Abstract

The present invention relates to a wearable anti-shaking device designed to improve the quality of life of people suffering from Parkinson's disease and essential tremor. The device consists of a smart bracelet that incorporates sensors for detecting tremor, measuring heart rate and estimating blood pressure. The system uses IMU (Inertial Measurement Units) sensors to analyze wrist movements, a PPG (Photoplethysmography) sensor for heart rate and specific algorithms for blood pressure estimation. The device's microcontroller processes the collected data and generates precise electrical impulses applied to the radial and median nerves via electrodes, helping to reduce tremors. The aim is to provide personalized, adaptive treatment, enhancing patients' autonomy and comfort in their daily activities.
