Abstract

Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a health care device, entity, method or system, especially one based on traditional Chinese medicine medical theory. Summary of the invention
[0002] Traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture theory is scattered in ancient Chinese classics, especially in Huangdi Neijing Suwen and Lingshu, which show its core and foundation. In these cultural treasures, not only can we see the exquisite medical theory or logic, but also its clinical effectiveness or widespread reports, which are difficult to list one by one. For example, acupuncture has a very significant pain relief effect in clinical practice. For some organic lesions and even cancer, the pain relief effect can last for a week, which has been reported many times.
[0003] Huangdi Neijing Suwen, Bazheng Shenming Lun, records that "Observing the dark refers to the invisible form, qi, nourishment and defense, which are not visible on the outside, but the craftsman (according to the inventor, the medical craftsman, the good doctor, Hua Tuo or Bian Que) knows it alone, and adjusts it by combining the cold and heat of the sun, the emptiness and fullness of the moon, and the rise and fall of the qi of the four seasons. The craftsman often sees it first, but it is not visible on the outside (according to the inventor, ordinary people cannot perceive it), so it is said to observe in the dark. Those who are connected with the infinite can pass it on to future generations. This is why the craftsman is different, but it is invisible on the outside, so it cannot be seen. It has no shape when seen and no taste when tasted, so it is called dark, like a god. (The inventor notes that to those who do not understand or do not believe, it is like talking about ghosts and gods.)” The article goes on to say, “Virtual evil is the virtual evil qi of the eight correct ones. For positive evil, if the body exerts force, sweat comes out, the pores open, and encounters virtual wind, the person inside is also weak, so no one knows its condition and no one sees its shape (the inventor notes that at the beginning of wind evil or the beginning of the disease, the symptoms are extremely mild and ordinary people will not notice it).” The article goes on to say, “The best doctor who saves the budding teeth must first see the qi of the three parts and nine signs, and do his best to adjust it and save it, so he is called the best doctor (the inventor notes that the best doctor sees the slightest and knows the big, and eliminates the source of the disease at a very early stage). The inferior doctor saves it after it has developed, and saves it after it has been defeated (the inventor notes that the inferior doctor who treats the disease after it has developed can even only treat the symptoms but not the root cause). Saving it after it has developed means that he does not know the loss of the three parts and nine signs, and defeats it because of the disease. Those who know where it is know how to diagnose the disease pulse of the three parts and nine signs and treat it. Therefore, it is said that if you guard the door, no one will know the situation and see the evil form. "The purpose and ideal of this invention is to allow every family or every person to have a good doctor to guard or accompany them throughout their lives.
[0004] From the perspective of "modern science", acupuncture is a phenomenon of sensory sensation along the meridians. This is known by those who have experience in acupuncture: when the needle is inserted into the correct acupoint, the patient will feel a special feeling along the corresponding meridian line, and the feeling is often soreness, swelling, numbness, heat, cold, pain or electric shock. These feelings may appear alone, but most of them are mixed feelings of soreness, swelling and numbness. Ancient books call it qi sensation, or getting qi. At this time, the acupuncturist will also feel that the needle is sucked, astringent, difficult to turn, and difficult to pull out.
[0005] The research on acupuncture has never stopped, and attempts have been made to construct modern theories, such as the material metabolism theory, energy metabolism theory, molecular, atomic or particle aspects, and wave aspects; and it has been proposed that there are many optically non-uniform tubular structures or sheet structures in the human body. Because their visible light reflection, refractive index, and polarization ability are uneven, and their infrared or microwave reflection, refractive index, and polarization ability are also uneven, an electromagnetic waveguide system will be formed in the human body.
[0006] According to this theory, the internal Qi in traditional Chinese medicine is the relationship between electromagnetic waves, meridians and acupoints in the human body, and the slow speed of sensation transmission along the meridians is derived from the group speed of the waveguide. The meridians are not clear-cut channels like blood vessels, lymphatic vessels or nerve fibers. They are a strip-shaped area with fuzzy boundaries, and the conductivity value is the highest on the central axis, and its conductivity value gradually decreases from the central axis to the edge. In detail, the meridians are like a mountain range, and the acupoints are like individual peaks on the mountain range. In other words, the center of the acupoint is the top of each peak. However, when the conductivity is continuously measured at the same point, the human body's conductivity fluctuates with time. The ancients called it the meridian flow, that is, the dynamic circulation of Qi and blood in the body due to the season, the phase of the moon, and the time of day. However, this conductivity change is systemic and will not seriously affect the difference between acupoints and non-acupoints, so it does not affect the clinical conductivity measurement.
[0007] What amazes modern science (especially modern medicine or modern biology) is the holographic phenomenon of meridian points. The so-called holographic phenomenon means that in a small area, whether it is ear acupuncture or foot massage, there are acupoints that reflect all the organs of the whole body. Even in each small finger joint area, acupoints that reflect all the organs of the whole body can be found. In other words, when a certain organ is diseased, not only the conductivity of the main acupoints on the 14 main meridians will increase significantly, but also in the local area of the small area. Pushing it to the extreme, it is concluded that every point in the body is a micro-meridian point.
[0008] When a person's physiological and psychological state changes, the probability distribution curve of the conductivity data in any area of the body will change accordingly, which seems to reveal the mystery of the meridians. Meridians are electrical channels, optical channels, microwave channels, sound channels, and chemical channels. What is measured on the meridians is not the skin resistance, but the body's conductivity or electric field strength. The conductivity is proportional to the square of the conductivity field strength. Therefore, we can conclude that the meridian system in the scriptures is a kind of energy distribution in the human body. This energy distribution is difficult to see with the naked eye, and it is impossible to trace it with a scalpel.
[0009] According to modern physics, the energy distribution structure in the previous section is called a dissipative structure. It is a dynamic structure that exists by continuous energy supply and is completely consistent with the dissipative structure formed by electromagnetic waves. It is naturally difficult to find an explanation from physiology. However, understanding Chinese classical medicine in this way may bring physiology, biology and medicine into a new milestone. The so-called dissipative structure, taking a dynamic waterfall as an example, can only exist when there is a high water source. Once the source stops, the waterfall disappears immediately. Because the prerequisite is to continuously consume energy, it is called a dissipative structure. Others such as candles, mountain springs, fountains, lanterns, sky lanterns, flutes, whirlpools, tornadoes, and lightning are all living structures. Once the environment is closed, this structure disappears immediately.
[0010] The meridian system is a dissipative structure formed by electromagnetic standing waves. Because two waves can exist in the same position and overlap or cancel each other, they build or destroy point by point to form new interference waves. When the meridian system of the human body is understood as a three-dimensional electromagnetic standing wave interference pattern, we must find ways to interfere with and / or change its interference pattern to change the energy distribution and restore the patient to health. It sounds magical, but for thousands of years, our ancestors have cured countless ancestors with a needle in hand, using the words of Qi and blood circulation, deficiency syndrome, excess syndrome, meridian flow, Qi, Yin and Yang, tonification method, and drainage method.
[0011] Regardless of whether it is due to hygiene concerns, acupuncture is not the only means of changing the aforementioned interference pattern. Other methods such as heat therapy, infrared therapy, spectrum therapy, electroacupuncture therapy, laser needle therapy, microwave acupuncture therapy, etc. are all non-invasive or non-contact interference and change media.
[0012] I have mentioned dissipative theory or structure before (playing the bamboo flute is also included). In fact, the human body is also a resonant cavity, with countless electromagnetic standing waves interacting with each other to form complex standing wave interference patterns. Acupoints play a key role in interfering with individual or total standing waves, because acupoints always have the highest conductivity, that is, the location of the peak of each or combined electromagnetic standing wave. Specifically, when a certain organ has a problem, its natural frequency or standing wave will change, causing the energy of certain acupoints to increase or decrease abnormally, and the resistance at the acupoints will decrease or increase accordingly. Therefore, whether invasive or non-invasive, we can build / destroy / correct individual or total standing waves through acupoints to restore the organs or patients to normal / health.
[0013] Light and microwaves are both electromagnetic waves. When people talk about light, they usually refer to visible light, which only occupies a very small portion of the entire electromagnetic spectrum. The transmission speed of a single electromagnetic wave is extremely fast (up to 300,000 kilometers per second), but the speed of transmission along the meridians is less than ten centimeters per second (it takes tens of minutes to switch from one interference pattern to another). The reason is that the number of electromagnetic waves in the human body is in the billions (even tens or even hundreds of billions), and the propagation speed of the total signal is naturally reduced. We often hear that any object has only one vibration frequency. Is this what it means?
[0014] Non-invasive acupuncture, such as laser acupuncture, has the name of needle, but it does not involve pricking. Because it is non-invasive, safe and painless, it is easy for patients to accept. With more and more reports of treatment effects that are no less effective than traditional acupuncture, will it become more popular in the future? Although laser acupuncture is a painless and safe treatment option, clear dosage guidelines have yet to be established. Other non-invasive acupuncture, such as the currently popular physical therapy techniques, such as heat therapy, infrared therapy, spectrum therapy, electroacupuncture therapy, microwave acupuncture therapy, etc., all involve the introduction of electromagnetic waves of different wavelengths into the human body, and it is also appropriate to have standards established for their application.
[0015] Western society uses microwaves in the frequency range of 40 to 70 GHz to balance and treat the unique frequency (characteristic frequency) of each person (or even each organ), which is called Microwave Resonance Therapy (MRT). Microwave acupuncture is of course also based on acupuncture. It is a method of treating diseases by connecting a microwave antenna to the needle handle and injecting microwaves with the same frequency as the characteristic frequency into the acupoints or directly irradiating the acupoints to produce resonance. In specific practice, it is found that the resonant frequency in the meridian channels will flow from the internal organs to the tips of the fingers and toes, and then be reflected back to the organs. When sick, the amplitude of the natural frequency (characteristic frequency) will decrease or disappear. Extra energy at very low energy levels (one millionth or one billionth of a watt) can restore the resonant frequency of specific organs or the human body to the standard value, thereby helping / completing the treatment.
[0016] As early as 1934, the professional acupuncture journal "Acupuncture Journal" published the clinical application of electroacupuncture therapy for the first time. In the late 1950s, there was extensive research on electroacupuncture and it was used clinically for surgical anesthesia. Modern electroacupuncture devices are very small and often powered by batteries. Small clips connect the wires from the device and are clamped on the needles inserted into the body. When the current is generated, the patient will feel a slight beating or a wave feeling, like a feather brushing the skin. Of course, it should be avoided to place the electrodes near the heart, or the current should not pass through the midline of the body (the imaginary line from the bridge of the nose to the navel).
[0017] Whether it is the "Bian Que-A type microwave acupuncture instrument" developed by Beijing Electronic Instrument Factory in 1980, or the various acupuncture point therapeutic instruments that have sprung up recently, in order to adapt to the needs of different diseases or different parts of the body, the appearance of the therapeutic instruments is very different, and it seems difficult to accurately align the acupuncture points, and it requires the assistance of patients or users, such as deliberately attaching or approaching the affected part to the working surface of each instrument, in order to better obtain the service or treatment effect of the instrument. In addition, in response to the continuous innovation of laser acupuncture, heat therapy, infrared therapy, spectrum therapy, electroacupuncture therapy, microwave acupuncture therapy, etc., because the working principles are different, in order to obtain the treatment effect, the instrument itself or the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument must be different. In order to achieve a relatively correct positional relationship between the acupuncture points to be worked on the human body and the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument, so as to achieve a better treatment effect, the use of the instrument usually explains how to adjust the body posture by yourself, or the operator helps to adjust the posture of the patient receiving the instrument service. For example, circular therapeutic instruments are mostly used for joints, shoulders, waists, etc.; long therapeutic instruments are suitable for acupuncture points in long areas such as the spine and body parts. However, as mentioned above, unless the user needs to make the affected part close to or attached to the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument, the instrument is placed directly on the patient's body in the hope that the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument can serve (for example, irradiate) the affected part. At this time, the patient's affected part (or the acupuncture points on the affected part) and the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument are actually only in an approximate, roughly or almost correct relative position relationship. This relative position gap exists not only in positioning, but also in angles, and even in the distance between each other. Whether the distance between each other is correct or appropriate usually determines whether the best therapeutic effect can be obtained, or even whether it will unfortunately cause harm, which will be described in detail later.
[0018] If we explain the microwave acupoint therapy instrument in detail, we can understand the above difficulties. In detail, the effect of microwave therapy is usually mainly thermal effect, but non-thermal effect cannot be ruled out (local microwave acupoint stimulation may be transmitted through the meridians to produce the effect of "qi reaching the diseased area"). The maximum microwave radiation can penetrate 50 mm into the body surface, and the body temperature of the irradiated area can be significantly increased, which is deeper and stronger than the heat of moxibustion. The distance between the patient's affected part (or the acupoint on the affected part) and the working point, working surface or working area of the instrument mentioned in the previous paragraph obviously determines whether the affected part will be burned by moxibustion.
[0019] When microwaves irradiate the human body, they mainly produce two effects, namely thermal effect and external thermal effect (which is different from ultrashort waves, the latter is caused by electric current, while the former is caused by electromagnetic waves). The so-called thermal effect is due to the oscillation of electrolyte ions and electrolyte dipoles, or the high-frequency oscillation of water molecules, which causes the tissue to generate a large amount of heat energy, thereby increasing tissue temperature, dilating blood vessels, and accelerating blood flow (blood flow can increase by up to 50%). The so-called external thermal effect is the special physiological effect of microwave radiation on the human body (studies are still limited), but it is known that it can affect the function of the nervous system (short-term or low-dose radiation can enhance the excitation process, and long-term or high-dose radiation can reverse inhibition). Compared with light radiation such as infrared rays, microwaves have a deeper effect, that is, it is difficult for infrared rays to penetrate the fat layer, but microwaves can easily penetrate the fat layer to reach the muscle layer. Their therapeutic effects are no longer listed here.
[0020] Microwave acupuncture has a strong sense of Qi (swelling, heaviness, sourness, numbness, spiciness, movement and warmth) on meridian points, and can be transmitted along the meridians, causing fever and sweating (similar to the method of burning a mountain fire), and the strength of the Qi can be quantitatively controlled by the microwave therapy device. Microwave acupoint irradiation has both acupuncture and warming effects. When the microwave power reaches a certain value, there is a high-frequency discharge phenomenon on the needle tip, but its power (2 watts) is much smaller than that of a microwave therapy machine (200 watts), so no special protection is required.
[0021] Microwave acupoint therapeutic devices can be roughly divided into three categories: the first is a microwave radiator (which directly irradiates the acupoints or lesions for treatment, similar to acupoint laser irradiation), the second is a microwave acupuncture (therapy) device (which has a radiating antenna and fine needles for irradiating acupoints), and the third is a magnetic needle.
