Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a fixing structure. Background Art
[0002] When fixing a long member such as a control cable to an installation object, a fixing structure is used to fix the long member in a manner that does not deviate axially relative to a bracket provided on the installation object (for example, refer to patent document 1). The fixing structure comprises: a terminal member having an engaging portion that engages with a U-shaped groove provided on the bracket, to which the long member is connected; and a clip installed on the terminal member. The terminal member is installed in the groove of the bracket with the clip installed, so that the engaging portion of the terminal member engages with the bracket. Thereby, the axial movement of the terminal member toward the long member is restricted. In addition, the clip has a pair of clip-side engaging portions that respectively engage with a pair of bracket-side engaging portions of the groove provided in the bracket. If the clip-side engaging portion engages with the bracket-side engaging portion, the terminal member is prevented from detaching from the groove of the bracket in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the long member.
[0003] In Patent Document 1, the clip is deformed by pressing the clip into the slot of the bracket in a manner that shortens the interval between the pair of clip-side engaging parts, and the terminal member and the clip are mounted on the bracket. Specifically, the clip and the terminal member are pressed into the depth direction of the slot in a state where the clip-side engaging part having an inclined surface is in contact with the end edge of the bracket having the slot, thereby, the pair of clip-side engaging parts are deformed in a direction of approaching each other by the reaction force applied to the clip-side engaging part. When the pair of clip-side engaging parts reach the bracket-side engaging part, the deformed clip is restored, and the clip-side engaging part engages with the bracket-side engaging part.

[0007] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0008] However, in Patent Document 1, when mounting a mounting member such as an end member to a bracket, portions of the clip provided with a pair of clip-side engaging portions need to be deformed simultaneously and pressed into the groove, so that a relatively large force is required to engage the mounting member with the groove of the bracket.
[0009] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fixing structure capable of attaching a mounting member to a bracket with a lower force.
[0010] Means for solving problems
[0011] The fixing structure of the present invention is used to fix a long strip member on a plate-shaped bracket having a mounting groove cut out in a groove-like manner from an end edge, wherein the fixing structure comprises the long strip member, a tubular mounting member for connecting the long strip member and mounting on the bracket, and a clip mounted on the outer periphery of the mounting member along the axial direction of the long strip member, the mounting groove having a first clamped portion and a second clamped portion separated from each other in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the first direction being the height direction of the mounting groove from the end edge, and the second direction being the The bracket is in the thickness direction, the third direction is the groove width direction of the mounting groove, the mounting member has an assembled portion for the clip to be assembled, and the clip has: a first engaging portion, which is engaged with the first engaged portion of the mounting groove to inhibit the mounting member and the clip from moving in the disengagement direction from the mounting groove in the first direction; a second engaging portion is separately provided in the third direction relative to the first engaging portion, and is engaged with the second engaged portion of the mounting groove to inhibit the mounting member and the clip from moving in the disengagement direction; and an assembling portion, which is arranged along the The first engaging portion is provided at one end side of the assembling portion in the circumferential direction of the mounting member, and the second engaging portion is provided at the other end side of the assembling portion in the circumferential direction of the mounting member. When the mounting member and the clip are mounted to the mounting groove of the bracket, the assembling portion can be elastically deformed in a manner that a distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion is shortened in the third direction. The first engaging portion has a first inclined surface that abuts against an opening edge of the mounting groove on the end edge side when the mounting member and the clip are mounted to the mounting groove of the bracket, and the second engaging portion has a second inclined surface that abuts against an opening edge of the mounting groove on the end edge side when the mounting member and the clip are mounted to the mounting groove of the bracket, and an angle θ1 of the first inclined surface relative to the end edge is greater than an angle θ2 of the second inclined surface relative to the end edge, so that when the mounting member and the clip are mounted to the mounting groove of the bracket, the first engaging portion reaches the first engaged portion before the second engaging portion reaches the second engaged portion.

[0024] Hereinafter, a fixing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the embodiment described below is merely an example, and the fixing structure of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.
[0025] like Figure 1 As shown, the fixing structure 1 of this embodiment includes a long member 2, a cylindrical mounting member 3 to which the long member 2 is connected and mounted on a bracket B, and a clip 4 mounted on the outer periphery of the mounting member 3 along the direction around the axis X of the long member 2.
[0026] The fixing structure 1 is a structure for fixing the long member 2 to the bracket B. The fixing structure 1 installs the long member 2, the mounting member 3 and other components to a specified installation object (not shown) via the bracket B. In the present embodiment, the fixing structure 1 fixes the long member assembly A including the long member 2, the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 to the bracket B. In the present embodiment, the long member assembly A is a control cable assembly, which is installed to the vehicle body as the installation object via the bracket B. It should be noted that the installation object of the fixing structure 1 is not limited to the vehicle body, and the long member assembly A is not limited to the control cable assembly.
