Abstract

The present invention pertains to anti-CD24 antibodies which bind CD24 in an O-glycosylation-dependent manner. Thereby, the antibodies are specific for tumor-associated CD24. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions containing said anti-CD24 antibodies and their use in cancer treatment.
