Abstract
Various solutions for band combination reporting in mobile communications are described. The UE may receive a message with a priority band combination list from a network node. The priority band combination list indicates one or more network supported band combinations. Also, the UE may compile a supported band combination list based on the priority band combination list. Further, the UE may transmit the supported band combination list to the network node. Since the supported band combination list is determined based on the network supported band combinations explicitly provided by the network, the UE can report a more accurate supported band combination list. This reduces the time required for the UE to determine the list as well as the time for the network to process the list.
