COMPOSITION FOR CARING FOR AND / OR MAKING UP KERATIN MATERIALSTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a composition. Preferably, the present invention relates to a composition for caring for and / or making up keratin materials. The present invention also relates to a process for caring for and / or making up keratin materials.BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Compositions for caring for and / or making up the skin and / or the lips are produced to satisfy the need of caring for and / or making up of the skin and / or the lips. In particular, consumers are looking for a product for caring for and making up the lips, with good conditioning of the lips. It is known to formulate products such as lip gloss, lip oil, or other types of anhydrous lip compositions for the purpose of caring for and / or making up the lips.

[0003] Currently, achieving a lip product which has good sensations including shiny, melting, and non-sticky sensations has proven challenging.

[0004] Therefore, there is a need for a composition, preferably for caring for and / or making up keratin materials, especially the lips, which has good sensations including shiny, melting, and non-sticky sensations, preferably has good moisturizing sensation as well.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The inventors have found that such a need can be achieved by the composition according to the present invention.

[0006] According to a first aspect, the present invention provides a composition, preferably for caring for and / or making up keratin materials, comprising:

or making up keratin materials, comprising:(a) at least one fatty compound having a melting point of no lower than 35℃;(b) at least one lipophilic thickening agent selected from (meth) acrylate polymers; and(c) at least one polyester obtained from an unsaturated fatty acid dimer.2.The composition according to claim 1, wherein the fatty compound is chosen from waxes, pasty fatty compounds, and mixtures thereof, andif present, the wax has a melting point between 35℃ and 120℃, preferably between 40℃ and 100℃ and more preferably from 40℃ to 90℃, and / phytosteryl dimer dilinoleyl dimer dilinoleate, and mixtures thereof.8.The composition according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising at least one oil other than polyesters obtained from an unsaturated fatty acid dimer, wherein the oil is chosen from apolar hydrocarbon-based oils, silicone oils, plant oils, ester oils, ether oils, carbonate oils, and mixtures thereof,preferably, the at least one oil is chosen from ester oils,more preferably, the at least one oil is chosen from monoesters of a monocarboxylic acid and of a monoalcohol, diesters of dicarboxylic acids and of monoalcohols or diesters of glycol and of monocarboxylic acids, triesters of a tricarboxylic acid and of a monoalcohol, total esters of glycerol, diglycerol, or pentaerythritol and of monocarboxylic acids, and mixtures thereof,even more preferably, the at least one oil is chosen from total esters of glycerol, diglycerol, or pentaerythritol and of monocarboxylic acids, andmost preferably, the at least one oil is pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate.9.The composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fatty compound having a melting point of no lower than 35℃ is present in an amount ranging from 0.01 wt. %to 15 wt. %, preferably from 0.05 wt. %to 8 wt. %, and more preferably from 0.05 wt. %to 3 wt. %, even more preferably from 0.1 wt. %to 1.5 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.10.The composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lipophilic thickening agent is present in an amount ranging from 0.05 wt. %to 15 wt. %, preferably from 0.1 wt. %to 10 wt. %, more preferably from 0.3 wt. %to 5 wt. %, and even more preferably 0.5 wt. %to 3 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.11.The composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the polyester is present in an amount ranging from 1 wt. %to 60 wt. %, preferably 5 wt. %to 50 wt. %, more preferably 10 wt. %to 40 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.12.The composition according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the at least one oil is present in an amount ranging from 20 wt. %to 80 wt. %, preferably from 30 wt. %to 75 wt. %, and more preferably from 40 wt. %to 70 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the composition.13.The composition according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the composition is anhydrous.14.A composition for caring for and / or making up keratin materials, preferably the lips, relative to the total weight of the composition, comprising:a) 0.05 wt. %to 3 wt. %of a fatty compound having a melting point of no lower than 35℃, chosen from irvingia gabonensis kernel butter, sunflower seed wax, waxes obtained by hydrogenation of palm oil and rapeseed oil, and mixtures thereof;b) 0.5 wt. %to 3 wt. %of poly C10-30 alkyl acrylate; andc) 10 wt. %to 40 wt. %of dimer dilinoleyl dimer dilinoleate and / or bis-behenyl / isostearyl / phytosteryl dimer dilinoleyl dimer dilinoleate.15.A process for caring for and / or making up keratin materials, preferably the lips, comprising:applying the composition according to any one of claims 1-14 onto the keratin materials.