[0022] Microwave acupoint radiators or microwave radiators for short are commonly used in the following ways: (i) circular radiators, with circular openings and shapes such as hemispherical (or circular), cylindrical and reflective hood, etc., mainly used for acupoints in joints, shoulders, waist and other areas, and breast lesions; (ii) long (or rectangular) radiators, with rectangular openings, mostly used for acupoint irradiation in long areas of the body, such as the spine and other parts of the body; (iii) saddle-shaped radiators, which have a concave surface, used to treat acupoints in larger areas such as the waist, knees, back, hips, buttocks, chest and abdomen, and can be directly attached to the surface of the treatment area; (iv) focused radiators, with a diameter of 1, 1.5 or 3.5 cm, used to treat the three aforementioned tiny areas that are not suitable for treatment; and (v) ear radiators, which are specially used for ear acupoint irradiation or inserted into the ear canal for treatment, and have replaceable rubber sleeves.
[0023] Microwave acupuncture therapy device consists of four parts: a DC variable power supply, a microwave oscillator (1,000-2,000 MHz), an output coaxial cable and a microwave antenna. The microwave antenna is composed of a needle clamp, a fine needle, and a spiral spring coaxial co-radiator. The fine needle is a component of the co-radiator. The microwave energy is transmitted from the oscillator to the fine needle through the coaxial cable and then radiated to the acupuncture points of the human body.
[0024] To understand microwave acupuncture, let us first understand that acupuncture is one of the nine needles in ancient times, with a large and round tip. It is a kind of acupuncture point workpiece with a thick body, a tip like millet, round and slightly pointed. It is used to press meridian points, guide qi and blood, and does not pierce the skin. See "Huangdi Neijing Lingshu·Nine Needles Twelve Origins" "The third is the acupuncture needle, three and a half inches long... The tip is as sharp as millet, and the main purpose is to press the pulse without sinking, so as to bring qi." and "Huangdi Neijing Lingshu·Nine Needles Theory" "The acupuncture needle is based on the sharpness of millet, three and a half inches long, and the main purpose is to press the pulse to take qi and let the evil go out." Now microwave acupuncture is combined with modern microwave physiotherapy and was successfully trial-produced in 1979. Microwave acupuncture has the functions and effects of traditional acupuncture, needle and moxibustion because it is combined with the performance and characteristics of modern low-frequency and high-frequency electrotherapy.
[0025] The principle of acupoint selection and combination for microwave therapy is the same as other acupoint therapies. It can be selected based on the three methods of local, adjacent and distant acupoint selection, or based on tender points or lesion locations. Of course, acupoints can also be selected based on the characteristics of the instrument, such as the number of output heads or the extension range.
[0026] When irradiating acupoints on the limbs, the patient usually lies or sits, and the recommended distance between the radiator and the acupoint skin is 10 to 15 cm (5 cm for the ear). The time and power depend on the condition (e.g. 8 to 10 watts for the ear, 20 to 40 watts for the neck, 60 to 100 watts for the chest and abdomen, 80 to 120 watts for the back and waist, for 5 to 10 minutes). For acupoints around the knee and shoulder joints, saddle-shaped radiators are often used; for acupoints on the chest, abdomen, or back and waist, the patient should lie on his back or prone, and choose a round or long radiator; for acupoints on the neck and ears, the patient usually sits, and a round or focused radiator is also used.
[0027] From the above review, we can find that all existing technologies will encounter the following problems. Take the microwave radiator as an example. Whether the microwave radiator is fixed in the "ideal" position with a universal bracket or the acupuncture needle microwave radiator is pressed on the acupuncture point to be treated manually, the relative position (including distance and direction) between the instrument working point and the acupuncture point is not or cannot be accurately determined. Although the acupuncture point mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine is not a point with almost no area in geometric imagination, but a small area, it is obviously difficult to maintain the correct or better relative position between the instrument working point and the acupuncture point for a period of time by universal joints or manual work, at least because (1) the adjustment range of the instrument working point has its limit, and (2) the patient will inevitably adjust his posture unconsciously.
[0028] The problem in the previous paragraph will lead to another problem, that is, because the relative position cannot be obtained or guaranteed in theory, we cannot scientifically determine the effect (effect) and quantify (the time and intensity of receiving the instrument service). Therefore, taking the microwave therapy instrument as an example, we must be careful to prevent overheating. Although it is theoretically known that the relative position should be adjusted to make the patient feel comfortable warmth and soreness, but not tingling, everyone's feelings or tolerance levels are different, and it is obviously difficult to determine the quality or quantity. For patients with low pain tolerance, it may not be enough to obtain the therapeutic effect; on the contrary, for patients with high pain tolerance, it may be enough to cause temporary or permanent damage.
[0029] The question mentioned in the previous paragraph can easily make us understand another question: when the acupoints are located near the face, brain, eyes, ovaries or testicles, in order to avoid excessive radiation or damage, the existing technology can only recommend a distance of 5 cm, a power of no more than 15 watts, and a time of no more than 10 minutes. However, if we can obtain the theoretical relative position, we can not only obtain great flexibility in designing the instrument or in the use of the design, but also ensure the effect.
[0030] The questions raised in the previous paragraph make us understand the importance of "qualitative" or "quantitative". In detail, because the relative position is guaranteed in theory, we will be able to accurately study the nature and extent of the effects actually occurring in the instrument's acupoint working parts. For example, when a patient has local severe organic or ischemic vascular disease, excessive radiation will not only fail to improve their blood circulation, but will also often aggravate local hypoxia due to increased temperature, so both doctors and patients have psychological barriers in using it. However, if the relative position is guaranteed in theory, and qualitative and quantitative research is successful, even patients with active tuberculosis, high fever, bleeding tendency diseases, late-stage hypertension, heart failure, fractures, and children who cannot clearly express microwave needle sensation will no longer be a group that is not suitable for acupoint microwave therapy.
[0031] After solving the problem mentioned in the previous paragraph, we will be inspired as follows: Due to the qualitative and quantitative success, we can design an effect focusing instrument acupuncture point working piece (because the efficiency or effect is sufficient, there is no need for an overly large or wide working area) without causing harm to innocent bystanders or workers. This is because long-term microwave radiation is harmful to the human body, so the microwave therapeutic device leaks a small amount of microwaves and radiates to the surrounding space, which may cause innocent injuries to workers.
[0032] After solving the problems mentioned in the previous paragraph, we can't help but be excited that the following effects will not only be guaranteed, but also easier to achieve because of the establishment of theoretical relative positions: high-intensity, high-dose (3W / cm2) ultrasound has an inhibitory or destructive effect on various tissues and organs, causing irreversible changes in tissue morphology; but (A) low-intensity, medium-small dose (therapeutic dose) ultrasound has an effect on peripheral nerves and spinal cord that first excites and then inhibits, so it has analgesic effect on neuralgia; (B) small doses can make the heart capillaries congested and the interstitial cells increase, so it can improve blood circulation; (C) although the kidneys are Different parts of the body have different sensitivities to ultrasound (the proximal tubules of the cortex are the most sensitive, while the basement membrane of the connective tissue of the medullary collecting ducts and ureterolithiae are the least sensitive), but therapeutic doses of ultrasound applied to the kidney area can dilate blood vessels and promote renal blood circulation; (D) High doses of ultrasound can inhibit or even damage the ovaries and testicles, so some people have tried to use it for birth control in recent years; (E) Therapeutic doses of ultrasound can improve skin nutrition, promote dermal regeneration, strengthen epithelial formation, and increase sweat gland secretion; (F) Repeated exposure to low doses of ultrasound can stimulate bone callus growth (it should be noted that a slightly larger dose applied for 10 minutes will slow bone healing).
[0033] The effect mentioned in the previous paragraph is obtained because the relative position is established in theory. We can't help but wonder whether it can also play its role in other therapies? According to physical experiments and clinical medical practice, the magnetic force beam of magnetic needle (non-invasive) can penetrate the human body to a depth of 6 to 9 cm, which is approximately equivalent to the depth of traditional filiform needle. The principle is speculated that when a certain acupuncture point of the human body is stimulated, it will cause the local cell receptors to generate bioelectricity, and at the same time, the "qi" of the acupuncture point will appear and be transmitted along the meridian system. The sensed transmission route is consistent with the route predicted by acupuncture theory. Medical practice has also verified that although the effects of magnetic fields or magnetic force lines and filiform needle (invasive) acupuncture are not the same, their effectiveness is quite consistent. For example, after soaking your feet in warm water, massaging and magnetically absorbing the Yongquan acupoint is very effective in treating BPH (prostatic hyperplasia) nocturnal urination and frequent urination. Here is a brief description of acupoint magnetic therapy (using a magnetic device with north and south poles on certain acupuncture points of the human body) to examine its applicability as follows.
[0034] The "Records of the Grand Historian: Biographies of Bian Que and Cang Gong" describes the use of magnetite to treat diseases in 180 BC. In the 2nd century BC, the Chinese pharmacology monograph "Shennong's Herbal Classic" officially listed magnetite as a medicine: "Magnetite, with a pungent and cold taste, is used to treat general arthritis, rheumatism, pain in the limbs and joints that cannot hold objects... and deafness." In the "Famous Doctors' Records" compiled by Tao Hongjing during the Northern and Southern Dynasties, the medicinal effects of magnetite are recorded: "It can nourish the kidney qi, strengthen the bones and qi, benefit the essence, eliminate restlessness, open the joints, eliminate carbuncle, fistula, neck numbness, sore throat, and epilepsy in children." In the Huangdi Neijing Taisu by Yang Shangshan of the Sui Dynasty, when interpreting the chapter “Walking with heavy shoes” in the Lingshu Jingmai, he also mentioned the external effects of magnets: “For heavy shoes, you can use magnets to divide the shoes, stretch the belt to make them heavy, and walk with them. For light shoes, you can gradually add more to make them heavier to help with fire energy. If you recover from the disease, you should gradually remove them. This is the key method of curing kidneys in ancient times.” In the Tang Dynasty’s Prescriptions for Emergencies, a prescription for treating bleeding from wounds is “apply magnet powder to stop pain and stop bleeding.” In the Ming Dynasty’s pharmacology masterpiece Compendium of Materia Medica, Li Shizhen said, “A real magnet the size of a bean, burn a pangolin to preserve its properties, grind a word, wrap it in new cotton and plug it into your ears, hold a piece of pig iron in your mouth, and you will feel wind and rain in your ears and they will be clear.” Inspired by the "Compendium of Materia Medica" on the use of magnets to treat deafness, magnetic therapy for acupuncture points began to emerge in the early 1960s. Some acupuncture scholars in Shanghai tried to combine magnetic fields with acupuncture and used magnetic needles (magnetized filiform needles) to treat tinnitus and achieved results. In 1965, medical workers in Hunan also combined magnetic field theory with meridian theory to achieve clinical treatment results. In the 1970s, there was a major breakthrough in the application of magnetic therapy. Due to the easy availability of permanent magnetic materials (mainly rare earth cobalt alloys, permanent magnetic ferrites and aluminum nickel cobalt magnets, etc.), magnetic therapy for acupuncture points became popular. For example, in 1970, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, successfully trial-produced magnetic beads for acupuncture point application and treatment. Since 1973, Hunan Province has first used rare earth alloy magnetic sheets for magnetic therapy of various diseases. In 1974, acupuncture workers in Beijing cooperated with some researchers to convert static magnetic fields into dynamic magnetic fields to make rotating magnetic therapy machines, thereby expanding the scope of treatment and improving the efficacy of certain diseases to a certain extent. In 1978, the first magnetic therapy scientific research cooperation meeting was held in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
[0035] Since 1980, magnetic therapy for acupuncture points has made unprecedented progress. The static magnetism method of fixing magnetic beads or magnetic sheets to a certain acupuncture point or part is less related to the present invention. As for the dynamic magnetism method of stimulating acupuncture points with a rotating magnetic machine, the magnetic needle and the magnetic plum needle combined with the traditional acupuncture workpiece, the optical magnetism method combined with helium-neon laser irradiation, and the magnetoelectric method combined with electroacupuncture therapy, although they have been applied to nearly 70 kinds of diseases in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, eyes, otolaryngology and stomatology, they all have the above-mentioned qualitative and quantitative problems. For this reason, if you want to standardize and normalize magnetic instruments, you will also face the dilemma of being unable to grasp the variables discussed above and having no way to start. The root of correct qualitative and quantitative determination lies in the precise positioning of acupuncture points. Once the precise acupuncture points are located, for example, the magnitude of the pulse current applied to the magnetic sheet of the electrode to be positioned at the acupuncture point, or the magnetic field strength of the magnetic head of the electromagnetic heat needle instrument on the intradermal needle (or ordinary filiform needle), or after acupuncture, the magnetic field strength applied to the magnetic needle can be precisely adjusted. At this point in the discussion, the greatest core spirit of the present invention emerges, that is, during the doctor's diagnosis and treatment, scientific methods or instruments are used to assist, check or confirm the patient's acupuncture points.
[0036] Through the above discussion, we can summarize as follows: As far as invasive methods are concerned, incorrect or biased acupuncture has no medical effect and is just disgusting. If side effects or other injuries occur, it is truly unfortunate. As far as non-invasive methods are concerned, biased or incorrect acupoint selection will cause difficulties in qualitative (is it effective? What kind of effect?) and quantitative (how much radiation or magnetic field strength is applied?) determination, as mentioned above.
[0037] In 1950, German physician Reinhold Voll discovered that the human body has different potential differences. Through experimental research, he found that the "change" circuit diagram of the human body's "electrical energy" is exactly the same as the "meridian map" of "ancient China". In 1949, Dr. Yoshio Nakatani, a professor at Kyoto University in Japan, began to study the relationship between skin resistance and symptoms, and found that it was consistent with traditional Chinese meridians, and developed a set of "scientific" disease detection methods, referred to as "Liangdaoluo". Recently, the "German Federal Committee of Doctors and Health Insurance" has carried out large-scale and high-standard human trials on headaches, back pain and arthritis pain, and has successively published that acupuncture does have analgesic effects. However, because the sham control group (sham control) with acupuncture at non-acupoints or insufficient needle insertion depth has a similar analgesic effect as the real treatment group, it is suspected that acupuncture itself may have a strong placebo effect and has nothing to do with acupoints. A few years ago, British doctor Edzard Ernst and his graduate students designed a retractable needle. When inserted, the needle tip will retract into the needle tube and not enter the subcutaneous tissue, but the subjects will think that a needle has been inserted (the needle tube can stay on the skin). Using real and fake needles for random grouping trials, the medical team found that fake acupuncture is as effective as real acupuncture in treating headaches and nausea, as well as preventing migraines. There is no basis for meridians or acupoints in anatomy, but American studies have found that acupoints are usually located where "connective tissue" is most dense. In 2002, Dr. Langevin of the University of Vermont in the United States published a study in The Anatomical Record, explaining the reason why acupuncture and moxibustion at acupoints can have a medical effect on the body. Western research shows that acupuncture can indeed relieve pain. The theory proposed is that it stimulates the body to release endorphins, and it also seems to increase the secretion of serotonin (serotonin, which can enhance vasoconstriction) in the brain, which changes the function of nerve cells, giving people a sense of "happiness and comfort". If it is non-invasive, stimulating acupuncture points with different frequencies or energy levels can relax nerves and muscles and make them beat, and like passive exercise, it can improve local blood circulation.
