A rapid plastering device for ALC wallboard masonry walls stone gypsum

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of building decoration technology, specifically to a rapid plastering device for ALC wall panel masonry walls. It includes a pair of bases, each with an electric actuator (first type) welded to its top outer wall. An electric actuator (second type) is welded between the output ends of the two electric actuators (first type). A fixing sleeve is welded to each base and the electric actuator (first type) on the same side. Several telescopic rods are slidably inserted into each fixing sleeve. In this invention, the electric actuators (first and second types) can be used to select the area to be plastered. Through a feeding mechanism, after the lifting frame descends to the bottom, the feed box and lifting frame as a whole feed horizontally along the wall panel. Then, the motor rotates forward, the spray nozzle is opened, and plastering is performed again vertically along the wall panel. This process is repeated to achieve automatic horizontal feeding, gradually completing the plastering of the selected area. No manual relocation of the equipment is required, resulting in high work efficiency.
