Rotary distribution device for cement homogenization silos

Abstract

The application discloses a rotary distributing device for a cement homogenizing storehouse in the field of cement production equipment, which comprises a support frame and a rotary body arranged on the top of the cement homogenizing storehouse. The support frame is provided with a driving motor, a bottom supporting wheel and a side supporting wheel. The bottom of the rotary body is provided with an annular sliding groove, and the side surface is provided with a conical surface. The rotary body is rotatably arranged on the support frame. The annular sliding groove is in rolling contact with the bottom supporting wheel. The side supporting wheel is a conical wheel matched with the conical surface and is in rolling contact with the conical surface. The application can support the overturning moment caused by the eccentric discharge pipe of the rotary body in the rotating process, ensure the stable operation of the rotary body, drive the discharge pipe to make a uniform rotating motion with the center of the top of the cement homogenizing storehouse as the center, make the raw material powder uniformly and flatly into multiple layers of material surface while being downwardly discharged, and realize the continuous and uniform feeding of the material.
