Abstract

The application provides a coding selection method, device and equipment for reducing blank cases and a medium, comprising obtaining a diagnosis code of a current disease diagnosis filled by a doctor, generating a diagnosis code catalog table; performing traversal screening processing on the diagnosis code catalog table according to a preset DIP catalog to generate a DIP recommendation item set, wherein the DIP catalog has multiple items, each item contains a diagnosis code, a diagnosis code requirement, a surgical operation code and a surgical operation code requirement, the diagnosis code requirement is the first four digits of the diagnosis code, the first three digits of the diagnosis code and the first digit of the diagnosis code; and each surgical operation code in the DIP catalog is compared and screened with the DIP recommendation item set respectively to generate a recommended surgical operation code set.
