Abstract

The present invention relates to an upper garment for conveniently exposing the skin of shoulders and arms, wherein shoulders and arms can be conveniently exposed partially while the upper garment is worn in any outdoor environment, without taking off the upper garment, thereby providing functionality for conveniently exposing the skin of shoulders and arms whenever shoulders or arms need to be exposed, for example, when ventilation is necessary during various vaccinations, sun bathing, physical activities (e.g., talking a walk, brisk walking, mountain climbing, etc.), and outdoor work.
