Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mask cover and a mask case for a mask.

Background Art

[0002] Recently, the demand for masks has been increasing for preventing hay fever and preventing viral infections such as influenza and coronavirus. For this reason, a fashionable mask cover to be used in combination with a mask has been devised, and a mask case and a mask holder for storing a mask when not in use have been devised.

[0003] So far, many mask cases are only for storing masks, and many mask covers are only for use by overlapping them on masks. When carrying them or using them indoors, it has been inconvenient because the mask, the mask cover, and the mask case have to be managed separately. For example, the mask cases described in the Utility Model Registration No. 3047179 of Patent Document 1, the Utility Model Registration No. 3166686 of Patent Document 2, and the Utility Model Registration No. 3221326 of Patent Document 3 are for single use, so that the mask case, the mask cover, etc. have to be individually carried, and care must be taken to determine a storage location so as not to lose them.

[0004] The Utility Model Registration No. 3227229 of Patent Document 4 has a configuration in which a non-woven fabric filter is inserted inside the mask cover body, the Utility Model Registration No. 3228247 of Patent Document 5 has a configuration in which a cold storage agent or the like is inserted inside the mask body, and the Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2020-105875 of Patent Document 7 has a configuration in which a bag-shaped storage portion is provided in the mask body and a special thing is inserted therein. The Utility Model Registration No. 3227229 of Patent Document 4, the Utility Model Registration No. 3228247 of Patent Document 5, and the Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2020-105875 of Patent Document 7 do not have a configuration to be a mask case because they have no use purpose of a mask case, and a mask case has to be separately carried.

[0005] The mask cover / mask case described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-119806 of Patent Document 6 can be used as a mask case. However, since there is a slit (opening) between the upper and lower sheet members, when the mask is stored in the mask case, a part of the surface of the mask that contacts the face is exposed. Therefore, when storing it, care must be taken regarding the placement when putting it in a bag or pocket, or the placement and method of placement when placing it indoors, as it may come into contact with other places and become unhygienic. Also, Japanese Patent No. 3047179 of Patent Document 1, Japanese Patent No. 3166686 of Patent Document 2, Japanese Patent No. 3221326 of Patent Document 3, Japanese Patent No. 3227229 of Patent Document 4, Japanese Patent No. 3228247 of Patent Document 5, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-119806 of Patent Document 6, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2020-105875 of Patent Document 7 do not describe a configuration in which the mask cover is folded and used as a mask case, and the configuration for using the mask case compactly is not convenient to carry around.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0021] Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description, the sheet surfaces 1-a and 101-a of the mask keeper 1, mask keeper 1-1A, mask keeper 1-1B, mask keeper 1-1C, mask keeper 1-2, mask keeper 1-3, mask keeper 1-4, mask keeper 1-5, and mask keeper 101 are the surfaces that contact the outside air, the sheet surfaces 1-b, 1-b3, and 101-b are the inner surfaces of the mask cover, and the sheet surfaces 1-c, 1-c1, 1-c2, 1-c3, and 101-c are the surfaces that contact the mask or the face depending on the usage method. Also, the surface that contacts the outside air during use of the mask cover is defined as the front surface, the surface that contacts the mask or the face is defined as the back surface, the outer surface of the entire mask cover is defined as the external surface, the inner surface of the mask cover formed by joining the sheets is defined as the inner surface, and the surface obtained by folding the mask cover inside out is denoted as the front. And the mask keeper described in the patent application is referred to as a mask cover or a mask case depending on its function. The mask cover is used by being placed on top of the mask, and the mask case is a container that houses the mask and the mask cover or just the mask cover using the mask cover.

Example

[0022] The mask keeper 1 of Example 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. FIG. 1 shows a drawing when it is used as a mask case of the mask keeper 1. The mask keeper 1 and the mask A are overlapped and folded in the center, and the sheet surface 1-a of the mask cover is folded back through the folding means 3 and turned inside out, covering the mask and the mask cover with the sheet surface 1-b to form a mask case.

