Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a blood pressure measuring device. Background Art
[0002] In recent years, blood pressure measuring devices for measuring blood pressure have been used as a way to check health status not only in medical facilities but also at home. The blood pressure measuring device, for example, inflates and deflates a cuff wrapped around an upper arm or wrist of a living body, detects the pressure of the cuff through a pressure sensor, and thereby detects the vibration of the arterial wall to measure blood pressure.
[0003] In addition, as such a blood pressure measuring device, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2006-174860, a wearable blood pressure monitor mounted on the wrist is known. In such a wearable blood pressure monitor, the air bag is joined to the collar, but the collar is not joined to the strap. Therefore, the position of the collar and the strap may be offset. If the position is offset, there may be a portion where the air bag and the collar cannot be pressed by the strap, which becomes a major cause of reduced measurement accuracy, degradation of the air bag, etc. In addition, in order to strengthen the strap, an insert is also inserted, but the manufacturing cost of the strap becomes high.
[0004] Furthermore, in order to prevent positional displacement, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2020-65651, there is known a general wrist-type blood pressure measurement device in which a collar and an air bag are arranged in a cloth bag composed of inner cloth and outer cloth.

[0009] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0010] In the above-mentioned blood pressure measuring device in which the collar and the air bag are arranged in the cloth bag, the inner cloth needs to be made of a material that is easily stretched in order not to hinder the expansion of the air bag. Therefore, if the blood pressure measuring device is worn on the wrist, it will have a small curvature radius when worn, which will cause large slack and wrinkles in the inner cloth, resulting in a poor appearance.
[0011] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a blood pressure measuring device which can prevent positional deviation among a band, a collar, and a fluid bag, and has good appearance and high accuracy.
[0012] Solutions for solving problems
[0013] According to one embodiment, a blood pressure measuring device is provided, which comprises: a device body; a clamping ring fixed to the device body; a fluid bag fixed to the inner surface of the clamping ring and inflated by the fluid; and a strap integrally provided with the outer surface of the clamping ring, or integrally provided with the outer surface of the clamping ring and the outer surface of the fluid bag, the strap having a Velcro on the outer surface.
[0014] According to this scheme, the band is formed integrally with the outer surface of the collar, or the band is formed integrally with the outer surface of the collar and the fluid bag, so that the band, which is tightening the fluid bag toward the biological system, and the collar and / or the fluid bag can be prevented from being displaced. Therefore, the blood pressure measuring device can stably press the fluid bag against the biological body, so the accuracy of blood pressure measurement is stable, and degradation of the fluid bag can be prevented. In addition, by adopting a configuration in which the band is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51, slack and wrinkles can be prevented, so that the blood pressure measuring device can obtain a high appearance.
[0015] A blood pressure measuring device is provided, wherein in the blood pressure measuring device of one embodiment, the collar is formed to be longer than the length of the fluid bag in the long dimension direction and is formed to be elastically deformable in accordance with the circumferential shape of the part where the wearer is present in the living body.
[0016] The binding belt is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the clamping ring and extends from one end of the clamping ring.
[0017] According to this solution, the collar is elastically deformed to follow the shape of the living body, and the band can fix the collar by a pair of Velcro fasteners, thereby pressing the fluid bag against the living body.
[0018] A blood pressure measuring device is provided. In the blood pressure measuring device of one of the above schemes, the clamp ring is formed of a low-hardness material and has a fixed portion, which is fixed to the device body and embedded with a high-hardness material with a higher hardness than the low-hardness material, and the strap is formed of a material that is less likely to stretch than the clamp ring.
[0019] According to this scheme, even if the collar is formed of a material with relatively low hardness, when the fluid bag is pressed toward the biological body by the bandage and fastened by the Velcro, the collar can be bent and deformed in the same manner as the biological body. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the collar is covered by the bandage formed of a material that is less elongated than the collar. Thus, when the fluid bag expands, the collar can be prevented from deforming radially outward. Thus, the collar is easily elastically deformed in the shape of the biological body, and when the blood pressure is measured, the collar can be prevented from deforming radially outward, and the fluid bag can be effectively pressed toward the biological body.
[0020] Furthermore, the portion to be fixed to the device body is formed by embedding a high-hardness material having a higher hardness than the material forming the collar in the collar, thereby increasing the strength of the portion to be fixed to the device body.
[0021] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device according to the above aspect, the device body has a loop portion for folding the strap.
[0022] According to this aspect, the band can easily fasten the collar, and the fluid bag can be stably and tightly attached to the living body.
[0023] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device of the above-mentioned aspect, one end of the collar overlaps with the other end of the collar when at least the collar is attached to the living body whose circumferential length is the smallest.
[0024] According to this scheme, one of the two ends of the collar overlaps with the other, so that the fluid bag can be in contact with the living body regardless of whether the blood pressure measuring device is mounted on a living body having different circumferences. That is, in the blood pressure measuring device, the two ends of the collar abut against each other in the circumferential direction, thereby preventing a gap from being generated between the living body and the fluid bag, and allowing the fluid bag to be in close contact with the living body.
[0025] A blood pressure measuring device is provided. In the blood pressure measuring device of one embodiment above, the radius of curvature of one end of the collar is smaller than the radius of curvature of the other end of the collar overlapping the one end.
[0026] According to this solution, before being fastened with the band, the other end of the collar is located radially outward of the one end, so when fastened with the band, the other end of the collar can be arranged outside the one end. Therefore, in the blood pressure measurement device, when the collar is fastened with the band, the ends are easily overlapped and the collar is easily wrapped around the wrist.
