This situation may question the consistency and objectivity of appointment decisions. A good personnel selection not only influences the success of the branch but can also significantly affect the overall performance of the bank. Therefore, adopting a more systematic and data-driven approach can both increase employee satisfaction and improve the quality of banking services.
[0006] For this reason, it is understood that there is a need for a system for recommending the best appointments in the banking sector based on branch needs, customer profiles in branches and personnel competencies by using data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques.

A system (1) for recommending the best appointments in the banking sector based on branch needs, customer profiles in branches and personnel competencies by using data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques; comprisingat least one electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application thereon;at least one application (3) which is configured to enable users to carry out personnel appointment processes;at least one database (4) which is configured to keep a record of branch, branch personnel and branch customers data; and characterized byat least one server (5) which is configured to create an artificial intelligence-based success model based on historical data; to perform scoring that defines the performance of each branch employee by using the created model; to perform an optimization based on the branch and employee scores obtained as a result of the scoring; and to determine the suitable candidates for each branch.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to generate a scoring that enables the performance of each employee to be measured by using the created success model, and to enable the generated score to reflect the performance of the employee with respect to the branch.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to determine the best performing branches and employees based on the branch and employee scores obtained as a result of the scoring; to determine a certain number of best manager / personnel candidates for each branch; and to ensure that the determined candidates are the managers / personnel with the highest performance based on the data.