[0023] As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the mask keeper 1 forms a mask cover by joining the sides of a plurality of stacked sheets, and in order to form a mask case, the outer surface and the inner surface of the joined portion of the mask cover formed by joining are adjusted to be usable, and a return means 3 for connecting the outer surface and the inner surface in the short direction at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover is provided. The outer surface of the mask cover is folded back and turned inside out through the return means 3 to form a mask case with the inner surface on the outside. And the ends of the ear straps 2 are joined at positions that do not interfere with the return means 3 at the upper and lower ends in the short direction at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover. By providing the return means 3 at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover, it is configured to be easy to use for both right-handed and left-handed people. In the embodiment, the return means 3 is provided at both longitudinal ends, but it may be provided on one side and is not particularly limited.

[0024] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when using the mask, the mask A and the mask keeper 1 are used in an overlapping manner. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in order to store the mask in the mask case when the mask is not in use, the mask A and the mask keeper 1 removed from the face and overlapped are folded in half so that the mask A is on the inside. One of the sheet surfaces 1-a of the folded mask keeper 1 is folded back and turned inside out through the return means 3 so that the sheet surface 1-b is on the outside, and by covering the folded mask A and the mask keeper 1, a bag-shaped mask case for storing the mask and the mask cover by separating the surfaces in contact with the outside air as shown in FIG. 8 is formed. When the ear straps 2 and the mask strap A-2 are stored between the mask A and the sheet surface 1-c inside the formed bag-shaped mask case, or between the folded sheet surface 1-a and the non-folded sheet surface 1-a, the portion of the mask A that contacts the face becomes hygienic. In Example 1, the mask and the mask cover are folded in half with the surfaces that contact the face of the mask together. Although it is hygienic to adopt a folding method in which the surface of the mask that contacts the face does not contact the surface of the mask cover that contacts the outside air, it is sufficient if the mask and the mask cover folded multiple times through the return means 3 can be bundled together and the mask cover can be quickly folded back and turned inside out to form a mask case. The folding method and the number of folds of the mask and the mask cover are not particularly limited.

[0025] The mask keeper of the present invention folds back the outer surface of the mask cover to form a bag-shaped mask case for storing the mask. By adjusting the cut and joined portions of the sheet, both the outer and inner surfaces of the mask cover can be used.

Example

[0026] The mask keeper 1-1A of Example 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the mask keeper 1-1A is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but the sides of the overlapped sheets are joined, and the return means 3 is provided in the short direction near both ends in the longitudinal direction on the back surface of the mask keeper 1. When using the mask, the mask A and the mask keeper 1-1A are used in an overlapped manner. When the mask is not in use, in order to store the mask A and the mask keeper 1-1A in the mask case, the mask A and the mask keeper 1-1A in the state of being removed from the face and overlapped are folded in half so that the mask A is on the inside. One of the sheet surfaces 1-a of the folded mask keeper 1-1A is folded back and turned inside out through the return means 3 so that the sheet surface 1-b is on the outside, and further the sheet surface 1-c3 is folded back and turned inside out so that the sheet surface 1-b3 is on the outside, covering the end portion of the mask string A-2 side of the mask A, the mask string A-2, the end portion of the ear hook string 2 side of the mask keeper 1-1A, and the ear hook string 2. As shown in FIG. 10, a bag-shaped mask case is formed to separately store the surfaces of the mask and the mask cover that are in contact with the outside air. In the mask keeper 1-1A of Example 2, the return means 3 is provided in the short direction near both ends in the longitudinal direction on the back surface of the mask cover, but it may be provided on one side, or in some cases, it may be provided on the front surface. There is no particular limitation as long as the mask keeper 1-1A functions to the maximum extent.

Example

[0027] The mask keeper 1-1B of Example 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12. As shown in FIG. 11, the mask keeper 1-1B is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but a cut-shaped return assisting portion 4 is provided in the longitudinal direction near the lower part of the sheet surface 1-c on the back surface, which communicates with the return means 3. An elastic connecting member 5 is provided at the end of the return assisting portion 4 on the side of the return means 3, so that the return means 3 is configured to expand, and thus the outer surface of the mask keeper 1-1B can be easily folded back and turned inside out.

