Abstract
This air conditioning control system (100) comprises an acquisition unit (11), a calculation unit (12), and a control unit (13). The acquisition unit (11) acquires user information relating to the attributes of a user from each of a plurality of users who use a prescribed space in a facility. The calculation unit (12) calculates a target temperature of the prescribed space. The control unit (13) controls air-conditioning equipment (2) so that the temperature of the prescribed space reaches the target temperature. The calculation unit (12) calculates, for each of the plurality of users, a comfortable temperature range, which is the temperature range within which the user feels comfortable, on the basis of the metabolic amount of the user, which is based on the user information, and a PMV. The calculation unit (12) also determines, as the target temperature, a temperature that is within a range where the plurality of comfort temperature ranges of each of the plurality of users overlap at least partially and that is little different from the air temperature outside of the prescribed space within the aforementioned range.
