Abstract

The present application relates to the field of metal surface treatment, in particular to a suspension electrolytic slurry for electrochemical polishing of titanium and titanium alloy and a polishing process. The suspension electrolytic slurry comprises 1-5 wt% acid, 20-60 wt% ion conductive polymer resin, 1-20 wt% supporting electrolyte, and the balance deionized water. The polishing process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the suspension electrolytic slurry; (2) electrochemical polishing treatment; (3) ultrasonic rinsing treatment.
