[0005] Today, it is aimed to provide a controlled and healthy life by recording the information of animals in shelters. Paper-based systems and dispersed electronic files pose a major risk in terms of data security; physical documents can easily be lost, damaged or open to unauthorized access. Storing data in different locations and in a disorganized structure makes it difficult to access and increases the risk of data loss. Additionally, since updates to these systems are done manually, there is a high probability of error and it is difficult to keep data up to date. While paper documents can wear out over time or be accidentally destroyed, electronic files can lead to irreversible data loss in the absence of backups, such as system crashes or corruption. Another major disadvantage of previous methods is the loss of time and labor; when data entries and updates are performed manually, they take longer and increase staff workload. These systems are also inadequate in terms of reporting and analysis, making it difficult to make quick and accurate management decisions.
