A mobile chassis (1), comprising a main body (2), steering motors (3), connecting assemblies (4), front wheels (5), and rear wheels (6). The rear wheels (6) are configured to drive the main body (2) to travel; along the traveling direction of the main body (2), the front wheels (5) and the rear wheels (6) are spaced apart from each other on the main body (2); there are two steering motors (3), two connecting assemblies (4), and two front wheels (5); each steering motor (3) is transmittingly connected to the corresponding front wheel (5) by means of the corresponding connecting assembly (4), and there is a spacing between the rotation center of the steering motor (3) and the wheel center of the front wheel (5) in the traveling direction. By providing a mobile chassis having eccentric torque in a lawn working device, the power consumption of the motors required for steering of the lawn working device is reduced, and the lawn working device is enabled to steer during traveling, thereby improving the working efficiency of the lawn working device and reducing wear on a lawn caused by the lawn working device. Also provided is a lawn working device (10).
