Use of triflavanoids in the preparation of a medicament for improving pain, swelling and motor function

Abstract

This invention discloses the application of trifluoroicariin in the preparation of drugs that improve pain, swelling, and motor function. This invention demonstrates the application of trifluoroicariin in the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain, showing that it can effectively alleviate mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia in chronic inflammatory pain, improve tissue swelling and motor function, upregulate the protein and mRNA levels of α7nAChR and IL-10, and downregulate the protein and mRNA levels of HMGB1, p-NF-κB (p-P65), and IL-1β. Trifluoroicariin is a promising drug for the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain.