[0027] The bracket B is a portion for mounting the mounting member 3. By mounting the mounting member 3 on the bracket B, the long member assembly A is mounted to the mounting object such as the vehicle body. Figure 1 As shown, the bracket B is configured as a plate-shaped mounting portion. The structure of the bracket B is not particularly limited, and the bracket B may be a plate-shaped member or a box-shaped member having a plate-shaped wall portion. It should be noted that the bracket B may be mounted to the vehicle body or the like in a detachable manner by fixing members such as bolts and nuts, or may be integrally provided on the mounting object such as the vehicle body or the like.
[0028] like Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , the bracket B has a mounting groove B2 cut out in a groove shape from an end edge B1 of the bracket B. The end edge B1 is an edge portion of the bracket B extending in the thickness direction of the plate-shaped bracket B ( Figure 1 The mounting groove B2 is opened at the end edge B1 in such a manner that the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 can be inserted. As described later, when the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 is installed in the mounting groove B2, the mounting member 3 is pressed into the mounting groove B2 in a state where the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4 are in contact with the opening edge E provided at the end edge B1. It should be noted that, in this specification, the height direction of the mounting groove B2 from the end edge B1 of the bracket B (the direction away from the end edge B1) is referred to as the first direction D1, the thickness direction of the plate-shaped bracket B is referred to as the second direction D2, and the groove width direction of the mounting groove B2, which will be a direction perpendicular to both the first direction D1 and the second direction D2, is referred to as the third direction D3. In addition, the direction in which the mounting member 3 in the first direction D1 is inserted into the mounting groove B2 is referred to as the insertion direction D11, and the direction in which the mounting member 3 is disengaged from the mounting groove B2 is referred to as the disengagement direction D12.
[0029] like Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown, the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B has a first engaged portion B21 and a second engaged portion B22 which are provided separately from each other in a third direction D3 which is the groove width direction of the mounting groove B2. Figure 1 and Figure 6As shown, the mounting groove B2 also has an insertion portion B23 for inserting the mounting member 3 and a setting portion B24 for setting the mounting member 3. In this embodiment, the mounting groove B2 is shown as a portion cut out in a substantially U shape from the edge B1 of the plate-like bracket B, but the shape of the mounting groove B2 is not particularly limited.
[0030] The insertion portion B23 is a portion that becomes an entrance for inserting the mounting member 3 during the process of installing the mounting member 3 to the installation portion B24 of the bracket B. In the present embodiment, a gap ( Figure 6 The tapered portions T, T are provided so as to narrow in the insertion direction D11 (in the left and right directions in the middle). In the present embodiment, when the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 mounted thereon is mounted to the mounting groove B2, the first inclined surface 41a of the first engaging portion 41 and the second inclined surface 42a of the second engaging portion 42 described later abut against the tapered portion T provided at the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2. When the tapered portion T is provided, the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 mounted thereon can be easily moved in the insertion direction D11.
[0031] The installation portion B24 is a portion where the mounting member 3 is installed. In the present embodiment, the shaft portion 33a of the mounting member 3 is installed toward the installation portion B24. The shape of the installation portion B24 is preferably a shape along the outer shape of the shaft portion 33a. However, the shape of the installation portion B24 is not particularly limited as long as the mounting member 3 (shaft portion 33a) can be installed.
[0032] The first engaged portion B21 engages with the first engaging portion 41 of the clip 4. By engaging the first engaging portion 41 of the clip 4 with the first engaged portion B21 of the bracket B, the movement of the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed. As a result, the movement of the mounting member 3 mounted with the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed. The shape of the first engaged portion B21 is not particularly limited as long as it can engage with the first engaging portion 41 of the clip 4 to suppress the movement of the clip 4 and the mounting member 3 in the disengagement direction D12, and can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the first engaging portion 41 of the clip 4.
[0033] In this embodiment, if Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown, the first engaged portion B21 is formed as a recessed portion that is recessed in the third direction D3 relative to the inner surface of the setting portion B24 extending in the first direction D1. Figure 1 and Figure 6As shown, the first engaged portion B21 has a first wall portion B211 provided on the side of the disengagement direction D12 and a second wall portion B212 provided on the side of the insertion direction D11. When a force is applied to the mounting member 3 to move in the disengagement direction D12, the first wall portion B211 engages with the first engaging portion 41 of the clip 4 mounted on the mounting member 3 to suppress the disengagement of the mounting member 3. The first wall portion B211 can be provided in a manner capable of suppressing the disengagement of the mounting member 3, and is not limited to the inclination angle shown in the figure. The second wall portion B212 is opposite to the first inclined surface 41a of the first engaging portion 41 described later. When the mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B, the second wall portion B212 can be in contact with the first inclined surface 41a of the first engaging portion 41, or can be separated from the first inclined surface 41a of the first engaging portion 41.
