Abstract

This invention pertains to the field of medicine and biomedical diagnostics, specifically relating to a method for constructing a rheumatoid arthritis diagnostic classifier and its application. The invention utilizes gene expression profiles associated with rheumatoid arthritis to obtain a dataset for the condition, which includes two subtypes: the matrix subtype C1 and the immune subtype C2. Based on these two subtypes, feature genes are extracted, and a human index RSIMI classifier for the rheumatoid arthritis synovial immune microenvironment is constructed.
