A stiffness measuring device and a stiffness measuring method

Abstract

This invention discloses a stiffness measuring device and method, comprising: a mounting base, a longitudinal pressing device, and a lateral loading assembly. The mounting base has a loading area for a test piece to receive a load. A sliding structure is provided on one side of the loading area along the longitudinal direction of the mounting base for sliding contact with the test piece within the loading area. The longitudinal pressing device is mounted on the mounting base and located on the other side of the loading area along the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal pressing device includes a pressing end for fixed connection to the test piece. The pressing end is movable towards or away from the loading area along the longitudinal direction to apply a longitudinal load to the test piece placed in the loading area. The lateral loading assembly is mounted on the mounting base and positioned towards the loading area to apply a lateral load to the test piece. In this design, one end of the test piece is fixedly connected to the pressing end, and the other end abuts against the sliding structure, reducing the influence of lateral friction on the lateral load when applying a lateral load.