[0034] The second engaged portion B22 engages with the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4. By engaging the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4 with the second engaged portion B22 of the bracket B, the movement of the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed. As a result, the movement of the mounting member 3 to which the clip 4 is mounted in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed. The shape of the second engaged portion B22 is not particularly limited as long as it can engage with the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4 to suppress the movement of the clip 4 and the mounting member 3 in the disengagement direction D12, and can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4.
[0035] In this embodiment, if Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown, the second engaged portion B22 is formed as a recessed portion that is recessed in the third direction D3 relative to the inner surface of the setting portion B24 that extends in the first direction D1. Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown, the second engaged portion B22 has a first wall portion B221 provided on the side of the disengagement direction D12 and a second wall portion B222 provided on the side of the insertion direction D11. When a force is applied to the mounting member 3 to move in the disengagement direction D12, the first wall portion B221 engages with the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4 mounted on the mounting member 3 to suppress the disengagement of the mounting member 3. The first wall portion B221 can be provided in a manner capable of suppressing the disengagement of the mounting member 3, and is not limited to the inclination angle shown in the figure. The second wall portion B222 is opposite to the second inclined surface 42a of the second engaging portion 42 described later. When the mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B, the second wall portion B222 can be in contact with the second inclined surface 42a of the second engaging portion 42, or can be separated from the second inclined surface 42a of the second engaging portion 42.
[0036] The shapes and sizes of the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22 are not particularly limited as long as they can be engaged with the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4, respectively, and do not need to be shapes or sizes corresponding to the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4. In addition, the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22 may be shapes corresponding to each other or shapes different from each other.
[0037] The strip member 2 is a strip member connected to the mounting member 3 and fixed to the bracket B via the mounting member 3. The shape and structure of the strip member 2 are not particularly limited as long as it is a strip member connected to the mounting member 3 and fixed to the bracket B via the mounting member 3. In the present embodiment, the strip member 2 is a control cable for transmitting an operating force, but the strip member may also be a cable.
[0038] In this embodiment, if Figure 1 As shown, the long strip member 2 has a first long strip member 21 and a second long strip member 22, and the first long strip member 21 and the second long strip member 22 are connected by the mounting member 3 in the axis X direction (in this embodiment, it becomes the same direction as the second direction D2). In this embodiment, the first long strip member 21 is the outer shell of the control cable, and the second long strip member 22 is a guide tube for the inner cable 23 to be inserted. In this embodiment, the inner cable 23 is inserted through the first long strip member 21, the second long strip member 22 and the mounting member 3. One end of the inner cable 23 is connected to an operating part such as a shift lever (not shown), and the other end is connected to an operated part such as a transmission (not shown) via a rod R. By operating the operating part, the inner cable 23 is operated, and the operating force of the inner cable 23 is transmitted to the operated part via the rod R. One end of the first long strip member 21 is mounted on the mounting member 3, and the other end of the first long strip member 21 (not shown) is mounted on a specified mounting position on the operating part side. In addition, one end of the second long member 22 is mounted on the mounting member 3 in a swingable manner, and the other end (not shown) of the second long member 22 is provided on the operated portion side for the rod R connected to the end of the inner cable 23 to be led out. It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the two long members 21 and 22 are connected to the mounting member 3, but the number of the long members connected to the mounting member 3 is not limited, and may be one.
[0039] The mounting member 3 is a cylindrical member to which the long member 2 is connected and mounted on the bracket B. The mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B in a state in which the long member 2 is connected, thereby maintaining the long member 2 at a predetermined position of the mounting object. Here, "cylindrical" refers to a cylindrical shape such as a substantially cylindrical shape, a square cylindrical shape, etc., which has an internal space that can connect the long member 2. In addition, the cylindrical mounting member 3 may also have a plurality of parts with different outer diameters and shapes in the axis X direction, and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 3 may also have projections and depressions along the axis X direction and the circumferential direction.
[0040] The shape and structure of the mounting member 3 are not particularly limited as long as they can be connected to the long member 2, can be mounted to the bracket B, and can realize the assembly of the clip 4. Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the mounting member 3 includes a mounted portion 31 for mounting the clip 4. In addition, in the present embodiment, the mounting member 3 includes a connecting portion 32 for connecting the long member 2 and a clamping portion 33 for clamping the bracket B in the second direction D2 when the mounting member 3 is fixed to the bracket B to suppress the movement of the mounting member 3 in the second direction D2.
[0041] The connecting portion 32 is a portion for connecting the long strip member 2. In this embodiment, Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the connection portion 32 has a cylindrical first connection portion 321 provided at one end side in the axis X direction of the mounting member 3 and connected to the first long strip member 21, and a cylindrical second connection portion 322 provided at the other end side in the axis X direction of the mounting member 3 and connected to the second long strip member 22. In the present embodiment, the assembled portion 31 and the clamping portion 33 are provided between the first connection portion 321 and the second connection portion 322 in the axis X direction. In addition, in the present embodiment, the mounting member 3 has openings at both ends in the axis X direction, and the openings at both ends are connected to form the inner space of the mounting member 3. In the present embodiment, the first long strip member 21 and the second long strip member 22 connected to the connection portion 32 are arranged in the inner space of the mounting member 3, and the inner cable 23 is inserted. The shape and structure of the connection portion 32 are not particularly limited as long as they can connect the long strip member 2.