[0038] After the above close comparison and discussion with the conventional technology, the appeal or direction of the present invention should have been specifically presented. However, in fact, the above disclosure is only the basic level appeal of the present invention, that is, the present invention actually has another higher level goal pursuit. Check, Huangdi Neijing Suwen Acupuncture Essentials Chapter records "Huangdi asked: I would like to hear the acupuncture essentials. Qibo replied: Diseases have floating and sinking, and acupuncture has shallow and deep, each to its principle, not exceeding its way; if it is too much, it will hurt the inside, if it is not enough, it will cause external congestion, and if it is blocked, the evil will follow it. If the shallowness and depth are not met, it will become a big thief, and the five internal organs will be affected and serious diseases will occur." In detail, acupuncture or a specific condition must pay attention to the depth, "if it is too much, it will hurt the inside"; "if it is not enough, it will cause external congestion, and if it is blocked, the evil will follow it", how can we not be careful? Originally wanted to treat the disease, but because of "not knowing the shallowness and depth" (just like a quack doctor), "it became a big thief, and the five internal organs will be affected and serious diseases will occur", is this what a doctor should do? In other words, if we can really detect or ensure the relative position of the needle or acupuncture workpiece and the acupuncture point, then we can accurately grasp which disease or which physical therapy should be treated with acupuncture (invasively) and to what depth, or what degree of irradiation, electric field or magnetic field strength should be given, thereby ensuring positive therapeutic effects without negative effects!
[0039] The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine's Su Wen Chapter on Acupuncture Essentials goes on to say that life is impermanent, with birth, aging, illness and death, and each person suffers from different diseases due to special causes and conditions, "So it is said that some diseases are in the hair pores and pores, some are in the skin, some are in the muscles, some are in the veins, some are in the tendons, some are in the bones, and some are in the marrow." The consequences of misdiagnosis and wrong treatment have been briefly mentioned in the previous paragraph. Now let's take the diseases of the hair pores and pores in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine's Su Wen Chapter on Acupuncture Essentials as an example. If one does not grasp the key points, "therefore, when needling the hair pores and pores, do not injure the skin. Injury to the skin will affect the lungs internally, and if the lungs are affected, one will suffer from autumn warm malaria and feel cold and shivering"!
[0040] So far, the basic level of the present invention is to ensure the precise positioning between an acupuncture point of a patient or user and an instrument, an acupuncture point workpiece (non-invasive) or an acupuncture device (invasive) to ensure the correct or safe physical therapy or treatment of the acupuncture point workpiece or the acupuncture device. This demand, in a sense, focuses on the two-dimensional level, that is, how to solve or accurately locate the relative position relationship between an acupuncture point of a patient or user and an instrument, an acupuncture point workpiece (non-invasive) or an acupuncture device (invasive). The above paragraph is to ensure the relative position relationship, and then pursue the adjustment of the parameters or variables involved in the third dimension (depth) and the fourth dimension (angle) according to the real needs of physical therapy or disease, and achieve the purpose of physical therapy or treatment accordingly. However, the present invention is not sufficient to achieve the first two levels (basically hardware). The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine Su Wen Yi Jing Bian Qi Lun chapter says that in ancient times, when the symptoms of the disease first appeared, they were adjusted, so it was difficult to develop a serious disease.
[0041] As the times change, "In the Middle Ages, when treating diseases, people would take decoctions for ten days to cure the eight winds and five paralysis diseases. If the disease persists for ten days, they would use the branches of the grass and the grass to help the root and the end. Once the symptoms are cured, the evil spirits will be subdued." As humans began to pursue fame and wealth in the world, they neglected or did not see the symptoms of the disease until the disease had taken shape, and then they began to think about treatment. At this time, they must rely on food therapy or herbal medicine to be able to remove the evil spirits or drive away the disease! As for humans in later times, "the treatment of diseases in the late world is not the same. The treatment is not based on the four seasons, and is ignorant of the sun and the moon. It does not examine the relationship between the disease and the seasons. When the disease has already taken shape, they want to treat the outside with needles and the inside with decoctions. The treatment is rough and fierce, thinking that the disease can be cured, and new diseases arise again." In modern treatment, the same disease (for example, a cold) has almost the same medicine. People do not care much about personal constitution, may not believe in the relationship between the disease and the four seasons or yin and yang, and have no idea when or which disease should be treated in accordance with or against the trend. As a result, although the symptoms are eliminated on the "symptoms", because the "root" is not cured, the "buds" of new diseases lurk in the body, waiting for an opportunity to break out!
[0042] Another ideal level of the present invention is to focus on the "soft" level, to regulate the body immediately when the symptoms of disease first appear, so as to achieve the "so as to stay away from death and get close to life, so that the way of life can be long" in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine, and live a long and healthy life.

[0429] The present application describes multiple embodiments, but the description is exemplary rather than restrictive, and it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that there may be more embodiments and implementations within the scope of the embodiments described in the present application.
[0430] The following is in conjunction with the drawings to disclose how the ideal of each level / observation / idea angle of the present invention is realized one by one. The following specific implementation method is used to assist in understanding the specific embodiment of a certain invention level / observation / idea angle, and is not the only feasible way or limit of the invention level / observation / idea angle. In addition, in fact, the description of the specific embodiments of different invention levels / observation / idea angles can be used as a reference for replacement or modification. The present invention should be a groundbreaking invention, but the so-called groundbreaking invention is only a clever, organic or admirable new combination of various components that are easily available in the world at present, and the groundbreaking ideal is realized. In detail, the invention or progress of the present invention generally does not lie in each component itself, but in the clever or creative combination of each related component.
[0431] See also Figure 1According to the first embodiment of the basic level of the present invention, the Erjian acupoint 11 (international code LI2) on an index finger 1 is taken as an example. The location of this acupoint 11 is at the red and white flesh of the radial transverse line end of the proximal phalanx (third segment) of the index finger, and it is mainly used to treat sore throat, toothache, epistaxis, facial paralysis, drowsiness, shoulder and back pain. The health care device 100 includes a health care body 110, which has two hollow semicircular cross-section fixed bodies 102 pivotally connected through a pivot part 101, each body has a solid semicircular cross-section rod body 103, and each of the semicircular cross-section rod bodies 103 has a semicircular male thread 106. Each fixed body 102 has a recessed portion 104 for accommodating a finger joint 12, for example, the middle segment (second) and the proximal segment (third) phalanx joint. A cleanable or sterilizable cloth or disposable paper soft layer 105 is folded multiple times to adapt to the user's fatness or finger thickness, so that the index finger 1 or joint 12, when the two fixing bodies 102 are tightly fitted, determines or fixes the positional relationship between the health care device 100 and the index finger 1 or the second intervertebral hole 11 (in this example), so as to obtain the previously described or expected effect. When the two fixing bodies 102 are tightly fitted, the two semicircular cross-section rods 103 form a complete bolt; and the more protruding parts of the proximal end 13 of the middle section of the index finger and the distal end 14 of the proximal section of the index finger are accommodated in the concave portion 104.
[0432] A fixing member 200 has a shaft 201, and the shaft 201 is used to provide the distance or height required for installing or operating an acupoint working member 300. The shaft 201 has a first end 202, and after the female thread 203 in the first end 202 is locked with the male thread 106 on the two semicircular cross-section rod bodies 103, the shaft 201 is fixed to the health care device 100, and at the same time, the two semicircular cross-section fixed bodies 102 fix the index finger 1 therein by locking the first end 202 with the two semicircular cross-section rod bodies 103. The shaft 201 has a second end 204, and a universal joint ball seat 205 is provided on the second end 204, which is used to connect with a universal ball joint 209 on an acupoint working member connector 206. Due to the advancement of technology, modern universal joints have a very large rotation angle, and can withstand a considerable impact at a specific angle and position without being out of position. Moreover, if one universal joint is not enough, several can be connected in series to increase the amplitude of its azimuth change.
[0433] The acupoint working piece connector 206 has two lips 207 for passing through and holding the acupoint working piece 300 in the hollow space 208. The acupoint working piece 300 may be the aforementioned microwave, laser or radiation energy working unit, and has a wire 301 to receive the power supply to output an energy from an acupoint working piece 302. Due to the arrangement of the connector 206 and the fixing piece 200, the working energy release unit 300 can appear in the form of an acupoint working piece, and the output of the working energy is fully concentrated here. Moreover, since the relative position between the acupoint working piece 300 and the acupoint 11 can be determined, the arrangement or setting of the energy that can or should be output by the acupoint working piece 302 of the acupoint working piece 300 can also be precisely controlled or adjusted according to the specific needs of the user / patient.
[0434] In addition, the volume of the health care device 100, the fixing member 200 and the acupoint working member 300 is extremely limited. As long as the wire 301 is long enough, the user can move his position at will and can act at will without changing the relative position between the acupoint working member 300 and the two-hole 11, that is, it will not affect the expected physical therapy / treatment effect, which is ideal. In addition, there are many ways to connect the acupoint working member connector 206 and the acupoint working member 300, or the first end 202 and the semicircular cross-section rod body 103. For example, one of them is provided with an annular protrusion and the other matching member is provided with a matching annular groove, and the assembly between the first end 202 and the semicircular cross-section rod body 103 is more simple. Therefore, we can easily understand that the description of this figure or embodiment is only an example of realizing the disclosed object of the present invention.
[0435] The first embodiment of the present invention is summarized as follows: a health care device 100 includes a health care body 110, which is used to position a body part 1 of a user so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part 1, wherein the body part 1 has an acupoint 11; an acupoint working piece 300, which is used to perform a health care operation on the acupoint 11; and a workpiece holding piece 200, which has a first end 202 connected to the health care body 110 and a second end 204 for fixing the acupoint working piece 300, so that under the limitation of the first specific position relationship, the acupoint working piece 300 performs the health care operation under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint 11.
[0436] As in the health care device 100 of the first embodiment, the acupoint working member 300 includes an acupoint working member 302 , and the second specific positional relationship refers to the positional relationship between the acupoint 11 and the acupoint working member 302 .
[0437] As in the healthcare device 100 of the first embodiment, the healthcare body 110 is used to relatively position a finger, toe, arm or leg of the user.
[0438] For example, in the healthcare device 100 of the first embodiment, the healthcare body 110 is composed of two pivotally connected hollow semicircular cross-section fixed bodies 102 , each of the fixed bodies 102 has a semicircular cross-section rod 103 , and the two semicircular cross-section rods 103 are combined into a connecting rod.
[0439] As in the healthcare device 100 of the first embodiment, each semicircular cross-section fixing body 102 has an inner recessed area 104 to accommodate a body part or a joint of a finger 1 , so that the healthcare body 110 can properly fit or be positioned relative to the body part 1 .
[0440] As in the health care device 100 of the first embodiment, the fixing member 200 has a first end 202 which is hollow to accommodate a connecting rod formed by two semicircular cross-section rods 103, and the two hollow semicircular cross-section fixing bodies 102 are thus tightly fitted to the body part 1 therein.
[0441] As in the health care device 100 of the first embodiment, the fixing member 200 has a second end 204 which is fixedly connected to the acupoint working member connector 206 for connecting to the acupoint working member 300, and the fixing medium thereof may be a universal joint or a plurality of universal joints connected in series.
[0442] For example, in the health care device 100 of the first embodiment, the connection method between the first end 202 of the fixing member 200 and the connecting rod formed by two semicircular cross-section rods 103, or the connection method between the acupoint working member connector 206 and the acupoint working member 300 can be a male-female thread, or elastic retention, or a convex-concave engagement method due to material properties.
[0443] Observed from another angle, the aforementioned embodiment discloses a health care device 100, comprising a health care body 110 for fixing a body part 1 of a user so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part 1; and a workpiece holder 200 having a first end 202 connected to the health care body 110, and a second end 204 for fixing an acupoint working piece 300, so that the acupoint working piece 300 performs the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint 11 under the first specific position relationship.
[0444] Observed from another angle, the aforementioned embodiment discloses a health care device 100 for holding an acupoint working piece 300 thereon to perform a health care function on a user, wherein the user has a body part, the body part 1 has an acupoint 11, and the health care device 100 includes a health care body 110 for relatively positioning the body part 1 so that the health care body 110 and the body part 1 are maintained in a first specific position relationship with each other, and a workpiece holding piece 200 having a first end 202 mounted on the health care body 110, and a second end 204 for holding the acupoint working piece 300 so that the acupoint working piece 300 is in the first specific position relationship and has a second specific position relationship with the acupoint 11 to perform the health care function.
[0445] See also Figure 2 According to the second embodiment of the basic level of the present invention, the Hegu point 23 (international code LI4) located between the thumb 21 and the index finger 22 on the palm of a fist is taken as an example. This point 23 is located between the first metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone, but slightly close to the midpoint of the second metacarpal bone. It is mainly used to treat headache, eye pain, sore throat, toothache, epistaxis, cold, stroke, and facial nerve paralysis. This embodiment is the same as the first embodiment. It first focuses on the acupoints in special cases. When the special acupoints have a way to overcome the difficulty of positioning them with an acupoint working piece (or its acupoint working piece), the related problems of more common or easier acupoints that are positioned with each other can be easily solved.
[0446] The health care device 120 includes a health care body 122, which is slightly semi-cylindrical and has a groove 130 for accommodating a user's thumb therein. The user's thumb joint 24 is sleeved with the health care body 110 of the first embodiment, and the two sides of a hollow round end portion 112 of the health care body 110 rest on two abutment plates 126 provided on the two upper side shoulders 124 of the health care body 122. The two bottom plates are pushed toward the two thumb tips by two springs 128, respectively. In this way, the relative position between the thumb 22 and the health care body 122 is determined.
[0447] The health care body 122 has a recess 146 for fitting a user's short thumb muscle 26, so that the user can feel the grip of the health care body 122. The other health care body 110' is mounted on the second joint 25 of the index finger. The health care body 110 and the health care body 110' can be the same (adapted to the thumb or index finger by the fabric soft layer 105 of the first embodiment) or different (the outline or size is slightly different according to the thumb and index finger respectively). After the health care body 110' is mounted on the second joint 25, the index finger 22 mounted on the health care body 110' extends from the index finger receiving groove 135 provided between the index finger retaining wall 131 and the shoulder 133 to the index finger receiving area 132, and is pushed against the right and upper sides of the hollow round end portion 112' of the health care body 110' by the push plate 136 connected to the spring 134. The push plate 136 here is slightly inverted L-shaped, and the horizontal and vertical portions of the inverted L-shape are used to push against Figure 2 The right and upper side of the hollow round end 112' of the health care body 110'. In addition, the horizontal part of the reverse L-shaped abutment plate 136 is rotatably pivoted with a spring 134, so that after the index finger 22 is correctly positioned, the vertical part of the reverse L-shaped abutment plate 136 is rotated to help push the upper side of the hollow round end 112' of the health care body 110'. In this way, on the one hand, the index finger 21 is restricted in positioning, and on the other hand, the relative position relationship between the second end 204' of the fixing member 200' and the Hegu acupoint 23 is also determined. In other words, the relative position relationship between the acupoint working member 302' on the acupoint working member 300' and the Hegu acupoint 23 is determined accordingly, and the effect described or expected above can be obtained. In addition, the health care body 122 is provided with an index finger groove 138 for the index finger 21 buckled in the groove 132 to extend into. Of course, the health care body 122 may be provided with a middle finger groove 140, a ring finger groove 142 and a little finger groove 144, so that the other three fingers can be inserted or not inserted. The finger grooves 138-144 may or may not be interconnected, or each may have a completely or partially independent space to accommodate each finger individually or together.
