In another example, the apparatus may not switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is not configured in the configuration (i.e., the NES BWP ID is not the NES BWP #0 and the NES BWP #1) and / or the NES BWP ID is not different from the current NES BWP ID associated with the current BWP (e.g., the NES BWP ID is NES BWP #0 and the current NES BWP ID is also the NES BWP #0) . In another example, the apparatus may switch from the current BWP to a BWP associated with the NES BWP ID in an event that the NES BWP ID is configured in the configuration (i.e., the NES BWP ID is the NES BWP #0 or the NES BWP #1) and no NES BWP ID is associated with the current BWP (e.g., the NES BWP ID is NES BWP #0 and the current BWP is UE BWP #3 which is not associated with any NES BWP) .

[0043] The spatial domain adaptation and the power domain adaptation for network may be realized via the BWP adaption mechanisms of the present disclosure. However, there may lack a mechanism to inform the apparatus which is in the idle mode in initial access of the change. A solution may be needed for both connected mode and idle mode users (or apparatus. ) .

[0044] According to the implementations for the spatial domain adaptation and the power domain adaptation of the present disclosure, an apparatus (e.g., the UE 110) may receive a common indication associated with a BWP adaptation from a network node (e.g., the terrestrial network node 125 or the non-terrestrial network node 128) . The common indication may indicate additional information, e.g., repetition information. Then, the apparatus may receive at least one of data channel and reference signal (RS) from the network node according to the repetition information. In an example, the interpretation of the repetition information may comprise the value or the index from a set of pre-defined values. The apparatus may determine / derive a number of repetitions according to the repetition information (e.g., the number of repetitions may be 2r where r is the indicated value) .

[0045] In some implementations of the present disclosure, the common indication may be received through at least one of a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) , a primary synchronization signal (PSS) set, a downlink control information (DCI) (e.g., a paging-like DCI or a cell / group wake-up signal (WUS) ) and a radio resource control (RRC) signaling. The multiple PSS sets may have different pre-defined circular shifts or masking sequences. The UE may obtain the repetition information according the at least one of a PBCH, a PSS set, a DCI and an RRC signaling. In an example, if the common indication is received through the PBCH, the apparatus may decode the PBCH and determine the number of repetitions according to the ‘NUM_REP’ field. In another example, if the common indication is received through the PSS sets with different circular shifts or different masking sequences, the apparatus may determine the number of repetitions according to the index of the pre-defined set of the PSSs. In another example, if the common indication is received through the DCI, the apparatus may decode the DCI and determine the number of repetitions according to the ‘NUM_REP’ field. In another example, for the apparatus in connected mode, the apparatus may determine the number of repetitions according to the ‘NUM_REP’ IE in the RRC BWP structure.

[0046] In some implementations of the present disclosure, the PBCH, the PSS set or the DCI may be received in an event that the apparatus is in an idle mode, and wherein the RRC signaling may be received in an event that the apparatus is in a connected mode. Illustrative Processes

[0082] The herein-described subject matter sometimes illustrates different components contained within, or connected with, different other components. It is to be understood that such depicted architectures are merely examples, and that in fact many other architectures can be implemented which achieve the same functionality. In a conceptual sense, any arrangement of components to achieve the same functionality is effectively "associated" such that the desired functionality is achieved. Hence, any two components herein combined to achieve a particular functionality can be seen as "associated with" each other such that the desired functionality is achieved, irrespective of architectures or intermedial components. Likewise, any two components so associated can also be viewed as being "operably connected" , or "operably coupled" , to each other to achieve the desired functionality, and any two components capable of being so associated can also be viewed as being "operably couplable" , to each other to achieve the desired functionality. Specific examples of operably couplable include but are not limited to physically mateable and / or physically interacting components and / or wirelessly interactable and / or wirelessly interacting components and / or logically interacting and / or logically interactable components.

[0083] Further, with respect to the use of substantially any plural and / or singular terms herein, those having skill in the art can translate from the plural to the singular and / or from the singular to the plural as is appropriate to the context and / or application. The various singular / plural permutations may be expressly set forth herein for sake of clarity.

[0084] Moreover, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in general, terms used herein, and especially in the appended claims, e.g., bodies of the appended claims, are generally intended as “open” terms, e.g., the term “including” should be interpreted as “including but not limited to, ” the term “having” should be interpreted as “having at least, ” the term “includes” should be interpreted as “includes but is not limited to, ” etc. It will be further understood by those within the art that if a specific number of an introduced claim recitation is intended, such an intent will be explicitly recited in the claim, and in the absence of such recitation no such intent is present. For example, as an aid to understanding, the following appended claims may contain usage of the introductory phrases "at least one" and "one or more" to introduce claim recitations. However, the use of such phrases should not be construed to imply that the introduction of a claim recitation by the indefinite articles "a" or "an" limits any particular claim containing such introduced claim recitation to implementations containing only one such recitation, even when the same claim includes the introductory phrases "one or more" or "at least one" and indefinite articles such as "a" or "an, " e.g., “a”and / or “an” should be interpreted to mean “at least one” or “one or more; ” the same holds true for the use of definite articles used to introduce claim recitations. In addition, even if a specific number of an introduced claim recitation is explicitly recited, those skilled in the art will recognize that such recitation should be interpreted to mean at least the recited number, e.g., the bare recitation of "two recitations, " without other modifiers, means at least two recitations, or two or more recitations. Furthermore, in those instances where a convention analogous to “at least one of A, B, and C, etc. ” is used, in general such a construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention, e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B, and C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and / or A, B, and C together, etc. In those instances where a convention analogous to “at least one of A, B, or C, etc. ” is used, in general such a construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention, e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B, or C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and / or A, B, and C together, etc. It will be further understood by those within the art that virtually any disjunctive word and / or phrase presenting two or more alternative terms, whether in the description, claims, or drawings, should be understood to contemplate the possibilities of including one of the terms, either of the terms, or both terms. For example, the phrase “A or B” will be understood to include the possibilities of “A” or “B” or “A and B. ”

[0085] From the foregoing, it will be appreciated that various implementations of the present disclosure have been described herein for purposes of illustration, and that various modifications may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the various implementations disclosed herein are not intended to be limiting, with the true scope and spirit being indicated by the following claims.