[0042] The clamping portion 33 clamps the bracket B in the second direction D2 when the mounting member 3 is fixed to the bracket B. As a result, the movement of the mounting member 3 in the second direction D2 is suppressed, and the long member 2 is maintained at a predetermined position and wiring path relative to the mounting object such as the vehicle body. Figure 1 to Figure 3As shown, the clamping portion 33 has a shaft portion 33a inserted into the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B and wall portions 33b and 33c arranged on both sides in the axis X direction of the shaft portion 33a and capable of engaging with the two surfaces of the bracket B in the axis X direction. The shaft portion 33a is formed into a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter corresponding to the groove width in the third direction D3 of the mounting groove B2. The wall portion 33b is arranged on one side in the axis X direction of the shaft portion 33a and is formed to be wider than the groove width of the mounting groove B2. As a result, the wall portion 33b abuts against one surface of the bracket B to suppress the movement of one side of the axis X direction of the mounting member 3. The wall portion 33c is arranged on the other side in the axis X direction of the shaft portion 33a and is formed to be wider than the groove width of the mounting groove B2. As a result, the wall portion 33c abuts against the other surface of the bracket B to suppress the movement of the other side of the axis X direction of the mounting member 3. In this embodiment, the wall portion 33c is composed of an end face of one side of the assembled portion 31 for the clip 4 to be assembled. Note that the movement of the mounting member 3 to the other side in the X-axis direction can also be suppressed by the end surface of the clip 4 in the X-axis direction abutting against the other surface of the bracket B.
[0043] The assembled portion 31 is a portion for the clip 4 to be assembled. Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, the clip 4 is mounted on the outer periphery of the mounted portion 31. The size and shape of the mounted portion 31 are not particularly limited as long as the mounting portion 43 of the clip 4 described later can be mounted. In the present embodiment, the mounted portion 31 has an outer peripheral surface that at least partially corresponds to the shape of the mounting portion 43 of the clip 4. In the present embodiment, the mounted portion 31 has an arc surface that corresponds to the shape of the inner periphery of the mounting portion 43 of the clip 4 (see Figure 5 double-dotted line).
[0044] The clip 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3. When the mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B, the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 provided on the clip 4 engage with the bracket B to prevent the mounting member 3 from falling off from the bracket B. Figure 1 As shown, the clip 4 is installed on the outer periphery of the mounting member 3 along the direction around the axis X of the long member 2 .
[0045] like Figure 1 and Figures 4 to 6 As shown, the clip 4 has a first engaged portion B21 engaged with the mounting groove B2 (see Fig.10) to inhibit the installation member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12, the second engaging portion 42 which is provided separately from the first engaging portion 41 in the third direction D3 and engages with the second engaged portion B22 of the installation groove B2 to inhibit the installation member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12, and the assembly portion 43 which extends along the circumferential direction of the installation member 3 and is assembled to the assembled portion 31. In addition, in the present embodiment, the clip 4 includes a connecting portion 44 which connects the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 to each other in the third direction D3. In addition, in the present embodiment, the clip 4 includes a handle portion 45 which can be operated in a manner that the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are close to each other in the third direction D3.
[0046] The overall shape and structure of the clip 4 are not particularly limited as long as the clip 4 has the first engaging portion 41, the second engaging portion 42 and the assembly portion 43. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the clip 4 is formed in such a way that the portion composed of the first engaging portion 41, the assembly portion 43 and the second engaging portion 42 is roughly U-shaped when viewed in the axis X direction. In this specification, roughly U-shaped or U-shaped means that the overall general shape includes the U-shaped portion, and is not limited to a strict U-shaped shape. The general shape may also have other parts in addition to the U-shaped portion. It should be noted that in this embodiment, if the clip 4 also includes a connecting portion 44, it is annular when viewed in the axis X direction. The material of the clip 4 is not particularly limited, but is preferably composed of a synthetic resin or metal that can be elastically deformed.
[0047] The fitting portion 43 is a portion to be fitted to the fitting portion 31 of the mounting member 3. The fitting portion 43 extends along the circumference of the fitting portion 31 of the mounting member 3 and is fitted along at least a portion of the outer circumference of the fitting portion 31. The shape of the fitting portion 43 is not particularly limited as long as it can be fitted to the fitting portion 31 of the mounting member 3. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the mounting portion 43 is formed in a substantially U-shape and is mounted along the circumferential direction of the mounted portion 31 having an arc surface on the outer circumference (see Figure 5 ).