[0448] It should be noted that the health care body 110 and the health care body 110' in this embodiment may have basic structural differences from the health care body 110 used in the first embodiment, because the health care body 110 and the health care body 110' in this embodiment are not like the first embodiment 110, which needs to rely on the thumb joint 24 for self-positioning. In detail, the health care body 110' can be designed to be only set on the finger part corresponding to the middle section of the phalanx, because one end of the health care body 110' will be blocked by the finger joint, so it will not slip off, and the other end will be resisted by the plate 126 or 136, so there is no trouble in determining the position. For this reason, the axial length of the health care body 110' can be shortened.
[0449] The second embodiment of the present invention is summarized as follows: a health care device 120, including a health care body 122, having two abutting parts 130, 135 for respectively relatively positioning two different parts 21, 22 of a body part 2 of a user, so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part 2; and a workpiece holding member 200, having a first end 202 connected to the health care body 110', and a second end 204 for fixing an acupoint working piece 300', so that the acupoint working piece 300' and the body part 2' are in a second specific position relationship corresponding to the first specific position relationship.
[0450] For example, in the health care device 120 of the second embodiment, there is an acupoint 23 between the two different parts 21 and 22, the acupoint working piece 300' has an acupoint working piece 302', and the second specific position relationship refers to the position relationship between the acupoint 23 and the acupoint working piece 302'.
[0451] For example, in the healthcare device 120 of the second embodiment, the healthcare body 122 is used to relatively position two fingers of the user, such as a thumb and an index finger.
[0452] For example, in the healthcare device 120 of the second embodiment, the healthcare body 122 has two finger receiving portions, such as a thumb receiving portion 130 and an index finger receiving portion 135 .
[0453] As for the healthcare device 120 of the second embodiment, the thumb receiving portion 129 includes a groove 130 defined by two side shoulders 124 , two springs 128 respectively disposed in the two shoulders 124 , and two abutment plates 126 respectively connected to the springs 128 .
[0454] As in the health care device 120 of the second embodiment, the index finger receiving area 132 includes an index finger baffle 131, a shoulder 133, a groove 135 defined by the index finger baffle 131 and the shoulder 133, a spring 134 disposed in the shoulder 133, and an inverted L-shaped abutment 136 pivotably connected to the spring 134.
[0455] As in the health care device 120 of the second embodiment, the health care body 122 has a recess 146 for adapting to the short thumb muscle 26 of a user so that the user can have a feeling of holding the health care body 122.
[0456] For example, in the health care device 120 of the second embodiment, the health care body 122 is provided with a groove 138 for the distal segment of the index finger, and may also be provided with a middle finger groove 140, a ring finger groove 142 and a little finger groove 144, so that the remaining three fingers can be inserted or not inserted at will, wherein the finger grooves 138-144 may or may not be interconnected with each other, or each may have a completely or partially independent space to accommodate each finger individually or together.
[0457] From another perspective, a health care device 120 is used to hold an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 or as described in the embodiments described later) to perform a health care function on a user, wherein the user has a body part 2, the body part has two different parts 21, 22, there is an acupuncture point 23 between the two different parts, and the health care device 120 includes: a health care body 122, with two abutting parts (124-130 and 131-135) for respectively positioning the two different parts 21, 22 of a body part of a user relative to each other, so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part 2; and a workpiece holder (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later), having: a first end mounted on the health care body; and a second end for holding the acupoint working piece, so that the acupoint working piece can perform the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint under the first specific position relationship.
[0458] From another perspective, a health care device 120 includes: a health care body 122 having two abutting parts (124-130 and 131-135) for respectively positioning two different parts 21, 22 of a body part 2 of a user relative to each other so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part 2, wherein there is an acupuncture point 23 between the two different parts; and a workpiece holding member (such as Figure 1 or the embodiment described later), having: a first end mounted on the health care body; and a second end for holding an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 Or as described in the later-described embodiments), so that the acupoint working piece performs a health care operation under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint in the first specific position relationship.
[0459] The distribution of acupuncture points in the chest and abdomen is quite symmetrical. For the chest, the midline is the Ren Meridian, and 5 fen on both sides are the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian; one inch further (i.e. 1.5 inches away from the Ren Meridian) is the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian. The rest are not listed for the time being. For the back, the midline of the spine is the Du Meridian, and 1.5 inches and 3 inches on both sides are the two paths of the Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian. The rest are not listed for the time being. For the sake of gender equality, Figure 3A The back Du channel 30, the foot Taiyang channel 31 and acupuncture points are displayed, for example, Dazhui (international code GV14) 32, Taodao (international code GV13) 33, Shenzhu (international code GV12) 34, Ganshu (international code BL18) 35, Gallbladder Shu (international code BL19) 36, Pishu (international code BL20) 37, Weicang (international code BL50) 38, Liangmen (international code BL51) 39 and Zhishi (international code BL52) 40.
[0460] See also Figure 3B, which is a simple health care device 150 for chest or back. The health care device 150 has a health care body 152, a support cross member 156, two ends 164 of which are connected to the health care body 152, and a workpiece support medium 158 fixedly connected to the support cross member 156. The health care body 152 also has two pillars 166, the upper ends 157 of the pillars 166 are pivotally connected to the ends 164 of the support cross member 156, the middle connecting member 168 fixedly connected to the two pillars 166, and the pressing member 154 fixedly connected to the middle connecting member 168, wherein the angles between the two pillars 166 and the middle connecting member 168, and between the middle connecting member 168 and the pressing member 154 are basically 90 degrees in use. That is, when in use, the user presses the pressing member 154 with the chest or back to make the health care body 152 in a relatively fixed position. Since the pressing piece 154 is to be pressed by the user, its shape should not make the user feel uncomfortable, or its placement surface should have a corresponding depression to avoid the user's discomfort.
[0461] The workpiece support medium 158 can be slidably mounted with a sleeve 160 thereon, and the sleeve 160 is fixedly mounted with a workpiece connection head 162 thereon, so as to be mounted on the acupoint working piece described in the first embodiment. Thus, the therapist or treatment person can move / adjust the position of the sleeve 160 on the workpiece support medium 158 to fix or determine the relative positional relationship between the acupoint working piece and the specific acupoint.
[0462] If you think that there are so many acupuncture points on the chest or back, the health care device 150 seems too simple, we may agree Figure 3CThe health care device 170 is somewhat advanced. The health care device 170 has a health care body 172, a support cross member 400, and its two ends 410 are respectively pivoted to the health care body 172, and a workpiece support medium 404 is slidably mounted on the support cross member 400. The health care body 172 has a first pair of pillars 174, the upper ends 175 of the pillars 174 are pivoted to the ends of the support cross member 400, an intermediate connecting member 176 fixedly connected to the two pillars 174, a matching pressure member 178 fixedly connected to the intermediate connecting member 176, a second pair of pillars 184, an intermediate connecting member 185 fixedly connected to the two pillars 184, and a matching pressure member 186 fixedly connected to the intermediate connecting member 185, wherein the two pillars 174 (184) and the intermediate connecting member 176 are connected to each other. The angles between the two parts 176 (185) and the middle connecting part 176 (185) and the matching pressing part 178 (186) are basically 90 degrees. The matching pressing part 178 (186) has a half-thickness area 180 (188). The matching pressing part 186 is pivotally connected to the middle connecting part 185 by a pivot 187, and the half-thickness areas 180 and 188 are respectively provided with matching concave holes 182 and convex columns 190. When in use, the matching pressing part 186 and the two pillars 184 are first placed in a parallel or connected relationship. After the user presses the combined matching pressing parts 178 and 186 with the chest or back, the two pillars 184 are pivoted to form a right-angled arrangement relationship with the matching pressing part 186, so that the health care body 172 is in a relatively fixed position state. As mentioned above, since the mating pressure pieces 178 and 186 are for users to press, their appearance should not make the users feel uncomfortable, or their placement surfaces should have corresponding depressions to avoid the users' discomfort.
[0463] As in the previous example, the workpiece support medium 404 can be slidably mounted with a sleeve 406 thereon, and the sleeve 406 is fixedly mounted with a workpiece connection head 408 thereon, for being mounted on the acupoint working piece described in the first embodiment. Thus, the therapist or treatment person can move / adjust the position of the sleeve 406 on the workpiece support medium 404 to fix or determine the relative positional relationship between the acupoint working piece and the specific acupoint. The workpiece support medium 404 has a connecting end 402 which can be slidably mounted on the supporting cross member 400, and a free end 412 which is clamped by a pair of clamps 189 and 192 arranged on the second pair of pillars 184, wherein the clamp 189 is fixed on the top of the pair of pillars 184, the clamp 192 is pivoted on the upper end of one pillar 184 by a pin 191, the other pillar 184 is provided with a flange 194, the free end of the clamp 192 is provided with a groove 197, the flange 194 and the free end of the clamp 192 are respectively provided with through holes 196 and 198, and a pin 199 is used to pass through the through holes 196 and 198, so that the pair of clamps 189 and 192 hold the free end 412.
[0464] Although today's technology has made precise matching no longer a problem, in order to take into account the convenience of sliding (so a considerable margin must be left) and the certainty of positioning, it is feasible to set the corresponding surfaces 195 and 193 of the clamps 189 and 192, the corresponding surfaces 401 and 403 of the supporting crosspiece 400 and the connecting end 402, and the corresponding surfaces 405 and 407 of the workpiece support medium 404 and the adjustment sleeve 406 as rough or covered with a layer of thick or thin rubber material. In addition, because the chest and abdominal acupuncture points are symmetrically distributed relative to the Ren channel or the Du channel, it is often necessary to treat both symmetrical acupuncture points, so the adjustment sleeve 406 is preferably set in pairs. Of course, if multiple acupuncture points need to be treated at the same time, the number of workpiece support media 404 can also be increased.
[0465] The above two embodiments are summarized as follows: a health care device 150 (170), including a health care body 152 (172), having two supporting parts 166 (174), and each supporting part 166 (174) has an upper end 157 (175) so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with a body of a user; a supporting cross member 156 (400), having two end parts 164 (410) for being respectively pivotally connected to the upper ends 157 (175) of the two supporting parts; and a workpiece supporting medium 404, having a first end 402 connected to the health care body 152 (72), and an adjusting sleeve 406 mounted thereon, for fixing an acupoint working piece, so that the acupoint working piece and the body are in a second specific position relationship corresponding to the first specific position relationship.
[0466] As in the health care device 150 (170) of the aforementioned embodiment, the torso is the chest or back of a person, the acupoint working piece has an acupoint working piece, and the second specific positional relationship refers to the mutual positional relationship between an acupoint on the chest or back and the acupoint working piece.
[0467] As in the healthcare device 150 (170) of the aforementioned embodiment, the healthcare body 152 (172) has a pressing member 154 (178, 186) for pressing against a chest or abdomen of the relatively positioned user to position the healthcare body 152 (172).
[0468] As in the health care device 150 (170) of the aforementioned embodiment, the pressing piece has two matching parts 178, 186, each matching part 178 (186) has a half-thickness area 180 (188), and the half-thickness areas 180 and 188 are respectively provided with matching recessed holes 182 and protruding columns 190.
[0469] As in the health care device 150 (170) of the aforementioned embodiment, the health care body 172 has two pairs of pillars 174, 184, the bottoms of each pair of pillars 174, 184 are connected by an intermediate connecting piece 176, 185, and a matching component 186 is pivotally connected to the intermediate connecting piece 185 by a pivot 187.
[0470] As in the healthcare device 170 of the aforementioned embodiment, the workpiece support medium 404 is slidably mounted on the support cross member 400 ; and / or the workpiece support medium 404 is slidably mounted on the adjustment sleeve 406 thereon.
[0471] As in the healthcare device 170 of the aforementioned embodiment, the second pair of pillars 184 of the healthcare body 172 has a pair of clamps 189 , 192 mounted thereon for fixing the free end 412 of the workpiece supporting medium 404 .
[0472] As in the health care device 170 of the aforementioned embodiment, the corresponding surfaces 195 and 193 of the clamps 189 and 192, the corresponding surfaces 401 and 403 of the supporting cross member 400 and the connecting end 402, and the corresponding surfaces 405 and 407 of the workpiece supporting medium 404 and the adjusting sleeve 406 are roughened or covered with a layer of rubber material.
[0473] The healthcare device 150 ( 170 ) of the aforementioned embodiment further includes at least one second adjustment sleeve 406 and / or at least one second workpiece supporting medium 404 .
[0474] From another perspective, a health care device 150 (170) is used to hold an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later) to perform a health care function on a user, wherein the user has a body part, the body part has an acupuncture point, and the health care device comprises: a health care body (152, 166, 154, 168; 172, 174, 178, 184, 190) having a pair of support components (152, 166; 172, 174; 184) to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part; a support cross member 400 having two end portions 410 for respectively connecting to the pair of support components; and a workpiece support medium 412 connected to the support cross member and having a sleeve 408 sleeved thereon to fix the acupuncture point working piece, so that the acupuncture point working piece performs the health care function under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupuncture point in the first specific position relationship.
[0475] Observed from another angle, a health care device 150 (170) includes: a health care body (152, 166, 154, 168; 172, 174, 178, 184, 190) having a pair of support components (152, 166; 172, 174; 184) for relatively positioning a body part of a user so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part, wherein the body part has an acupuncture point; a supporting cross member 400 having two end portions 410 for respectively connecting to the pair of supporting components; and a workpiece supporting medium 412 connected to the supporting cross member and having a sleeve 408 sleeved thereon for fixing the acupuncture point working piece so that the acupuncture point working piece performs the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupuncture point in the first specific position relationship.
[0476] Whether it is the upper arm or the lower arm, the direction of the meridians is not as easy to follow as the acupuncture points in the chest and abdomen of the human body, and they run along the yin and yang sides of the arm respectively. Compared with the ease of acupuncturists, the general public or beginners may not be able to get started. We will only deal with the positioning problem first. Please refer to Figure 4A The upper arm health care device 500 of the present invention uses a health care body 502, with supporting substrates 501, 503, respectively provided with a pair of end recesses 511, 512, for respectively installing a pair of positioning blocks 524, 504. Since the positioning blocks 524, 504 are arranged in a similar manner, the arrangement thereof is only taken as an example of the positioning block 504, and is described in detail as follows.
