The present invention is a composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer with structural units of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and an acid functionalized monomer, wherein the copolymer has a number average molecular weight in the range of from 15,000 g / mol to 35,000 g / mol, and a polydispersity in the range of from 1.8 to 3.0.
