In the highly purified compositions, impurities, such as telisotuzumab protein variants, process-related impurities and / or product-related impurities, have been minimized or removed. Methods of preparing the highly purified anti-cMet ADC compositions are also provided. Lyophilized ADC compositions and methods of making the same are also provided.