[0477] The positioning block 504 has a pair of lower lugs 516, which are slidably disposed in the pair of side grooves 518 of the recess 512. The two ends 513, 515 of the plurality of springs 514 are respectively mounted on the inner concave end wall 517 located in the recess 512 and the lower inner concave wall 519 of the positioning block 504. The purpose of the concave end wall 517 and the concave wall 519 is to compensate or offset the length of the spring 514 as much as possible. With this design, the plurality of springs 514 always make the paired positioning blocks 504 each in the paired recesses 512 as close to each other as possible. The remaining width of the hollowed-out upper part of the free end of the supporting substrate 503 between the paired recesses 512 is approximately the thickness of the lower arm wrist. Because people are inevitably thin and fat, according to this design, the paired positioning blocks 504 can always automatically adjust and hold the lower arm wrist part. In addition, the shape of the lug in the figure is a sheet, but a cylindrical shape may be more common. Since the essence of the invention is the same, it will not be described in this specification.
[0478] When treating the acupuncture points of the hand yangming large intestine meridian (e.g., Wenliu acupoint, international code LI7, mainly for headache, sore throat, abdominal borborygmus, abdominal pain and shoulder and back pain), the wrist part should be held by the pair of positioning blocks 504 in the thickness direction to facilitate the treatment of the acupuncture points. At this time, the protrusion corresponding to the abductor hallucis brevis muscle of the user's palm is extended and placed in the recessed space 510 provided by the positioning block 504. However, when treating the acupuncture points of the hand jueyin pericardium meridian (e.g., Neiguan acupoint, international code PC6, mainly for stomachache, nausea, vomiting, chest and flank pain, arrhythmia, stroke, elbow spasm, facial heat and dizziness, shock), the wrist should be held by the positioning block pair 504 in the width direction with the negative side facing up. At this time, the wrist protrusion of the radius of the lower arm is buckled against the concave portion 506 of the left positioning block 504, and the wrist protrusion of the ulna of the lower arm is buckled against the concave portion 505' of the right positioning block 504, so as to perform the positioning function together. If we carefully observe the wrist structure, relative to the palm, the wrist protrusion of the radius of the lower arm is in a lower and forward position, while the wrist protrusion of the ulna of the lower arm is in an upper and backward position. Therefore, we can use this structural feature to design the position of the concave portions 505, 506 of the positioning block 504, thereby strengthening the positioning relationship or function. In detail, regardless of whether the negative side of the forearm (or lower arm) is facing up or down, the positioning block 504 group can smoothly hold and position it. In addition, the palm of the user is extended and placed in the groove 508 of the positioning block 504.
[0479] On the contrary, when treating the acupuncture points of the hand Shaoyang pericardium meridian (e.g., Waiguan acupoint, international code TE5, mainly for treating elbow and arm flexion and extension difficulties, finger pain and inability to grip, hand tremor, deafness, tinnitus, headache, cheek pain, fever), the wrist should be held by the positioning block 504 in the width direction and with the positive side facing up. At this time, the wrist protrusion of the ulna of the lower arm is buckled against the concave part 505 of the left positioning block 504, and the wrist protrusion of the radius of the lower arm is buckled against the concave part 506' of the right positioning block 504 to jointly perform the positioning function. There is a depression 520 at the end of the supporting substrate 503. This depression 520 has two functions. On the one hand, when the forearm is sideways (i.e., placed vertically with thickness) on the substrate 503, the user's little finger abductor muscle can be placed vertically; on the other hand, when the forearm is placed vertically on the substrate 503 with the negative side, the user's wrist and palm can be freely placed.
[0480] Please refer to Figure 4AThe left half is the positioning block 524 and the supporting base plate 501 for holding the elbow joint. The positioning block 524 has a recess 526 for accommodating the most protruding sesamoid bone at the ulnar side of the elbow end of the humerus, and the supporting base plate 501 is also provided with a corresponding recess 534 for accommodating the most protruding part (i.e., the elbow tip) of the elbow end of the ulna. The unusual mystery of the human body structure is that when the forearm is placed on the supporting base plates 501, 503, whether it is placed sideways or with the positive side facing up, the recesses 526 and 534 can respectively accommodate the sesamoid bone and the most protruding part. However, when the forearm is placed sideways, the left and lower sides of the muscle group protrusions of the forearm (composed of the palmaris longus, radial flexor carpi and ulnar flexor carpi) rest on the recess 528 of the positioning block 524 and the recess 536 on the supporting base plate 501. Like the positioning block 504 of the wrist joint, the positioning block 524 is disposed on a pair of recesses 511 on the supporting substrate 501 and has a pair of lugs 530 slidably disposed in grooves 532 of the recesses 511 .
[0481] Please refer to Figure 4A In the middle part, a length adjustment medium 546 is provided between the two supporting substrates 501 and 503. The Creator is mysterious and makes people tall and short, and arms long and short. For example, it is said that Liu Bang's arms were longer than his knees, so a length adjustment medium 546 is provided to adjust them. The adjacent ends of the supporting substrates 501 and 503 are provided with a central groove 550 for symmetrically accommodating a connecting plate 547. The adjacent ends of the supporting substrates 501 and 503 are each provided with an inner concave portion 538, so that a plurality of pairs of tension springs 540 are symmetrically provided above and below the connecting plate 547 to always pull each other closer. Because the opposite sides of the adjacent ends of the supporting substrates 501 and 503 are respectively provided with a plurality of paired pin holes 542, corresponding to the plurality of pin holes 548 on both sides provided on the connecting plate 547. After the distance between adjacent ends of the supporting substrates 501, 503 is properly adjusted to correspond to the user's arm length, the four pins 544 can be inserted into the corresponding pin holes 548 and the corresponding two pairs of pin holes 542 to complete the arm length setting.
[0482] Please refer to Figure 4B , and its right side is Figure 4A The supporting base plate of the forearm is slightly modified because it is intended to be combined with the upper arm to form a complete upper limb supporting plate. That is, the elbow end of the forearm supporting plate 502 (or 501) has a bottom cut-out portion 552 and a bottom shaft hole 554. The left side is the upper arm supporting plate 560, which has two supporting plate bodies 562, 564. The supporting plate body 564 has an upper end cut-out portion 568 at the elbow end, and a central pivot 572 at one end is pivotally connected to the bottom shaft hole 554. Since the forearm can only bend inwards but not outwards relative to the upper arm supporting plate 560, its pivoting is directional. Figure 4BThe elbow end of the forearm support plate 502 is specifically present, so when pivoting counterclockwise, its distal end will inevitably interfere with the elbow end of the upper arm support plate 560. Therefore, if the elbow end of the upper arm support plate 564 is not processed accordingly, they will inevitably be unable to rotate with each other. Therefore, the elbow end of the upper arm support plate 564 has a cutout portion 570 to accommodate the distal end 535 of the elbow end of the forearm support plate 502.
[0483] Please refer to Figure 4B On the left side, because the inner side of the upper arm is connected to the torso, the inner side and the outer side of the upper arm are different in length relative to the upper arm support plate body 562, so there is a cut-off portion 580 at the far side of the axilla end 566 of the support plate body 562, and a semi-cylindrical portion 576 is connected to support the user's armpit. In addition, there is a guide piece 578 near the axilla end 566 of the support plate body 562 to accommodate the shoulder end of the user's upper arm in abduction. Of course, in order to adapt to the length of the forearm, a length adjustment device 574 can be naturally added between the two support plate bodies 562, 564, which is not detailed here.
[0484] Please refer to Figure 4C , an embodiment of the length adjustment device 586 of the health care body of the health care device. A length adjustment plate 596 is provided between the two supporting base plates 582, 584. The length adjustment plate 596 has a sliding concave hole 595, a longitudinal central groove 591, a pair of grooves 597 disposed at both sides of the distal end, a pair of proximal grooves 610 and grooves 599 disposed at both sides of the length adjustment plate 596. A pair of distal arc protrusions 606, a pair of grooves 608 respectively arranged on both sides of the pair of arc protrusions 606, a pair of middle grooves 601 and a pair of (corresponding / symmetrical to the arc protrusions 606) springs 604 arranged between a pair of grooves 608 corresponding to each other and the pair of grooves 597, wherein the two ends of the pair of springs 604 are respectively connected between the corresponding grooves 608 and the grooves 597, and the longitudinal central groove 591 is for the trapezoidal plate 600 to move forward, and when the two supporting substrates 582, 584 are close to the length adjustment plate 596, the arc protrusion 606 is arranged to protrude therein. The distal multiple paired springs 604 and the proximal multiple springs 612 always tend to bring the supporting substrates 582, 584 and the length adjustment substrate 596 together in a plane, because the three substrates 582, 584 and 596 are slidably mounted together by the distal rod 602 and the sliding recess 616, the middle groove 601 and the trapezoidal action member 600, and the proximal corresponding paired guides 614 and paired guide grooves 618.
[0485] Although people are different in size and gender, in fact, the length difference of the forearm or upper arm is usually no more than 5 cm. Even if a four-year-old child is compared with a two-meter-tall person, it is rare for the difference to exceed 15 cm. The length adjustment base plate 596 has a screw hole 587 and a plurality of positioning pin holes 598. When the total length of the three base plates 582, 584 and 596 is the shortest, there is no gap between them. Because the trapezoidal action member and the screw rod assembly 620 are provided, when it is necessary to increase the virtual length of the appearance, we push the trapezoidal action member 600 to move to the far side by rotating the handle 590 of the screw rod 588. Since the inclined surfaces 603 on both sides of the trapezoidal action member 600 will push against the arc convex 606, the supporting base plates 582, 584 will be symmetrically pushed outward, thereby adjusting the total virtual length of the three base plates 582, 584 and 596. When the screw 588 is rotated to an appropriate degree to obtain an appropriate total virtual length of the three substrates 582, 584 and 596, the positioning pin 594 connected to the screw 588 by the chain 592 is inserted into the positioning pin hole 598 in front of the nearest rotation end point to prevent the springs 604 and 612 from possibly rotating the screw 588.
[0486] Please refer to Figure 4D , which is a first embodiment of a trapezoidal actuating member and a screw rod combination 620. The trapezoidal actuating member 600 has a bottom hole 624 to accommodate the screw rod end 622. Figure 4E , which is a second embodiment of the combination of a trapezoidal member and a screw rod 628. In some cases, for example, when it is desired to control the thickness of the supporting substrates 582, 584 and 596, or when the thickness of the trapezoidal member 630 is limited, a clamp 634 can be provided to hold the bottom end of the trapezoidal member 630, and the clamp 634 has a recessed hole 636 to fit the end 640 of the screw rod 638. In addition, a shallow guide groove 632 can also be provided on the side slope 631 according to the situation to ensure that the arc convex 606 ( Figure 4C ) and the relative movement between the trapezoidal action member 628.

Figure 1 In addition, the health care device for the sole of the foot can also be adopted or modified. Figure 3B It is obtained through health care device.
[0508] From this paragraph, we will discuss health care devices suitable for the lower limbs. The lower limbs include the thighs and calves, which are obviously thicker than the upper limbs, but the rotational flexibility is obviously far less. For example, the rotation angle of the knee joint and ankle joint is obviously not as good as that of the elbow joint and wrist joint. In addition, the regularity of the distribution of acupuncture points in the lower limbs is not as good as that of the upper limbs. Therefore, the design principles of health care devices suitable for the upper limbs cannot be directly or completely applied to the lower limbs. According to acupuncture theory, when we find the specific reference points of the thigh and calf segments of the lower limbs, we can find that there is a specific length ratio relationship between them. In detail, from the greater trochanter of the hip end of the thigh bone to the outer calf nose point (located between the thigh bone and the tibia, and outside the kneecap) is 19 inches, and from the outer calf nose point to the outer ankle tip is 16 inches, that is, the length ratio of the two sections is 19:16. This inch is different for everyone because of their height, but this ratio is the same for everyone regardless of age. The former responds to those who say that traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture is unscientific, while the latter makes people marvel at the mysteries of the human body or the wisdom of our ancestors.
[0509] Please refer to Figure 5 The health care body 660 of the lower limb health care device includes a calf bearing base plate 662, a thigh bearing base plate 664, and a length adjustment device 690. The length adjustment device 690 plays the following roles: (1) constituting a part of the bearing base plate or platform of the health care body 660; (2) providing a bearing platform for the knee end of the tibia relative to the (tibia) heel end 666 of the calf bearing base plate 662, and forming a combined calf bearing platform with the calf bearing base plate 662; (3) providing a bearing platform for the knee end of the thigh relative to the (femur) hip end 730 of the thigh bearing base plate 664, and forming a combined thigh and shank bearing platform with the calf bearing base plate 664; (4) being able to adjust the appearance length of the health care body to adapt to the specific leg length of each user; (5) being able to simultaneously adjust the length of the bearing platform corresponding to the thigh and calf of a specific user; (6) being able to simultaneously adjust the combined calf and thigh bearing platforms according to a ratio of 16:19; and (7) constituting a positioning device for the knee reference feature.
[0510] A pair of side grooves 668 are provided near the heel end 666 of the calf support base plate 662, in which a pair of positioning blocks 680 are slidably disposed. Figure 4A The positioning block group 504, 524 is similar to the above, and only briefly described here. As mentioned above, the distance from the outer calf nose point to the outer ankle tip is 16 inches. As for the outer ankle tip to the heel, although it is not the characteristic length range of the calf, the sole of the foot is connected to the calf, so we design it as follows. Considering that when a user lies prone, it is used to accommodate the outer convex part of the tibia on the back of the user's calf, and when the user lies supine, it can adapt to the calf, Achilles tendon and heel bone. The calf support base plate 662 is provided with a middle depression 740, and the heel end 666 has a deeper depression 670. The calf support base plate 662 near the heel end 666 is provided with a pair of grooves 668, and each groove 668 is provided with a pair of convex ears 682 provided on each positioning block 680 in a slidable manner. The positioning block group 680 and the heel end 666 can be provided with a heel height adjustment medium 748 to adapt to the heel height of different users. The pair of opposing surfaces 681 of the pair of positioning blocks 680 are provided with ankle joint matching recesses. Figure 5 For example, the distal positioning block 680 of the embodiment of the present invention has a large lateral malleolus concave portion 684, a middle lateral malleolus concave portion 686 and a small lateral malleolus concave portion 688 on its opposite surface 681. The purpose of dividing these three concave portions is to match the height of a person, and the lateral malleolus tip is set in each of them. In detail, generally speaking, although people are judged as small (children), tall, big, fat and thin, in reality, the length difference of the calf or sole is usually less than 50%. Further analysis shows that the vertical (when standing) or horizontal (when lying) distance or height from the lateral malleolus tip to the heel is about 4 cm for a child, and about 7 cm for a person with a height of about 170 cm. Therefore, if we also set three recesses 672, 674, and 676 in the depression 670 corresponding to the heel, the recess pairs 672 and 688, 674 and 686, and 676 and 684 can be perfectly adapted to the individual body length of each user. In this way, the heel height adjustment medium 748 can be obtained.
