High voltage interlock detection system, vehicle comprising same and high voltage interlock detection method

Abstract

This application provides a high-voltage interlock detection system, a vehicle comprising the same, and a high-voltage interlock detection method. The high-voltage interlock detection system includes a low-voltage power supply, a high-voltage power supply, a high-voltage distribution device, a high-voltage load, a voltage detection device, and a controller. The low-voltage power supply outputs low-voltage electricity. The high-voltage power supply outputs high-voltage electricity. The high-voltage load includes a high-voltage port electrically connected to the high-voltage distribution device, which supplies the high-voltage load with either the low-voltage electricity output from the low-voltage power supply or the high-voltage electricity output from the high-voltage power supply. The voltage detection device detects the voltage of the high-voltage load and outputs a corresponding first electrical signal. The controller is communicatively connected to the low-voltage power supply, the high-voltage power supply, and the voltage detection device, and controls the high-voltage power supply to not output high-voltage electricity, controls the low-voltage power supply to output low-voltage electricity, and determines whether the high-voltage port is disconnected based on the first electrical signal from the voltage detection device. This application allows for high-voltage interlock system detection even when the system is not powered by high voltage, providing more timely detection.