[0027] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device according to the above aspect, a guide portion is provided that guides the other end of the collar overlapping the one end to the outside of the one end.
[0028] According to this aspect, the other end can be guided to one end of the collar by the guide portion, so that the end portions of the collar can be easily overlapped with each other.
[0029] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device of one aspect described above, the guide portion is a protrusion provided at the one end or the other end of the collar and moving the other end to the outside.
[0030] According to this aspect, since the guide portion is formed by the projection, it is easy to guide the collar from one end to the other end.
[0031] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device according to the above aspect, the guide portion is a sheet member that covers an end portion of the fluid bag and is provided on an inner surface of the band extending from the collar.
[0032] According to this aspect, by covering the fluid bag and the other end of the collar with the sheet member, it is possible to suppress interference of one end of the collar with the fluid bag and the other end of the collar in the circumferential direction.
[0033] A blood pressure measuring device is provided. In the blood pressure measuring device of one of the above schemes, the clamping ring is formed by a fixed part fixed to the device body, the fixed part is formed by a low-hardness material and a high-hardness material embedded in the low-hardness material and having a hardness higher than that of the low-hardness material, and the outer surface of the fluid bag is integrally fixed to the fixed part and the strap.
[0034] According to this scheme, even if the collar is formed of a material with relatively low hardness, when the fluid bag is pressed toward the organism by the bandage and fastened by the Velcro, the collar can be bent and deformed in the same manner as the organism. In addition, the fluid bag is a structure in which the outer peripheral surface is covered by the bandage. Thus, when the fluid bag expands, the fluid bag can be prevented from deforming radially outward. Thus, the fluid bag can be easily deformed in the shape of the organism, and in addition, when measuring blood pressure, the fluid bag can be prevented from deforming radially outward, and the fluid bag can be effectively pressed toward the organism.
[0035] Furthermore, the portion to be fixed to the device body is formed by embedding a high-hardness material having a higher hardness than the material forming the collar in the collar, thereby increasing the strength of the portion to be fixed to the device body.
[0036] A blood pressure measurement device is provided. In the blood pressure measurement device of the above aspect, a sensor for detecting information of a living body is provided, the sensor being provided on an inner surface of one end of the collar so as to be separated from the fluid bag in the longitudinal direction of the collar.
[0037] According to this aspect, by providing a sensor for detecting information of a living body on the collar, the sensor can be brought into contact with the living body, thereby enabling detection of living body information other than blood pressure.
[0038] Effects of the Invention
[0039] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a blood pressure measurement device that can prevent positional deviation between a band, a collar, and a fluid bag, has a good appearance, and has high accuracy. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0051] Below, use Figures 1 to 5 An example of the blood pressure measurement device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0052] Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of a blood pressure measurement device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 It is a side view showing the structure of the blood pressure measurement device 1 . Figure 3 This is a side view showing the structure of the blood pressure measurement device 1 in a state where the blood pressure measurement device 1 is worn on the wrist 300 . Figure 4 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the device main body 3 of the blood pressure measurement device 1 . Figure 5 It is a perspective view showing the structure of the cuff structure 4 and the strap 5 used in the blood pressure measurement device 1 .
[0053] The blood pressure measuring device 1 is an electronic blood pressure measuring device that is worn on a living body. Figure 3 As shown, the blood pressure measurement device 1 is a wearable device mounted on a wrist 300. The blood pressure measurement device 1 is, for example, an electronic blood pressure measurement device that measures blood pressure from arteries 311 and 312 of the wrist 300.
[0054] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, the blood pressure measurement device 1 includes, for example, a device body 3 , a cuff structure 4 , and a strap 5 .
[0055] like Figures 1 to 4 As shown, the device body 3 includes, for example, a housing 11 , a display unit 12 , an operation unit 13 , a pump 14 , an acceleration sensor 15 , a valve 16 , a pressure sensor 17 , a battery 18 , a communication unit 19 , a charging circuit unit 21 , a memory 22 , and a processor 23 .
[0056] The housing 11 is a shell that accommodates the components of the device body 3. The housing 11 accommodates, for example, the display unit 12, the operation unit 13, the pump 14, the acceleration sensor 15, the valve 16, the pressure sensor 17, the battery 18, the communication unit 19, the biosensor 20, the charging circuit unit 21, the memory 22, and the processor 23. In addition, the housing 11 accommodates, for example, a fluid circuit 24 and a substrate 25. Here, the fluid circuit 24 may include, for example, a pipe that forms a flow path of the fluid supplied from the pump 14 to the cuff structure 4, a flow path plate, a flow blocker that controls the supply amount and pressure of the fluid supplied to the cuff structure 4, and a one-way valve that controls the flow direction of the fluid. In addition, on the substrate 25, for example, the acceleration sensor 15, the communication unit 19, the circuit structure of the charging circuit unit 21, the memory 22, and the processor 23 are installed.
[0057] The housing 11 includes, for example, a shell casing 31 , a damper 32 covering an upper opening of the shell casing 31 , and a rear cover 33 covering a lower portion of the shell casing 31 .
[0058] The contour shell 31 is formed, for example, in a cylindrical shape, a rectangular cylindrical shape, a polygonal cylindrical shape, etc. In the present embodiment, an example in which the contour shell 31 is formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape is shown. The contour shell 31 has a ring portion 31a provided on one side of the outer peripheral surface. The ring portion 31a is a rectangular ring-shaped member having an opening that is longer in one direction through which the strap 5 can be inserted, so that the strap 5 can pass through and fold the strap 5 back. The ring portion 31a is formed integrally with the contour shell 31. The windshield 32 is the same shape as the outer peripheral edge shape of the contour shell 31, and is a rectangular glass plate in the present embodiment. It should be noted that the windshield 32 can be made of a transparent or light-transmitting material, and is not limited to a glass plate. The rear cover 33 closes the bottom of the contour shell 31. It should be noted that the housing 11 may also adopt a structure in which the bottom of the contour shell 31 is closed by a collar 51 described later fixed to the cuff structure 4 of the housing 11, without having a rear cover 33.