[0511] Of course, in terms of design, we can change the design of the three recesses 672, 674, 676 on the heel into a continuous slope to create an infinite segmentation effect. In this case, the positioning block 680 can have only one lateral malleolus recess. On the contrary, if the width of the opposing surface 681 is increased, the heel end 666 can be narrowed without the need to set up the three recesses 672, 674, 676. In addition, the proximal positioning block 680 is provided with a recess corresponding to the tip of the medial malleolus (not shown). To facilitate the assembly of the health care body, the opposing surfaces 681 on both sides of each positioning block 680 can be respectively provided with three recesses 684, 686, 688 corresponding to the medial malleolus (not shown) and the tip of the lateral malleolus. When assembling the health care body 660, there is no need to pay attention to which positioning block 680 belongs to the distal or proximal side. It is also worth noting that when using the health care body, because the acupuncture points are located on the back of the leg or the calf, the user may lie on his back or prone. Figure 5 For example, when lying on one's back, the tip of the outer ankle of the right leg is on the far side; when lying prone, the tip of the outer ankle of the left leg is also on the far side, so the distal positioning block is provided with three ankle tip recesses 685, 687, 689 for positioning when lying prone. It is also worth noting that when lying on one's back, the Achilles tendon will raise the height of the outer ankle tip, but when lying prone, the distance between the instep and the outer ankle tip is shortened, so the height of the three outer ankle recesses 685, 687, 689 on the positioning block 680 is less than the height of the three outer ankle recesses 684, 686, 688. Needless to say, the springs that pull the paired positioning blocks 680 closer to each other are Figure 4A The same, so I won’t go into details here.
[0512] The buttocks end 730 of the health care body 660 is provided with a depression 736 for accommodating the muscles at the connection between the buttocks and the thigh, and the distal end thereof is provided with a receiving hole 732 for accommodating a positioning block 726. The positioning block is provided with a positioning hole 728 for accommodating the protruding part of the greater trochanter of the buttocks end of the thigh bone. Multiple springs 734 are provided between the distal wall of the receiving hole 732 and the distal wall of the positioning block 726 to push the positioning block 726 against the protruding part of the greater trochanter of the buttocks end of the thigh bone for positioning. The proximal side of the buttocks end 730 of the thigh support base plate 664 is connected with a stopper 738 for abutting against the bottom edge of the groin to complete the complete positioning of the buttocks end 730 of the lower limb.
[0513] Please refer to Figure 5 The middle part shows the length adjustment device 690 of the health care body 660. Basically, the length adjustment device 690 plays a part in the calf support and the thigh support at the same time, and together with the calf support base plate 662 and the thigh support base plate 664, respectively, constitutes a complete platform for calf and thigh support. The calf and thigh support base plates 662, 664 are connected together in a longitudinal direction with adjustable distances from each other by at least one pair of rods 710 and at least two pairs of rod holes 712 that are sleeved with the pair of rods 710 and are respectively arranged at the adjacent two ends and both sides of the support base plates 662, 664, so as to constitute a complete lower limb health care body 660.
[0514] The length adjustment device 690 mainly includes a supporting substrate 702, an operating rod 694, and a length adjustment trapezoidal action member 742 (please refer to Figure 5A ). The length adjustment device 690 and Figure 4C The length adjustment device 586 is somewhat similar to the length adjustment device 586 of the calf and thigh. To save space, only the main differences are described here. The supporting substrate 702 has a central depression 720, a screw hole 704, and a distal middle groove (not shown, for accommodating the length adjustment trapezoidal actuator 742). The length adjustment trapezoidal actuator 742 has two side slopes 744 and 746 for respectively contacting the arc convexities on the adjacent ends of the calf and thigh supporting substrates 662, 664 (not shown, for clarity of the drawing, please refer to Figure 4C ). The distal half of the operating rod 694 is provided with a thread 692 for being screwed into the screw hole 704 to push the length adjustment trapezoidal action member 742 placed in the distal middle groove of the supporting base plate 702 as needed, so as to increase the length of the calf and thigh supporting platform according to actual needs. The central concave 720 is provided to accommodate the convex part of the kneecap of the user when the user lies prone.
[0515] The paired positioning blocks 714 are disposed in the space 706 between the thigh and calf supporting substrates 664, 662 to locate the corresponding features of the tibia and femur of the knee joint. In detail, in the knee joint, the most protruding part on the outside is the tibial knee tuberosity, and the most protruding part on the inside is the femur or femoral knee tuberosity, so the distal end positioning block 714 has a recess 718 to accommodate the tibial knee tuberosity. Because lying on your back and lying on your stomach will only change your feet, the position of the tibial knee tuberosity will not change, so a single recess 718 is sufficient. In detail, although the height of the tuberosity is different when lying on your back and lying on your stomach, it can be compensated by selecting the depth of the central depression 720 or the central height of the supporting substrate 702. Similarly, Figure 5 The accommodating recess 719 corresponding to the trochanter of the knee end of the femur on the proximal end positioning block 714 only needs to be set up alone. Figure 5 As shown, the shape of the lug member 716 of the positioning block 714 is similar to Figure 4A There is a significant difference between the two, because the thigh and calf support base plates 664, 662 will separate from each other during the operation of the length adjustment device 690, so the extended lug member 716 is required to allow the positioning block group 714 to be slidably positioned between the thigh and calf support base plates 664, 662 during the separation of the thigh and calf support base plates 664, 662 due to the pair of slide grooves 748 respectively slidably arranged on the thigh and calf support base plates 664, 662. In addition, a spring is arranged between each positioning block group 714 and the support base plate (not shown in the figure for clarity, please refer to Figure 4A ) so that the positioning block group 714 always tends to be close to each other to achieve the task of positioning the user's knee joint.
[0516] One or more pairs of springs 708 are used to always tend to keep the thigh and calf support bases 664, 662 close to each other. Due to the characteristics of this embodiment, the spring pairs 708 can be installed after the positioning block assembly is installed. The proximal positioning block 714 has a through hole 722 for freely passing the operating rod 694, and a plurality of pin holes 724 are provided on the proximal surface so that when the operating rod 694 is in the correct operating position, the pin 700 connected to the handle 696 by the chain 698 is fixed in the pin hole 724. Please refer to Figure 5A The inclined surfaces 744 and 746 on both sides are arranged in such a way that the distances between each inclined surface and the center of the operating rod 694 are X and Y respectively, and the distances between X and Y are in a ratio of 16:19, so that the length adjustment device 690 can be pushed away from the calf and thigh supporting base plates 662, 664 according to the ratio, so as to perfectly adjust the thigh and calf length in acupuncture for each user without deformation.
[0517] The health care body of the lower limb health care device of the present invention is summarized as follows: a health care body (660), including a calf supporting base plate (662); a thigh supporting base plate 664; and a length adjustment device (690), wherein the length adjustment device (690) has a first part that forms a combined calf supporting platform with the calf supporting base plate (662), and a second part that forms a combined calf and thigh supporting platform with the thigh supporting base plate (664).
[0518] As in the health care body of the previous embodiment, the length adjustment device (690) also serves as a positioning device for the knee reference feature.
[0519] According to the second embodiment of the health care body of the lower limb health care device of the present invention, a health care body (660) includes a calf supporting base plate (662) for supporting the calf and lateral malleolus of a user; a thigh supporting base plate (664) for supporting the thigh and greater trochanter convexity of the femur of the user; and a length adjustment device (690), which has a first and a second part for supporting the lateral tuberosity of the tibia knee end of the user's calf and the medial tuberosity of the femur knee end of the thigh, respectively, wherein the length adjustment device (690) can adjust the apparent length of the health care body to adapt to the specific leg length of the user.
[0520] As in the health care body of the previous embodiment, the calf supporting base plate (662) and the thigh supporting base plate (664) respectively form a calf and a thigh supporting platform together with the first and second parts of the length adjustment device (690), and the length adjustment device simultaneously adjusts the lengths corresponding to the thigh and calf supporting platforms.
[0521] According to the second embodiment of the health care body of the lower limb health care device of the present invention, a health care body (660) includes a calf supporting base plate (662) for supporting a user's calf and lateral malleolus; a thigh supporting base plate 664 for supporting the user's thigh and greater trochanter convexity of the thigh bone; and a length adjustment device (690), wherein the length adjustment device (690) has a first and a second part for respectively supporting the lateral tuberosity of the tibia knee end of the user's calf and the medial tuberosity of the thigh knee end of the thigh bone, the calf supporting base plate (662) and the thigh supporting base plate (664) respectively together with the first and second parts of the length adjustment device (690) constitute a combined calf and thigh supporting platform, and the length adjustment device (690) is based on a ratio of 16:19 to simultaneously adjust the combined calf and thigh supporting platform.
[0522] As in the aforementioned examples of the health care body (660), the calf support base plate (662) is provided with a middle depression (740) so that when a user lies prone, it can accommodate the outer protrusion of the tibia on the back of the user's calf, and when the user lies supine, it can accommodate the calf.
[0523] As in the aforementioned health care body (660), the calf support base plate (662) has a heel end (666) with a deeper depression (670) to accommodate the Achilles tendon and calcaneus of the user when the user lies prone.
[0524] As in the aforementioned health care body (660), the calf support base plate (662) has a heel end (666), and a pair of positioning blocks (680) are slidably provided adjacent to the heel end 666 to respectively accommodate the lateral ankle tip and medial ankle tip of a user.
[0525] As in the health care body (660) in the previous section, a heel height adjustment medium (748) is provided between the pair of positioning blocks (680) and the heel end (666) to adapt to the specific heel height of each user.
[0526] As in the health care body (660) in the previous section, the pair of positioning blocks (680) respectively have opposing surfaces (681) and are respectively provided with recesses (684, 685, 686, 687, 688, 689). The recesses are designed so that regardless of whether the user is lying on his back or prone, and regardless of whether the positioning block set (680) is interchanged, the recesses can correctly accommodate the user's lateral malleolus and medial malleolus.
[0527] As in the aforementioned examples of the health care body (660), the thigh support substrate (664) has a buttocks end (730), and the buttocks end (730) is provided with a depression 736 for accommodating the muscles at the connection between the buttocks and the thigh; a positioning block (726) is used to be equipped with the greater trochanter protrusion of the buttocks end of the thigh bone of a user; and a stop portion (738) is provided on one side of the buttocks end (730) to abut against the bottom edge of the user's groin.
[0528] As in the aforementioned examples of the health care body (660), the length adjustment device (690) includes a supporting base plate (702), an operating rod (694), and a length adjustment trapezoidal action member (742); the length adjustment trapezoidal action member (742) has two side inclined surfaces (744, 746) for respectively pushing the calf and thigh supporting base plates (662, 664); the distances between the two side inclined surfaces (744, 746) and the center of the operating rod (694) are X and Y respectively; and the distances between X and Y are in a ratio of 16:19.
[0529] As in the health care body (660) in the previous section, the length adjustment device (690) includes a pair of positioning blocks (714) disposed between the thigh and calf support bases (664, 662) for respectively and simultaneously positioning a user's tibial knee tuberosity and femoral knee tuberosity.
[0530] From another perspective, a health care body (660) is used to hold an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later) to provide a health care function for a user, wherein the user has a lower limb, the lower limb has a calf, a thigh and an acupuncture point, and the health care body includes: a calf supporting substrate (662) and a thigh supporting substrate (664), which are used to support and position the calf and thigh respectively, so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the calf or thigh; a length adjustment device (690), which is arranged between the calf supporting substrate and the thigh supporting substrate, wherein the calf supporting substrate, the thigh supporting substrate and the length adjustment device together have a real overall length and a virtual length, and the length adjustment device is used to adjust the virtual length of the health care body; and a workpiece holder (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later), having: a first end connected to the calf or thigh supporting substrate; and a second end for holding the acupoint working piece thereon, so that the acupoint working piece can perform the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint under the first specific position relationship.
[0531] From another perspective, a health care device (660) includes: a health care body having a calf support substrate (662) and a thigh support substrate (664) for supporting and positioning a user's lower limb so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the lower limb, wherein the lower limb has a calf, a thigh and an acupuncture point; a length adjustment device (690) disposed between the calf support substrate and the thigh support substrate, wherein the calf support substrate, the thigh support substrate and the length adjustment device together have a real overall length and a virtual length, and the length adjustment device is used to adjust the virtual length of the health care body; and a workpiece holder (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later), having: a first end connected to the calf or thigh supporting substrate; and a second end for holding an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later) to provide a health care function for a user, so that the acupoint working piece performs the health care function under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint in the first specific position relationship.
[0532] After the above discussion, the only part of the human body that has not been processed is the head. For this, please refer to Figure 6 , which shows that the head health care body 760 includes a base plate 762, two pairs of grooves 764 on the left and right, a pair of hydraulic cylinders 772, a pair of head positioning plates 766, two pairs of pressure sensors 784 respectively installed on the pair of positioning plates 766, a circuit configuration 790 for integrating the actions of the pressure sensors 784 and the hydraulic cylinders 766, and two pairs of hydraulic cylinder forward and backward buttons 786, 788 respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the base plate 762. In detail, a pair of lower convex sliding members 782 with two side ears are arranged below each positioning plate 766 and can be slidably arranged in the corresponding pair of grooves 764. The hydraulic cylinder 772 has a first end 774 fixed on the base plate 762 and a second end 776, and the second end 776 is fixed to the corresponding positioning block 766 through a pair of connecting rods 768, 770, so that the distance between the pair of positioning blocks 766 is determined by the pair of hydraulic cylinders 772.
[0533] In use, since there are many acupuncture points on the face and the back of the head, the health care body 760 is suitable for the user to lie on his back to work on the face, and is also suitable for lying prone to work on the back of the head. We can also understand why the center of the base plate 762 is provided with an inverted triangle hole 780, so that the user's eyes and nose are not compressed when lying prone. When the forward button 786 is operated, the hydraulic cylinder 772 pushes the positioning plates 766 to move closer to each other. First, a pair of ears of the user will pass through the ear holes 778 on the positioning plate 766, and when the user's most protruding temple part properly touches a related pressure sensor 784 on the side of the user's head, the circuit configuration 790 immediately cuts off the power supply of the hydraulic cylinder 772, and the positioning of the head is completed. Whether the fixing part of the acupuncture point working part is arranged on the base plate 762 or the positioning plate 766, it is easy to define its relative position with the acupuncture point, so it is not repeated here.
[0534] It is worth noting that the moving device of the aforementioned head health care device (i.e., the hydraulic cylinder 772 in the embodiment) can also be simply modified and transferred to the length adjustment device of the earlier embodiment, and can be digitized to more accurately control the total amount of displacement, which will not be elaborated here.
[0535] Here, the head health care body is summarized as follows: a health care body (760) includes a base plate (762) for supporting the head of a user; a pair of head positioning plates (766) symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the head and laterally movably arranged on the base plate (762) for positioning the head of the user to facilitate working on an acupuncture point on the head or face of the user; a moving device (772) is installed between the base plate (762) and the pair of head positioning plates (766) to determine the distance between the pair of head positioning plates (766) to adapt to the width of the face or head of the user; and an acupuncture point working piece is installed on the base plate (762) or the head positioning plate (766) to work on the acupuncture point.