[0048] The assembly portion 43 is configured to be elastically deformable in such a manner that the distance between the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 in the third direction D3 is shortened when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted to the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B. The assembly portion 43 is elastically deformable. As described later, after the assembly portion 43 is deformed in such a manner that the distance between the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 in the third direction D3 is shortened, when the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 reach the positions of the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22, the assembly portion 43 elastically recovers. As a result, the first engaging portion 41 engages with the first engaged portion B21, the second engaging portion 42 can engage with the second engaged portion B21, and the movement of the mounting member 3 in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed (see FIG. 2 ). Fig.10 ). In this embodiment, if Figure 5 As shown, the clip 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3 (refer to Figure 5 In the state shown in FIG. 1 (a double-dashed line), there is a space S of a predetermined size between the mounted portion 31 of the mounting member 3 and the inner surface of the end region of the mounting portion 43. Due to the space S, when the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 approach each other in the third direction D3, the end regions of the mounting portion 43 near the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 can be bent inward.
[0049] The first engaging portion 41 engages with the first engaged portion B21 of the mounting groove B2 to prevent the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first engaging portion 41 is provided on one end side of the fitting portion 43 in the circumferential direction of the mounting member 3. Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first engaging portion 41 is provided to protrude from one end side of the mounting portion 43 in the second direction D2. Thus, when the clip 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3, the first engaging portion 41 is arranged at a position corresponding to the position of the shaft portion 33a entering the mounting groove B2 in the axis X direction (see FIG. 1 ). Figure 3 ). Thus, when the shaft portion 33a is disposed in the mounting groove B2, the first engaging portion 41 engages with the first engaged portion B21.
[0050] The overall shape and structure of the first engaging portion 41 are not particularly limited as long as the first engaging portion 41 can engage with the first engaged portion B21 to prevent the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first engaging portion 41 is formed as a convex portion that protrudes outward in the third direction D3 (in a direction away from the second engaging portion 42). Although the details will be described later, in this embodiment, Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the first engaging portion 41 has a first inclined surface 41a that abuts against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 on the edge B1 side when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted to the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B. In addition, in the present embodiment, the first engaging portion 41 has a first engaging surface 41b that engages with the first engaged portion B21 when a force is applied to the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12. In the present embodiment, as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, in the first engagement portion 41 , a first inclined surface 41 a is provided on the insertion direction D11 side, and a first engagement surface 41 b is provided on the disengagement direction D12 side. The first engagement portion 41 is formed as a substantially triangular convex portion.
[0051] like Fig.10 As shown, the first engaging surface 41b engages with the first engaged portion B21 of the mounting groove B2 to suppress the movement of the mounting member 3 on which the clip 4 is mounted to the disengagement direction D12. The first engaging surface 41b is provided on the disengagement direction D12 side of the first engaging portion 41. The first engaging surface 41b engages with the first engaged portion B21 disposed opposite to the disengagement direction D12 side of the first engaging surface 41b. More specifically, the first engaging surface 41b engages with the first wall portion B211 disposed on the disengagement direction D12 side of the first engaged portion B21 in the disengagement direction D12, thereby suppressing the first engaging portion 41 from falling off from the first engaged portion B21. The inclination angle of the first engaging surface 41b is not limited to the inclination angle shown in the figure as long as it is provided in a manner that the first engaging surface 41b can engage with the first engaged portion B21 to suppress the disengagement of the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B.
[0052] The first inclined surface 41a is configured to abut against the opening edge E on the side of the end edge B1 of the mounting groove B2 when the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 is inserted into the mounting groove B2. The first inclined surface 41a is inclined in such a manner that when the mounting member 3 is further pressed in the insertion direction D11 relative to the bracket B in a state where the first inclined surface 41a abuts against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2, the first inclined surface 41a is inclined in such a manner that it receives a reaction force from the opening edge E that causes the first engaging portion 41 to move toward the second engaging portion 42 in the third direction D3. Thus, when the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 is inserted into the mounting groove B2, the assembly portion 43 is elastically deformed in such a manner that the first engaging portion 41 approaches the second engaging portion 42 due to the reaction force received from the opening edge E by the first inclined surface 41a, and the clip 4 can move in the mounting groove B2 in the insertion direction D11. In this embodiment, as Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the first inclined surface 41a is inclined so as to approach the inner side (the middle position between the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42) in the third direction D3 as it advances in the insertion direction D11. In the present embodiment, the first inclined surface 41a is a flat surface, but may be slightly curved.
[0053] The second engaging portion 42 engages with the second engaged portion B22 of the mounting groove B2 to prevent the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second engaging portion 42 is provided on the other end side of the fitting portion 43 in the circumferential direction of the mounting member 3. Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, the second engaging portion 42 is provided to protrude from the other end side of the mounting portion 43 in the second direction D2. Thus, when the clip 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3, the second engaging portion 42 is arranged in the axis X direction at a position corresponding to the position of the shaft portion 33a entering the mounting groove B2 (refer to Figure 3 ). Thus, when the shaft portion 33a is disposed in the mounting groove B2, the second engaging portion 42 engages with the second engaged portion B221.