[0059] The display unit 12 is arranged just below the windshield 32. The display unit 12 is electrically connected to the processor 23. The display unit 12 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic electroluminescent display. The display unit 12 displays various information including date and time, blood pressure values such as the highest blood pressure and the lowest blood pressure, measurement results such as heart rate, and information such as the charging status and remaining amount of the battery 18. The display unit 12 is formed in the same shape as the windshield 32 when viewed from above, for example.
[0060] The operation unit 13 is configured to be able to input commands from the user. The operation unit 13 includes, for example, a plurality of buttons 41 provided on the housing 11; a sensor that detects the operation of the buttons 41; and a touch panel 43 provided on the display unit 12 or the windshield 32. The operation unit 13 converts the command into an electrical signal by the user's operation. The sensor and the touch panel 43 are electrically connected to the processor 23 and output electrical signals to the processor 23.
[0061] The pump 14 is, for example, a piezoelectric pump and compresses air as a fluid, for example, and supplies the compressed air to a compression cuff 52 and a sensing cuff 54 of the cuff structure 4 , which will be described later, through a fluid circuit. The pump 14 is electrically connected to the processor 23 .
[0062] The acceleration sensor 15 is, for example, a triaxial acceleration sensor. The acceleration sensor 15 measures acceleration and outputs an analog signal. The acceleration sensor 15 is connected to the processor 23 via, for example, an A / D conversion circuit.
[0063] The valve 16 is, for example, an on-off valve. The valve 16 opens and closes the fluid circuit connecting the pump 14 and the cuff structure 4 and / or the fluid circuit connecting the cuff structure 4 and the atmosphere. The valve 16 is electrically connected to the processor 23. For example, the valve 16 is opened and closed by the control of the processor 23.
[0064] As a specific example, the valve 16 is a safety valve that releases the air supplied to the later-described pressing cuff 52 and sensing cuff 54 of the cuff structure 4 to the atmosphere. For example, when air is supplied to the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 during blood pressure measurement, the valve 16 is switched to a closed state by being controlled by the processor 23. In addition, when the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 are exhausted, the valve 16 is switched from a closed state to an open state by being controlled by the processor 23. In addition, the valve 16 can also be formed to be able to adjust the opening. It should be noted that the valve 16 can also be provided on the fluid circuit 24, and can also be integrally provided inside the housing of the pump 14.
[0065] The pressure sensor 17 is provided, for example, in the fluid circuit 24. The pressure sensor 17 detects the pressure of the pressing cuff 52 and / or the sensing cuff 54. For example, the pressure sensor 17 detects the pressure of the sensing cuff 54. The pressure sensor 17 is electrically connected to the processor 23, for example, via an A / D conversion circuit, converts the detected pressure into an electrical signal, and outputs it to the processor 23.
[0066] The battery 18 is, for example, a secondary battery such as a lithium ion battery that can be charged / discharged. The battery 18 is electrically connected to the processor 23. The battery 18 supplies power to the processor 23. The battery 18 supplies driving power to each structure of the processor 23, and supplies driving power to the display unit 12, the operation unit 13, the pump 14, the acceleration sensor 15, the valve 16, the pressure sensor 17, and the communication unit 19 via the processor 23.
[0067] The communication unit 19 is configured to be able to send and receive information with an external device wirelessly and / or wired. The communication unit 19 is, for example, a wireless communication module that complies with wireless communication standards. The communication unit 19 sends information obtained by the processor 23, measured blood pressure values, pulse and other information to an external device, and also receives a program for software update from an external device and sends it to the control unit. In this embodiment, the external device is, for example, an external terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet terminal, a personal computer, a smart watch, etc.
[0068] In this embodiment, the communication unit 19 can be connected to the external terminal directly or via a network. The communication unit 19 can also be connected to the external terminal via a mobile communication network such as 4G (fourth generation mobile communication technology) and 5G (fifth generation mobile communication technology), Wimax (World Interoperability for Microwave Access), Wi-Fi (registered trademark) and other wireless communication lines. In addition, the communication unit 19 can also be connected to the external device through a wireless communication unit such as BLE (Bluetooth (registered trademark) Low Energy), NFC (Near Field Communication), and infrared communication. In addition, the communication unit 19, for example, has a universal connector such as a micro USB (Universal Serial Bus) and a dedicated connector for the blood pressure measurement device 1 in addition to a wireless communication module, and can also be directly connected to the external terminal through various cables such as a USB cable or connected to the external terminal via a wired communication line such as a LAN (Local Area Network). Therefore, the communication unit 19 can also be a structure including multiple communication units such as a wireless antenna and a micro USB connector. It should be noted that the connector for wired communication may be a dedicated connector for the blood pressure measurement device 1 .
[0069] The biosensor 20 is formed to be able to detect biological information by contacting or facing the wrist 300. The biosensor 20 converts the detected biological information into an electrical signal and outputs it to the processor 23. The biosensor 20 can be, for example, a sensor for measuring physical quantities such as heart rate and body temperature, and can also be a sensor for measuring chemical values such as blood sugar level and blood oxygen concentration. For example, the biosensor 20 is provided on the rear cover 33 of the housing 11 and / or the collar 51 described later of the cuff structure 4. In this embodiment, an example in which the biosensor 20 is provided on the collar 51 is shown. It should be noted that the blood pressure measurement device 1 can also be a structure without the biosensor 20. The biosensor 20 is connected to the substrate 25 via, for example, a spring pin 26 and an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuits) 27. Here, the spring pin is, for example, a spring probe or a contact probe.