[0536] As described above, the head health care body further includes a pressure sensor (784) installed on at least one of the pair of positioning plates (766), and its position corresponds to the vicinity of the user's temple, so that when the pair of positioning plates (766) touches or clamps the user's head to a certain extent, the power supply of the mobile device is cut off.
[0537] As in the aforementioned head health care body, the moving device (772) is a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder.
[0538] As in the aforementioned head health care body, a pair of forward and backward buttons (786, 788) for controlling the mobile device are provided on either side of the base plate (762).
[0539] As in the aforementioned head health care body, the base plate (762) is provided with a pair of grooves (764); and a pair of convex sliding members (782) with two side ear pieces are provided below each positioning plate (766), which are slidably disposed in the corresponding pair of grooves (764).
[0540] As in the aforementioned head health care body, the moving device (772) has a first end (774) fixed on the base plate (762), and a second end (776) fixedly connected to the corresponding positioning block (766) via a pair of connecting rods (768, 770).
[0541] As in the aforementioned head health care body, the base plate (762) has an inverted triangle hole (780) in the middle area, so that the user's eyes and nose are not compressed when lying prone.
[0542] As in the aforementioned head health care body, each positioning plate (766) is provided with an ear hole (778) to allow a user's ear to penetrate through.
[0543] From another perspective, a health care body 760 is used to hold an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later) to perform a health care function on a user, wherein the user has a head, a face and an acupuncture point, and the health care body comprises: a substrate 762 for carrying the head or face thereon so as to maintain a first specific positional relationship with the head or face; a pair of head positioning plates (766) symmetrically arranged on the substrate with respect to the longitudinal axis of the head and laterally movably disposed thereon for positioning the head or face so as to facilitate a health care function for the user through the acupuncture point; a moving device (772) installed between the substrate and the pair of head positioning plates for setting the distance between the pair of head positioning plates to adapt to the width of the face or head of the user; and a workpiece holder (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later), having: a first end connected to the substrate; and a second end for holding the acupoint working piece thereon, so that the acupoint working piece can perform the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint under the first specific position relationship.
[0544] From another perspective, a health care body 760 includes: a base plate 762 for carrying a head or a face of a user thereon so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the head or the face, wherein the head or the face has an acupuncture point; a pair of head positioning plates 766, symmetrically arranged on the base plate with respect to the longitudinal axis of the head and laterally movable, for positioning the head or the face, so as to facilitate a health care operation for the user through the acupuncture point; a moving device 772, installed between the base plate and the pair of head positioning plates, for setting the distance between the pair of head positioning plates to adapt to the width of the face or the head of the user; and a workpiece holder (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later), having: a first end connected to the substrate; and a second end for holding an acupoint working piece (such as Figure 1 and the embodiments described later) to perform the health care function, so that the acupoint working piece performs the health care work under the condition of having a second specific position relationship with the acupoint in the first specific position relationship.
[0545] Those who have studied acupuncture and are sensitive may immediately question that the acupuncture point positioning mechanism introduced above is new, but it is not complete or ideal. The reason why it is not complete is that, taking the head health care body as an example, there are acupuncture points on the top of the head. If the acupuncture point workpiece positioning device is to be set on the positioning plate 766, it seems that the distance is relatively far and may cause doubts in "precise" positioning. Therefore, we seem to be able to develop the following logic. If we can solve the precise positioning of the acupuncture points in the front, back and top of the head, then by using or modifying this solution, the precise positioning of the rest of the acupuncture points in the body will naturally be at our fingertips. Of course, in order to avoid the slightest doubt of those who are familiar with this art, while revealing this solution below, we will also briefly explain why the precise positioning of the rest of the acupuncture points is a piece of cake.
[0546] Figure 7 The head health care device 800 can be precisely positioned, and includes a health care body 802. Figure 6 The two positioning plates 766 are changed into the two track bodies 804 in this figure. In appearance, it seems to be complicated instead of simple, but this is the only way for the present invention to leap from the basic level to the advanced level, which is described as follows. However, in order to avoid the diagram being too complicated, the first displacement or adjustment device of the distance between the two track bodies 804 has been disclosed in the previous embodiment, so Figure 7 Each track body 804 has an upper surface 810, and a pair of tooth grooves 806 are disposed on both sides of the upper surface 810 in the longitudinal direction, and a lower rack 808 is disposed on the top surface of the rack 806. In addition, an upper rack 812 is also disposed on the upper surface 810 in the longitudinal direction.
[0547] The first displacement or adjustment device of the two track bodies 804 is used to adjust the distance between them, and the carrier bodies 814, 816 are used to carry a working base 848. The carrier bodies 814, 816 are two-piece because they need to cooperate with the distance change between the two track bodies 804, but they also need to fully bear the load-bearing work. A pair of positioning rods 832 are respectively provided on the far and near sides of the left end surface 830 of the carrier body 816, and the carrier body 814 is correspondingly provided with a pair of positioning grooves 834, so that no matter how the two track bodies 804 change within the necessary distance adjustment range, the upper surfaces 858, 860 of the two carrier bodies 814, 816 are all on the same load-bearing horizontal plane.
[0548] A pair of positioning plates 818 are respectively disposed on the proximal surfaces 862, 864 of the carrier bodies 814, 816, and each positioning plate 818 is provided with a positioning gear 820 for meshing with the lower rack 808. A stepping motor 822 and a tooth guard (with or without teeth) 824 are respectively fixed on the two proximal surfaces 862, 864, the stepping motor 822 has a motor shaft 826, and a gear 828 is coaxially fixed to the motor shaft 826. Thus, when the gear 828 is driven to rotate by the stepping motor 822, since the carrier bodies 814, 816 are already held on the lower rack 808 by the positioning gear 820, the gear 828 will be firmly engaged in the upper rack 812 (and the tooth guard 824 (if provided with teeth)) and rotate, and will drive the carrier bodies 814, 816 as a whole to move longitudinally along the two track bodies 804. In addition, the entire mechanism, i.e., all components carried and fixed by the carrier bodies 814, 816, thus achieves a second displacement or position adjustment function (i.e., along the longitudinal direction of the track body 804) under the cooperation of the two sets of upper gears 828 and the pair of lower gears 820. As for the function or purpose of this second displacement or position adjustment, it will be explained later.
[0549] The carrier body 814 is fixed with a positioning plate 836 on one side for fixing another stepper motor 838, and the stepper motor 838 is used to drive the screw 840. The screw groove 842 is fixed on the upper surface 858, 860 to accommodate the screw 840, and has two side wall upper surfaces 844. The working base 848 is driven by the stepper motor 838 along the two side wall upper surfaces 844 through the moving member 846 screwed to the screw 840 to determine its working position. In order to adapt to the change in the distance between the two track bodies 804, the bottom of the right half of the screw groove 842 is provided with a middle protrusion 852, and the upper surface 860 is provided with a corresponding groove 854, so as to allow the middle protrusion 852 to slide freely in the groove 854. Of course, in order to increase the smoothness of sliding, a plurality of balls 856 can be set between the middle protrusion 852 and the groove 854 to increase its sliding property. Thus, the present mechanism completes the third free change of the working position of the working base 848 on the screw slot 842, without being affected by the first and second displacements or position adjustments mentioned above. Of course, the function or purpose of this third displacement or position adjustment or change will be described later. The working base 848 has a fixing bolt 850 for fixing a working piece, which will also be described later.
[0550] The standard for head and face inch positioning is the Touwei acupoint of the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming (international code ST8, located 5 fen inside the hairline at the forehead, mainly used to treat eye pain, blurred vision, unbearable headache, splitting headache, and dizziness). The distance between the two Touwei acupoints is 9 inches, which is the standard for the horizontal inch of the head. Figure 6 After the first displacement or adjustment device 772 adjusts the distance between each other and positions the face of a user, we can start the third displacement or position adjustment mechanism (component combination 838-856) to perform health care or medical treatment. This kind of work can be performed very delicately because the positioning of the stepper motor can be very accurate. This is the first point. We can first start the stepper motor 838 to first find the specific body size that suits each person, that is, first move the working base 848 to confirm the position of the two end acupuncture points (international code ST8), and calculate the actual distance during the period, and convert this actual distance into 9 body inches, so that we know the exact body size of a specific person. This is the second point. When we know the exact body size of a person, we can accurately find out where other acupuncture points are based on this. This is the third point. When we can accurately detect which acupuncture point is, we can start health care or medical treatment for that acupuncture point without the doubt of misdiagnosis or mistreatment. This is the fourth point.
[0551] As mentioned above, in order to avoid over-complexity of the diagram, the health care entity 802 is somewhat simplified. Another point should also be mentioned here, namely Figure 7The system is suitable for head and facial health care. For the Governor Vessel, there are Yamen acupoint (international code GV15), Fengfu acupoint (international code GV16), Naohu acupoint (international code GV17), Qiangjian acupoint (international code GV18) and Houding acupoint (international code GV19) in the back of the head. Therefore, the health care body 802 corresponding to these acupoints must be hollowed out. There are two ways to hollow out: dig horizontal slots to expose the spaces corresponding to these acupoints, or dig longitudinal through holes corresponding to these acupoints. Since this consideration is not difficult, it will not be further described or illustrated.
[0552] See also Fig. 7A , which is an acupoint working piece connecting piece 870, a fixing nut 876 is connected to a first end 874 thereof, and a second end 880 thereof is connected to an acupoint working piece nut 882. The fixing nut 876 is screwed on the fixing bolt 850 with its internal thread 878, so that the acupoint working piece connecting piece 870 is accurately positioned on the bearing body 814, 816, and the working nut 882 is screwed with an acupoint working piece with its internal thread 884 to perform health care or medical treatment on a certain acupoint. More details will be added later.
[0553] The standard of head length is 1 foot and 2 inches (12 inches) from the front hairline to the back hairline. To find out how many centimeters a user's head length is equivalent to, we activate the second displacement or position adjustment mechanism (component combination 808, 812 and 818-828). In detail, when we activate the stepper motor 822, the upper gear 828 and the paired lower gear 820 will drive the carrier body 814, 816 to move longitudinally along the two track bodies 804, and allow a point exploration workpiece fixed to the work base 848 to explore the real size between the front hairline and the back hairline of a specific user, and convert this real size into 12 head lengths, so that we know how many centimeters each head length of the user is equivalent to. It may be mentioned here that in order for the supporting bodies 814, 816 to be driven by the stepper motor 822 and move smoothly along the longitudinal curved track 804, the interactive bottom surfaces of the supporting bodies 814, 816 and the upper surfaces of the two tracks 804 can be provided with appropriate curvatures to facilitate relative movement between them. This is inevitable and will not be elaborated here.
[0554] Previous reference Figure 6 , 7The first (772), second (component combination 808, 812 and 818-828) and third (component combination 838-856) displacement or position adjustment mechanism described in 7A are taken as an example of the head, but it should not be difficult for people familiar with this art to directly or modify it for the health care body of the upper limbs, lower limbs or torso, so it will not be described one by one here. However, we know that through the above mechanism, the following amazing effects can be achieved: 1. With modern extremely advanced stepping motors, we can accurately find a certain acupuncture point; 2. The body size exclusive to a specific user can be measured; 3. Because the body size of each part is not necessarily the same, the body size of a specific part of the same user can be found accurately; 4. A new milestone has been achieved for the further scientificization of acupuncture points or acupuncture.

[0567] With such precise positioning or displacement or position adjustment mechanism, if only to complete Figure 1 The simple health care shown is regrettable or lamentable. The following describes the advanced application of the present invention to show its actual industrial value. According to the investigation, the current physical therapy or acupuncture-related behaviors for acupoints (a) all rely on professionals, such as Chinese medicine practitioners or Chinese medicine assistants; (b) all rely on the skillful hands of professionals (who can obtain the correct working position) or fixed relatively large instruments and equipment (and it is often difficult to maintain or obtain the relative position of the acupoints and related parts of the instruments); (c) all trust that the professionals have enough physical strength to maintain the appropriate relative position or contact relationship between the acupoint workpiece and the acupoint within a specific time; and (d) all trust that the professionals are in good spirits and mood during working hours, so as not to misjudge the acupoints, and will definitely achieve the tasks of the above (c), but at least because (a) people will get tired, (b) their moods will inevitably fluctuate, and (c) they may occasionally be mentally unstable. (iv) consumers may not have enough money or time to regularly go to a physiotherapy or Chinese medicine clinic for health care, and / or (v) service providers, such as Chinese medicine practitioners, may also feel great cost pressure in hiring sufficient assistants. Therefore, we can use the aforementioned precise positioning mechanism to at least achieve (i) accurate relative position relationship between acupoint workpieces and acupoints; (ii) continuous and reliable maintenance of the relative position relationship in (i); (iii) users can obtain the precise positioning device of the present invention at a very economical cost and use it at home; (iv) when the user's minor illness or discomfort is relieved by the present invention, he or she will naturally no longer go to the hospital for treatment, and the burden of health insurance should be reduced by at least one third; and / or (v) rational policies can divert resources to more measures that benefit the country and the people.
[0568] The revelation of an ideal may be touching, but it must be concretely implemented before it can win people's trust. From paragraphs 20 to 29 of the patent specification of this invention, we can know or infer that there must be various types of acupuncture point working parts on the market, such as (A) microwave needles usually have a focused working point; (B) radiator instruments often have a flat or curved output end; (C) magnets have a specific working plane; and (D) magnetic fork acid-discharging rods have a single relatively large dot at one end and three relatively small working dots at the other end. Please refer to Figure 8, which is a specific embodiment of the workpiece assembly, includes a work base 900 mounted on the aforementioned health care device and equivalent to the aforementioned work base 848, which has a longitudinal through hole 902. In this embodiment, the workpiece holder 906 has a first end 908, on which an annular groove 916 is provided, and a second end 910, on which a connector 912 is fixed, and the connector 912 is provided with an internal thread 914. A workpiece 964 has a first end 918 screwed to the internal thread 914, and a second end 922 is an acupoint workpiece for performing health care work on an acupoint of a user, and the first and second ends 918, 922 are connected by a connector 920.
[0569] When in use, the first end 908 of the workpiece holder 906 is extended through the through hole 902, and the C-shaped clamp 904 is fastened to the annular groove 916 to position the workpiece 906. If the acupuncture point workpiece, that is, the second end of the workpiece, 922 is only the front-end microwave or radiation, then it is only necessary to determine or fix the relative position relationship between the acupuncture point workpiece 922 and the acupuncture point; but if it is a magnet or a magnetic fork acid-discharging rod, a certain degree of pressure must be applied to the acupuncture point. In order to achieve the purpose of applying pressure, because the connecting head 912 is cylindrical and the first end 918 is cylindrical, the screw connection depth between the two will determine the working pressure applied to the acupuncture point, so the working pressure of the acupuncture point workpiece 922 can be adjusted in this way. Please refer to Fig. 8A The first end of the workpiece holder 930 has a threaded section 932 and an annular groove 934. The threaded section 932 is used to tightly fit with a screw hole 938 on a working base 936 at a specific angle. In this way, a working angle between the acupoint working piece 922 and the acupoint can be adjusted.