[0054] The overall shape and structure of the second engaging portion 42 are not particularly limited as long as the second engaging portion 42 can engage with the second engaged portion B22 to inhibit the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from moving in the disengagement direction D12. Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second engaging portion 42 is formed as a convex portion that protrudes outward in the third direction D3 (in a direction away from the first engaging portion 41). Although the details will be described later, in this embodiment, Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the second engaging portion 42 has a second inclined surface 42a that abuts against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 on the side of the end edge B1 when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted to the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B. In addition, in the present embodiment, the second engaging portion 42 has a second engaging surface 42b that engages with the second engaged portion B22 when a force is applied to the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12. In the present embodiment, as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, in the second engagement portion 42 , a second inclined surface 42 a is provided on the insertion direction D11 side, and a second engagement surface 42 b is provided on the removal direction D12 side, and the second engagement portion 42 is formed as a substantially triangular convex portion.
[0055] like Fig.10As shown, the second engaging surface 42b engages with the second engaged portion B22 of the mounting groove B2 to suppress the movement of the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 to the disengagement direction D12. The second engaging surface 42b is arranged on the disengagement direction D12 side of the second engaging portion 42. The second engaging surface 42b engages with the second engaged portion B22 arranged opposite to the disengagement direction D12 side of the second engaging surface 42b. More specifically, the second engaging surface 42b engages with the first wall portion B221 arranged on the disengagement direction D12 side of the second engaged portion B22 in the disengagement direction D12, thereby suppressing the second engaging portion 42 from falling off from the second engaged portion B22. The inclination angle of the second engaging surface 42b is not limited to the inclination angle shown in the figure as long as it can be arranged in a manner that it can engage with the second engaged portion B22 to suppress the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 from disengaging from the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B.
[0056] The second inclined surface 42a is configured to abut against the opening edge E on the side of the end edge B1 of the mounting groove B2 when the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 is inserted into the mounting groove B2. The second inclined surface 42a is inclined in such a manner that when the mounting member 3 is further pressed in the insertion direction D11 relative to the bracket B in a state where the second inclined surface 42a abuts against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2, the second inclined surface 42a is inclined in such a manner that it receives a reaction force from the opening edge E that causes the second engaging portion 42 to move toward the side of the first engaging portion 41 in the third direction D3. Thus, when the mounting member 3 equipped with the clip 4 is inserted into the mounting groove B2, the assembly portion 43 is elastically deformed in such a manner that the second engaging portion 42 approaches the side of the first engaging portion 41 by the reaction force received from the opening edge E by the second inclined surface 42a, and the clip 4 can move in the mounting groove B2 in the insertion direction D11. In this embodiment, as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the second inclined surface 42a is inclined so as to approach the inner side (the middle position between the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42) in the third direction D3 as it advances in the insertion direction D11. In the present embodiment, the second inclined surface 42a is a flat surface, but may be slightly curved.
[0057] like Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the connecting portion 44 connects the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 separated in the circumferential direction of the mounting member 3 to each other. The connecting portion 44 is located on the side of the disengagement direction D12 of the mounting member 3 when the clip 4 is mounted on the mounting member 3. The connecting portion 44 has elasticity that allows the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 to separate from and approach each other. Therefore, when the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are close to each other relative to the initial state, a force is applied in a direction in which the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are separated from each other by the elasticity of the connecting portion 44, and when the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are separated from each other relative to the initial state, a force is applied in a direction in which the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are close to each other.
[0058] The shape and structure of the connecting portion 44 are not particularly limited as long as they have elasticity that allows the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 to be separated from and brought closer to each other. Figure 4 and Figure 5 Specifically, the connecting portion 44 is configured in a bent plate shape, and the plate-shaped connecting portion 44 is provided so as to have folded portions on the insertion direction D11 side and the removal direction D12 side.
[0059] In this embodiment, if Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the clip 4 has a pair of handles 45. The handles 45 are operated in a manner that they approach each other in the third direction D3, thereby elastically deforming the assembly portion 43 in a manner that the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 approach each other. Thus, the handle 45 can be operated to release the engagement between the first engaging portion 41 and the first engaged portion B21 and the engagement between the second engaging portion 42 and the second engaged portion B22, so that the mounting member 3 is detached from the bracket B. The shape of the handle 45 is not particularly limited as long as it can be operated in a manner that the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 approach each other to elastically deform the assembly portion 43. In the present embodiment, the handle 45 is a plate-like piece that is continuously provided with the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 on the side of the disengagement direction D12 of the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42.
[0060] Next, an example of the mounting process until the mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B will be described. It should be noted that the mounting process described below is just an example, and the present invention is not limited to the following description.