[0070] The charging circuit unit 21 includes, for example, an antenna unit 211, a power receiving unit 212, and a charging unit 213. The charging circuit unit 21 charges the battery 18 by wireless power supply. For example, the charging circuit unit 21 receives the transmission power transmitted from the antenna unit 103 of the power transmission device 100 provided outside, and charges the battery 18.
[0071] The antenna unit 211 receives the power transmitted from the antenna unit of the power transmission device. The antenna unit 211 is, for example, a power receiving coil as a power receiving resonance circuit. The antenna unit 211 supplies the received power to the power receiving unit 212. The power receiving surface of the antenna unit 211 is formed in a planar shape. The antenna unit 211 is, for example, arranged in the housing 11. As a specific example, the antenna unit 211 is arranged adjacent to the display unit 12 in the housing 11 and on the side of the display unit 12 opposite to the windshield 32. The antenna unit 211 includes, for example, a resonant capacitor, and constitutes a power receiving resonance circuit.
[0072] The power receiving unit 212 rectifies the power received by the antenna unit 211 and supplies it to the charging unit 213. As a specific example, the power receiving unit 212 rectifies the power received from the antenna unit 211 and converts it from AC to DC. For example, the power receiving unit 212 includes a rectifier circuit and a control circuit, and the control circuit controls the operation of the rectifier circuit to output the rectified DC power to the charging unit 213.
[0073] The charging unit 213 supplies the power supplied from the power receiving unit 212 as power for charging to the battery 18. For example, the charging unit 213 converts the power supplied from the power receiving unit 212 into a predetermined current value and voltage value and supplies the converted power to the battery 18. In addition, for example, the charging unit 213 may include a circuit that outputs the charging state of the battery 18 to the power receiving unit 212 and / or the processor 23.
[0074] The memory 22 includes, for example, a RAM (Random Access Memory) and a ROM (Read Only Memory). The memory 22 stores various data. For example, the memory 22 stores in advance various program data such as programs and applications for controlling the entire blood pressure measurement device 1 and the pump 14 in a changeable manner, setting data for setting various functions of the blood pressure measurement device 1, and calculation data for calculating the blood pressure value and pulse based on the pressure measured by the pressure sensor 17.
[0075] The processor 23 controls the overall operation of the blood pressure measurement device 1 and the operation of the pump 14 and the valve 16 based on the program stored in the memory 22, thereby performing a prescribed operation (function). In addition, the processor 23 performs prescribed calculations, analysis, processing, etc. according to the read program. The processor 23 is a computing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). For example, the processor 23 may include a sub-CPU in addition to a main CPU. In addition, the processor 23 displays the status and results of various actions and calculations, analysis, processing, etc. performed on the display unit 12 through a program or application.
[0076] The cuff structure 4 includes, for example, a collar 51, a pressing cuff 52, a back plate 53, and a sensing cuff 54. The cuff structure 4 is formed by stacking the collar 51, the pressing cuff 52, the back plate 53, and the sensing cuff 54.
[0077] Below, use Figures 1 to 3 , Figure 5 A specific example of the cuff structure 4 will be described. Figures 1 to 3 , Figure 5 As shown, the cuff structure 4 includes a collar 51 , a pressing cuff 52 , a back plate 53 , and a sensing cuff 54 .
[0078] The collar 51 is fixed to the wrist side of the housing 11 at one end, for example. The collar 51 is formed into a band shape that is bent into a shape that follows the circumferential direction of the wrist 300. The collar 51 is made of a resin material. The collar 51 is formed of a material with low hardness that has flexibility and shape retention. Here, flexibility means that the shape is deformed in the radial direction when an external force of the strap 5 is applied to the collar 51. Shape retention means that the collar 51 can maintain a shape that has been given in advance when no external force is applied. That is, the collar 51 is formed of a resin material that has a hardness that does not cause compression deformation or hardly causes compression deformation, but can undergo elastic deformation such as bending deformation in which the shape, especially the curvature of the bending portion, changes. Therefore, the collar 51 is formed so as to be elastically deformable in the following manner: by being bent and deformed by the application of an external force, the internal space for the wrist 300 to be worn becomes larger or smaller in accordance with the shape of the wrist. For example, the collar 51 is formed of thermoplastic polyurethane resin (hereinafter referred to as TPU).
[0079] For example, a groove 51a for placing and fixing the band 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51. In other words, the collar 51 has a pair of walls 51b along the longitudinal direction at a pair of edge portions along the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral surface, and the groove 51a for placing and fixing the band 5 is formed between the pair of walls 51b. For example, the groove 51a is formed along the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51 from one end of the collar 51 to the other end.
[0080] In addition, the collar 51 is formed so that one side is longer than the other side from the position fixed to the housing 11. The two ends of the collar 51 are formed, for example, with the following lengths and shapes: when worn on any one of the wrists 300 with the longest circumference and the wrists 300 with the shortest circumference among the assumed wearer, both are located on the side of one side of the wrist 300 between the palm side and the back side of the wrist 300. The collar 51 is formed, for example, in a shape in which the end of one side overlaps with the end of the other side. In the collar 51, for example, the end surface of the end located radially inward in a state in which the two ends overlap is inclined in a manner toward the overlapping end side. In addition, the collar 51 may be a shape in which the entire length direction is bent to imitate the shape of the wrist 300, or a portion of the length direction may be formed into a flat plate.
