Abstract

Holding device (10) for holding a component (400) on a support rail, comprising a rail element (100) for attaching the holding device (10) to the support rail; a connecting element (200) with an upper end region (210) and a lower end region (220); and a rotation position adjustment device (300) for adjusting a rotation position of the connecting element (200) relative to the rail element (100).The rotary position adjustment device (300) comprises: o an orientation disc (310) which is fixed to the upper end region (210) of the connecting element (200) and is rotatably arranged in a space between the second housing part (120) and the first housing part (110), wherein the orientation disc (310) has gear-like recesses (311, 311b) along its outer edge; o a locking element (330) which is mounted on a surface of the first housing part (110) facing away from the second housing part (120), and a locking pin (331). The locking pin (331) can be inserted into a through-opening (111) of the first housing part (110), and wherein the locking pin (331) in a state inserted into the through-opening (111) engages in one of the gear-like recesses (311, 311b) of the orientation disk (310) and thus fixes the orientation of the orientation disk (310).
