Abstract

The application discloses a processing method and device for refund and change rights, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a record request of a target refund and change right of a current passenger, the target refund and change right comprising right information; generating an independent right order of the target refund and change right based on the right information of the target refund and change right; when a right use request for using the target refund and change right to process a to-be-processed commodity is received, if the right order of the target refund and change right is in a valid state, judging whether the to-be-processed commodity meets the requirements of the right order of the target refund and change right based on the information of the to-be-processed commodity in the right use request and order information in the right order of the target refund and change right, wherein the to-be-processed commodity is a to-be-refunded or to-be-changed ticket or additional service; if it is judged that the to-be-processed commodity meets the use requirements, performing a refund or change operation on the to-be-processed commodity according to a refund or change fee corresponding to the target refund and change right, and setting the right order of the target refund and change right to a used state.

TECHNICAL FIELD
