Abstract
A transmission unit (11) includes: an in-phase excitation bit generation unit (111) that generates an in-phase excitation bit (211); a transmit bit generation unit (112) that generates one or more transmit bits (212); and an encoder (113) that converts the in-phase excitation bit (211) and the one or more transmit bits (212) to a plurality of transmission bits (22). A reception unit (12) includes: a decoder (122) that converts the plurality of received transmission bits (22) to an in-phase excitation bit (231) and one or more reception bits (232); an in-phase excitation bit reception unit (123) that receives the in-phase excitation bit (231) and monitors the inversion of a bit value during an initial operation; and a reception bit reception unit (124) that receives the one or more reception bits (232). The in-phase excitation bit generation unit (111) generates the in-phase excitation bit (211) having a fixed logic value during the initial operation, and generates the in-phase excitation bit (211) after adjusting an amount of bit transmission on the basis of the monitoring result from the in-phase excitation bit reception unit (123) during an actual operation.