[0081] As a specific example, the collar 51 is fixed to the outer shell 31 or the rear cover 33 of the housing 11. In addition, the collar 51 includes: a fixed portion 61 fixed to the rear cover 33 and formed in a flat plate shape; a first curved portion 62 provided at one end of the fixed portion 61 and curved with a predetermined curvature radius; and a second curved portion 63 provided at the other end of the fixed portion 61 and curved with a predetermined curvature radius.
[0082] The fixed portion 61 is embedded with a reinforcement member formed of a high-strength material such as PC (polycarbonate) by insert molding, for example. The embedded reinforcement member is a material having a higher hardness than the material forming the collar 51, which is TPU in this embodiment. In addition, the fixed portion 61 is formed with holes for arranging fastening members such as screws for fixing the collar 51 to the housing 11, the connecting portion 73, the connecting portion 83, and a valve provided in the fluid circuit 24.
[0083] The first curved portion 62 is formed to have a length from the fixed portion 61 to one side of the wrist 300. In addition, the biosensor 20 is provided, for example, on the inner surface of the end side of the first curved portion 62. The second curved portion 63 is formed to have a length from the fixed portion 61 beyond the other side of the wrist 300 and the palm side of the wrist 300 to one side of the wrist 300 where the end of the first curved portion 62 is arranged.
[0084] For example, Figure 2As shown by the two-dot chain line in the middle, the following structure may also be adopted: in the state before the external force is applied to the collar 51, the end of the second curved portion 63 is located radially outward of the end of the first curved portion 62, and is separated in the circumferential direction, and the ends of the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 are separated. As a specific example, the second curved portion 63 is formed in a straight line shape in the entire region or a part from the palm side to the end side of the second curved portion 63, or is formed in a curved surface shape with a single curvature radius larger than the curvature radius of the end side of the first curved portion 62, or a curved surface shape with multiple different curvature radii, or is formed by a combination of these straight lines and curved surfaces.
[0085] When the collar 51 is fastened to the wrist 300 side by the strap 5, for example, one of the end of the first curved portion 62 and the end of the second curved portion 63 is formed to be located radially outward from the other and to overlap with the other. Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the end of the second curved portion 63 is located radially outward from the end of the first curved portion 62, and is formed so that when the collar 51 is fastened to the wrist 300 with the band 5, the second curved portion 63 can overlap with the outer surface side of the first curved portion 62. In other words, the end of the second curved portion 63 is formed so as to overlap with the end of the first curved portion 62. For example, the first curved portion 62 is formed so that the inner peripheral surface side is longer than the outer peripheral surface side, and thus the end surface of the first curved portion 62 is inclined relative to the long dimension direction of the first curved portion 62.
[0086] It should be noted that, for example, the lengths of the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 may be such that the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 overlap in all wrists 300 assumed to be worn. Also, for example, the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 may be such that the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 overlap when worn on wrists 300 of a specific circumference, for example, from the wrist 300 with the median circumference to the wrist 300 with the shortest circumference among the wrists 300 assumed to be worn with the blood pressure measurement device 1.
[0087] In addition, in the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63, a sensor mounting portion for mounting the biosensor 20 is formed on the inner surface of the first curved portion 62 or the second curved portion 63 located radially inward when overlapped. In the present embodiment, the sensor mounting portion is formed in the first curved portion 62, and the biosensor 20 is mounted on the inner surface of the front end side of the first curved portion 62. The sensor mounting portion is provided separately from the air bag 71 of the pressing cuff 52 and the air bag 81 of the sensing cuff 54 fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the collar 51 in the circumferential direction of the collar 51.
[0088] Furthermore, the lengths of the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 are such that the second curved portion 63 is opposed to the portion of the wrist 300 where the two arteries 311 and 312 exist, regardless of the circumference of the wrist 300, the second curved portion 63 is disposed at a portion of the side of the wrist 300, and the end of the first curved portion 62 is separated from the end of the second curved portion 63. Here, the two arteries 311 and 312 refer to the radial artery 311 and the ulnar artery 312.
[0089] The collar 51 has the largest curvature at, for example, the boundary (edge) between the fixed portion 61 and the first curved portion 62 and the boundary (edge) between the fixed portion 61 and the second curved portion 63 .
[0090] Such a collar 51 is insert-molded into a rectangular flat plate shape, for example, and then the band 5 is bonded to the groove 51 a and then formed into a predetermined curved shape using a molding die.
[0091] The pressing cuff 52 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the collar 51 by double-sided tape, adhesive, thermal welding, etc. The pressing cuff 52 is provided at least in the area of the second curved portion 63 where the artery of the wrist 300 exists. As a specific example, the pressing cuff 52 is provided in the area from the fixed portion 61 side of the first curved portion 62 including the ridge of the fixed portion 61 and the first curved portion 62 to the end side of the second curved portion 63 in the long dimension direction of the collar 51. The pressing cuff 52 is along the inner surface of the collar 51.
[0092] The pressing cuff 52 is fluidically connected to the pump 14 via the fluid circuit 24. One main surface of the pressing cuff 52 is fixed to the inner surface of the collar 51. The pressing cuff 52 presses the back of the wrist 300 by expanding, and presses the back plate 53 and the sensing cuff 54 toward the wrist 300.
