Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to an XBRL report establishment method based on Word. The method comprises the steps that a business template is divided into a plurality of business modules, wherein one business module is a minimum unit for report upgrading and content customizing; data labeling is conducted on the business modules in Word in a layered labeling mode from whole to local by using independent content controls, the unique label attribute value is allocated to each content control, and a mapping relation between the label attributes and XBRL elements is established. Compared with the prior art, the XBRL report establishment method has the advantages that information collection and information disclosure are effectively combined to solve the problem about the inconsistency between data and presentation, it is achieved that two drafts are combined into one, and the data quality is improved. When the method is used in a business process of a supervision organization, the data is smoothly circulated in the whole links of company announcements, business processes and data statistic analysis, the workload of business personnel is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
