Claims

1. A work log management apparatus comprising: a first acquisition section that i) acquires, from a vehicle-mounted device mounted on a vehicle, a start time of a cargo handling operation job in which cargo is loaded onto or unloaded from the vehicle, and vehicle identification information for identifying the vehicle, and ii) acquires, from the vehicle-mounted device after the start time is acquired, an end time of the cargo handling operation job and the vehicle identification information; a second acquisition section that acquires, from a mobile terminal, input information input in the mobile terminal in relation to the cargo handling operation job, and vehicle identification information of a vehicle that has performed the cargo handling operation job; and a storage control section that, in a case where the vehicle identification information acquired by the second acquisition section within a time from when the start time is acquired by the first acquisition section to when the end time is acquired by the first acquisition section is identical to the vehicle identification information acquired by the first acquisition section, stores i) a job time from the start time to the end time and ii) the input information in association with each other in a storage as a work log.

2. The work log management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second acquisition section acquires, from the mobile terminal, i) the input information including a signature image showing a signature input by a consignee of the cargo to the mobile terminal, and ii) an input time at which the signature is input, and in a case where the input time is prior to the end time, the storage control section stores i) the acquired input information including the signature image and ii) the job time in association with each other in the storage as the work log.

3. The work log management apparatus according to claim 2, wherein in a case where the input time is the end time or is subsequent to the end time, the storage control section does not store the acquired input information including the signature image in the storage.

The work log management apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising: a display control section that, in a case where the input information including the signature image is stored in the work log, causes a display device to display i) the job time stored as the work log and ii) the signature image included in the input information.

The work log management apparatus according to claim 4, wherein in a case where a plurality of the input information is acquired within a time from when the start time is acquired to when the end time is acquired, the storage control section stores i) the acquired plurality of input information and ii) the job time in association with each other in the work log, and the display control section causes the display device to display, together with the job time, a signature image of a most recent input time among the plurality of signature images stored in the work log.

The work log management apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising: a display control section that, in a case where the input information including the signature image is stored in the work log, causes a display device to display information indicating i) the job time stored as the work log and ii) the input information including the signature image.

The work log management apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second acquisition section acquires input information including reason information from the mobile terminal, the reason information indicating a reason why a consignee of the cargo did not input a signature to the mobile terminal, and the storage control section stores the acquired input information including the reason information and the work time in the storage in association with each other as the work log.

The work log management apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising: a display control section that causes a display device to display information indicating that there is no signature and a reason why a signature was not input, indicated by the reason information, in a case where the reason information is stored in association with the work time.

A work log management system including a vehicle-mounted device installed on a vehicle, a mobile terminal, and a work log management apparatus, wherein the vehicle-mounted device includes: a detection section that detects a start and an end of a cargo handling work of a cargo operation performed on the vehicle; and a vehicle-mounted device transmission section that i) transmits a start time at which the detection section detects the start of the cargo handling work and vehicle identification information for identifying the vehicle to the work log management apparatus, and ii) transmits an end time at which the detection section detects the end of the cargo handling work and the vehicle identification information to the work log management apparatus, the mobile terminal includes: a reception section that receives input information related to the cargo operation work input to the mobile terminal; and a terminal transmission section that transmits i) the input information received by the reception section and ii) vehicle identification information of a vehicle on which the cargo operation work has been performed to the work log management apparatus, the work log management apparatus including: a first acquisition section that i) acquires the start time and the vehicle identification information from the vehicle-mounted device transmission section, and ii) acquires the end time and the vehicle identification information from the vehicle-mounted device transmission section after acquiring the start time; a second acquisition section that acquires the input information and the vehicle identification information of the vehicle on which the cargo operation work has been performed from the terminal transmission section; and a storage control section that stores i) a work time from the start time to the end time and ii) the input information in a storage in association with each other as a work log in a case where the vehicle identification information acquired by the second acquisition section within a time from when the first acquisition section acquires the start time to when the first acquisition section acquires the end time is the same as the vehicle identification information acquired by the first acquisition section.