[0093] The compression cuff 52 includes, for example, a single or multiple air bags 71 and a connection portion 73 such as a pipe joint provided on the air bag 71 and connected to the fluid circuit 24. Here, the air bag 71 is a bag-shaped structure. In this embodiment, the blood pressure measurement device 1 is a structure that uses air through the pump 14, so the air bag is used for description. However, when a fluid other than air is used, the bag-shaped structure can be a fluid bag that can be expanded by the fluid. The air bag 71 is formed in a rectangular bag shape that is long in one direction.
[0094] The air bag 71 is formed into a bag shape by heat-welding a plurality of sheet members. For example, when the pressing cuff 52 has a plurality of air bags 71, the plurality of air bags 71 are stacked and integrated by welding, etc., and are fluidically continuous. The sheet member forming the air bag 71 is formed of, for example, a thermoplastic elastomer. Here, the thermoplastic elastomer is, for example, TPU.
[0095] The back plate 53 is fixed to the surface of the wrist 300 side of the pressing cuff 52 by double-sided tape, adhesive, etc. The back plate 53 is formed of a resin material. The back plate 53 is formed, for example, in the shape of a rectangular plate that is long in one direction. It should be noted that the back plate 53 may also be a divided structure, that is, a plurality of rectangular small pieces are arranged in one direction. The back plate 53 has shape-following properties.
[0096] Here, shape conformability refers to the function of the back plate 53 being able to deform in a manner that imitates the shape of the contacted part of the wrist 300 on which it is configured. The contacted part of the wrist 300 refers to the area of the wrist 300 that contacts the back plate 53. The contact here includes both direct contact with the back plate 53 and indirect contact with the back plate 53 via the sensing cuff 54.
[0097] The sensing cuff 54 is fixed to the main surface of the wrist side of the back plate 53. The sensing cuff 54 is in direct contact with the region of the wrist 300 where the artery 311 and the artery 312 exist, or is in indirect contact via a cover or the like. The sensing cuff 54 is formed into a rectangular shape that is long in one direction. It should be noted that the sensing cuff 54 may also be a structure that is in contact with the region where the artery 311 and the artery 312 exist on one side of the wrist 300. The sensing cuff 54 is smaller than the pressing cuff 52 in the long dimension direction. In addition, the sensing cuff 54 is the same as or smaller than the pressing cuff 52 in the short dimension direction. The sensing cuff 54 is the same shape as the back plate 53 or smaller than the back plate 53 in the long dimension direction and the width direction of the back plate 53. The sensing cuff 54 compresses the region where the artery exists on the palm side of the wrist by inflating. The inflated pressing cuff 52 of the sensing cuff 54 presses toward the biological body side via the back plate 53.
[0098] As a specific example, the sensing cuff 54 includes an air bag 81, a flow path body 82 fluidically connected to the air bag 81, and a connection portion 83 provided on the flow path body 82. The air bag 81 and the flow path body 82 are formed into a bag shape by heat-welding a plurality of sheet members. The sheet members forming the air bag 81 and the flow path body 82 are formed of, for example, a thermoplastic elastomer. Here, the thermoplastic elastomer is, for example, TPU.
[0099] Here, the air bag 81 is a bag-shaped structure. In this embodiment, the blood pressure measurement device 1 is a structure that uses air through the pump 14, so the air bag is used for description. However, when a fluid other than air is used, the bag-shaped structure can be a fluid bag that can be expanded by the fluid. The air bag 81 is configured in a rectangular shape that is long in one direction.
[0100] The flow path body 82 is provided integrally with a part of the edge of one side in the long dimension direction of the air bag 81, for example. The flow path body 82 is provided at the end of the air bag 81 close to the device body 3. In addition, the flow path body 82 is formed in a shape that is long in one direction with a width smaller than the width in the short dimension direction of the air bag 81. The flow path body 82 is integrally provided with a connection portion 83 at the front end. The flow path body 82 is connected to the fluid circuit 24 via the connection portion 83, and constitutes a flow path between the fluid circuit 24 and the air bag 81. The connection portion 83 is, for example, a pipe joint.
[0101] The strap 5 is formed in a belt shape and has, for example, a pair of hooks 5a formed on one side and a loop formed on the other side, and the strap 5 with the end side inserted into the loop portion 31a is fixed by mutual engagement.
[0102] The band 5 is formed integrally with the collar 51 or the pressing cuff 52, and the collar 51 or the pressing cuff 52 is fastened to the wrist 300, so that the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 are in close contact with the wrist 300. That is, the band 5 is formed so that the collar 51 can be fastened in a manner that the collar 51 is deformed toward the wrist 300 side, and the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 are pressed toward the wrist 300.
[0103] In the present embodiment, the band 5 is welded or adhered to the groove 51a of the collar 51 and is formed integrally with the collar 51. In addition, the band 5 extends from the end of the first curved portion 62 or the second curved portion 63 of the collar 51, which is located on the outside when overlapped. In the present embodiment, the band 5 extends from the end of the second curved portion 63, and the ring portion 31a is provided on the outer surface of the side of the contour shell 31 on which the first curved portion 62 is provided. In addition, when tightening the wrist 300 with the maximum circumference assumed to be worn, the band 5 is inserted into the ring portion 31a provided on the contour shell 31, and extends from the second curved portion 63 to a length that can be folded back.
[0104] In the bandage 5, for example, a pair of hook and loop fasteners 5a are provided on one main surface of the fabric, and the other main surface is adhered to the groove 51a of the collar 51. The fabric of the bandage 5 is formed of a material that is less elongated than the collar 51. The bandage 5 reinforces the collar 51 by adhering the fabric to the collar 51. In other words, the bandage 5 suppresses the collar 51 from deforming outward in the radial direction by forming the fabric from a material that is less elongated than the collar 51 and adhering the fabric to the collar 51.