[0028] The position, length, and shape of the return assisting portion 4, and the material, length, shape, joining position, joining method, and presence or absence of the connecting member 5 are not particularly limited as long as the function of the return means 3 can be utilized to the maximum extent and the mask keeper 1-1B can function to the maximum extent.

Example

[0029] The mask keeper 1-1C of Example 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 16. As shown in FIGS. 13, 14, 15, and 16, the mask keeper 1-1C is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but through portions 6 for attaching the ear straps 2 are provided on the front and back surfaces in the short direction at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover, and through openings 3-d are provided at the upper and lower ends of the through portions 6.

[0030] As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the end of the ear strap 2 is joined near the lower end inside the through portion 6 provided on the sheet surface 1-a side of the mask cover, and the ear strap 2 that has come out from the upper through opening 3-d through the inside of the through portion 6 is passed through the inside of the through portion 6 from the lower through opening 3-d of the through portion 6 provided on the sheet surface 1-c side of the mask cover, and the end of the ear strap 2 is joined near the upper end of the through portion 6 provided on the sheet surface 1-c side.

[0031] Figures 15 and 16 show a change in the coupling position of the ear-hanging string 2 from that in Figure 14. By providing through openings 3-d at the upper and lower ends of the through portion 6, the ear-hanging string can be used in either of the methods shown in Figures 14, 15, and 16. Also, by providing the through portion 6 and the through openings 3-d on the front and back sides in the short-side direction at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover, the length of the mask cover in the short-side direction can be adjusted, making the mask cover easier to use.

[0032] The shape, size, material, coupling location, and coupling method of the through portion 6, the shape, size, and position of the through opening 3-d, and the threading method, coupling method, and coupling location of the ear-hanging string 2 are not particularly limited as long as the mask keeper 1-1C functions to its maximum extent.

Example

[0033] The mask keeper 1-2 of Example 5 will be described with reference to Figure 17. As shown in Figure 17, the mask keeper 1-2 is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but it couples the inner surface in the short-side direction near the center in the longitudinal direction of the mask cover. By coupling in this way, when carrying it as a mask case, it is possible to prevent the mask case from losing its shape. The coupling method and coupling position near the center of the mask cover are not particularly limited as long as the mask keeper 1-2 functions to its maximum extent to prevent shape collapse.

Example

[0034] The mask keeper 1-3 of Example 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 and 19. As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the mask keeper 1-3 forms a mask cover by joining the sides of a plurality of stacked sheets, and in order to form a mask case, the outer surface and the inner surface of the joined portion of the formed mask cover are adjusted to be usable, and a return means 3-a for connecting the outer surface and the inner surface in the short direction at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction thereof is provided. An insertion sheet 9 is overlaid on the sheet surface 1-a, the short direction at both longitudinal ends and the lower end in the longitudinal direction are joined, and an insertion opening 3-b is provided at the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the sheet surface 1-a and the insertion sheet 9. And the end portions of the ear-hanging strings 2 are joined to positions at the upper and lower ends in the short direction at both longitudinal ends of the mask cover where they do not interfere with the insertion opening 3-b. Since the return means 3-a is provided in the short direction at approximately the center on the back surface of the mask keeper 1-3, it is easy for both right-handed and left-handed people to use.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 19, when using the mask, the mask keeper 1-3 and the mask A are overlaid and used. When the mask is not in use, in order to store the mask in the mask case, the mask A and the mask keeper 1-3 in a state of being removed from the face and overlapped are each folded back outward, and the sheet surface 1-c2 is folded back through the return means 3-a so that the sheet surface 1-b becomes the front, thereby turning it inside out, and a bag-shaped mask case for storing the mask and the mask cover by separating the surfaces in contact with the outside air is formed.

