[Solution] The synthetic fiber treatment agent of the present invention is characterized by containing the following sulfate (A), the following organophosphate ester (B), and polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester (C). Sulfate (A) is at least one selected from polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester sulfates and salts thereof. Organophosphate ester (B) is at least one selected from organophosphate esters having a straight-chain hydrocarbon group with 8 to 24 carbon atoms and salts thereof.