[0105] Next, an example of the power transmission device 100 that transmits power to the charging circuit unit 21 of the device body 3 will be described.
[0106] like Figure 4As shown, power transmission device 100 includes power supply 101, power transmission unit 102, and antenna unit 103. Power supply 101 is, for example, an AC adapter connected to a commercial power source. Power supply 101 converts AC power input from a commercial power source into DC power and supplies the DC power to power transmission unit 102.
[0107] The power transmission unit 102 generates AC power as transmission power from the DC power supplied from the power supply 101, and supplies it to the antenna unit 103. The power transmission unit 102 generates AC power having the same or substantially the same frequency as the resonance frequency of the power transmission resonance circuit of the antenna unit 103, for example.
[0108] The antenna unit 103 is, for example, a power transmission coil as a power transmission resonance circuit. The power transmission surface of the antenna unit 103 is formed in a planar shape. The antenna unit 103 transmits power to the antenna unit 211 of the device body 3. The antenna unit 103 includes, for example, a resonant capacitor and constitutes a power transmission resonance circuit.
[0109] According to the blood pressure measurement device 1 configured in this way, by adopting a structure in which the band 5 is integrally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51, there is no positional deviation between the band 5 and the collar 51, that is, there is no positional deviation between the band 5 and the pressing cuff 52 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the collar 51. As a result, the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 can be stably pressed toward the wrist, so that the accuracy of blood pressure measurement can be stabilized and the deterioration of the air bags 71 and 81 can be prevented.
[0110] Furthermore, since the band 5 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51, no slack or wrinkles are generated in the band 5, and a high appearance can be obtained.
[0111] In addition, the collar 51 is formed to be longer than the length in the long dimension direction of the compression cuff 52, and the band 5 is integrally attached to the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51 and extends from the end of the second curved portion 63 of the collar 51. Therefore, the band 5 fastens the collar 51 to the wrist 300 through a pair of hooks and loops 5a, whereby the collar 51 is elastically deformed to follow the shape of the wrist 300, thereby being fixed.
[0112] In addition, the collar 51 is formed of a low-hardness material such as TPU, and the band 5 is formed of a material that is not easily stretched compared to the collar 51. Therefore, when the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 are pressed toward the wrist 300 by the band 5 and fastened by the hook and loop 5a, the collar 51 can be bent and deformed to imitate the wrist 300. In addition, the collar 51 is a structure in which the outer peripheral surface is covered by the band 5 formed of a cloth material that is not easily stretched compared to the collar 51. Therefore, when the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 expand, the collar 51 can be prevented from deforming radially outward. Therefore, the collar 51 is easy to elastically deform to imitate the shape of the wrist 300, and the sensing cuff 54 can be effectively pressed toward the wrist 300 when measuring blood pressure.
[0113] Furthermore, in the collar 51, a high-hardness material having a higher hardness than the low-hardness material of TPU forming the collar 51 is embedded to form a fixed portion 61 fixed to the device body 3. Thus, the strength of the fixed portion 61 mounted on the device body 3 can be improved, and therefore, even if the device body 3 is fixed by screws or the like, damage to the collar 51 can be suppressed.
[0114] In addition, the device body 3 has a ring portion 31a on the housing 11, and the band 5 is folded back through the ring portion 31a and fixed by a pair of hook and loop fasteners 5a. Therefore, the band 5 can easily fasten the collar 51, so that the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 can be stably attached to the wrist 300.
[0115] Furthermore, at least when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is mounted on the biological body whose circumferential length of the wrist 300 to be mounted is the minimum length, one of the two ends of the collar 51 overlaps with the other, thereby making it possible to make the sensing cuff 54 contact the region where the arteries 311 and 312 exist even when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is mounted on any wrist 300 having a different circumferential length. That is, in the blood pressure measuring device 1, the two ends of the collar 51 abut against each other in the circumferential direction, thereby preventing a gap from being generated between the wrist 300 and the sensing cuff 54, and making it possible for the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 54 to be in close contact with the wrist 300.
[0116] Furthermore, the curvature radius of the first curved portion 62, which is one end of the collar 51, is smaller than the curvature radius of the second curved portion 63 that overlaps with the first curved portion 62. Thus, before the band 5 is tightened, the second curved portion 63 of the collar 51 is located radially outward of the first curved portion 62, so that when the band 5 is tightened, the second curved portion 63 can be arranged outside the first curved portion 62. Furthermore, when the collar 51 is tightened with the band 5, the movement trajectory of the second curved portion 63 can be rolled up so that the second curved portion 63 covers the first curved portion 62, and the second curved portion 63 can be easily overlapped with the first curved portion 62. In this way, in the blood pressure measurement device 1, when the collar 51 is tightened with the band 5, the ends can be easily overlapped, and the collar 51 can be easily wrapped around the wrist 300.
[0117] Furthermore, the blood pressure measurement device 1 adopts a structure in which the band 5 is integrally attached to the outer peripheral surface of the groove 51a of the collar 51, whereby the edge of the band 5 in the width direction faces the pair of walls 51b of the collar 51. Thus, the edge of the band 5 in the width direction is covered by the pair of walls 51b, so that the band 5 can be prevented from being peeled off from the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51 due to external force.
[0118] The blood pressure measurement device 1 thus constructed has a good appearance because the strap 5 and the collar 51 are integrally formed, and can prevent the strap 5 and the collar 51 from being displaced from the air bags 71 and 81, thereby enabling high-precision blood pressure measurement.