[0570] Please refer to Figure 8B, which is a specific embodiment of a point working piece 940 of the present invention, the point working piece 940 is basically an elongated pneumatic cylinder 942, which has a threaded end 944 for connecting a workpiece holder and a working end 960. A crankshaft 954, a tip opening 966, a rubber pad 958 are rotatably arranged between the crankshaft 954, the tip opening 966 and the working bottom end 962, a main connecting piece 950 has a first end 968 and a second end 970, and a ring 952 is fixed to the second end 970, an upper connecting ring 948 is fixed to the piston rod 946 of the pneumatic cylinder 942 and is interlocked with the ring 952, and a working ring 956 is fixed to the first end 968 and can be movably interlocked with the crank portion of the crankshaft 954. In use, when the piston rod 946 moves downward, it will drive the crank shaft 954 to rotate downward through the upper connecting ring 948, the main connecting member 950 and the working ring 956; and when the piston rod moves upward, it will drive the crank shaft 954 to rotate upward in the opposite direction through the same components. At this time, the tip opening 966 contacts an acupuncture point, and the working ring 956 massages the user through the acupuncture point through the rubber pad 958 through the rotation of the crank shaft. According to the characteristics of the acupuncture point, we can determine the shape of the tip opening 966, such as a small circular area, or an arc-shaped slot corresponding to the working trajectory of the working ring 956.

Fig.8D It shows that a high-elasticity acupuncture point work piece clip 984 is locked on a workpiece support 982 by screws or rivets 986, and the acupuncture point work piece clip 984 has a pair of retaining portions 988 for firmly retaining an acupuncture point work piece therebetween.
[0590] This paragraph summarizes an acupoint working piece related to the precise adjustment of the working angle, namely, a health care device, comprising a health care body; a working base (971) disposed on the health care body, wherein the health care body is used for health care of a user, and the user has an acupoint; an acupoint working piece is used to perform a health care work on the user through the acupoint; and an angle controller (972) is used to connect the acupoint working piece to the working base (971) so that the acupoint working piece can continue to perform the health care work at a specific angle relative to the working base (971) or the acupoint.
[0591] The aforementioned health care device further comprises a moving device installed between the working base (971) and the health care body, for moving the working base (971) to a position relative to the health care body.
[0592] As the aforementioned health care device, the angle controller includes an angle control assembly (974) and a workpiece support (976) connected thereto, thereby obtaining a specific working angle of the workpiece support (976) relative to the working base (971) or the acupuncture point.
[0593] As in the health care device of the previous section, the workpiece holder (976) is a high-elasticity acupuncture point workpiece clip (984) and is locked to the workpiece support (982) by rivets or screws (986).
[0594] As in the health care device of the previous section, the workpiece holder (984) has a pair of elastic holding parts (988) for firmly holding an acupuncture point workpiece therebetween.
[0595] If it is believed that the technical disclosure of the present invention related to the health care of acupoints has been complete with the aforementioned working parts and health care devices, it may still be debatable. In detail, although the last embodiment above can solve the problem of precise angle control, taking the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian as an example, some acupoints have irregular directions, for example, Yanglingquan (international code GB34, mainly for knee joint pain, sciatica, hemiplegia, lower limb numbness and cholecystitis), Yangjiao (international code GB35, mainly for chest and rib fullness, chest fullness and throat paralysis, knee pain, foot paralysis, shock and facial swelling) and Waiqiu (international code GB36, mainly for headache, neck pain, hepatitis, lower limb paralysis, vicious dog poison) three points that span the front side, midline and back side of the calf. Even if we can solve the positioning problem according to the above, it is not worthwhile to "make a big fuss" for only a few acupoints. Therefore, if we can have a design that can make the acupuncture point working piece tilt arbitrarily relative to the working base, the usability or satisfaction of this case will certainly be greatly improved.
[0596] To achieve the above purpose, please refer to Fig. 9 , which is an embodiment of a workpiece assembly 1000 for a robot arm. Modern technology often amazes people, and robots or robot arms can often work accurately. The workpiece assembly 1000 includes a corresponding Figure 7 Working base 848 Fig. 9 A work base 1022 is provided with a work machine 1020 fixed thereon. The work machine 1020 can carry a rotating machine 1018 with a precisely controlled rotation angle, and the rotating machine 1018 can be connected to a first end 1024 of a connecting base 1014 with a precisely controlled pivot angle. An extension base 1010 has a first end 1012 connected to a rotating shaft 1016 of a second end 1026 of the connecting base 1014 with a precisely controlled pivot angle, and a second end 1028 fixedly connected to a first end 1030 of a rotating head 1008, and a second end 1032 of the rotating head can be precisely rotatably fixed to an electric chuck 1002. The electric chuck 1002 has two clamps 1004, each having a pair of holding surfaces 1006, so as to hold a previously described acupuncture point workpiece therebetween. Through these four rotation actions, we can easily and immediately imagine: (1) Figure 7 Some displacement designs or requirements in the above can be replaced; (2) if this workpiece assembly 1000 is combined with Figure 5 On the health care body 660 of the lower limb, it becomes very easy to select irregular acupuncture points on the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian; (3) relative to the reference point or positioning point of the acupuncture point working piece on the health care body, the plane distance, vertical height and relative angle of the acupuncture point working piece relative to the specific body part or acupuncture point to be maintained can be fully grasped (through the above four rotation actions, it can be accurately calculated and obtained); and (4) for this reason, the behavior of using the acupuncture point working piece to perform medical grade on the acupuncture point can be anticipated. In this regard, the principle is explained in the following paragraph.
[0597] As mentioned before, the standards for the hand and leg dimensions. If we understand the following standards for the chest and abdomen, and refer to the previously disclosed structure, we will understand: after finding the reference acupuncture points, we can find and calculate the specific dimensions of the individual. It also helps to find other acupuncture points automatically by computer, and thus can avoid the fatigue of doctors or humans and the mis-finding of acupuncture points, which will be described later. (i) The standard for the vertical inch of the chest: 6.8 inches from Tiantu point (international code CV22) to Tanzhong point (international code CV17, the middle of the two breasts); (ii) The standard for the vertical inch of the upper abdomen: 8 inches from the xiphoid process to the navel (international code CV8, Shenque); (iii) The standard for the vertical inch of the lower abdomen: 5 inches from the navel (international code CV8) to Qugu (international code CV2); (iv) The standard for the vertical inch of the lateral abdomen: 9 inches from Zhangmen (international code LR13) to Huantiao (international code GB30); and (v) The standard for the horizontal inch of the lateral abdomen: 8 inches between the two breasts. Therefore, once the Tanzhong point is obtained, the 1.6 inches below it is the Zhongting point (international code CV16). In detail, according to the aforementioned robotic arm device (elements 1002-1020), (i) the first rotation mechanism (between elements 1018 and 1020) can determine the angular relationship between the working base or the health care body and an acupuncture point; (ii) the second pivot mechanism (between elements 1018 and 1014) can determine at least the linear distance relationship between the working base or the health care body and an acupuncture point alone or in conjunction with other mechanisms; (iii) the third pivot mechanism (between elements 1010 and 1014) can determine at least the height relationship between the working base or the health care body and an acupuncture point alone or in conjunction with other mechanisms; and (iv) the fourth rotation mechanism (between elements 1010 and 1002) can determine the angular relationship between the acupuncture point workpiece and an acupuncture point; (v) the aforementioned various relationships can all be easily calculated automatically by a computer to obtain at what distance and orientation (actually representing the position of a certain acupuncture point) the robotic arm device uses to enable the acupuncture point workpiece to perform health care or medical work on the user through the acupuncture point at what angle. Therefore, although it is often necessary to pierce the acupuncture points on the head or face at an angle, the control and adjustment of the relative inclination angle between the acupuncture point workpiece and the work base has become possible due to the aforementioned mechanism, so it is no longer a problem. Of course, earlier, we have explained that the robot arm device can be directly installed on a health care body, or installed on a work base installed on the health care body.
[0598] The following is a summary of the main and related claims of the aforementioned workpiece assembly 1000, namely, a health care device, comprising a health care body, wherein the health care body is used for health care of a user, and the user has an acupoint; a work machine (1020), which is arranged on the health care body; an acupoint workpiece, which is used to perform a health care work on the user through the acupoint; and a robotic arm device (component combination 1002-1020), which is connected to the work machine (1020) and is used to hold the acupoint workpiece so that the acupoint workpiece can perform the health care work at a specific relative position relative to the work machine (1020) or the acupoint.
[0599] The aforementioned health care device further comprises a working base (1022) disposed between the health care body and the working machine (1020); and a moving device ( Figure 7 ) is disposed between the working base (1022) and the health care body.
[0600] The aforementioned health care device further includes a rotating machine (1018) which is carried on the working machine (1020) in a manner that allows precise control of the rotation angle.
[0601] The health care device as described in the previous section further includes a connecting base (1014) connected to the rotating machine (1018) in a manner that allows precise control of the pivot angle.
[0602] The health care device as described in the previous section further includes an extension base (1010) having a first end (1012) connected to the connection base (1014) in a manner that allows precise control of the pivot angle.
[0603] As the aforementioned health care device, the robotic arm device includes a rotating head (1008) for precisely rotatably fixing an electric chuck (1002), wherein the electric chuck (1002) has two clamps (1004), and the two clamps (1004) respectively have a pair of holding surfaces (1006) to hold an acupoint working piece therebetween.
[0604] As we can imagine, the aforementioned health care device can be extremely precise, so it is foreseeable that it can be used for acupuncture needle insertion. Since the control and adjustment of the angle can be completed by the previous embodiment, we would like to Fig. 9A, so that it is easy to understand that it is feasible to implement automatic needle insertion for acupuncture. Perhaps we will wonder why the present invention must be innovative and try to do it mechanically, since acupuncture is a strong human characteristic? This doubt is actually contrary to the call for "scientificization of Chinese medicine", not to mention that the scientific spirit of studying things to gain knowledge is not naturally lacking in China. "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Encyclopedia" points out: "It is important to remove the needle slowly, and haste will cause more injuries", which means that the needle should be inserted slowly, because the machine will obey the human, and will not be affected by mood or emotion. Therefore, we can use the machine to determine the most ideal speed for needle removal, this is one of the reasons. The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine states in its Essentials of Acupuncture that "there are floating and sinking, and there are depths and shallows of acupuncture. Each should be inserted to its proper place, and no one should go beyond the proper path. Going beyond the proper path will cause internal injury, and not enough will cause external obstruction, and obstruction will lead to evil. If the depth and shallowness are not appropriate, it will cause great harm, disturbing the five internal organs and causing serious illness later." For each acupoint, according to a certain disease, it has its own appropriate depth and shallowness. Based on the same principle, isn't it wise to mechanically determine the appropriate depth of needle insertion and eliminate the interference of human factors? This is the second point.
[0605] Fig. 9A It is an embodiment of the automatic acupuncture point working piece 1040, which includes Fig. 9 The rotating head 1008 is similar to a rotating head 1042 and an automatic needle insertion device 1044. The automatic needle insertion device 1044 includes an electric holder 1048 (or non-electric holder) for holding an acupoint working device (for example, an acupoint working piece for acupuncture), and a needle insertion mechanism 1046 that can longitudinally displace the electric holder 1048 and is pivotally mounted on the rotating head 1042. The needle insertion mechanism 1046 enables the acupoint working device to insert needles in an orderly manner or control its needle insertion speed, which can be achieved by a stepless speed motor. This part of the technical task can be easily achieved by those who are familiar with the relevant skills, and it is not repeated here. Of course, when it is necessary to drain the evil spirit, the needle hole must be shaken. At this time, the needle insertion parameter is not limited to the speed, but also includes front, back, left, and right polarization. In view of the above technical disclosure, the technical task of this part should have been easily achieved by those who are familiar with the relevant skills, and it is not repeated here.
[0606] The following is a summary of the main and related claims of the aforementioned automatic needle insertion acupoint working piece 1040, namely, a health care device, comprising a health care body, wherein the health care body is used for health care of a user, and the user has an acupoint; an acupoint working acupoint working piece, used to perform an acupuncture operation on the user through the acupoint; a robotic arm device (component combination 1002-1020), which is disposed on the health care body and holds the acupoint working acupoint working piece so that the acupoint working acupoint working piece can perform the acupuncture operation at a specific relative position relative to the health care body or the acupoint; and a needle insertion mechanism (1046), which is disposed between the acupoint working acupoint working piece and the robotic arm, so that the acupoint working acupoint working piece can perform the acupuncture operation on the user with a specific control parameter.
[0607] As mentioned above, in the automatic needle acupuncture point working piece, the specific control parameter is a speed control parameter.
[0608] As in the aforementioned automatic acupuncture needle insertion workpiece, the specific control parameter is a polarization parameter.

[0610] The automatic needle insertion acupuncture point working piece as described in the previous section further includes a needle insertion mechanism (1046) configured to longitudinally displace the holder (1048).
[0611] The automatic acupuncture needle insertion workpiece as described in the previous section further includes a rotating head (1042) for rotatably arranging the needle insertion mechanism (1046) on the mechanical arm device.
[0612] Observed from another angle, a health care device 1000 is used to hold an acupoint workpiece thereon to perform a health care function on a user, wherein the user has a body part, the body part has an acupoint, and the health care device includes: a health care body (such as 502, 562, 582), used to carry and position the body part so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part; a work machine (1020), disposed on the health care body; and a robot arm device (1002-1018), connected to the work machine, used to hold the acupoint workpiece so that the acupoint workpiece is in the first specific position relationship and has a second specific position relationship with the work machine or the acupoint to perform the health care function.
[0613] Observed from another angle, a health care device (1000) includes: a health care body (such as 502, 562, 582), used to carry and position a body part of a user so as to maintain a first specific position relationship with the body part for performing a health care operation on the user, wherein the body part has an acupoint; a work machine (1020), disposed on the health care body; and a robotic arm device (1002-1018), connected to the work machine, used to hold an acupoint workpiece, so that the acupoint workpiece is in the first specific position relationship and has a second specific position relationship with the work machine or the acupoint to perform the health care operation.
[0614] The hardware part of the present invention has been disclosed to this point. We can find that each section focuses on adjusting the "qi field" of the body with the device disclosed above immediately when the symptoms of illness first appear, so as to regulate the body and achieve the "so as to stay away from death and get close to life, so that the way of life can be long" in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine. [0618] As in the aforementioned health care method, the second relative position relationship is to enable the acupoint working piece to maintain a relative position relationship with the health care body at least one of a specific distance, direction and height.
[0619] As in the aforementioned health care method, the control parameter is a working mode of the acupoint working piece to perform the health care work.
[0620] As in the health care method in the previous paragraph, the working method is that the acupoint working piece and the acupoint are kept still.
[0621] As in the aforementioned health care method, the working method is to maintain a specific contact relationship between the acupoint working piece and the acupoint.
[0622] As in the health care method in the previous paragraph, the specific contact relationship is that the acupoint working piece performs a massage action on the user through the acupoint.
[0623] As in the aforementioned health care method, the working method is that the acupoint working piece penetrates into or is withdrawn from the acupoint at a specific speed.
