Polyurethane hot melt adhesive and process for its preparation

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of glue, and discloses a polyurethane hot melt adhesive and a preparation process thereof.The polyurethane hot melt adhesive has the beneficial effects that: after adding polyester polyol and a certain proportion of low-melting-point polyolefin, and then adding isocyanate, and controlling the temperature to be 70-90 DEG C to react, a polyurethane hot melt adhesive with high initial adhesion strength and good water resistance is obtained; 3-methoxypropionic acid is adsorbed on the surface of nano calcium carbonate to obtain modified calcium carbonate containing carbonyl on the surface; then, through the addition reaction of carbonyl and amino, the modified calcium carbonate is connected with carbodiimide to obtain a composite filler; since the molecular weight of polycarbodiimide is high and polycarbodiimide has polarity, polycarbodiimide has good affinity with polyurethane, and the problem of poor dispersibility of calcium carbonate in the glue can be solved; the composite filler and water-resistant melamine resin are added to the glue in a mass ratio of 2:1 to prepare a polyurethane hot melt adhesive with good performance.