[0119] It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, in the above-mentioned example, the structure in which the band 5 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the collar 51 is described. However, the band 5 may also be configured as follows: a portion of the collar 51, such as a portion not exposed to the outside, such as a portion present in the fixed portion 61, has an unfixed portion, or has a cutout in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The collar 51 is fixed in a state of being formed into a band extending in one direction, and then is shaped into a curved shape in a manner imitating the shape of the wrist 300. At this time, the collar 51 has an inner and outer periphery difference caused by the thickness, but at this time, the band 5 fixed to the collar 51 may be loose. However, since a portion of the band 5 is not fixed to the collar 51 or has a cutout, even if wrinkles are generated in this portion due to the inner and outer periphery difference of the band 5, they will be generated in the portion covered by the housing 11, so the wrinkles will not be exposed to the outside, which can prevent the appearance from being damaged.
[0120] In addition, for example, in the above-mentioned blood pressure measurement device 1, the structure in which one of the first curved portion 62 on one end side and the second curved portion 63 on the other end side of the collar 51 overlaps with the other has been described. Here, the collar 51 may also have a structure in which the guide portion 55 is provided to guide one of the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 to move to the outside when the other overlaps with the other.
[0121] For example, when the second curved portion 63 moves to the outside of the first curved portion 62, if the pressing cuff 52 and the sensing cuff 64 abut against the end of the first curved portion 62, the movement of the second curved portion 63 may be restricted. Therefore, the collar 51 has a guide portion 55 for guiding the second curved portion 63 to move to the outside of the first curved portion 62, so that the second curved portion 63 easily passes over the end of the first curved portion 62 and overlaps with the first curved portion 62.
[0122] like Figure 6As shown, such a guide portion 55 is, for example, a protrusion protruding radially inward at the end of the second curved portion 63. For example, the guide portion 55 is inclined relative to the direction of contact with the end of the first curved portion 62, or is formed in a curved surface shape in which the tangent line of the guide portion 55 is inclined relative to the direction of contact with the end of the first curved portion 62. Such a guide portion 55 contacts the first curved portion 62 so that the inclined surface contacts the front end of the first curved portion 62, thereby causing the second curved portion 63 to move in a direction intersecting with the direction of contact with the first curved portion 62, that is, radially outward.
[0123] In addition, such a guide portion 55 is preferably formed to be higher than the sum of the thicknesses of the pressing cuff 52, the back plate 53, and the sensing cuff 54, for example. That is, the front end of the guide portion 55 is preferably located radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the collar 51 relative to the sensing cuff 54. Thus, the second curved portion 63 is located outside the first curved portion 62, and the second curved portion 63 can overlap with the first curved portion 62. In addition, the guide portion 55 can prevent the first curved portion 62 from abutting against the pressing cuff 52, the back plate 53, and the sensing cuff 54. In this way, the blood pressure measurement device 1 can more reliably overlap the second curved portion 63 with the first curved portion 62 by providing the guide portion 55.
[0124] It should be noted that the guide portion 55 is not limited to Figure 6 For example, Figure 7 As shown, the guide portion 55 may be a protrusion formed at the front end of the first curved portion 62 and having an inclined surface inclined with respect to the direction in which the first curved portion 62 and the second curved portion 63 abut against each other.
[0125] In addition, if Figure 8 As shown, the guide portion 55 may also be, for example, a structure in which the air bag 81 of the outermost sensing cuff 54 and the strap 5 are formed as a continuous sheet member, and the back plate 53, the pressing cuff 52, and the end of the collar 51 are covered with the sheet member. For example, the guide portion 55 is formed by forming a portion of the sheet member forming the air bag 81 in a shape longer than the shape of the air bag 81 and integrally affixing it to the strap 5. Alternatively, for example, the guide portion 55 is formed by integrally affixing a rectangular sheet member separate from the air bag 81 to the outer surface of the air bag 81 and the strap 5. By configuring in this way, the guide portion 55 forms an inclined surface inclined relative to the direction in which the first curved portion 62 abuts against the second curved portion 63, thereby guiding the movement of the second curved portion 63.
[0126] In the above example, the blood pressure measurement device 1 is described as having a structure in which the housing 11 is provided with the ring portion 31a and the strap 5 is looped at the ring portion 31a, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Fig. 9As shown, the blood pressure measurement device 1 may have a structure in which the hook and loop 5 a of the strap 5 provided on the first curved portion 62 is joined to the hook and loop 5 a of the strap 5 extending from the second curved portion 63 without having the loop portion 31 a .
[0127] In the above example, the second curved portion 63 of the blood pressure measurement device 1 overlaps the outer side of the first curved portion 62, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Fig.10 As shown, a structure in which the first curved portion 62 overlaps the outer side of the second curved portion 63 may also be adopted. In the case of adopting such a structure, the following structure can be adopted: the strap 5 extends from the end of the first curved portion 62, and the ring portion 31a is provided on the outer side surface of the contour shell 31 of the housing 11 on the side extending from the second curved portion 63.
[0128] In addition, in the above-mentioned example, the collar 51 is configured to be longer than the pressing cuff 52 and the pressing cuff 52 is integrally provided on the inner circumferential surface of the collar 51, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Fig.11 As shown, the collar 51 may also be structured as follows: it has only a fixed portion 61 mounted on the housing 11, and the pressing cuff 52 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the band 5 integrally attached to the fixed portion 61. In the case of adopting such a structure, the band 5 may also have a layer formed of a thermoplastic elastomer such as TPU on the inner surface of the fabric, and the band 5 and the pressing cuff 52 may be integrally fixed by heat welding.