[0061] First, if Figure 2 As shown, a clip 4 is installed on the mounting member 3 connected with the long member 2. For the clip 4, for example Figure 2As shown, the clip 4 is moved in the second direction D2 (axis X direction) from one end side of the second direction D2 of the mounting member 3 (the second connecting portion 322 side in this embodiment) to mount the clip 4 to the mounting member 3. Specifically, as Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the clip 4 is mounted to the mounting member 3 by mounting the mounting portion 43 of the clip 4 to the mounted portion 31 of the mounting member 3 .
[0062] like Figure 1 and Figure 3 As shown, after the clip 4 is connected to the mounting member 3, the mounting member 3 (elongated member assembly A) is installed in the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B. Specifically, the mounting member 3 is installed in the bracket B by moving the mounting member 3 relative to the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B in the insertion direction D11 or by moving the bracket B relative to the mounting member 3.
[0063] At this time, if Figure 1 and Figure 3 As shown in the figure, the mounting member 3 and the bracket B are arranged so that the clamping portion 33 (shaft portion 33a) of the mounting member 3 is located at the position of the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B, and the mounting member 3 is inserted into the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B. As a result, the shaft portion 33a of the mounting member 3 enters from the insertion portion B23 of the mounting groove B2 toward the setting portion B24.
[0064] If the mounting member 3 is continuously pressed in the insertion direction D11, the first inclined surface 41a of the first engaging portion 41 and the second inclined surface 42a of the second engaging portion 42 abut against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2. Although the details will be described later, if the mounting member 3 is pressed in the insertion direction D11 while the first inclined surface 41a and the second inclined surface 42a abut against the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2, the assembly portion 43 is elastically deformed in such a manner that the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 approach each other due to the reaction force applied from the opening edge E to the first inclined surface 41a and the second engaging portion 42. As a result, Fig.10 As shown, the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 are engaged with the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22, respectively, and the mounting member 3 to the bracket B is completed.
[0065] When a force in the disengagement direction D12 is applied to the mounting member 3 in this mounted state, the force in the disengagement direction D12 is transmitted from the mounting member 3 to the clip 4. Since the first engaging portion 41 and the second engaging portion 42 of the clip 4 are engaged with the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22, respectively, the movement of the clip 4 in the disengagement direction D12 is suppressed. Thus, the movement of the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 mounted thereon in the disengagement direction D12 is also suppressed.
[0066] In this embodiment, if Figure 5 and Figure 7 As shown, the angle θ1 of the first inclined surface 41a relative to the end edge B1 of the bracket B is larger than the angle θ2 of the second inclined surface 42a relative to the end edge B1, so that when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are installed in the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B, the first engaging portion 41 reaches the first engaged portion B21 before the second engaging portion 42 reaches the second engaged portion B22. Here, the angle θ1 of the first inclined surface 41a relative to the end edge B1 of the bracket B is the angle (acute angle) between the end edge B1 and the first inclined surface 41a when the first inclined surface 41a and the second inclined surface 42a are in contact with the end edge B1 of the bracket B at the same time. It should be noted that, as Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown, in the case where the opening edge E has a taper T, the angle θ1 is the angle between the first inclined surface 41a and the line obtained by extending the end edge B1 of the bracket B. In addition, in the case where the first inclined surface 41a is slightly curved, the angle θ1 is the angle between the tangent line at the position where the first inclined surface 41a and the end edge B1 (opening edge E) abut against each other and the end edge B1 (or the line obtained by extending the end edge B1). Similarly, the angle θ2 of the second inclined surface 42a relative to the end edge B1 of the bracket B is the angle (acute angle) between the end edge B1 and the second inclined surface 42a when it is assumed that the first inclined surface 41a and the second inclined surface 42a abut against the end edge B1 of the bracket B at the same time. In addition, as Figure 1 and Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the opening edge E has a tapered portion T, the angle θ2 is the angle between the second inclined surface 42a and a line obtained by extending the end edge B1 of the bracket B. In addition, when the second inclined surface 42a is slightly curved, the angle θ2 is the angle between the tangent line at the portion where the second inclined surface 42a and the end edge B1 (opening edge E) abut against each other and the end edge B1 (or a line obtained by extending the end edge B1).
[0067] It should be noted that the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 can be set in such a way that the first engaging portion 41 reaches the first engaged portion B21 before the second engaging portion 42 reaches the second engaged portion B22 when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted on the mounting groove B2 of the bracket B, and are not particularly limited. As long as the angle θ1 is larger than the angle θ2, the prescribed effect can be obtained. The difference between the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, 3° to 20° and preferably 5° to 10°. By making the difference between the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 3° to 20° and preferably 5° to 10°, as described later, the insertion force when the mounting member 3 is mounted on the bracket B can be easily reduced. The angles of the angles θ1 and θ2 are not particularly limited as long as the angle difference between the angles θ1 and θ2 is generated. It can also be appropriately changed by various conditions such as the shape of the opening edge E of the bracket B. The angle θ1 can be set to 30° to 70°, preferably 50° to 60°, and the angle θ2 can be set to 20° to 60°, preferably 45° to 55°. It should be noted that in this embodiment, a tapered portion T is provided at the opening edge E of the bracket B. Figure 6 The case where a taper is provided as shown (the angle between the taper T and the insertion portion B23 shown by the double-dashed line is, for example, 60°) and the case where a taper is provided as shown Figure 7 When the mounting groove B2 extends perpendicularly to the end edge B1 at the opening edge E of the bracket B as shown in the schematic diagram, the sizes of the angles θ1 and θ2 can be appropriately changed so that the mounting member 3 can be easily mounted to the bracket B.
