Abstract

A communication method and a communication apparatus, capable of improving the transmission performance of frequency domain energy. The method comprises: a first communication apparatus determines a weight of frequency domain energy allocated to each subcarrier among a plurality of subcarriers, and sends, to a second communication apparatus, information capable of indicating the weight, so as to implement frequency domain energy allocation at a subcarrier granularity for the second communication apparatus, thereby improving the transmission performance of the frequency domain energy.
