Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a stator having a stator coil comprising three first phase windings Each first phase winding comprises multiple formed conductors connected in series, the formed conductors comprising full-pitch formed conductors, short-pitch formed conductors, and long-pitch formed conductors. Each formed conductor has a first conductor leg, a second conductor leg, and a non-welded end connected therebetween, and the first conductor leg and the second conductor leg are arranged in different slots, respectively, each slot having multiple layers of conductor legs arranged therein. Each first phase winding comprises multiple layer windings connected in series. Each layer winding comprises multiple branches, each branch is formed by connecting multiple full- pitch formed conductors in series, and two adjacent branches among the multiple branches are connected by the long-pitch formed conductor. Two adjacent layer windings among the multiple layer windings are connected by the short-pitch formed conductor. The present disclosure further relates to a motor comprising the stator, an electric drive system comprising the motor, and a vehicle comprising the electric drive system.
