Abstract

The application discloses an electronic coupon exchange method and device and electronic equipment. It is related to the field of financial technology or other related fields. The method comprises the following steps: in response to an exchange request of an exchange initiation platform, determining a target exchange platform and an electronic coupon owned by a target object; based on the target exchange platform and the electronic coupon owned by the target object, determining a target electronic coupon to be exchanged to the target object from the target platform, wherein the target platform stores at least one electronic coupon corresponding to the target exchange platform; and exchanging the target electronic coupon to the target object. The application solves the technical problem of low electronic coupon utilization rate caused by the fact that a user cannot change the platform after receiving the electronic coupon of a specific platform.
