Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] SECURE MONEY TRANSFER SYSTEM

[0003] Technical Field

[0004] The present invention relates to a system for determining an insurance fee by giving points to users who transfer money and enabling users to transfer money in an insured and secure manner based on the determined insurance fee.

[0005] Background of the Invention

[0006] Today, for individual customers making sales and paying large sums of money, the process is often stressful and prone to error. The involvement of third parties may lead to delays that negatively impact customer satisfaction. Since inquiries into delays in EFT transactions require separate inquiries by different institutions in the form of the receiving bank, the sending bank and the payment system, this situation causes the process to be prolonged. Thus, the complex structure may adversely affect customer experience.

[0007] For this reason, it is understood that there is a need for a system for determining an insurance fee by giving points to users who transfer money and enabling users to transfer money in an insured and secure manner based on the determined insurance fee.

[0008] The Chinese patent document no. CN112418836, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a bank payment system. The said invention discloses a bank suspended receipt and payment system with the same claim right. The system comprises components such as suspended receipt and payment, suspended payment, suspended collection, solution payment, return, suspended insurance money, suspended deposit money and suspended deposit money. During suspended receipt and payment: in transaction settlement, after the payer completes payment, a commercial bank provides a storage guarantee service for the paid item. The bank suspended receipt and payment system and receipt and payment method with the same claim right guarantee safe and reliable fund settlement and promote active and ordered production and consumption. At present, market transaction parties need to control settlement risks and are looking for certain new technologies to solve inherent difficulties, especially in credit sale transactions and uncertainties in fund settlement. The suspended receipt and payment provides real funds for settlement, meanwhile, payers and payees are endowed with the same negotiation claim rights for the subsequent round-trip accounts of funds and various requirements of transaction agreement, transaction change and settlement security are met.

[0009] Summary of the Invention

[0010] An object of the present invention is to realize a system developed with the aim of determining an insurance fee by giving points to users who transfer money and enabling users to transfer money in an insured and secure manner based on the determined insurance fee.

[0011] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0012] “Secure Money Transfer System” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

[0013] Figure l is a schematic view of the inventive system.

[0014] The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following: 1. System

[0015] 2. Application

[0016] 3. Server

[0017] The inventive system (1) developed with the aim of determining an insurance fee by giving points to users who transfer money and enabling users to transfer money in an insured and secure manner based on the determined insurance fee comprises at least one application (2) which is configured to enable users to carry out banking transactions in the form of money transfers; and at least one server (3) which is configured to enable user scoring to be created in line with the transfers made by the recipients and senders and the results of the transactions; the created scoring to form an input for determining the insurance fee; the insurance fee to be determined in the money transfer; the necessary controls to be made in the money transfer; the relevant blocking amounts to be determined; and the money transfer transactions to be carried out in an insured manner.

[0018] The application (2) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication and exchange data with the server (3) by using any communication protocol. The application (2) is configured to enable the user who will make or receive a money transfer to enter and view information in the form of transfer amount, recipient information, sender information, conditional approval information in the form of after notarization, after pledge and after seller sending, insurance agreement in the form of recipient insurance amount and sender insurance amount. The application (2) is configured to enable users to carry out buying and selling transactions with or without insurance.

[0019] The server (3) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication and exchange data with the application (2) by using any communication protocol. The server (3) is configured to enable the recipient to instantly see the amount in their account without waiting for the process to be completed in EFT transactions. The server (3) is configured to enable situations in the form of inaccurate account information in money transfers to be prevented. The server (3) is configured to enable the insurance process for conditional transfers to be carried out with the approval of third parties and the process to be guaranteed by an impartial institution. The server (3) is configured to enable the confirmation of the insurance pricing information received through the information entered by the user making the money transfer through the application (2), by both the buyer and the seller. The server (3) is configured to enable, in the event that a package is sent by the sender, if it is an unconditional sending, the moment the sender performs the bank transaction, the insurance process to be initiated; notifications to be sent to the relevant users via any means of communication; the money of the recipient to be immediately made available within the scope of the insurance; the process of depositing the amount of the sender into a secure account to be monitored, calculated and equalized; and the score of the recipient and the sender to be positively increased. The server (3) is configured to enable, in the event that a package is sent by the sender, if it is a conditional sending, the amount of the sender to be blocked; the recipient to be transparently informed about the process at all stages; a third-party confirmation in the form of a notary sale to be obtained; the insurance process to be initiated and the money of the recipient to be made available within the scope of the insurance at the moment the bank transaction of the sender is carried out after the third-party confirmation; and the blocked amount to be released in the event that the third-party confirmation is not obtained. The server (3) is configured to enable all waiting times, possible errors and extensions between the receiving bank and the sending bank to be carried out in an insured manner in the EFT payment system. The server (3) is configured to enable the approval of the recipient to be obtained in cases where the sending user wants to retrieve the blocked amount on the grounds that the sale did not take place; expertise support to be provided within the scope of insurance in cases where the required approvals are not received from both parties; the path to proceed in the process to be decided as a result of the necessary examinations of the expertise; and all buying and selling processes to be covered by insurance. The server (3) is configured to enable a trust score to be established among customers and only customers who meet the determined trust score criteria to be included in the insurance processes, and insurance fees of people with low trust scores to be increased.

[0020] Industrial Application of the Invention

[0021] By means of the inventive system (1), it is enabled to determine an insurance fee by giving points to users who transfer money and to enable users to transfer money in an insured and secure manner based on the determined insurance fee

[0022] Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Secure Money Transfer System (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
