A plastic straw thread forming device

Abstract

This invention discloses a plastic straw thread forming device, comprising a main shaft supported by a fixed base, a roller sleeved on the main shaft, and a forming sleeve fixedly connected to the main shaft; a first rotary table and a second rotary table are fixedly installed at both ends of the main shaft, and a guide shaft is provided between the first rotary table and the second rotary table; a forming needle assembly and a guide sleeve assembly are slidably connected on the guide shaft; a push rod assembly is also provided on the guide shaft, and a receiving block for placing the straw is connected to the end of the push rod assembly; the forming sleeve and the guide sleeve assembly are respectively located on both sides of the receiving block; a forming needle slide rail is provided on the roller for controlling the horizontal displacement direction of the forming needle assembly; a guide sleeve slide rail is also provided on the roller for controlling the horizontal displacement direction of the guide sleeve assembly, and the closer the guide sleeve slide rail is to the forming sleeve, the closer the distance between the guide sleeve slide rail and the forming needle slide rail; this device can improve the straw thread forming quality and increase forming efficiency.
