A raid card control circuit

Abstract

The application discloses a raid card control circuit and relates to the field of server storage. A control chip can output a power enable signal, so that a power module outputs a power supply voltage to a ROC chip based on the power enable signal, supplies power to the ROC chip, and enables the ROC chip to perform service data read-write processing. A latch circuit is connected between the control chip and the power module, can latch the power enable signal, and sends the power enable signal to the power module. It can be seen that, by arranging the latch circuit, the power enable signal can be latched when the control chip is powered off, so that the power module continuously supplies power to the ROC chip, and the ROC chip can normally perform service data read-write processing.
