Installation method of large-span hangar based on deformation control in whole construction process

Abstract

This invention relates to an installation method for a large-span hangar based on deformation control throughout the construction process, belonging to the field of steel structure technology. The method includes the following steps: Step 1: Disassemble the structure into a space frame and truss, then further disassemble these into several large modules, and finally further disassemble these large modules into several small modules. Step 2: Arrange support columns on the construction site, and simultaneously assemble the small modules of the space frame and truss, cambering in the Z direction. Step 3: Assemble the small modules into large modules, cambering in the XYZ directions. Step 4: Assemble the large space frame modules into a space frame, and assemble the large truss modules into a truss. Step 5: Lift the space frame by 3 meters. Step 6: Connect the lifted space frame to the truss on the ground. Step 7: Remove the hydraulic lifting devices on the truss. Step 8: Lift the complete steel roof structure. Step 9: Add connecting members to the surrounding structures. Step 10: Finally, complete the supplementary and fitted sections. This method solves the problem of controlling the horizontal displacement of the support column tops and the steel roof during the lifting process.