Example

[0036] The mask keeper 1-4 of Example 7 will be described with reference to FIG. 20. FIG. 20 shows a cross-sectional view of the mask keeper 1-4. The mask keeper 1-4 is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but has a configuration in which auxiliary tools 7 are coupled to both ends in the short direction near the approximate center in the longitudinal direction of the sheet surface 1-b. When one of the sheet surfaces 1-a folded in two via the return means 3 is folded back while pulling the auxiliary tool 7, a mask case can be quickly formed. Then, moving the auxiliary tool 7 exposed on the surface to the position of the return means 3 from the front and back sides of the sheet surface 1-b that has become the mask case does not get in the way and can prevent the mask from protruding from the mask case. Also, if the auxiliary tool 7 is made movable, it can be stored in the mask case.

[0037] The material, shape, length, thickness, coupling position, and coupling method of the auxiliary tool 7 are not particularly limited as long as they can assist in efficiently folding the sheet surface to be folded back and the mask keeper 1-4 functions to the maximum extent.

Example

[0038] The mask keeper 1-5 of Example 8 will be described with reference to FIGS. 19 and 21. As shown in FIG. 21, the mask keeper 1-5 is substantially the same as the configuration of the mask keeper 1, but in order to be usable as a mask, an insertion sheet 9 is inserted into the sheet surface 1-b inside the mask keeper 1-5, and the upper and lower ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet surface 1-b and the insertion sheet 9 are coupled. The return means 3 is formed by the sheet surface 1-b on the sheet surface 1-a side and the insertion sheet 9 in the short direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The mask keeper 1-5 removed from the face is folded in two with the sheet surface 1-c on the face contact surface inside, and one of the sheet surfaces 1-a folded in two via the return means 3 is folded back and turned inside out, and a mask case is formed by the sheet surface 1-b on the sheet surface 1-a side separated by the insertion sheet 9 and the insertion sheet 9. Then, an insertion opening 3-b is formed by the sheet surface 1-b on the sheet surface 1-c side and the insertion sheet 9 in the short direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction. If a cloth or the like for reducing pollen and viruses is inserted through the insertion opening 3-b, it can be used as a mask, and the fall of the cloth or the like inserted during use can be prevented.

[0039] The mask keeper 1-3 shown in Fig. 19, in order to be usable as a mask, overlaps the sheet surface 1-a and the insertion sheet 9 and joins the short sides and the lower end of the longitudinal direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and provides an insertion opening 3-b at the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the sheet surface 1-a and the insertion sheet 9. Therefore, when using the mask, a cloth or the like for reducing pollen and viruses can be inserted through the insertion opening 3-b and it can be used as a mask, and also the fall of the inserted cloth or the like can be prevented. The mask keeper 1-3 provides the insertion opening 3-b at the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the sheet surface 1-a and the insertion sheet 9, but the sheet surface 1-a and the insertion sheet 9 may be overlapped and the upper and lower ends in the longitudinal direction may be joined, and the insertion opening 3-b may be provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction or on one side in the short direction, and it is not particularly limited.

Example

[0040] The mask keeper 101 of Example 9 will be described with reference to Figs. 22 to 25. As shown in Figs. 22, 23, and 24, the mask keeper 101 forms a mask cover by joining the sides of a plurality of stacked sheets, and in order to form a mask case, the outer surface and the inner surface of the joined portion of the formed mask cover are adjusted to be usable, and return means 3 for connecting the outer surface and the inner surface is provided in the short direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mask cover. The outer surface of the mask cover is folded back and turned inside out through the return means 3, and the inner surface is made the front to form a mask case. Locking tools 102 are provided at the upper and lower ends in the short direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mask cover at positions where they do not interfere with the return means 3. By providing the return means 3 at both ends of the mask cover, it is configured to be easy to use for both right-handed and left-handed people.

[0041] As shown in FIGS. 23, 24, and 25, in order to use the mask keeper 101 and the mask A in an overlapping manner during use, the locking device 102 provided on the mask cover is locked to the mask string A-2 near the joint of the mask sheet of the mask A and the mask string A-2 to hold the mask cover on the mask. When the mask is not in use and is to be stored in the mask case, the mask A and the mask keeper 101, which are removed from the face and overlapped, are folded in half so that the mask A is on the inside, and one of the folded sheet surfaces 101-a is folded back through the turning means 3 so that the sheet surface 101-b is on the front, thereby turning it inside out.