[0068] As described above, in this embodiment, if Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 1 , the angle θ1 of the first inclined surface 41a relative to the end edge B1 of the bracket B is greater than the angle θ2 of the second inclined surface 42a relative to the end edge B1. In this case, when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted to the bracket B, as shown in FIG. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the first engaging portion 41 moves in the insertion direction D11 before the second engaging portion 42, and the first engaging portion 41 engages with the first engaged portion B21 before the second engaging portion 42 engages with the second engaged portion B22. Therefore, when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted on the bracket B, it is not necessary to elastically deform the first engaging portion 41 side and the second engaging portion 42 side of the assembly portion 43 at the same time. As a result, the insertion force when the mounting member 3 and the clip 4 are mounted on the bracket B can be reduced.
[0069] Specifically, if Figure 7As shown, when the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 mounted thereon is inserted into the mounting groove B2 of the bracket 3, it is assumed that a force indicated by an arrow F1 is applied to the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 from the first engaging portion 41 and the same force F1 is applied to the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 from the second engaging portion 42. On the side of the first engaging portion 41, the force F1 can be divided into a force component F2 and a force component F3, and a reaction force F4 is applied from the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 to the first engaging portion 41. On the side of the second engaging portion 42, the force F1 can be divided into a force component F20 and a force component F30, and a reaction force F40 is applied from the opening edge E of the mounting groove B2 to the second engaging portion 42.
[0070] like Figure 7 As shown, since the angle θ1 of the first inclined surface 41a relative to the end edge B1 is larger than the angle θ2 of the second inclined surface 42a relative to the end edge B1, the component force F3 of the force that causes the first engaging portion 41 to move forward in the insertion direction D11 of the installation groove B2 is larger than the component force F30 of the force that causes the second engaging portion 42 to move forward in the insertion direction D11 of the installation groove B2. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first engaging portion 41 moves toward the insertion direction D11 relative to the second engaging portion 42. Fig. 9 After the first engaging portion 41 is engaged with the first engaged portion B21 as shown, the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 mounted thereon is pressed in so that the second engaging portion 42 is engaged with the second engaging portion B22, so that the mounting member 3 can be mounted as shown. Fig.10 At this time, the force for pressing the mounting member 3 with the clip 4 installed does not need to elastically deform the first engaging portion 41 side that has been engaged, so only the force for elastically deforming the second engaging portion 42 in the third direction D3 by a predetermined amount is required, and the mounting member 3 can be installed with a low insertion force.
[0071] In addition, in the present embodiment, the horizontal component force F5 of the reaction force F4 from the opening edge E to the first engaging portion 41, which is the force for deforming the fitting portion 43 inwardly on the first engaging portion 41 side, is greater than the horizontal component force F50 of the reaction force F40 from the opening edge E to the second engaging portion 42, which is the force for deforming the fitting portion 43 inwardly on the second engaging portion 42 side. Therefore, the fitting portion 43 is deformed inwardly more on the first engaging portion 41 side than on the second engaging portion 42 side, and the first engaging portion 41 is easily moved in the insertion direction D11 earlier than the second engaging portion 42.
[0072] In addition, in this embodiment, if Figure 5 and Fig.10As shown, the first engaged portion B21 and the second engaged portion B22 are symmetrical in the third direction D3, and the first engaging surface 41b and the second engaging surface 42b are symmetrical in the third direction D3. More specifically, the first wall portion B211 of the first engaged portion B21 and the first wall portion B221 of the second engaged portion B22 are symmetrical in the third direction D3 at the same inclination angle (in Fig.10 In the embodiment, the mounting groove B2 is symmetrically separated from the mounting groove B2 with respect to a center line extending in the first direction D1). In addition, the first engaging surface 41b and the second engaging surface 42b are symmetrically arranged in the third direction D3 at the same inclination angle. In this case, for example, when a force causing the mounting member 3 to be disengaged from the bracket B is applied due to vibration applied to the elongated member 2, a force is required to elastically deform both the first engaging portion 41 side and the second engaging portion 42 side of the assembly portion 43 at the same time, which is different from the insertion of the mounting member 3 into the mounting groove B2. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the insertion force of the mounting member 3 provided with the clip 4 into the bracket B can be reduced as described above, but the disengagement from the bracket B is not easy.
