CLAIMS:I / We claim:

1. An ergonomic chair (100) for correction and supporting the sitting posture of a user, such chair comprises: a. a head support (101, 401), wherein the head support is extended downward to a cervical support structure that includes a cervical posterior support combined with anterior neck supporting surface (102, 402); b. a chin supporting extender (103, 403), that is attached to the neck supporting surface (102, 402); c. a horizontal and vertical lumbar supports, wherein the vertical support (502) is having a shaft (104, 501), wherein the horizontal lumbar support (503) maintains the lumbar curvature at the lower back of back rest portion of the chair (100), while the vertical support (502) extends from the mid-lumbar region to the thoracic region on the back rest portion of the chair; d. a thoracic supporting valve (105) on either side of the chair; e. an arm rest (106) on either side of the chair; f. an elastic belt (107) for abdominal support, the elastic belt (107) is fixated from the side portion of thoracic supporting valves (105); g. a height adjusting column (202), to adjust the height of the seat, allowing the hip joint to extend further and promoting better sitting posture of the user; h. a hinge (201) on the middle part of the lumbar supporting region and saddle seat junction to allow the hip and spine to extend to 180 degrees, wherein the hinge is controlled by a curvature (203); wherein the chair is characterized by: i. a saddle- shaped seat (108, 301), wherein a hollow space (302) is made in the center of the seat (108) cushion over the coccyx portionthat is at the back portion of the seat (108), wherein a sealed gel pad (303) is inserted into the hollow space (302) of the seat (108) .

2. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the cervical posterior support with an anterior neck support (402) tilts downward and backward and is positioned between the head support (401) and thoracic support portion of the chair (100).

3. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the horizontal lumbar support (503) includes three sections: one central section (505) and two side sections (504).

4. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the chin supporting extender (103, 403) can be pulled down when the user wants to lift their head forward.

5. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the height adjusting column (201) is below the saddle seat (108, 301).

6. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the hinge (201) allows the saddle seat (108, 301) to tilt anteriorly downwards.

The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the curvature (203) is located on the lower side of the seat that allows the saddle seat to tilt, wherein the angle of the saddle seat is in coordination with the lumbar supporting region of the chair of the seat, such that both the saddle seat and the lumbar supporting region in combination tilt upto 180 degree.

8. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein top surface of the gel pad (303) is covered with a leather cover to create a slightly raised, floating surface that supports the rectum and coccyx portion of the user.

9. The ergonomic chair (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the gel pad (303) is double-sealed in a polyethylene cover to prevent leaks.
