Abstract

The invention relates to an optimised 4°C cooling method for the storage of marine embryos of the genus Seriola, preferably of the species Seriola lalandi. This method can be used to increase the production of larvae and juveniles, as well as significantly reduce the expression of cell death genes, thereby maintaining embryo viability.
