Due to the fact that the following lines are too small to be shown in broken lines, the following lines are also disclaimed: the horizontal data output lines of the vertical meters labelled as DTM, PTM, RSLP and MC (which labels are shown in broken lines as disclaimed); the single vertical line representing the data output of the horizontal meter located below the disclaimed “CPM Smart” logo and above the dials; and the markings on each dial that would indicate the various possible output values (sometimes referred to as “tick” marks). Note that the broken lines that are the outer-most dashed line surrounding all other elements is not intended to disclaim all the elements it surrounds but represents the display screen or portion thereof itself.
